Cílem práce je zdokumentovat déle než rok trvající proces implementace elektronické podatelny v rámci Informačního systému pro vrchní a krajské soudy a vysvětlit vazby podatelny na ostatní části systému. V první části uvádím základní informaci o implementační platformě systému ? Lotus Notes, v následující kapitole práce se pak zaměřuji na nejdůležitější informace o systému IS VKS. Třetí, nejdůležitější část práce, se věnuje analýze procesů podatelny a jejich optimalizaci, návrhu nových vazeb podatelny s IS VKS a dále pak samotným technologickým zpracováním nového modulu. Závěrečné kapitoly práce pak hodnotí úspěšnost implementace z hlediska zlepšení efektivity práce na podatelnách a shrnují dosažené výsledky celé práce.

Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi poskytování a konzumování webových služeb v systému Lotus Notes/Domino. V práci jsou popsány webové služby, jejich architektura a pojmy, které s nimi souvisí. Dále je v krátkosti představen systém Lotus Notes/Domino a jeho přednosti. Hlavní část práce se zabývá rozdíly v oblasti webových služeb mezi jednotlivými verzemi Lotus Notes / Domino a to ze dvou pohledů: z pohledu poskytovatele webové služby a z pohledu konzumenta webové služby. Na praktických ukázkách jsou demonstrovány základní postupy, pomocí kterých je možné detailně pochopit celou problematiku. Dále jsou popsány problémy, které se mohou vyskytnout, a možná řešení těchto problémů. Poslední část mé práce se zabývá bezpečností webových služeb poskytovaných a konzumovaných v systému Lotus Notes/Domino.

The secondary aim was to document the users´ demands on the systems and other demands such as quality assurance. After this, the document handling systems Byggnet and Lotus Notes, which are rather complex systems, have been analysed. Finally a recommendation has been made. </p><p>In the inventory of the marketthe internet has been used because it is there the latest information can be found. This because document handling systems are rather new and there are therefore no other literature written yet. <p>In this project relational and Lotus Notes database technology are evaluated with regard to their suitability in providing computer-based support in plant breeding in general and specifically in the production of doubled haploids. The two developed databases are compared based on a set of requirements produced together with the DH-group which is the main users of the databases. The results indicate that both Lotus Notes and the relational databases are able to fulfil all needs documented in this project, although both systems have their limitations. An often expressed opinion is that it is difficult to combine biology and databases. The experience gained in this project however suggests that it does not need to be the case in instances where data is not as complicated as often discussed. Observations made during this project indicate that data warehousing with integrated data mining and OLAP tools are surprisingly similar to how the DH-group at Svalöf Weibull works and could be a suitable solution for the production of doubled haploids.</p>

This article examines the Internet software design technology using Lotus Notes. Current method is based on architecture decomposition in to separate program logics, data, user interface and graphics layers. The practical value of these methods is revealed – increased performance and product support simplicity.

This work describes the rationalization process in Lotus Notes in a company that provides complete support for Lotus Notes Product for a large international company. It describes three level support and also deals with the rationalization process between the first level of support (customer service) and second level support (Lotus Notes administration). Finally, describes how to create – programming the agents in the Lotus Notes team for the second level, which will help to speed up and improve the services provided by this team.

Computer-Support Cooperative Work (CSCW) reflects the change in emphasis from using computers to solve problems to using computers to facilitate human interactions. Most studies, however, have focused on the use of the technology rather than on the human-human interaction (HHI) in these environments due to: the varied perspectives of the investigators; and the lack of a consistent variables. Although numerous studies exist on a variety of products, only limited research has been conducted with the most prevalent of the technologies in the marketplace, Lotus Notes™. This field study, conducted using Lotus Notes™, operationalizes a model proposed, but not tested, for the study of group decision-making in CSCW environments put forth by Kraemer and Pinsonneault (1990). This study examines the use of CSCW in the group decision-making process, the participation rate for group decision-making in CSCW environments, and the criteria for determining quality in group decisions in CSCW environments. The study also proposes a new perspective for examining technology using the human context, recommends extensions for the group study framework and explores areas for future research.

<p>Sandvik har idag inget standardiserat utseende för applikationer på webben. Mycket av utseendet är idag hårdkodat och detta skapar problem när nya kunder vill ha applikationen. Detta examensarbete går ut på att göra en applikation mer dynamiskt så att det går att styra så mycket som möjligt från ett stylesheet. Plattformen är IBM Lotus Domino och utvecklingen sker i Domino Designer. Uppsatsen behandlar vad utvecklarna ser som förutsättningar och begränsningar med Domino Designer som webbutvecklingsverktyg och vilka delar av applikationen som ska standardiseras enligt kunderna. Av arbetet framgår även det att Domino Designer har bra stöd för utveckling av webbapplikationer.</p>
