Zabrovskaya, Yulia, Pavilonyte, Monika January 2010 (has links)
We have chosen several types of festival (rock/pop, classic and jazz) in Scandinavian region (Sweden, Denmark and Finland), selected the biggest music events in each of the regions and marked the main factors affecting the revenue of the festival, why some of festivals occurring every year and some just have lack of visitors, as we suppose. Purpose is to define the main factors which influence revenues of festivals of classic, rock/pop and jazz genre. Methodology is to determine these factors. Quantitative analysis was used in order to collect necessary data. Organizers of festivals in Sweden, Finland and Denmark took part in the survey; they answered and gave information to main research questions, primary data. Secondary data was sourced from music events web-pages and articles. The collected data was analyzed by means of the statistical programs. We conclude that the research showed that the share of international artists, number of sponsors, the number of volunteers, the length of the music event, the music genre of a festival and government grants for the classic festivals affect festival revenues.

Žiniasklaidos autonomija ir žurnalistikos kultūra Lietuvoje: problemos ir jas lemiantys veiksniai / Media autonomy and culture of journalism in Lithuania: problems and determining factors

Valentinavičius, Vytautas 18 June 2014 (has links)
[toliau žr. visą tekstą] / After regaining its independence Lithuania, like other post-soviet states, faced challenges associated with the recognition of the new state and its involvement in the family of old and new democracies. Lithuania made the step from a centralised and highly regulated media system towards decentralisation. Media outlets that had been previously particularly thoroughly regulated by the state had to be transferred to new owners, while the media outlets, which operated according to the model of soviet media, had to shift to democratic models operating in Western countries. The creation of the new media model (system) was driven by the last legislative act approved by the Supreme Council of Lithuania regulating the work of media. The Law on Press and Other Mass Information Media adopted in 1990 banned censorship and limited the influence of the state on the work of the media. When the media outlets were privatised in 1990 they were acquired by their incumbent editors and staff; however several years later the media outlets were sold to new publishers from abroad and Lithuania (Nugaraitė, 2004). The nascent new media system of Lithuania, the striving for freedom of speech and press, as well as the Law on Provision of Information to the Public adopted in 1996 led scientists to take a look at the Lithuanian media system and to analyse the model it belongs to and whether it is independent – separated from different external and internal influences. Discussing the Lithuanian media... [to full text]

Vartotojų elgsenos veiksnių įtaka sprendimo pirkti priėmimo procesui(UAB „Juodasis gintaras“ pavyzdžiu) / The influence of the factors of consumers behaviour on the process of making the decision to buy (according to the example of the JSC "Juodasis gintaras")

Karvauskienė, Vida 19 October 2007 (has links)
Magistro darbe, remiantis Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių moksliniais darbais, išanalizuotas vartotojų elgsenos objektas kitų mokslų atžvilgiu, susistemintos vartotojų elgsenos modeliavimo koncepcijos, atskleisti vartotojų elgseną lemiantys veiksniai, kurie daro įtaką sprendimo pirkti priėmimo procesui. Pateiktas vartotojų elgsenos tyrimo metodologijos pagrindimas bei atskleistos UAB „Juodasis gintaras“ vartotojų elgsenos veiksnių, turinčių įtakos sprendimo pirkti priėmimo procesui, tyrimo projektavimo ir organizavimo procedūros. Identifikuoti ir įvertinti pagrindiniai UAB „Juodasis gintaras“ vartotojų elgsenos veiksniai, turintys įtakos sprendimo pirkti priėmimo procesui. Patvirtinta suformuluota mokslinio tyrimo hipotezė, kad vartotojų sprendimo pirkti procesas įtakojamas daugelio veiksnių, kuriuos reikia analizuoti „holistiniu“ požiūriu. / In Master’s work, on the ground of analysis of scholarly sources, there is analyzed object, given system of models and revealed determinants of consumer behaviour. Becoming Vegan : Consumers’ perceived barriers when transitioning to a vegan diet

Burenius, Johanna, Lien, Louise January 2021 (has links)
This qualitative study aims to identify challenges experienced amongst consumers in Stockholm when transitioning to a vegan diet. Five consumers between the ages of 24-27 have during a period of one month assumed the task of transitioning to a vegan diet. The results were analyzed through the lens of The Multidisciplinary Model of the main factors affecting consumer behaviour in the food domain and as well as the Cognitive dissonance theory to enable a deeper analysis. The study shows that information, supply and psychological influences are three main areas in which barriers are present. Lack of marketing in store and online, lack of clear labeling on products and lack of supply in both stores and restaurants were the most apparent challenges experienced amongst consumers which can be barriers when transitioning to a vegan diet. Furthermore, psychological influences that were perceived as barriers by the consumers was the presence of dissonance and the feeling of lack of support and inspiration.
