Innovative Lösungsprinzipien auf andere Lebens- und Wirtschaftsbereiche zu übertragen, ist eine sich wiederholende Herausforderung in Wissenschaft und Praxis. In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden Kooperationsphänomene der Erwerbs- und Bedarfswirtschaften thematisiert. Es wird der Frage nachgegangen, ob die Gestalt und Organisation eines Kooperationsphänomens systematisch mit deskriptiv-analytischen Untersuchungsmethoden (Systemtheorie und Morphologie) beschrieben und bereichsübergreifend, unter Einbeziehung individueller Besonderheiten, übertragen werden kann. Das Vorhaben wird als Analogiebildung verstanden. Ein Schema zur Analogiebildung für Kooperationsphänomene wird entwickelt. Zur Validierung des Schemas wird als Analogiequelle das Organisationskonzept der Zwei-Ebenen-Kooperation ausgewählt, welches ursprünglich für Produktionsnetze konzipiert wurde und sich insbesondere auf Klein- und Mikrounternehmen ausrichtet. Als Empfänger wird der Bereich der dezentralen Energieversorgung festgelegt, in dem sich verstärkt kooperative Organisationsformen einer selbstbestimmten, kooperativen und bürgernahen dezentralen Energieversorgung herausbilden. Auf der Grundlage der Analogiebetrachtung aus dem Bereich der Produktionsnetze wird ein neuartiges, kooperatives Organisationskonzept für die dezentrale Energieversorgung entworfen. Die Arbeit wird damit interessant für alle, die an einer systematischen Übertragung von Wissen zur Gestalt und Organisation von Kooperationsphänomenen und der Ausgestaltung eines kooperativen Organisationskonzeptes für die dezentrale Energieversorgung interessiert sind.

He proposes thinking reflectively about educational innovation and the possibilities of its application to the school organization. The main purpose of this study is to reframe the vision and practice of school administrators based on theories of innovation and to identify processes which will facilitate innovative education with the purpose/aim of building innovative school environments. It develops concepts of school organization, social function, Educational and School Management. The research addresses the correlation between GTA and School Management the General Theory of Administration, aligning techniques and concepts used in administration which, when questioned and considered and, taking into account the policy of the educational organization, are likely to be applied in the educational context. The research methodology was qualitative with a reflexive-interpretive purpose and its results showed that the introduction of the principles of innovation to thinking reflexively to School Management permits the development of innovative organizational solutions such as the Management of Knowledge and the development of Learning Communities, making possible the creation of innovative school environments and strengthening the construction of a school as a learning organization / O presente trabalho de pesquisa surge da inquietação de um gestor escolar que após duas décadas de estudos e práticas, busca nas teorias da Gestão da Inovação, novas formas de pensar a Gestão Escolar. Propõe um pensar reflexivo acerca da inovação educativa e suas possibilidades de aplicação à organização escolar. O estudo teve o objetivo de ressignificar a visão e prática de gestores escolares a partir de teorias da inovação e indicar processos facilitadores à inovação educativa, com fins de contribuir para a construção de ambientes escolares inovativos. Desenvolve conceitos de organização escolar, função social, Gestão Educacional e Escolar. Aborda as correlações entre Gestão Escolar e TGA Teoria Geral da Administração, aproximando técnicas e conceitos utilizados em Administração que, quando criticados e refletidos e, respeitando as especificidades da organização educacional, são passíveis de aplicação no contexto educacional. The main goal of my thesis is to suggest a methodology for a knowledge management implementation and to implement this methodology in a chosen organization. The last part of my thesis deals with the critical aspects of the knowledge management implementation and possible solutions. Organizations, which haven't started with knowledge management implementation yet, are in a disadvantage compare to the organizations which have already implemented knowledge management into their processes. The importance of a human capital is still growing and the organizations need to know how to work with knowledge of their employees effectively.

Knowledge is one of the most important values of companies, work-teams and other organizations. It is one of competitive advantages and so it is important to share the knowledge among individuals in the organization. The discipline of knowledge management deals with the issue of systematic work with knowledge and sharing for several decades. The sharing and finding of knowledge should be supported via suitable software tools, currently using the Internet network. This work deals with problematic of knowledge management from the viewpoint of different methods of software support. The text approaches the problem of sharing of knowledge in a hypertext form. The problem is solved not only on theoretical base, but also from the viewpoint of system design and implementation. The knowledge is saved in the form of "knowledge network" based on text contents, authors and keywords. The data are saved in the form of RDF graph using PHP and ARC2 Framework. The developed system will be used not only for support of dealing with knowledge in the courses of project management at University of Economics in Prague.

Der urbane Raum wird zunehmend von den BürgerInnen selbst gestaltet: Sie pflanzen Blumen in ungenutzten Bereichen oder markieren Flächen als Fahrradwege, wo diese gebraucht werden (Fabian & Samson, 2016). Auch wenn die Rechte und Pflichten der BürgerInnen nicht immer klar sind (Finn, 2014), steigt das Interesse an der Partizipation zu praktischen Projekten für den urbanen Raum (Talen, 2015) und verändert so auch die Denkweisen sowie Prozesse der Stadtverwaltung (Danenberg & Haas, 2019). Einzelne BürgerInnen oder Gruppen identifizieren Probleme, die sie schnell und selbst lösen (Iveson, 2013). Bei Betrachtung des gegenwärtigen Stands der Ausbildung in gewerblich-technischen Berufen zeigt sich, dass es viele gute Ansätze zur Integration moderner Technologien gibt, um den Lernprozess zu unterstützen oder zu vereinfachen (z. B. Fehling, 2017; Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung, 2019). Die meisten technischen Ansätze eint, dass sie die Darstellung von Funktions- und Wirkzusammenhängen von technischen Systemen in Ausbildungs- und Lernsituationen unterstützen. Es reicht für die zukünftige Beruflichkeit vor dem Hintergrund verschiedener Szenarien (vgl. Frenz, Heinen & Schlick, 2015) jedoch nicht aus, lediglich Technologien abzubilden. Stattdessen müssen Fachkräfte bei der Problemlösung im realen Arbeitsprozess gefördert werden (vgl. z. B. Abele, 2014; Rauner, 2017). Im Gegensatz zu reinen Funktions- und Wirkzusammenhängen liegen hier multiple technische Systemzustände vor. Das FeDiNAR-Verbundprojekt möchte hierfür ein AR-gestütztes Lehr-Lernkonzept entwickeln, das sich auf die Ausführung von beruflichen Tätigkeiten bezieht und lernortübergreifend genutzt werden kann.[... aus der Einleitung]
