Title: Marketing research of the participant's satisfaction European Company Sport Games 2013 in Prague Objectives: Finding out the participant's satisfaction with European Company Sport Games 2013 in Prague. On the basis of results will be done evaluation and will be proposed possibilities for improvement. Methods: In work uses quantitative marketing research. For the primary data collection from participants of European Company Sport Games in Prague is used electronic questioning. Results: All results are in the practical part. The results are in the graphs and tables and they are described in detail. The participants were generally satisfied with the event, the most with the flooding communication and accommodation. On the other side were dissatisfied with the event at Meeting Point. The research also find out at which sport facilities were the biggest organization and technical problems. Title: Power Plate Center's Marketing Communication Objectives: : The objective of this diploma thesis is to discover the present state of the marketing communication of the sport institute Power Plate Center in Jungmannova street in Prague both in the customers view and also in the view of the company itself. On the basis of the gathered data then evaluate, eventually suggest the improvement of the current marketing communication. Moreover, by the aid of this data also suggest the marketing communication aimed at view potential clients. Methods: The quantitative method of the data collection by questionnaire and the qualitative method of data collection with the help of the depth interview was used in this work. The results were illustrated by tables, texts and graphs. Results: After the evaluation of the results, several faults of the Power Plate Center's communication with their customers were found best. In the synthetic part some recommendations were made, which could lead it the improvement of this marketing communication. Title: Marketing research on perception of brands of traditional participants of football Champions League Objectives: The objective of the thesis is a description of problems associated with the concept of brand and based on the collected data to make a marketing research of respondents' awareness of brand of selected football clubs taking regular part in Champions League. Methods: The research is making by a questionnaire economization focused on brand awareness and its specific features. In connection with the acquisition of the primary data was used method by online survey. To collect and storage data was used internet application Google Docs. Results: Results of the research showed that awareness of selected football clubs in Czech sports spectators is at a very good level. Title: Comparison brand image of Salming in Czech Republic and Denmark Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to compare the image of the brand Salming in Czech Republic and Denmark, on the basis of the general floorball public perception that floorball brand in those countries. Another objective of the thesis is to present proposals and recommendations, that should lead to improved brand image Salming. Methods: For the purpose of this thesis was made marketing research. There was obtained the necessary data through written interviewing method, by questionnaire form. Then was data, from Czech Repulic and Denmark obtained, compared by method of comparison. Results: Was found that the brand Salming is established and known floorball brand in Czech and Danish market of floorball equipment. There is good brand awareness between general floorball public in both countries. But the brand's position in Denmark is not so strong like in Czech Republic. Title: The Benefits of football match for spectators Objectives: The main aim of this diploma thesis is to describe and analyze the football match as a product that is offered to direct spectators at AC Sparta Prague stadium in the season 2010/2011 and then using marketing research determine their satisfaction with the benefits that football match brings them. Methods: In this thesis there was used three methods: the observation method, interview and the method of written questioning. Observation method was used to collect information during home matches of football club AC Sparta Prague, interview was used at the meeting with experts from the club and the method of written questioning was used to implement the questionnaire survey. Results: The results of the marketing research showed that spectators are satisfied with the benefits that club offers them and they don't see any major drawbacks. Nevertheless, the thesis attempts to outline some recommendations which should lead to improved spectators' comfort at the stadium and higher match attendance. Title: Mystery shopping in selected stores of specialized retail chain Hervis. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to introduce a specific method of market research called the Mystery shopping as a marketing tool that is useable in the field of sport retail. The main point of the thesis is to practically use the technique in selected stores of sport retail chain Hervis in the territory of capital city Prague and compare them to each other to identify proposals. Methods: To obtain data, which allows to identify proposals, was used special technique of market research called the Mystery shopping, which represents a combination of questionnaire and covert observation. Results of the observation were immediately filed in drawn up sheets. Results: The results of the research indicated many faults in mutual interaction between staff and customers, especially in the areas of sales skills, customer needs analysis and circumstances entering the retail shop. That is why there were made some measures in the synthetic part, that can lead to improvement in Customer Relationship Management. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with marketing investigation as part of marketing research. The main part of thesis is practical part, which describes marketing research of consumer behavior in wellness services provided by spa facilities. Research includes the evaluation of customer survey, which was created for the purpose of this thesis, corresponding to the basic questions regarding consumer behavior. The conclusion summarizes the main findings and defines practical usage of trends.

This diploma work deals with the satisfaction of clients with services of the Tourist Information Centre in Znojmo, Czechia. The objective was to ascertain this satisfaction by means of an inquiry and comparison of information centres and to suggest recommendations and improvements that should finally lead to greater satisfaction of clients. In the theoretical part hereof, I have focused on the explanation of basic terminology related to tourism, tourist information centres, marketing research and satisfaction inquiry. In the practical part hereof, by means of a special questionnaire that I prepared, I have been ascertaining satisfaction of clients in the Tourist Information Centre in Znojmo. I have also been comparing tourist information centres in other towns and cities of similar size as the City of Znojmo. In conclusion, I have put down some recommendations and improvements which should finally lead to greater satisfaction of clients.
