This research is devoted to metaphysics of sex and love in the A. Platonovs’ mature short stories in the context of philosophy of the first half of the XX century. This topic is actual, because the question of the spiritual origins of love feelings in the Platonovs’ world is not developed systematically enough. At the same time, it is one of the most important to understanding the originality of the creative individuality of A.Platonov. The author substantiates the importance of love in the world of the writer and offers the original typology of love feelings, based on the mature short stories of Platonov which were written in 1930-1940-s. / Данная работа посвящена исследованию метафизики любви и пола в зрелых рассказах А. Платонова в контексте философской мысли первой половины XX века. Данная тема актуальна, поскольку вопрос о духовных истоках любовного чувства в платоновском мире разработан недостаточно системно. При этом он является одним из важнейших для понимания своеобразия творческой индивидуальности А. Платонова. Автор обосновывает значимость любви в художественном мире писателя и предлагает оригинальную типологию любовного чувства, опираясь на зрелые рассказы Платонова 1930-1940-х годов.

The current situation in the youth segment of the labour market is characterized by high unemployment and instability. The mechanisms regulating the relations between the labour market and the educational services market do not ensure that the educational process of young people meets the needs and requirements of employers. In this regard, a necessary condition today is the improvement of mechanisms with greater adaptive capacity that would effectively solve the problem of youth employment. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze the adaptation of graduates in the labor market through the study of practical mechanisms used in the UrFU to improve the adaptive capacity of young professionals and to assess the views of graduates on their application in the University and the development of practical measures that increase its effectiveness. To this end, using the method of questionnaire analyzed empirical material obtained in the study of the opinion of students aged 20 to 22 years, on the basis of UrFU in Yekaterinburg. The relevance of the study is due to the existence of the problem of adaptation of young people in the labor market, which requires improvement, and is enhanced by the fact that it has a practical orientation. The materials of the work can be used in subsequent research of the youth segment of the labor market, as well as in the preparation of textbooks and reading training courses in universities on the basics of employment technologies and effective behavior of young people in the labor market. The results of the study showed: 1. UrFU pays special attention to the promotion of employment and adaptation to the labor market of graduates, using mechanisms that are more General (universal) in nature, but do not contain targeted (individual) assistance to graduates. 2. As a mechanism to improve the adaptation to the labor market of UrFU graduates, the authors proposed a program for the development and implementation of guidelines "technology of effective employment" for students and graduates seeking their place in the labor market. / Современная ситуация на молодежном сегменте рынка труда характеризуется высоким уровнем безработицы и нестабильности. Механизмы, регулирующие отношения между рынком труда и рынком образовательных услуг, не обеспечивают соответствие образовательного процесса молодежи запросам и требованиям работодателей. В связи с этим, необходимым условием сегодня является совершенствование механизмов с большими адаптационными возможностями, которые бы эффективно решали проблему занятости молодежи. Таким образом, цель настоящего исследования – анализ адаптации выпускников вуза на рынке труда через изучение используемых в УрФУ практических механизмов для повышения адаптационных возможностей молодых специалистов и проведение оценки мнений выпускников по их применению в вузе и разработка практических мероприятий, повышающих ее эффективность. С этой целью с помощью метода анкетного опроса проанализирован эмпирический материал, полученный в ходе изучения мнения студенческой молодежи в возрасте от 20 до 22 лет, на базе УрФУ в г. Екатеринбурге. Актуальность исследования обусловлена существованием проблемы адаптации молодежи на рынке труда, требующей совершенствования, и усиливается тем, что она имеет практическую направленность. Материалы работы могут быть использованы в последующих научных исследованиях молодежного сегмента рынка труда, а также при подготовке учебных пособий и чтении учебных курсов в вузах по основам технологий трудоустройства и эффективному поведению молодежи на рынке труда. Результаты исследования показали: 1. УрФУ уделяет особое внимание вопросам содействия трудоустройству и адаптации на рынке труда выпускников, используя механизмы, имеющие более общий (универсальный) характер, но не содержащие адресной (индивидуальной) помощи выпускникам. 2. В качестве механизма, содействующего повышению адаптации к рынку труда выпускников УрФУ, авторами предложена программа разработки и внедрения методических рекомендаций «Технологии эффективного трудоустройства» для студентов и выпускников, ищущих свое место на рынке труда.

В работе изучены основные термины ценообразования на продукцию, Проанализированы подходы ценообразования на инновационную продукцию и предложен усовершенствованный метод.

Как следует из анализа современных тенденций развития средств контроля в машиностроении, наиболее перспективными при разработке таких средств являются индуктивные датчики. Большой интерес к разработке индукционных средств контроля размеров можно объяснить тем, что они отличаются высокой точностью и простотой конструкции, отсутствием контактных элементов, а, следовательно, надежностью, большой чувствительностью и значительной выходной мощностью. Но вопрос точности срабатывания датчиков исследован недостаточно полно. Частично он рассматривался в работе Либермана Я.Л. «Системы мониторинга для металлорежущих станков». Автогенераторные датчики выпускаются различными фирмами: «Digital electronic automation» и «Marposs» (Италия), «Ferranti» и «Renishaw» (Великобритания), «Bosh» (ФРГ) и др., однако наибольшую популярность как в европейских странах, так и в нашей стране завоевали датчики фирмы «Balluff» (ФРГ). В настоящей работе приводятся результаты разработки средств контроля размеров в паузах между переходами. В связи с этим, основное содержание работы посвящено исследованию индуктивных датчиков различных типов с целью определения их применимости в устройствах контроля размеров на станках с ЧПУ и созданию устройств контроля на базе указанных датчиков. Результаты работы докладывались на международной конференции «Научные исследования стран ШОС: синергия и интеграция» и защищены патентом РФ № 2018137947 «Головка для допускового контроля размеров» (решение о выдаче патента по заявке 19.03.2019; публикация №188494). Также работа была представлена на VIII Международном интеллектуальном конкурсе студентов, аспирантов, докторантов DISCOVERY SCIENCE: UNIVERSITY-2019. Статья, дипломы и описание полезной модели к патенту приведены в приложениях 2,3 и 4. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, четырех глав, заключения. Список литературы содержит 5 источников. / As follows from the analysis of modern trends in the development of control devices in mechanical engineering, the most promising in the development of such means are inductive sensors. The great interest in the development of induction control devices of the dimensions can be explained by the fact that they are characterized by high accuracy and simplicity of construct, the lack of contact elements, and consequently, reliability, high sensitivity and a large output power. But the question of the accuracy of the sensor triggered is investigated incompletely. It was considered partly in the work of Lieberman Ya.L. "Monitoring systems for machine tools." Autogenerating sensors are manufactured by different companies: «Digital electronic automation» and «Marposs» (Italy), «Ferranti» and «Renishaw» (Great Britain), «Bosh» (Germany), etc., but the most popular in European countries, as well in our country have won «Balluff» firm sensors (Germany). This paper presents the results of the development of devices for controlling dimensions in the intervals between transitions. In this regard, the main content of the work is devoted to the research of inductive sensor of various types to determine their applicability in dimension control devices on CNC machines and to create control devices based on these sensors. The results of the work were reported at the international conference "Scientific research of the SCO countries: synergy and integration" and are protected by the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2018137947 "The head for tolerance control of dimensions" (the decision to grant the patent on the application 19.03.2019; publication № 188494). Also, the work was presented at the VIII International Intellectual Competition for Students, Postgraduates, Doctoral Candidates DISCOVERY SCIENCE: UNIVERSITY-2019. Целью работы является совершенствование методов учета и анализа финансово-хозяйственной деятельности малых предприятий. В ходе исследования разработаны направления совершенствования учетной политики с учетом совокупного влияния отраслевой и региональной специфики на сферу деятельности предприятий малого бизнеса. Предложен алгоритм сочетания традиционных методов финансового анализа с элементами стратегического анализа, позволяющий проводить всестороннюю оценку результатов деятельности малых предприятий и перспектив их дальнейшего развития, используя единую информационную базу. Практическая значимость работы связана с тем, что методический инструментарий и предложенные практические рекомендации могут быть применены в деятельности предприятий малого бизнеса для повышения эффективности учетной политики и аналитической деятельности. / The role of small business in the country's economy is increasing every year, which is associated with the specifics of its development and advantages, among which there is a high adaptability to an unstable external environment, flexibility and efficiency in the issue of making and implementing decisions, the presence of the prospect of starting activities in many industries with relatively small initial capital, independence in the embodiment of the ideas of the business entity. The aim of the work is to improve the methods of accounting and analysis of the financial and economic activities of small enterprises. In the course of the study, directions for improving the accounting policy have been developed, taking into account the cumulative influence of industry and regional specifics on the scope of activities of small businesses. An algorithm is proposed for combining traditional methods of financial analysis with elements of strategic analysis, which allows for a comprehensive assessment of the performance of small enterprises and the prospects for their further development using a single information base. The practical significance of the work is due to the fact that the methodological tools and the proposed practical recommendations can be applied in the activities of small businesses to improve the effectiveness of accounting policies and analytical activities.
