В первой главе рассмотрены теоретические основы бюджетирования на предприятии. Во второй главе исследованы методы управления хозяйственной деятельностью и алгоритмы принятия управленческих решений. В третьей главе разработаны основные направления совершенствования системы бюджетирования на предприятии ООО «Известь Сысерти». В заключении сформированы основные выводы. / The structure of the master's thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and applications. The first chapter examines the theoretical foundations of enterprise budgeting. The second chapter examines methods of managing economic activities and algorithms for making managerial decisions. In the third chapter, the main directions of improving the budgeting system at the Izvest Sysert LLC enterprise are developed. In the conclusion, the main conclusions are formed.

В теоретической части представлены основные понятия, опыт обучения кадрового резерва, программа совершенствования обучения кадрового резерва на предприятиях газотранспортной отрасли. В практической части описывается общая характеристика исследуемого предприятия и деятельность службы управления персоналом, проведен анализ использования программы совершенствования обучения кадрового резерва ООО «Газпром трансгаз Екатеринбург». На основе полученных данных разработаны рекомендации по использованию программы совершенствования обучения кадрового резерва ООО «Газпром трансгаз Екатеринбург». В заключении подведены итоги в соответствии с поставленными задачами. / The master thesis consists of introduction, three parts, a conclusion, a bibliographic list, and appendices. The theoretical part presents the basic concepts, the experience of training the personnel reserve, the program for improving the training of the personnel reserve at the enterprises of the gas transportation industry. The practical part describes the general characteristics of the enterprise under study and the activities of the personnel management service, analyzes the use of the program for improving the training of the personnel reserve of Gazprom Transgaz Yekaterinburg LLC. Based on the data obtained, recommendations have been developed for the use of the program for improving the training of the personnel reserve of Gazprom Transgaz Yekaterinburg LLC. In conclusion, the results are summed up in accordance with the tasks set.

Научная новизна исследования состоит в доработке расширения для интеграции с CRM для нетиповой конфигурации 1С и разработка документации. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в применении авторских доработок в нетиповых конфигурациях 1С, которые используют обычные формы. / The purpose of this work is the introduction and integration of CRM with 1C to optimize the management of customer relationships of LLC "Vostok-Service Ekaterinburg". The object of research of this work is the information systems of the enterprise LLC "Vostok-Service Ekaterinburg". The subject of research is information and software of interaction with clients of the enterprise LLC "Vostok-Service Yekaterinburg". Scientific novelty of the study is to finalize the extension for integration with CRM for non-typical configuration 1C and development of documentation. Practical significance of the study is the application of author's improvements in non-typical 1C configurations that use conventional forms.

The paper examines showrunning in the context of thriller series. The first section is devoted to showrunning as a phenomenon, as well as the specifics of the series and the cultural and historical transformation of series authorship in Russia. The second section examines the intricacies of developing a thriller series: the art of creating suspense is explored, such topics as character-oriented approach, structure, tone are raised when working on the script, and the creation of presentation production materials is not ignored. Based on certain criteria based on the conclusions from the second section, the third section analyzes such Russian thriller series as "Call Center", "Survival Game" and "Dead Lake". Based on the results of the entire research work, recommendations are given for showrunners, which are positive answers to 12 questions. Based on these questions, a showrunner can significantly increase the future success of a Russian thriller series. / В работе рассматривается шоураннерство в контексте сериалов в жанре триллера. Первый раздел посвящён шоураннерству как явлению, а также особенностям сериала и культурно-исторической трансформации авторства сериала в России. Во втором разделе разбираются тонкости разработки сериала в жанре триллера: исследуется искусство создания саспенса, поднимаются такие темы при работе над сценарием, как персонаж-ориентированный подход, структура, тональность, не обходится стороной создание презентационных продюсерских материалов. На основании определённых критериев, основанных на выводах из второго раздела, в третьем разделе анализируются такие российские сериалы в жанре триллера, как "Колл-центр", "Игра на выживание" и "Мёртвое озеро". По итогу всей исследовательской работы приводятся рекомендации для шоураннеров, представляющие собой положительные ответы на 12 вопросов. Опираясь на эти вопросы, шоураннер может значительно повысить будущий успех российского сериала в жанре триллера.

The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological and applied foundations of designing information support for the development of enterprise personnel management processes. The object of the study is the business processes of the enterprise in the context of digitalization. The result of the study was the development of the architecture of the application for managing the processes of personnel recruitment in the recruitment department. / Цель работы – повышение уровня обоснованности принимаемых управленческих решений в системе управления персоналом за счет разработки и внедрения архитектуры системы информационной поддержки основных процессов найма персонала в отделе рекрутмента. Предметом исследования является теоретические, методические и прикладные основы проектирования информационной поддержки развития процессов управления персоналом предприятия. Объектом исследования бизнес–процессы предприятия в условиях цифровизации. Результатом проведенного исследования стала разработка архитектуры приложения для управления процессов найма персонала отдела рекрутмента.

Herbert Morris argues in his influential retributivist paper, "Persons and Punishment," that criminals deserve punishment because their actions represent an unfair distribution of benefits and burdens in society. The proper distribution of benefits and burdens is important, in part, to restore law abiding citizens’ confidence that others will follow the law. In this paper I show that Morris's argument for why criminals deserve punishment morally requires us to set up an institution of rehabilitation in addition to the institution of punishment. Such an institution is morally required because neither pure punishment systems nor punishment systems that incorporate quasi-rehabilitative aspects have ever worked to uphold the necessary confidence that Morris tells us law abiding citizens must have in order to protect the social order. Moreover, we cannot abandon Morris's appeal to the duty to maintain social order without also abandoning a plausibly Morrisian framework.
