Mobbing : Personlighet, kön och andra faktorers påverkan på människan

Mobbing är ett socialt problem. Därför skapades denna studie för att se om samband råder mellan mobbad, mobbare och personlighetsegenskaper. Dessutom gjordes en könsfördelning för att se om det råder några signifikanta skillnader i händelse, kön och personlighet. För att få svar på dessa syften ställdes frågorna: Hur ser mobbingen ut och vilka drabbas? Har kön och personlighetsegenskaper någon betydelse för om man blir mobbad eller utsätter andra för mobbing? Till hjälp användes en kvantitativ undersökningsmetod. En enkätstudie, där tre klasser i årskurs nio deltog. Det resultat som framkom var att tjejer i allt större utsträckning mobbar och mobbas och använder sig av mer grövre metoder än tidigare. Dessutom visar studien att det finns en signifikant skillnad i personlighet karakteristiska neurotisk och de som utsätts för mobbning.AbstractBullying is a social problem. Therefore this study was created to see if there was a connection between being bullied, bullies, and personality characteristics. In addition a balance to see if there was any significant difference in the event, gender and personality. To answer these objectives the questions were: What is bullying and who is affected? Do gender and personality characteristics have an impact on whether one is being bullied or subjecting others to bullying? A quantitative questionnaire survey was used in three classes for students in ninth grade. The results showed that girls were more widely both bullies and bullied. And apply the increasingly violent methods. In addition, the study shows that there is a significant difference in personality characteristic neuroticism and those that are subjected to bullying.

Mobbing With A Gender Perspective: How Women Perceive, Experience And Are Affected From It?

This study was carried out with the objective of exploring mobbing with a gender perspective. Studies done so far on mobbing have employed a gender-neutral approach to the phenomenon, suggesting that there was no relationship between gender and mobbing. However, recent feminist studies suggest that, feminist theory,masculinity theory and gendered organizations theory explain how mobbing is in relation with gender. This study analyzed how women perceive, experience and are affected from mobbing in light of explanations offered by these theories. In this context, in-depth interviews were carried out with nine women employees from private sector and eleven women employees from public sector, in total 20 women employees. As a result of this study, depending on the reasons of victimization, types of mobbing is divided in to three categories. They are &ldquo / political mobbing&rdquo / ,&ldquo / individual mobbing&rdquo / and &ldquo / organizational mobbing&rdquo / . The mobbing behaviors that these 20 women were exposed to were also identified. According to the findings of the study women move away from the workplace or exit from work life through transfer, retirement or resignation as a result of mobbing they have lived. Findings of the study show that mobbing has serious effects on psychical and psychological health of the individuals. Although gender was not found to be major factor for being chosen as a target, it intensifies the negative consequences for women through the mobbing process and afterwards, in work life and private life social relations. As a result of this study, it is observed that gender significantly influences women&rsquo / s mobbing experiences.

Condiciones psicofísicas en el acoso moral en el trabajo

El interés por estudiar el fenómeno de acoso laboral se debe a la frecuencia en que se produce, a las graves consecuencias sobre la salud de las víctimas y para las organizaciones, y fundamentalmente a la necesidad de intervención con oportunas medidas de prevención. Es por ello que interesa conocer las situaciones ligadas al mobbing, su entorno y las circunstancias en las cuales se presenta, y sus consecuencias. El presente trabajo se divide en dos apartados principales. La primera parte describe el ámbito en que se desarrolla el estudio, como es el hospital público dependiente del Ministerio de Salud de la provincia de Buenos Aires. Se trata de un sector especialmente significativo para estudiar un fenómeno que está fuertemente influenciado por aspectos contextuales y organizativos. De allí que el objetivo del presente estudio sea analizar las condiciones psicofísicas en el acoso moral en el trabajo así como los factores de riesgo en dichos hospitales. La segunda parte presenta los objetivos y la justificación del presente estudio, el método utilizado, los principales resultados obtenidos y su discusión. Se describirán las posibles explicaciones de este fenómeno, haciendo hincapié en las medidas preventivas, finalizando con las conclusiones.

Bullying is something that is often times talked about in relation to school, in spite of that it's still something that is a very common problem. It is also rarely ever clearly defined, and is subject to a heap of different definitions. In order to prevent something, we must first understand it, and therefore define it. With that the purpose of this study is to examine swedish preschool-teachers definitions of bullying. How do they define bullying? Do their definitions differ from one another? The investigation was qualitative and used qualitative interview methods to interview four pre-school teachers about their deifnitions of bullying. These interviews were analyzed through conceptual history and hermeneutics. The conclusion of the study was that the interviewed pre-school teachers definitions were quite weak and rather poorly defined. Their definitions also differed quite a bit from each other, concluding that there's no clear definition of what bullying is in pre-school.

I examined the effect of the conspecific mobbing call of the Red-backed Shrike (Lanius collurio) on nest defence against arial predator (kestrel). I used a playback experiment in the presence of a dummy of kestrel (Falco tinnunculus) in two variants either with nature look or with adjusted key features (pigeon beak, claws and eyes), and pigeon (Columba palumbus) as a control. Shrikes were attracted by the mobbing call and arrived to their nests faster. Only the modified kestrel was attacked more likely in the presence of the playback, that suggests possible function of the mobbing call as a cue for social learning of predator recognition.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / O presente estudo, epidemiológico e de caráter exploratório, tem como objeti-vo analisar, comparativamente, as relações entre mobbing (assédio moral) e as di-mensões da Síndrome de Burnout em servidores da justiça do trabalho. A escolha deste tópico de pesquisa é justificada pelo aumento dos números estatísticos e pela evidência empírica de que o burnout é o dano mais prevalente que acomete vítimas de mobbing. Os 552 participantes desta pesquisa constituem uma amostra repre-sentativa, extraída de uma população de 3239 servidores públicos. O respectivo plano amostral levou em consideração variáveis sócio-demográficas, entre as quais: gênero, cargo, escolaridade e outras de relevância para a pesquisa. Foram quatro os instrumentos de medida aplicados nos participantes: um questionário sócio-demográfico, a Escala de Percepção do Assédio Moral no Trabalho - EP-AMT (Mar-tins; Ferraz, 2008), a Escala de Impacto Afetivo do Assédio Moral no Trabalho - EIA-AMT (Martins; Ferraz, 2008) e o Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey MBI-GS (Maslach; Schaufeli, 1993). Na análise estatística, foram utilizados os softwares SPSS V17, Minitab 16 e Excel Office 2010 e, para medir a significância entre as amostras, foi utilizada a estatística t de Student. Os resultados desta investigação permitem identificar a existência de interfaces entre os construtos mobbing e bur-nout. Além disso, os dados gerados pela pesquisa favorecem a construção de indi-cadores úteis ao planejamento de ações em políticas públicas de prevenção, anteci-pação, identificação, intervenção e enfrentamento de casos de assédio moral e bur-nout no ambiente laboral, com conseqüente preservação da saúde mental dos traba-lhadores desse segmento.
