El proyecto JoinSports tiene como objetivo integrar a personas aficionadas al deporte que comparten los mismos intereses deportivos mediante un aplicativo móvil que permita generar encuentros con personas cercanas a su localidad. Esta idea de negocio surge porque muchas veces el aficionado dentro de su círculo social no encuentra amigos con los cuales pueda practicar deporte principalmente por los distintos horarios que cada uno de estos maneja dejando de lado inclusive la práctica del mismo. Es así como nace JoinSports, una plataforma deportiva que permitirá conectar a usuarios con personas de la misma afinidad, buscar y anunciar partidos como también la posibilidad de aprender nuevas habilidades y mejorar el rendimiento a través de clases virtuales con profesores 100% calificados y apasionados de su profesión ofreciendo a cada usuario una experiencia única. Para validar este modelo de negocio, se llevó a cabo distintos experimentos a través del diseño de prototipos de alta fidelidad, entrevistas a personas con amplia experiencia en el rubro, clientes potenciales, programadores, entre otros. Además, para validar las fuentes de ingresos del proyecto fue necesario elaborar un plan de ejecución del concierge. Todo ello, ha permitido validar el potencial y la factibilidad del proyecto. Asimismo, para evaluar la rentabilidad del proyecto se realizó el plan de negocios de JoinSports involucrando el presupuesto del área de marketing, operación, recursos humanos y finanzas resultando un modelo de negocio viable a largo plazo, y demuestra la solución a un problema real. / The JoinSports project aims to integrate amateurs who share the same sports interests through a mobile application that allows generating encounters with people close to their locality. This business idea was born because many times people within his social circle does not find friends with whom he can practice sports, mainly due to the different schedules that each of these handles, leaving aside even the practice of it. This is how JoinSports was born, a sports platform that will allow users to connect with people of the same affinity, search and announce matches as well as the possibility of learning new skills and improving performance through virtual classes with 100% qualified teachers who are passionate about his profession offering each user a unique experience. To validate this business model, different experiments were carried out through the design of high-fidelity prototypes, interviews with people with extensive experience in the field, potential clients, programmers, among others. In addition, to validate the sources of income for the project, it was necessary to prepare an execution plan for the concierge. All of this has made it possible to validate the potential and feasibility of the project. El presente trabajo consta de un plan de negocio de una aplicación que busca conectar entrenadores y personas que buscan entrenar en base a tres servicios, dos de ellos relacionados con sesiones de entrenamiento, y otro pensado en complementar los servicios principales que ofrecemos, servicio de nutrición. Para ofrecer un servicio de calidad se realizaron entrevistas tanto a entrenadores como a personas que hacen ejercicio, ya sea dentro y fuera de casa. Adicional a esto también se entrevistó a diseñadores y creadores de páginas web y aplicaciones.
Por un lado, se realizó la segmentación necesaria para obtener nuestro público objetivo. Luego, para conocer las características deseadas por el público objetivo en la aplicación se realizaron experimentos, y para obtener el precio adecuado de cada servicio se realizaron concierges.
Por otro lado, se presentaron factores tanto externos como internos, como el COVID 19 o la situación política, los cuales provocaron que desarrollemos estrategias que permitan el éxito del proyecto en la actualidad y a futuro.
Finalmente, para analizar la viabilidad del proyecto se procedió a realizar una proyección tanto de ventas, gastos y costos para el desarrollo a largo plazo. / This work consists of a business plan for an application that seeks to connect coaches and people who seek to train based on three services, two of them related to training sessions, and another designed to complement the main services we offer, nutrition service . In order to offer a quality service, interviews were conducted with both trainers and people who exercise, both inside and outside the home. In addition to this, designers and creators of web pages and applications were also interviewed.

The goal of this thesis is to design and implement a multiplatform multilingual mobile application for detecting leukocoria in an image of human face for iOS and Android platforms. Leukocoria is a whitish light of the pupil, which can be seen on the photo when the flash is used. Early detection of this symptom can save human eyesight. The application itself allows to analyze a user's photo and detect the presence of leukocoria. The goal of the application is to analyze eyes of the human, from which the mobile application name - Eye Check is derived. React Native framework was used to create a multiplatform mobile application. The Dlib library was chosen for human face and eye detection, the OpenCV library for working with the photo. The convolutional neural network was used to classify the eyes for the possible presence of leukocoria. Client-Server communication is solved using the REST architecture. The result is a mobile application that detects leukocoria and allerts the user to visit his doctor if leukocoria is detected.
