In this work "Musical competence's features of the fourth year accordion players" is analyzed the features of the musical competency. The subject of research is a musical competence's feature. The purpose of work is to rate musical competence's features of the fourth year accordion players. The object of musical education is musical culture of person, his artistic, intellectual, moral quality and spiritual wealth. This attitude forms adequate theoretical basics, maximizes pedagogical responsibility for the quality of education content, realization logistics, cultural development. So the objects of musical education, system of assignments, practical activity must be regularized accordingly. Musical education must comprehensively influence culture; improve not only qualification, but competence too. This leverage is thinkable when details of competence are actualized all in one. The quality, complexion, influence of music subject are educed in this context. In the first chapter of this work is surveyed musical competence's pedagogical conception, features, construing pattern. Model amplifies the undivided propagation of musical expression and cognition; accentuate personal qualification, musical activity and socio-cultural activity as the musical competence's criterion aspects. Výzkum hudební komunikace / Analysis of the Efficiency of Transmission of Communication Through Musical Communication

The thesis deals with the evolution of musical communication, competencies and offers a research method for study of these. In the first chapter, author's background, motivation and the chosen body of music is presented. The second chapter briefly summarizes the development of musical communication and of the main theoretical and research approaches to it in the Western society. The third chapter provides a research method of shared musical communication skills based on Italian scholar Gino Stefani's model of common musical competence. In the fourth chapter this method is tested out on a sample of Czech musically uneducated population to prove wrong the common assumption that only a gifted and musically educated part of society is privileged to participate in the practices of musical communication.

Orquestra Villa – Lobos : o impacto da competência musical no desenvolvimento sociocultural de um contexto popular

O presente estudo objetiva investigar a relação existente entre o desenvolvimento da competência musical das crianças que compõem a Orquestra de Flautas Heitor Villa Lobos e o desenvolvimento sociocultural da comunidade, procurando identificar de que forma a conquista dessa competência é influenciada pela interação: música-escola, música-família e música-comunidade em geral, bem como de que forma essa competência musical tem contribuído com a transformação social da comunidade. Para investigarmos este objeto de estudo, estaremos analisando a importância do meio social no desenvolvimento humano, procurando estabelecer um diálogo entre autores como: Henri Wallon, Piaget, Vigotsky, Urie Brofembrenner, Peter Smith, entre outros citados que abordam sobre a importância do meio social para o desenvolvimento humano. Do ponto de vista musical, estaremos buscando fundamento teórico em Jane W Davidson; Michael J. A Howe; John Sloboda e David Hargreaves; Isabelle Peretz (2006) Johanella Tafuri (2008) e Maffioletti (2011), que discutem sobre os fatores de desenvolvimento da competência musical. A metodologia da pesquisa possui uma abordagem qualitativa com a realização do estudo de caso de caráter etnográfico através de observações de aulas, ensaios e apresentações, bem como através da inserção no dia a dia da comunidade. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas, questionários e conversas informais como procedimento complementar da pesquisa. Os resultados da pesquisa demonstraram que o contexto sociocultural é fundante para o desenvolvimento da competência musical, ao mesmo tempo em que é fortemente impactado por essa competência, repercutindo diretamente na família, na escola e na comunidade em geral. / The present study aims to investigate the relationship between the development of musical competence of children who comprise the Orchestra Flutes Heitor Villa Lobos and cultural development of the community, seeking to identify how the achievement of this competence is influenced by the interaction: music-school, music family-and-music community in general, as well as how that musical competence has contributed to social change in the community.To investigate this object of study will be analyzing the importance of the social environment on human development seeking to establish a dialogue between authors such as Henri Wallon, Piaget, Vygotsky, Urie Brofembrenner, Peter Smith, among others cited that discuss the importance of the social environment for human development. From the musical point of view we are seeking theoretical foundation for Jane W Davidson, Michael J. The Howe, John Sloboda and David Hargreaves; Isabelle Peretz (2006) Johanella Tafuri (2008) e Maffioletti (2011), arguing about the factors for the development of musical competence. The research methodology has a qualitative approach to the study of ethnographic case through observations of lessons, rehearsals and performances, and by inserting in daily community. Interviews were semi-structured questionnaires and informal conversations as a complementary procedure of the research. The survey results showed that the sociocultural context is foundational to the development of musical competence, while it is strongly affected by this power has a direct impact on the family, at school and in the wider community.

Natalya Peganova Criteria of the Evaluation of Primary Teachers` Musical Competence and Their Applying while Administering In the Master`s research work the problem of primary teachers` musical competence is analysed. The newness of the topic is determined by the fact that primary teachers` musical competence in schools in the process of pedagogical practice is almost not examined. In this research criteria of the evaluation of primary teachers`musical competence needed for their professional work and administrative control are defined.The problem is improper evaluation of primary teachers` musical competence made by school administration and insufficiant attention to primary teachers preparation for carrying out the process of children`s musical development. The research was aimed at determination of criteria of the evaluation of primary teachers` musical competence and checking-up their suitability while administering. Doing this the conception of competence itself was discussed, the ways of the evaluation of primary teachers` musical competence and administrative control were analysed, primary teachers` view towards their musical competence was ascertained, description of the criteria of the evaluation of primary teachers` musical competence was prepared and its suitability was checked while administering.
