FundaÃÃo de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado do Cearà / A ProgramaÃÃo LogÃstica das empresas de distribuiÃÃo de GÃs Liquefeito de PetrÃleo (GLP) à uma etapa importante e fundamental no processo de planejamento de operaÃÃo e, atualmente, de sua eficÃcia dependem a lucratividade e a sobrevivÃncia destas empresas. Isso porque o mercado de distribuiÃÃo de GLP tem a peculiaridade de possuir margem de lucro muito baixa e de ter na sua matÃria-prima o responsÃvel por mais de 70% (setenta por cento) do seu custo. Assim, as empresas deste ramo tÃm sido forÃadas a serem cada vez mais eficientes na sua polÃtica de custos, jà que o mercado consumidor nÃo suporta mais o repasse desses gastos, mesmo se tratando de um bem bÃsico. A referida ProgramaÃÃo LogÃstica nÃo trata apenas das rotas a serem cumpridas pelos caminhÃes e sim a forma que os fluxos logÃsticos acontecem. Essa pesquisa tem a finalidade de estudar o fluxo logÃstico que ocorre no canal reverso, ou seja, o retorno dos recipientes vazios a base de produÃÃo para serem novamente envasados. A metodologia utilizada neste trabalho à baseada na construÃÃo de CenÃrios e comparÃ-los entre si e com o que à atualmente utilizado pela empresa em estudo. Os dados levantados na referida empresa servirÃo para validar os CenÃrios propostos, e assim servir para subsidiar o setor de LogÃstica da empresa a tomar decisÃes sobre o melhor modelo de fluxo no canal reverso, reduzindo custos e tornando a movimentaÃÃo de carga mais eficiente no Ambiente Urbano. Os CenÃrios propostos serÃo tambÃm avaliados quanto ao seu grau de exeqÃibilidade e suas implicaÃÃes / The Logistic Programming of the companies of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) is an important stage and basic in the process of planning of operation and, currently, its effectiveness the profitability and the survival depend on these companies. This because the market of LPG distribution has the peculiarity to possess profit edge very low and for more than to have in its raw material responsible 70% (seventy percent) of its cost. Thus, the companies of this branch have been forced to be each time more efficient in its politics of costs, since the consuming market does not support more the view of these expenses, exactly if treating to a basic good. The related Logistic Programming does not deal with only the routes to be fulfilled for the trucks and yes the form that the logistic flows happen. This research has the purpose to study the logistic flow that occurs in the canal reverse, that is, the return of the empty containers the base of production to be again planted. The methodology used in this work is based on the construction of Scenes and to compare them enters itself and with what currently it is used by the company in study. The data raised in the related company will serve to validate the Scenes considered, and thus to serve to subsidize the Logistic sector of the company taking decisions on optimum model of flow in the canal reverse, reducing costs and becoming the more efficient load movement in the Urban Environment. The considered Scenes also will be evaluated how much to its degree of feasibility and its implications

Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento CientÃfico e TecnolÃgico / Esse trabalho consiste na obtenÃÃo de uma nova rota de sÃntese para o manganato de nÃquel (NiMn2O4) atravÃs do mÃtodo sol-gel protÃico, utilizando a gelatina comestÃvel como precursor orgÃnico, bem como uma caracterizaÃÃo do mesmo. A sÃntese das nanopartÃculas foi realizada atravÃs da diluiÃÃo de sais inorgÃnicos (NiCl2.6H2O, MnCl2.4H2O) e gelatina em Ãgua destilada com a adiÃÃo de hidrÃxido de sÃdio (NaOH) em soluÃÃo. Em seguida foi colocada em uma estufa com temperatura fixa de 100ÂC para que fosse seca. As amostras foram calcinadas numa faixa de temperatura de 600ÂC à 1000ÂC por um tempo prÃ-determinado. O forno utilizado na calcinaÃÃo possui um formato tubular com sistema rotativo e inclinaÃÃo ajustÃvel, cujo principal objetivo à a obtenÃÃo de uma maior homogeneizaÃÃo das partÃculas. Foi realizada uma caracterizaÃÃo microestrutural cujos parÃmetros calculados foram o tamanho e a microdeformaÃÃo das nanopartÃculas. As tÃcnicas empregadas para essa anÃlise foram: a difraÃÃo de raios-X com o uso do mÃtodo Rietveld de refinamento de estrutura; a fluorescÃncia de raios-X com o intuito de comprovar a estequiometria dos elementos presentes na sÃntese; medidas magnÃticas com o objetivo de encontrar propriedades magnÃticas do composto (NiMn2O4) e as anÃlises tÃrmicas TG e DSC para a determinaÃÃo das perdas de massa e energia de ativaÃÃo do material, durante o processo de sinterizaÃÃo. Todos os recursos e tÃcnicas aplicadas na obtenÃÃo desse composto tÃm como objetivo otimizar o processo de sua obtenÃÃo; com diminuiÃÃo de energia, tempo e custo / This work presents a new route for the synthesis of nickel manganate (NiMn2O4) through the sol-gel protein method, using gelatin as an organic precursor. The synthesis of nanoparticles was performed by dilution of inorganic salts (NiCl2.6H2O, MnCl2.4H2O) and gelatin in distilled water with the addition of sodium hydroxide (NaOH). This solution was then placed in an oven at a fixed temperature of 100ÂC to make it dry. The samples were calcined in a temperature range of 600ÂC to 1000ÂC for a predetermined time. The oven used in calcination has a tubular shape and is provided with rotation and adjustable tilt, whose main objective is to obtain a greater homogenization of the particles. Particle size and microstrain were calculated from the parameters obtained from the microstructural characterization. The technique used for this analysis ware: the X-ray diffraction using the Rietveld method of structure refinement; the technique of X-ray fluorescence was applied in order to prove the stoichiometry of the elements present in the synthesis; magnetic measurements in order to find the magnetic properties of the compound (NiMn2O4) and the thermal analysis TG and DSC were performed to determine the loss of mass and energy variation of the material during the sintering process. The technique used to obtain nickel manganate allowed the optimization of the process. Thus obtaining the desired material with lower energy consumption, shorter time and lower cost than other processes commonly employed

CoordenaÃÃo de AperfeiÃoamento de Pessoal de NÃvel Superior / RESUMO O presente estudo trata da chegada do povo Ãrabe em Floriano, numa tentativa de mostrar como aconteceu o processo de integraÃÃo sÃcio-cultural desses imigrantes numa cidade do interior do PiauÃ, bem como identificar os principais aspectos dessa influÃncia sobre a sociedade, atravÃs de uma anÃlise do contexto sÃcio-histÃrico-econÃmico. Devido à dificuldade de encontrar registros sobre o tema enfocado â algumas vezes, devido à prÃpria falta desses registros â tivemos de utilizar como recursos metodolÃgicos algumas entrevistas, alÃm de documentos, jornais e fotografias que se tornaram elementos essenciais para uma melhor compreensÃo do objetivo proposto. Neste sentido, pode-se entender que a inserÃÃo da cultura Ãrabe em Floriano aconteceu de modo semelhante à ocorrida em outras cidades brasileiras. PorÃm, graÃas particularmente à presenÃa dos sÃrios e libaneses, pode-se inferir que nessa cidade alguns aspectos da influÃncia Ãrabe sofrida foram diferentes daqueles ocorridos em outros lugares, uma vez que os imigrantes daqueles paÃses nÃo apenas assimilaram a cultura regional, mas tambÃm introduziram elementos de suas prÃprias culturas, como aqueles relacionados a hÃbitos alimentares e estilo arquitetÃnico, apenas para exemplificar. Com sua habilidade natural para o comÃrcio, contribuÃram especialmente para o crescimento dessa atividade em Floriano, introduzindo novas prÃticas comerciais , inclusive a modalidade de venda a prazo. Pouco a pouco, vencendo dificuldades causadas pela lÃngua e pelos preconceitos, tornaram-se cidadÃos respeitÃveis e assumiram funÃÃes pÃblicas importantes, confirmando assim sua valiosa contribuiÃÃo para o desenvolvimento de Floriano. / ABSTRACT The present study deals with the arrival of Arab people at Floriano city in attempt of showing how the process of social and cultural integration of these immigrants in an inner city of Piauà state has happened as well as identifying the main aspects of this influence upon the society through an analysis of the historical, social and economic context. Due to the difficulty of finding registrations about the theme focused â sometimes, due to own lack of these registrations â we have to use as methodological resources some interviews, besides documents, newspapers and pictures that turned out essential elements to a best comprehension of the proposed objective. In this sense, it can be understood that the insertion of the Arabic culture in Floriano city happened in a similar way to that occurred in other Brazilian cities. But, thanks particularly to the presence of the Syrian and Lebanese people in this city, it can be inferred that some aspects of the Arabic influence suffered are different from those occurred in other places, once the immigrants from those countries not only assimilated the regional culture but introduced elements of their own culture, as those relating to food habits and architectural style, only to exemplify. With their natural ability for the commerce they contributed specially to the increase of this activity in Floriano, introducing new commercial practices, including the credit sale modality. Little by little, winning difficulties caused by language and by prejudices, they become respected citizens and assumed public functions, confirming definitely their valuable contribution to the development of Floriano city.
