Esta dissertação propõe investigar o fenômeno das toxicomanias como conseqüência do declínio da imago paterna na cultura atual. O estudo foi iniciado pelo cotejamento do tema na teoria de Sigmund Freud e pela interpretação de que a toxicomania é uma resposta à satisfação sexual recalcada. A pesquisa explorou ainda esse tema no ensino escrito e falado de Jacques Lacan. O uso abusivo de drogas promove um gozo auto-erótico que busca liberar o toxicômano de ter que lidar com os impasses da castração. Por tal motivo foi explorada a queda da operatividade do significante Nome-do-Pai na atualidade. Se o significante autentica o sujeito do inconsciente e opera como regulador de gozo, a ascensão do objeto a ao zênite social provoca efeitos decisivos sobre o sujeito: a inconsistência do Outro, a predominância do discurso da ciência e do capitalista, e a proliferação dos novos sintomas. Nesse sentido, a segunda clínica de Lacan, a chamada clínica borromeana, foi utilizada para interpretar os modos de gozo na contemporaneidade. O atendimento de um paciente psicótico que faz uso de drogas mostrou a importância de trabalhar o diagnóstico diferencial para orientar a direção do tratamento. / This dissertation proposes to investigate the chemical dependency phenomenon as a consequence of the paternal imago decline in current culture. The study begun by collating the theme in Sigmund Freud theory and by the interpretation that chemical dependency is a response to repressed sexual satisfaction. The research also explored this theme in Jacques Lacans written and spoken teaching. The abusive use of drugs promotes a self-erotic enjoyment that searches to release the chemical dependent from dealing with the castration impasses. Therefore, the operative decrease of the significant Name-of-Father in nowadays was explored. If the significant authenticates the unconscious subject and operates as a regulator of enjoyment, the rise of the a object to the social zenith causes a decisive effect on the subject: the inconsistency of the Other, the predominance of the science and capitalist discourse and the proliferation of new symptoms. Accordingly, the second clinic of Lacan, called borromean clinic, was used to interpret the ways of enjoyment in contemporary period. The surveillance of a psychotic patient who uses drugs showed the importance of working on the differentials diagnosis in order to treatment direction.

Essa dificuldade de análise se torna potencializada quando se trata de nome próprio de pessoa, pois o nome próprio, no caso do humano, inclui um corpo. Essa tese, que já destaca em seu título o laço que liga nome e corpo, pretende discutir as vicissitudes cabíveis nesse enlaçamento. Para tal, partimos dos movimentos constitutivos que participam da emergência do sujeito e que estão implicados no ato de nomear (n'homear) salientando a dimensão do Nome-do-Pai nesse ato. Psychologue dans l'Éducation Nationale, nous avons observé les effets de la mutation actuelle du lien social sur l'école. Chacun peut constater l'émergence des signes d'une conflictualité accrue : décrochage scolaire, phobie scolaire, augmentation du nombre de journées d'exclusion, appel pressant à un retour de l'autorité, épuisement des enseignants, multiplication des projets d'accueil individualisé ou inflation des demandes d'interventions d'auxiliaires de vie... Quelle lecture pourrait faire la psychanalyse de ces symptômes contemporains ? En quoi sont-ils l'expression du dépassement du complexe d'OEdipe pour couvrir d'un nouvel habillage symbolique l'impossible du rapport sexuel au XXIe siècle ? C'est là toute l'orientation de notre travail de thèse qui tente de mieux comprendre les enjeux cliniques et aussi les mécanismes psychiques convoqués dans un lien social désormais organisé par un "maître-capitaliste." / As a psychologist within the National Education system, I bear witness to the changes taking place in social links over schools. Everyone is able to note the emergence of signs of increasing conflicts : drop-out rate, school phobia, increase number of days of expulsion, calls for a return to more authority, exhausted teachers, growing need for individual remedial tuition, and expanding requests for help from carers. How could psychoanalysis interpret these contemporary symptoms ? In which way are they expressions of putting aside the Oedipus complex in order to symbolically fake the impossible nature of relationships between the sexes in the 21st century ? This is the aim of our current work to try and better understand the clinical issues and also the mental processes that arisenowadays in social links increasingly organised by a "capitalist master."

Ce travail de recherche a comme objectif la révision de la logique de la sexuation dans la clinique psychanalytique contemporaine. La thèse freudienne du « primat de phallus », reprise par Lacan d’abord dans sa logique sexuée « être ou avoir », gardera toute son importance dans son tableau de la sexuation, présentée dans le séminaire Encore. Ce tableau de la sexuation, référé au phallus comme au seul et unique signifiant de la différence des sexes, nous laisse “déboussolé” dans la recherche des particularités des modes contemporains d’être sexué. Par contre, nous affirmons que la thèse de Lacan selon laquelle « l’être sexué ne s’autorise que de lui-même […] et quelques autres » trouve toute sa pertinence quant au devenir sexué du sujet contemporain et se met au premier plan dans le tout dernier enseignement de Lacan à travers son étude du parlêtre en terme de nouage et de suppléance. Nous avons ciblé la clinique du pousse-à-la-femme et des femmes-transsexuelles afin de montrer, que la psychanalyse, orientée par le dernier enseignement de Lacan, permet de reconsidérer ces deux cliniques de troubles d’identité sexuelle comme des modes de s’autoriser en tant que sexués. A travers nos cas cliniques, nous prétendons avoir démontré que pour ces sujets, faute de se servir du signifiant phallique « pour tous », il s’agit néanmoins de tentatives pour trouver leur manière sinthomatique de rejoindre dans leur quête identitaire le discours sexuel commun qui soutient pour l’instant la binarité des sexes. / This study aims at a revision of the sexuation logic within the modern psychoanalytical clinic. The Freudian thesis on the "primacy of phallus" was initially assumed by Lacan as a sexuated logic "to be or to have" a phallus, and it kept its importance in his later works, it was especially developed in his XX Seminar "Encore" in the table of sexuation. We have demonstrated that as far as the table of sexuation refers to the phallus, described in terms of the phallic function, that continues to be the only signifier of the difference between the sexes, we can hardly apply it to studying some of the particularities of the modern modes of sexuation. On the contrary we suggest that Lacan’s thesis that "the sexuated being is authorized only by himself [...] and by some others" remains valid as far as the becoming of the modern subject is concerned and it is brought to the forefront in the last teaching of Lacan through his study of the "talking being" in terms of knotting and suppliances. Therefore we have chosen the study of the the clinic of the push-to-be-the-woman and that of transsexual women in order to demonstrate that psychoanalysis oriented by the last teaching of Lacan gives us the possibility to reconsider these two clinics of sexual identity disorders in terms of modes of auto-authorization as sexuated. Via our clinical cases we suggest that these subjects left out of the possibility to appeal to the phallic signifiers "for everybody", try nevertheless to find their sintomatic way to join the common sexual discourse without the reference of the sexual binaries.
