The aim of this paper is to get a better understanding of the potential advantages and disadvantages of the audiovisual education in relation to the teaching and learning of Spanish as a Foreign Language in 21st century Swedish upper secondary schools. From here, we will work on establishing a clearer view of if these audio and visual presentations of school materials should remain in its current state of utilization or if it should be either increased or decreased for the completion of the vision of a more advanced comprehension, a higher motivation and higher grades among the students.           For us to be able to accomplish the main purpose of this paper, we have chosen to base our investigation on the dual-coding theory and on a collection of questionnaires to work as a quantitative research method. These research instruments were distributed to three of the largest upper secondary schools in Karlskrona, Blekinge, Sweden; where three Spanish teachers and their total of 117 students answered a total of 13 questions that later were compared and generalized to aid us throughout our task of establishing the role of the audiovisual education.           As a conclusion, the results showed clear evidence of how many of the audiovisual technologies help or overturn the comprehension, the motivation and the grades of the students. Although two of these technologies lacked in frequency of utilization, which aggravated the results, we could with ease see that technologies such as Whiteboard, PowerPoint, movies and videos should be able to improve all three of the mentioned factors for the majority of the students. In turn, this would mean that a higher utilization rate of the audiovisual technology could be beneficial for future education of Spanish as a Foreign Language.

[pt] O estudo consiste em uma proposta de análise da argumentação e do emprego de metáforas de cunho moral nas notas taquigráficas da Comissão Parlamentar de Inquérito (CPI) da Petrobras, conduzida na Câmara dos Deputados em 21/10/2015, com participantes de diferentes partidos políticos no Brasil. Busca-se estabelecer relações entre a argumentação política, metáforas morais e a interação social em contexto. Procura-se discutir, em especial, o uso de metáforas morais utilizadas na contestação ou na adesão ao relatório da CPI em notas da sessão final da CPI. São apresentadas diferentes concepções de metáfora na literatura, com enfoque especial de metáforas no contexto político. O instrumental teórico e analítico é da Teoria da Argumentação (Schiffrin, 1987), sob uma perspectiva dialógica, e da Sociolinguística Interacional, mediante conceitos da situação social, da estrutura de participação, com foco contextual. A pesquisa é de cunho qualitativo documental, a partir do relatório e das notas taquigráficas registradas na última sessão da CPI. Mediante a análise entre o relatório e os comentários dos deputados, pudemos perceber retomadas de contestação e de adesão. As metáforas de cunho moral utilizadas vão de um contexto mais amplo, o país, a contextos mais específicos, a Petrobrás, a CPI, o relatório, bem como remetem a atributos dos participantes dos partidos políticos. O estudo proporciona maior entendimento da argumentação política dialógica, contribuindo para a compreensão do funcionamento das metáforas morais na linguagem de participantes de partidos políticos em um contexto social atual, nos embates em torno da crise política brasileira. / [fr] L étude consiste en une proposition d analyse de l argumentation et de l utilisation des métaphores morales dans les notes sténographiques du Comité d enquête parlementaire de Petrobras (CPI), menées à la Chambre des députés le 21/10/2015, avec des participants de différents partis politiques au Brésil. Il cherche à établir des relations entre argumentation politique, métaphores morales et interaction sociale en contexte. On cherche à discuter, en particulier, de l utilisation de métaphores morales utilisées dans le cadre du concours ou de l adhésion au rapport du CPI dans les notes de la session finale de la CPI. Différentes conceptions de la métaphore sont présentées dans la littérature, avec un accent particulier sur les métaphores dans le contexte politique. Les outils théoriques et analytiques sont issus de la Théorie de l Argumentation (Schiffrin, 1987), d un point de vue dialogique, et de la Sociolinguistique Interationale, à travers les concepts de la situation sociale, de la structure de participation, avec un focus contextuel. La recherche est documentaire qualitative, basée sur le rapport et les notes sténographiques enregistrées lors de la dernière session de la CEP. Grâce à l analyse entre le rapport et les commentaires des Membres, nous avons pu percevoir la reprise de la contestation et de l adhésion. Les métaphores morales utilisées vont d un contexte plus large, le pays, à des contextes plus spécifiques, Petrobras, la CEP, le rapport, ainsi que se référer aux attributs des participants des partis politiques. L étude fournit une meilleure compréhension de l argumentation politique dialogique, contribuant à la compréhension du fonctionnement des métaphores morales dans le langage des participants des partis politiques dans un contexte social actuel, dans les conflits autour de la crise politique brésilienne.

[pt] O tema do testemunho cristão é o foco principal deste trabalho. Segundo Salvador Pié-Ninot, na sua Teologia Fundamental, o testemunho se apresenta como a nova via empírica, isto é, o novo caminho que, através da vida cotidiana da Igreja com suas experiências diversas, por vezes até paradoxais, se apresenta como motivo coerente e plausível para se crer. Afinal, o testemunho é como que uma condição primeira necessária à credibilidade da fé. Isso é importante na tarefa apologético-dialogal da Teologia Fundamental. Dentro desta, na parte da Eclesiologia Fundamental, o testemunho é tido como elemento-chave de credibilidade na Igreja e passa a ser conhecido como via testimonii, por ser o caminho mais enfático, notório e coerente para a evangelização. A perspectiva do testemunho que, segundo Pié-Ninot é sempre teológico, dá-se no testemunho eclesial como mistério envolto em paradoxo. O testemunho cristão conduz à tarefa apologética, facilitando o diálogo na Igreja, quer pessoal (pela oração a Deus e Liturgia), quer com os irmãos (diálogo ecumênico e inter-religioso); e na diaconia do serviço de amor ao próximo. / [en] The theme of Christian testimony is the main focus of this work. According to Salvador Pié-Ninot on his Fundamental Theology, testimony is presented as the new empirical way. It means a new way in which the daily life of the Church with its various experiences, sometimes even paradoxical ones, presents itself as a coherent and plausible reason to believe. After all, testimony is a first condition required to the credibility of the faith. It is important in the apologetic-dialogical task of Fundamental Theology. Within this, in the part of Fundamental Ecclesiology, testimony is considered as a key element of Church s credibility. It is known as via testimonii, because it is the most emphatic, notorious and coherent way for evangelization. In the perspective of testimony, according to Pié-Ninot, testimony is always theological; it is an ecclesial testimony like a mystery wrapped in paradox. Thus, Christian s testimony drives us to an apologetic task, making Church s dialogue easy. It can be personal dialogue (through prayer to God and in the Liturgy) or with the brothers (in an Ecumenical Dialogue or an Interreligious one). It can also be in a perspective of diakonia in the service of love to our brothers.
