La crise pétrolière de 1974 frappe de plein fouet la consommation énergétique. Cette crise bouleverse d’abord la consommation quotidienne, les entreprises qui consomment beaucoup d’énergie (acier, automobile, … etc.), puis l’État qui voit se réduire les taxes pétrolières pour régulariser le marché public. Ainsi les citadins, surtout les parisiens, qui ont peu de ressources énergétiques doivent changer leurs habitudes de consommation. Réduire la consommation énergétique dans la construction devient une nécessité et l’État doit montrer l’exemple. Les bâtiments publics, neufs, rénovés ou restaurés servent d’exemple et illustrent les prises de position de l’État. S’occuper des économies d’énergie dans des bâtiments publics, c’est montrer l’intérêt que l’État manifeste vis-à-vis du domaine public. Le but de ce projet est de reconstituer les manières de repartir les traditions et les décisions dans la gestion énergétique et les nouveaux moyens techniques appliqués à la construction des édifices. Les résultats mettent en évidence cette problématique à travers l’étude de quelques bâtiments publics réalisés/édifiés en Île-de-France rapidement après la crise pétrolière de 1974. / The oil crisis of 1974 strikes quite hard the energy consumption. First of all, this crisis has disturbed the daily consumption, the companies which consume a lot of energy (steel, automobile, etc.) Then the State which reduced the oil taxes to settle the public market. The citizens, especially the Parisians who have a little reserve of energy resources may need to change their consumption habits. Reducing the energy consumption in the buildings becomes a necessity and the government has to show the example. The public, new, renewed or restored buildings, display the examples that the government wants to give of its new position. Dealing with the question of energy savings in public buildings, is also showing the governmental interest towards its public sector. See how the traditions and the decisions in the energy management and the new technical means applied to the construction of buildings are the purposes of this research, which highlights this problem and applies it to some of the public buildings realized recently after the oil crisis of 1974 in Ile-de-France .

Novostavba, veřejná stavba, studentské ubytování, stravování, studovna, parkoviště, keramické zdivo, skelet, plochá střecha, železobeton, předpjaté stropní panely, ETICS The task of the diploma thesis “Novostavba kolejí v Brně” is to elaborate the documentation according to the current version of the regulation No. 499/2006 Sb. The aforesaid compound is situated on an actual estate in a built-in area of the city of Brno, cadastral community of Královo Pole. The building functions as an accommodation for students of the University of Defence. The building is divided in three parts – two of them function as an accommodation, the third one incorporates conveniences of the hall of residence (boarding, administration, storeroom, library). The accommodation part has 5 floors in total, the conveniences are situated on the 2 above-ground floors and the basement. The compound is a wall construction with the ETICS weatherproofing insulation, combined with columns in the central section. The ceiling construction is made of reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete ceilings. The roof is flat and vegetative. The diploma thesis includes architectural study, preparatory works and specializations in the field of founding.

Brandbilarna står uppradade i ett stort och rymligt garage. Ljuset flödar in genom portarna och det stora glastaket. Om hundrafemtio år kanske det inryms en konsthall här istället - så som i Magasin 3 en bit bort.

This work seeks to verify the possible construction of a kindergarten in very confined conditions in the courtyard so that children can take dignified first steps in educational facilities and at the same time to economically use the land in the city center.

The aim of this thesis is to determine a position and a design for a Preventive Care Center at the Masaryk Memorial Cancer Institute in Brno (MOÚ) as well as to expand the existing Clinic of Radiation Oncology building at the same premises. The plot of land is located at a South-facing slope of Žlutý kopec, with the MOÚ land being enclosed by the Roubalova and Tomešova street. At the land, there are two buildings currently not in use which used to house a regional blood transfusion center coupled with a main building of the town library. The Preventive Care Center concept includes an inpatient ward for mobile patients, medical staff facilities, a proton therapy center, and space for rent. The design of the Preventive Care Center and its immediate surroundings should promote a pleasant and welcoming environment which could serve as a sanctuary area for health protection and prevention. This paper follows from the traffic solution and the development planned for the surrounding municipal premises based on the future Brno spatial plan and subsequent spatial and regulatory studies of newly planned residential area on the southern slopes of Žlutý kopec.

Project of new city library in industrial environment at Sévelin platform, Lausanne.

Ostrava city as lost it's relationships to the medieval history of the city centre. There are not any historical places, spaces or palaces, with free public spaces like the old castles and palaces in the cities. In the place of the former German House, destroyed after the the World war II is a rest of public space, which could be a part of the city sustainability concept. The project let's the rest of the historcial garden there like a countryard between two houses of the new Sustainable Development Centre. The sustaiable concept is to let there be a free space in the highly dense block structure of the modern city.

The subject of this diploma thesis is a project of a new town hall for the district of Brno - sever. Current town hall is situated in the inconvenient building on the Bratislavská street and few decentralised offices are located in separate places. The project should solve current problems as well as to follow current trends in contemporary town hall design. Town halls of these days must cover many functions, not only the accommodation of local government, but also to be the actual centre of the town - the centre of culture, economy and services. The new town hall building is located on corner plot of land in the compound of old Brno Černá Pole barracks. The building provides leasable commercial units as well as office space for the municipal government.
