We discussed in this study the symbolic building architecture that have made the symbolic image of the president João Pessoa, after his murder, he became a myth in the political and social scenario. Thus, our claim is to contribute to the production, movement and perception history of João Pessoa s symbolic image. This research documentary corpus were the local and other states newspapers that publicized the news of his death and the celebrations of the hundredth anniversary of his birth in 1978. We also worked with the mausoleum built at Palácio da Redenção gardens, and as well as with João Pessoa s last photo, taken in Recife, minutes before his death, widespread among the population. The central focus of our problematization were the various forms of this historic event dissemination and its perpetuation that involved the local and other states press, historians, memoirists and biographers of him, as well as official departments, the creation of memory places that together constituted the historic culture of death and nearly immortality of him, and after considered saint, hero and martyr. / Considerando a Paraíba, sobretudo na capital, a grande comoção social quando da morte de João Pessoa em julho de 1930 e ampliada pelas condições apoteóticas com que o seu enterro foi realizado. Discutimos nesta pesquisa a arquitetura das construções simbólicas que fizeram da imagem do Presidente João Pessoa, após o seu assassinato, um mito no cenário político-social. Sendo assim, a nossa pretensão é que seja uma contribuição para história da produção, circulação e percepção simbólica da imagem do Presidente João Pessoa. O corpus documental da pesquisa foram os jornais locais e de outros estados que publicizaram a notícia da morte de João Pessoa, as festividades ocorridas em 1978 por ocasião do centenário do aniversário do seu nascimento. Trabalhamos ainda com o mausoléu construído nos jardins do Palácio da Redenção, bem como com a última foto de João Pessoa, tirada no Recife minutos antes de sua morte e bastante difundida entre a população. O foco central de nossas problematizações foram as diversas formas de divulgação do acontecimento histórico e sua perpetuação contaram com a participação da imprensa local e de outros estados da federação, dos historiadores, memorialistas e biógrafos do Presidente, dos órgãos oficiais bem como, da criação de lugares de memória que juntos constituíram cultura histórica acerca da morte e da quase imortalidade do então Presidente depois tratado como santo, herói e mártir.

Through the elaboration of deceptive strategies as a way to escape from the insults and the constraints, the poet by means of creative runaway lines builds up a homoerotic poetry that differ from the established patterns and representational models of the literature. We can find, bearing in mind a problematic sexuality which overflows in the various I s, of the sinuous identities and the movable boundaries, and intense mask games. They become real in poems, especially by means of sensations, yielding the possibility of a queer discourse and generating a homoerotic poetry. Pessoa s homoerotism is, thus, presented amid friendly relationships, smooth spaces, of heterotrophy of the city, or others space and the closet s aesthetics. Based on this, it is noted the articulations of a performance gender as body scripture and inscription, thus establishing a physical-writing which reveals a transgressive sexuality, with multiple entrances and exits, affirmations and denials that originate paradoxes. In this matter, we develop links between Foucault conceptions (2010a, 2010b, 2011) towards the history of sexuality, friendship and the power-knowledge relations with traces of significance and subjectivity, in processes of faciality and BwO (Body-without-Organs) in Deleuze and Guattari (1996). We still consider the ontological questionings towards the Gay dimension in Eribon (2008) and we raise aspects concerning the construction of the idea of masculinity in Bourdieu (2010). Finally, we base ourselves on Sedgwick s 1993 closet epistemological approach, as well as on Butler s 2012 gender and performance theory, also going through a few Bataille 1987 passages about erotism, that redimension the homoaffective images of the Portuguese poet / Esta disserta??o investiga e analisa as express?es do homoerotismo na poesia Fernando Pessoa e de seus principais heter?nimos: ?lvaro de Campos, Alberto Caeiro e Ricardo Reis. Elaborando estrat?gias de fingimento como uma forma de escapar ?s inj?rias e interdi??es, o poeta atrav?s de linhas de fuga criadoras constitui uma po?tica homoer?tica, diferente dos padr?es estabelecidos e dos modelos representacionais da literatura. N?s podemos encontrar, tendo em vista uma sexualidade problematizada, que transborda na multiplicidade dos eus, das identidades fluidas e de fronteiras m?veis, intensos jogos de m?scaras. Estas se corporificam nos poemas, sobretudo, por meio das sensa??es, dando lugar ? possibilidade do discurso queer e homoer?tico emergir. The general objective of the research was to analyze which the relation between segregation and violence in this quarter. The motivation how much to the choice of this object of comment, it left of some tracks that pointed with respect to the existence of segregation in Bank clerks, raised in previous research, and of the knowledge gotten for proper experience of the reality of the quarter how much to the constant occurred cases of violence in its space. For the accomplishment of this research the etnográfico method was used. Soon after the confirmation of the segregation existence space partner in Bank clerks, I attempted against in considering this phenomenon as a violence form, in the measure in express the sufferings of the daily reality of one of the communities of the quarter, the Timbó. The research looked for to also understand the factors and the agents who determine the segregation of this community. Moreover, it verified that this segregation contributes for the sprouting of other forms of urban violence, that if constitute in crimes, many of violent them. Such crimes for its time strengthen the segregation and the stigma on the segregated community of the quarter. / Esta pesquisa aborda as questões sociológicas: segregação e violência urbana, tendo como lócus Bancários, um dos bairros de João Pessoa, capital da Paraíba. O objetivo geral da pesquisa foi analisar qual a relação entre segregação e violência neste bairro. A motivação quanto à escolha desse objeto de observação, partiu de algumas pistas que apontavam para a existência de segregação em Bancários, levantadas em pesquisas anteriores, e do conhecimento obtido por vivência própria da realidade do bairro quanto aos constantes casos de violência ocorridos em seu espaço. Para a realização desta pesquisa foi utilizado o método etnográfico. Logo após a confirmação da existência de segregação sócio espacial em Bancários, atentei em considerar esse fenômeno como uma forma de violência, na medida em expressa os sofrimentos da realidade cotidiana de uma das comunidades do bairro, o Timbó. A pesquisa procurou compreender também os fatores e os agentes que determinam a segregação dessa comunidade. Além disso, verificou que essa segregação contribui para o surgimento de outras formas de violência urbana, que se constituem em crimes violentos. Tais crimes por sua vez reforçam a segregação e o estigma sobre a comunidade segregada do bairro.

Este trabalho consiste no estudo da noção de gênio em Fernando Pessoa. Delimita por objetivo a identificação e análise de seu alcance e grau de penetração tanto nas formulações estéticas quanto poéticas do autor. O estudo se divide em três frentes, que definem a metodologia utilizada e o recorte do corpus investigado. A primeira aborda o ethos do homem de gênio nas cartas a João Gaspar Simões, Adolfo Casais Monteiro e Armando Côrtes-Rodrigues. A segunda frente do trabalho propõe a análise dos textos teóricos de Pessoa sob a perspectiva do gênio, pormenorizadamente os escritos sobre a questão Shakespeare-Bacon. A terceira frente se concentrará no estudo das leituras que Fernando Pessoa realizou do historiador e ensaísta escocês Thomas Carlyle (1795 - 1881), mais especificamente da obra On Heroes, Hero-Workship,and The Heroic in History. / This work consists of a study of the notion of genius in Fernando Pessoa. This research delimits as its goal the identification and analysis of Fernando Pessoas genius both in his aesthetic formulations and his poetics. The present work is divided into three sections, each defined by the methodology used and the selection of the corpus being investigated. The first part addresses the ethos of the man of genius in the letters to João Gaspar Simões, Adolfo Casais Monteiro, and Armando Côrtes-Rodrigues. The second part aims to analyze Pessoas theoretical texts from the perspective of the genius, carefully examining the writings that reflect on Shakespeare-Bacon. The third part will focus on Fernando Pessoas readings of the Scottish historian and essayist Thomas Carlyle (1795-1881), specifically of Carlyles work On Heroes, Hero-Workship, and The Heroic in History.

A tese O Imaginário de Fernando Pessoa: da educação cindida à educação sentida investiga o universo simbólico da obra de Fernando Pessoa, analisando seus três principais heterônimos Alberto Caeiro, Álvaro de Campos e Ricardo Reis , além dos poemas assinados por ele mesmo. Após proceder à mitocrítica da referida obra, discutiu-se sobre sua relação com a educação e seus desdobramentos éticos, à luz de uma abertura pós-moderna. A base referencial fundamentou-se na Antropologia do Imaginário, de Gilbert Durand, contando com significativas contribuições de Edgar Morin, Michel Maffesoli, Gaston Bachelard, Georges Gusdorf, Mircea Eliade e Joseph Campbell, entre outros, e buscou um reposicionamento epistemológico, com a noção de trajeto antropológico, coincidentia oppositorum e razão sensível, ancoradas na pluralidade de sentidos organizada pelo mito. O objetivo é compreender a mitopoiesis pessoana, seu descentramento em heterônimos e os substratos míticos de sua obra, mostrando como sua criação poética relaciona-se com uma educação do imaginário, que opera a reunião dos saberes cindidos pela modernidade. / The thesis The imaginary of Fernando Pessoa: from the divided education to the sensible education investigates the symbolic universe of the works of Fernando Pessoa, analising his tree most important heteronymous Alberto Caeiro, Álvaro de Campos and Ricardo Reis -, besides poems signed by himself. After procedure a mythcritics of the mentioned work, one argue about his relationship with the education and its ethics results and effects, in a perspective of a post-modern landscape. The referential basis was founded in Antropology of the Imaginary, of Gilbert Durant, counting with important contributions of Edgar Morin, Michel Maffesoli, Gaston Bachelard, Georges Gusdorf, Mircea Eliade and Joseph Cambell, among others, and look a new epistemologic position, with the notion of anthropologic journey, coincidentia oppositorum and sensitive reason, based in the plurality of meanings organized by the myth. The aim is to understand the Pessoas mitopoiesis, his decentralizing in heteronymous and the mythics substracts of his work, pointing out how his poetic creation is related with an education of the imaginary, that makes the reunion of knowledges divided by the modernity.

O presente estudo pretende analisar, a partir da ideia de que determinados sujeitos do direito internacional veem-se investidos de uma titularidade subjetiva internacional atípica, os elementos que possibilitam a identificação dos sujeitos deste ordenamento jurídico. Para tanto, é feito um resgate sobre as principais doutrinas que buscaram, ao longo do tempo, elucidar as questões relativas à atribuição da personalidade jurídica. É realizada, desta forma, uma abordagem sobre as teorias que explicam a titularidade subjetiva tanto no direito quanto no direito internacional. Ademais, são estudadas, em suas mais variadas peculiaridades, as entidades tidas pela doutrina e pela prática como sujeito de direito internacional e o processo através do qual estas tiveram sua personalidade jurídica reconhecida pelo ordenamento jurídico internacional. / Some subjects of international law are invested with an atypical legal international personality. This study aims to analyse the elements that make possible the identification of the subjects of international law. The present work studies the main theories that have tried over time to clarify the issues relating to the attribution of legal personality so that it can identify the necessary criteria to configurate a subject of international law. In this sense, it explains the theories about personality in law and also in international law. Besides, it discusses the entities considered by doctrine and practice as subjects of international law in its many peculiarities and indicates how they come to have international personality.

Aborda a difusão da arquitetura moderna no Brasil, ao tratar desse processo na cidade de João Pessoa entre 1956 e 1974, por se revelar aí um período de intensa produção moderna apesar de seu limitado quadro de arquitetos. Objetiva explicar, a partir do vínculo entre arquitetura e cidade, quais foram os agentes promotores dessa arquitetura, como ela se manifestou no espaço urbano e como era então representada. Para isso se baseia em entrevistas com os arquitetos então atuantes e análises de projetos, obras construídas, artigos e publicidades de periódicos da época, ao enfocar edifícios públicos e privados e intervenções urbanísticas. Constata a diversidade de linguagens manifestadas, apesar da constante atenção à simplicidade e à economia construtiva, e a centralização em valores nãolocais, como também foi representada pela imprensa. / Diffusion of modern architecture in Brazil is accosted while this process is dealing with João Pessoa city between 1956 and 1974, because a period of intense modern production was revealed there in spite of its limited local architect\'s group. To explain, based on relation between architecture and city, what were the agents which promoted this architecture, how it was demonstrated itself in the urban space and how it was represented then are intended. The study is based in interviews with architects who were in activity at that moment and analyses of projects, constructions, articles and publicities of magazines and newspapers from that time while public and private buildings and urbanistic interventions are approaching. The diversity of languages manifested in spite of constant attention to simplicity and economy of construction and the focus on no-locals values, like it was also represented by press, are perceived.

Parte-se dos estudos da Comunicação, que apresentam um cenário descrito por diversos pesquisadores, segundo ideias como: redes (CASTELLS, 1999), ciberespaço e cibercultura (LÉVY, 2010), convergências (JENKINS, 2009), cultura da participação (SHIRKY, 2011), possibilidade de agência (MURRAY, 2003), ciborgue (HARAWAY, 2009), pós-modernidade e pós-humanismo (SANTAELLA, 2003), dentre outras. O interesse em percorrer estas ideias é o de indagar: O que podemos chamar de eu depois de Nietzsche, Freud, Lacan, Foucault, Deleuze e outros tantos pensadores? Como a definição de eu incide no entendimento do cenário de transformações mentais, sociais, culturais, econômicas, científicas, políticas e biológicas que se disseminam desde o final do século XX? Quais as implicações dessas questões nos estudos da Comunicação? A suposição de base é que essas transformações suscitaram outras concepções para entender os modos de ser e estar da espécie humana no aqui e agora, alterando o sentido do termo “eu” e de suas interseções teóricas (sujeito, subjetividade, indivíduo, ontologia). Suposição que toma corpo mediante a apresentação de duas perspectivas: uma, trazida pelo ferramental teórico-prático da psicanálise – na voz de pesquisadores como Freud, Lacan e Magno –, e outra, extraída da exemplaridade do ato poético de Fernando Pessoa. A primeira destaca conceitos como alienação, inconsciente, indiferenciação e “Pessoa” (conceito que esta pesquisa enfatiza). A segunda, aborda as ideias de (im)postura, potencialidade, experiência, genialidade desqualificada, não-lugar, (des)personalizações, eu-ninguém e abismo, ideias que contribuem para a proposta de, diante do tema proposto, pensar a contemporaneidade de Fernando Pessoa no que se refere às possibilidades comunicacionais hoje disponíveis. Busca-se com esta proposta um entendimento do eu para além das abordagens que o tratam segundo as ideias de multiplicidade ou flexibilização do self e da subjetividade, de patologias e mudanças de comportamentos atreladas aos dispositivos comunicacionais, de excessiva valorização da imagem e do imaginário ligada à exibição e à relação com o outro dependentes da lógica das redes tecnológicas. Trata-se, portanto, de explicitar algumas das indicações trazidas por Fernando Pessoa no início do século XX, e apresentar como estas indicações foram retomadas e retrabalhadas pela Nova Psicanálise (MD Magno) no sentido de acompanhar os modos de ser-e-estar (ou mal-estar, segundo Freud) da espécie humana e também de melhor entender a complexidade das ações, atos, manifestações e/ou fenômenos comunicacionais da atualidade. / "Who is the “ego” that communicates?" - This is the question that guides the context and the research of this proposal about the conceptions of the human in the contemporaneity, period of several historical and conceptual transformations. Starting with the Communication studies, which introduces a scenario described by several researchers, thoughts like: networks (CASTELLS, 1999); cyberspace and cyberculture (LÉVY, 2010); convergence (JENKINS, 2009); culture of participation (SHIRKY, 2011); possibility of agency (MURRAY, 2003); cyborg (HARAWAY, 2009); post-modern and post-humanism (SANTAELLA, 2003), among others. The interest in these ideas, propose the following questions: What means the expression “ego” after Nietzsche, Freud, Lacan, Foucault, Deleuze, and many other thinkers? How the definition of ego focuses on understanding the scenarios of mental, social, cultural, economic, scientific, political and biological transformations, spreading since the beginning of the late twentieth century? What are the implications of these issues in the communication studies? The basic assumption considers that these changes raised other concepts to understand the “ways of being” and “be” of the human species in the here and now, changing the meaning of the word "ego" and of their theoretical intersections (subject, subjectivity, individual, ontology). Supposition embodied by two perspectives: one brought by the theoretical and practical tools of psychoanalysis (in the words of researchers as Freud, Lacan and Magno), and the other extracted from the poetic act of Fernando Pessoa. The first emphasizes concepts such as alienation, unconscious, differentiation and a new conception of "Pessoa" (concept presented in this research). The second emphasizes the ideas of “(im)postura”, “potencialidade”, “experiência”, “genialidade desqualificada”, “não-lugar”, “(des)personalizações”, “eu-ninguém” e “abismo”, ideas that contribute to the purpose of this research before the proposed theme, think the contemporary Fernando Pessoa in relation to currently available communication possibilities. This proposition looking for the understanding beyond the approaches who treats the Ego according the ideas of multiplicity and flexibility of the self and subjectivity; pathologies and behavioral changes linked to communication devices; and excessive appreciation of the image and the imaginary linked to the display and the relationship with the other. The research intended to explain some of the indications introduced by Fernando Pessoa in the early twentieth century, and present how these were taken up and reworked by the New Psychoanalysis (MD Magno), following the ways of being and be (recalling Freud in Civilization and its Discontents – original title: “Das Unbehagen in der Kultur”) of the human species and also bring a better understanding of the complexity of actions, acts, demonstrations and/or communications phenomena of our time.

Este trabalho registra a trajetória da leitura que fizemos dos poemas do corpus em busca de resolução das questões problematizadas em torno do desejo de inconsciência. Procuramos identificar e estabelecer relações intertextuais entre os poemas Mãe..., de Antero de Quental, O sono do João, de António Nobre e alguns poemas de Fernando Pessoa ortônimo e heterônimos Alberto Caeiro e Álvaro de Campos. Buscamos perceber desdobramentos e representações do estado de inconsciência desejado e recomendado pelos sujeitos poéticos do corpus como rota de fuga às angústias íntimas oriundas do desconcerto entre as disposições anímicas do sujeito consigo mesmo e com o mundo, oriundas do doloroso sentir como fonte, para os sujeitos poéticos, de males: o pensamento reflexivo, a racionalidade, a ciência. Visamos, com a identificação e o estabelecimento de relações intertextuais entre poemas do corpus, perceber Fernando Pessoa inserido numa tradição literária de poetas intimistas portugueses do final do século XIX e início do XX, em cujos poemas reverbera o desejo de inconsciência. Procuramos expor, no capítulo O desejo de inconsciência, através do traço nostálgico e melancólico do homem da modernidade, o que poderia corroborar para uma compreensão mais aprofundada do problema do desejo de inconsciência como busca de paraísos mitológicos, terrestres ou artificiais, sonhos edênicos, rotas de fuga à consciência e racionalidade sentidas como causadoras de inquietações e dores. / This work reports the reading trajectory that we made of the poems of corpus, searching answers to arisen questions around the unconsciousness desire. We tried to identify and establish inter textual relations among the poems Mãe..., of Antero de Quental, O sono do João, of António Nobre and some poems of Fernando Pessoa - orthonymous and heteronymous Alberto Caeiro and Álvaro de Campos. We search to perceive developments and representations of the unconsciousness state pursued and recommended by the poetical subjects of the corpus as an escape route from inner anguish derived from the subject soul moods with himself and with the world, due to painful feelings as source of ills to the poetical subjects: reflective thought, rationality, science. We aim, with the identification and establishment of inter textual relationships in poems of the corpus, to perceive Fernando Pessoa related to a literary tradition of Portuguese intimate poets at the end of the XIX century and the beginning of the XX century, in whose poems the unconsciousness desire reverberates. We try to display, in the chapter named The unconsciousness desire, through the nostalgic and melancholic character of modernity man, what could enhance to a deeper understanding of the unconsciousness desire matter as a search of mythic, terrestrial or artificial paradises, wondrous dreams, escape routes from the conscience and rationality blamed of causing restlessness and pains.

Visamos, com a identificação e o estabelecimento de relações intertextuais entre poemas do corpus, perceber Fernando Pessoa inserido numa tradição literária de poetas intimistas portugueses do final do século XIX e início do XX, em cujos poemas reverbera o desejo de inconsciência. Procuramos expor, no capítulo O desejo de inconsciência, através do traço nostálgico e melancólico do homem da modernidade, o que poderia corroborar para uma compreensão mais aprofundada do problema do desejo de inconsciência como busca de paraísos mitológicos, terrestres ou artificiais, sonhos edênicos, rotas de fuga à consciência e racionalidade sentidas como causadoras de inquietações e dores. / This work reports the reading trajectory that we made of the poems of corpus, searching answers to arisen questions around the unconsciousness desire. We tried to identify and establish inter textual relations among the poems Mãe..., of Antero de Quental, O sono do João, of António Nobre and some poems of Fernando Pessoa - orthonymous and heteronymous Alberto Caeiro and Álvaro de Campos. We search to perceive developments and representations of the unconsciousness state pursued and recommended by the poetical subjects of the corpus as an escape route from inner anguish derived from the subject soul moods with himself and with the world, due to painful feelings as source of ills to the poetical subjects: reflective thought, rationality, science. We aim, with the identification and establishment of inter textual relationships in poems of the corpus, to perceive Fernando Pessoa related to a literary tradition of Portuguese intimate poets at the end of the XIX century and the beginning of the XX century, in whose poems the unconsciousness desire reverberates. We try to display, in the chapter named The unconsciousness desire, through the nostalgic and melancholic character of modernity man, what could enhance to a deeper understanding of the unconsciousness desire matter as a search of mythic, terrestrial or artificial paradises, wondrous dreams, escape routes from the conscience and rationality blamed of causing restlessness and pains.
