Esse trabalho debruça-se sobre um desafio necessário do tempo presente: analisar e compreender o envolvimento de adolescentes em atos infracionais. Começa por situar a temática do envolvimento de adolescentes do sexo masculino em atos infracionais com privação de liberdade no contexto da Doutrina da Proteção Integral; tema imbricado em múltiplas questões, conceituações, propostas em disputa, hierarquia de saberes, representações culturais e sociais, que produz diversos posicionamentos nos diferentes campos do conhecimento. A partir da idéia de que a internação engendra uma repercussão grave e que poderá gerar crises singulares nas histórias de vida dos adolescentes, propõe-se a escutar vozes tramadas no interior de uma Unidade de Internação para jovens do sexo masculino. Trata-se de um estudo que utilizou narrativas autobiográficas como instrumento de levantamento do corpus empírico para a compreensão de um tema relevante para a educação contemporânea, sobretudo pela escassez de pesquisas que discutam o tema a partir das vozes juvenis. No empreendimento de análise da polifonia da subjetividade, dialoga com o pensamento do filósofo francês Michel Foucault, quando problematiza a forma pela qual os seres humanos se tornam sujeitos. Nesse sentido, outros autores são chamados para dar conta das múltiplas problematizações e para superar uma razão ingênua ou que simplesmente levasse a produzir efeitos de certeza sobre o envolvimento de jovens em práticas consideradas infracionais pela legislação vigente. Ainda são colocados os problemas e as análises da rede de atravessamentos que o sujeito vive, nem sempre visíveis, que tecem o cotidiano do adolescente privado da liberdade, e fazem da internação um lugar de produção de subjetividade. / This paper concerns with the necessary challenge of the present time: the analysis and understanding of the involvement of teenagers in acts of infraction. It begins by positioning the theme of the involvement of male teenagers into infractional acts with privation of freedom within the context of the Doctrine of Integral Protection; theme that brings multiples questions, concepts, proposals in dispute, hierarchy of knowing, cultural and social representations, which produce several positions in the different fields of the knowledge. From the idea that the internment causes a grave repercussion and could generate singular crisis in the life history of the teenagers mentioned, it is proposed the listening of voices inside a Internment Unity for young male people. This is a study where autobiographical histories were used, as instrument for the statement of empirical corpus in order to understand a relevant theme on the contemporary education, over all by the lack of researches that discuss the theme from the “young voices”. It undertakes the analysis of the poliphony of the subjectiveness, it dialogues with the thoughts of the French philosopher Michel Foucault, when he renders the way by which human beings become citizens. In this direction, other authors are called to take care of the multiples questions and to overcome an ingenuous reason or that simply lead to produce effects of certainty over the involvement of the young people in practices considered as crime by the present law. Here are still mentioned some questions and analysis on the transversions net that the citizen lives, not always visible, that weaves the quotidian of the teenager – deprived of freedom - and makes of the internment a place of production of subjectiveness.

No. of bitstreams: 1 arquivototal.pdf: 1530855 bytes, checksum: 88ed58f3d14365684738e9dbd5bb440d (MD5) Previous issue date: 2015-08-21 / This dissertation brings anthropological discussions about how teenagers in compliance of deprivation of freedom in the Edson Mota Socio- Education Center- CSE, located in João Pessoa, PB, are perceived in their social relations in their daily lives from imprisonmen, and how they deal with matters relating to their sexuality, given that they live in an entrenched institution of control devices, discipline and exercise of power. The lack of specific elements in the Statute of Children and Adolescents-ECA to ensure the exercise of these adolescents sexuality, generates a lot of discussion about what actually constitutes as rights or as a bonus for these individuals. Through ethnographic work, using the techniques of participant observation and informal dialogues established with the inmates, it became clear that such individuals exercise their sexuality, whether legally or not, according to institutional procedures. The field work with the theoretical analysis revealed that behind bars of a prison and under the state panopticon look, these teenagers experience their controlled sexuality, directed to the spaces and the predetermined shapes. From this perspective, along this dissertation, we try to present all the challenges and theoretical and methodological conflicts of an anthropological work in the field of sexuality deprived of their liberty. / Este trabalho dissertativo traz discussões antropológicas acerca do modo como os adolescentes em cumprimento de medida de privação de liberdade no Centro Socioeducativo Edson Mota- CSE, localizado em João Pessoa, PB, se percebem nas suas relações sociais estabelecidas em seu cotidiano a partir do aprisionamento, e como lidam com questões relativas à sua sexualidade, tendo em vista que estão inseridos em uma instituição arraigada de dispositivos de controle, disciplina e exercício de poder. A falta de elementos específicos no Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente-ECA que garantam o exercício da sexualidade desses adolescentes, gera inúmeras discussões sobre o que de fato se constitui como direitos ou como regalia para esses indivíduos. Por meio do trabalho etnográfico, com a utilização das técnicas da observação participante e de diálogos informais estabelecidos com os internos, evidenciou-se que tais indivíduos exercem sua sexualidade, seja ela legalmente ou não, segundo os trâmites institucionais. O trabalho de campo junto à análise teórica revelaram que por trás das grades de uma prisão e sob o olhar panóptico estatal, esses adolescentes vivenciam sua sexualidade controlada, direcionada aos espaços e as formas pré-determinadas. Nessa perspectiva, ao longo desta dissertação, busca-se apresentar, sobretudo, os desafios e embates teórico-metodológicos de um fazer antropológico no campo da sexualidade de indivíduos privados de sua liberdade.
