Abstract The development of the construction industry is slower compared to other industries. This implies that there must be improvements in this field. One step to increased effectiveness in construction projects is making the construction process more efficient, therefore resulting in a positive result for both the actual construction project and for the overall branch. The purpose of this study is to identify areas for improvement within the municipal housing company Gavlegårdarna completed construction project, who will then contribute to increased efficiency in their upcoming projects. The work has been performed with the help of two case studies examine construction projects "Fullriggaren" and "The three nursing homes." Opinions about what could have improved the efficiency of these construction projects further have been collected with the help of an interview study among some of the project participants involved in both projects. There have been many studies addressing the topic of how the construction process can be streamlined and similar studies that have been previously conducted. From some of these studies the efficiency factors have taken a theoretical basis in this study. These factors are considered important in efforts to achieve an efficient construction process. Among these factors are: carrying it out right from the beginning, clear objectives, good communication and effective meetings, providing interaction and teamwork and good management of repetitions and experience interchange. The results of this study show that Gavlegårdarnas construction process is fragmented in all of these factors. The shortcomings that emerged are: not to getting tenants in time, unclear responsibilities, unclear objectives, time-consuming discussions at meetings, etc. The outcome of this study also supports previous studies conducted in the area. The study concludes with all of the resulting criticized fragmentations and a proposal of measures that show how Gavlegårdarna can counteract these deficiencies occurring in their future projects.   Keywords: project participants, construction process, efficiency, communication, partnering / Sammanfattning Utvecklingen av byggbranschen går långsammare jämfört med övrig industri. Detta medför att det måste göras förbättringar inom detta område. Ett steg i en ökad effektivisering är att i byggprojekten göra själva byggprocessen mer effektiv, då detta får ett positivt genomslag för både det aktuella byggprojektet och för branschen i stort. Syftet med denna studie är att hitta de förbättringsområden inom det kommunala bostadsbolaget Gavlegårdarnas genomförda byggprojekt, som sedan ska bidra till en ökad effektivisering i deras kommande byggprojekt. Arbetet har utförts genom att med hjälp av två fallstudier undersöka byggprojekten ”Fullriggaren” och ”De tre gruppbostäderna”. Med hjälp av en intervjustudie bland av några av de medverkande aktörerna i de båda projekten har synpunkter samlats in om vad som skulle kunna ha effektiviserat dessa byggprojekt ytterligare. Det har genomförts mängder av studier som behandlar ämnet om hur byggprocessen kan effektiviseras och liknande studier som denna har genomförts tidigare. Ur några av dessa studier har effektiviseringsfaktorer hämtats som teoretiskt underlag i denna studie. Dessa faktorer anses som viktiga i arbetet att uppnå en effektiv byggprocess. Dessa faktorer är: att göra rätt från början, tydliga mål, bra kommunikation och effektiva möten, att skapa samverkan och team och bra hantering av omtag och erfarenhetsöverföring. Resultatet av denna studie visar att Gavlegårdarna visat brister inom samtliga av dessa faktorer. De brister som uppstått handlar t.ex. om att inte få in hyresgäster i tid, otydlig ansvarsfördelning, otydliga mål, tidskrävande diskussioner på möten etc. Därmed visar sig denna studies resultat även stödja de tidigare genomförda studierna inom området. Studien avslutas med att samtliga av de uppkomna bristerna konkretiseras och att förslag ges på hur Gavlegårdarna kan motverka att dessa brister uppstår i deras kommande projekt.    Nyckelord: Byggherre, byggentreprenör, Byggprocess, byggprojekt, effektivisering, kommunikation, partnering

Forskare hävdar att det behövs mer forskning om projektdeltagares upplevelser i ideella projekt och vad som krävs för att behålla dem i projektet. Forskning som gjorts har främst undersökt projektdeltagares motivation i megaevenemang, sportevenemang och studentengagemang i andra kulturer. Det blir därav viktigt att undersöka varför individer engagerar sig ideellt och varför de fullföljer till projektets slut när deltagandet i sig är belöningen. Studien har, utifrån en fallstudie med 11 kvalitativa intervjuer, undersökt projektdeltagares upplevelser från ett ideellt evenemangsprojekt. Det projektdeltagarna upplever som betydelsefullt för sin motivation att delta och stanna kvar i projektet är främst tillhörigheten till en grupp. Erhållandet av meriter på cv:t ses också som en anledning till att delta och en fördel efter projektets slut. Dock är samarbetet och känslan av en tillhörighet till gruppen det som väger tyngst för motivationen och att fullfölja projektet. När projektdeltagarna upplever samhörighet ökar också känslan av trygghet och stöttning i gruppen och det blir lättare att fråga om hjälp vid behov. Om en arbetsgrupp splittras försvinner sammanhållningen och med det tillkommer också en risk att projektdeltagare förlorar känslan över att ha en roll och ett tydligt ansvarsområde. Det är också viktigt att projektdeltagarna får uppleva sin förmåga och att de bidrar till projektet. Sammanfattningsvis väger alltså det sociala behovet tyngre än att få en merit på cv:t. Därav finns det anledning och tro att vid rekrytering bör man trycka på att man får göra något fantastiskt ihop med en liten grupp och inte bara lyfta att det är en bra merit. / Researchers argue that more research is needed for project participants' experiences in nonprofit projects and key factors to keep them in the project. Former research has mainly examined project participants' motivation in mega events, sporting events and student engagement in other cultures. It is therefore important to examine why individuals engage in nonprofit projects and why they carry out until the end of the project when the participation itself is the reward. Based on a case study with 11 qualitative interviews, the study has examined project participants' experiences from a non-profit event project. The project participants experience that their motivation to participate and to go through with the project is mainly the feeling of belonging to a group. Qualifications for a resumé is also seen as a reason to participate and beneficial after the project is over. However, the collaboration and feeling of belonging to a group is important for motivation and to complete the project. The sense of security and support increases when the project participants experience belonging to a group, and it becomes easier to ask for help when needed. If a workgroup is divided, cohesion is lost and there is also a risk that project participants lose the feeling of having a role and a clear area of ​​responsibility. It is also important that the project participants experience their ability and their contribution to the project. In summary, the social need thus weigh heavier than getting qualifications for a resumé. There is therefore reason to believe that when recruiting, one should highlight the fact that you will be doing something great together in a small group and not just highlight that it is good for a resumé.

This work describes management construction projects in the construction business. The theoretical part explains the concept of construction projects and the chapters, which are used in the management process. The practical part of the course presents the implementation of construction contracts, accompanied by textual and graphical outputs. In conclusion, the evaluation and comparison of actual and proposed during execution.

В выпускной квалификационной работе рассматриваются основные стратегические подходы к развитию бизнеса, типы и виды стратегий диверсификации предприятия, тенденции рынка арматурного проката и проводится оценка рыночных позиций предприятия «УВМ-Сталь», по результатам которого разрабатывается методический подход для формирования стратегии диверсификации торгового предприятия в сфере металлопроката. В рамках исследования предлагается проект по созданию собственного промышленного предприятия по производству арматурного проката и обосновывается целесообразность перехода предприятия на стратегию диверсификации. / In the final qualifying work, the main strategic approaches to business development, types and types of strategies for the diversification of the enterprise, trends in the market of rebar products are considered and the market positions of the enterprise "UVM-Steel" are evaluated, according to the results of which a methodological approach is developed for the formation of a strategy for the diversification of a trading enterprise in the field of rolled metal. Within the framework of the study, a project is proposed to create its own industrial enterprise for the production of rebar products and the feasibility of switching the enterprise to a strategy of diversification is justified.

В выпускной квалификационной работе рассматриваются особенности маркетинговой деятельности дистрибьютерских компаний, их специфика управления процессами распределения и создание ценности услуг, а также концепция «lean» при управлении процессами распределения. Проведена оценка маркетинговой и конкурентной среды дистрибьютерской компании «ЭТМ». В рамках исследования предлагается проект по совершенствованию процесса распределения товаров и услуг в компании и обосновывается целесообразность внедрения концепции бережливого распределения. / The final qualification work examines the features of the marketing activities of distribution companies, their specifics of managing distribution processes and creating the value of services, as well as the concept of "lean" in managing distribution processes. An assessment of the marketing and competitive environment of the distribution company "ETM" was carried out. The study proposes a project to improve the process of distribution of goods and services in the company and substantiates the feasibility of introducing the concept of lean distribution.
