Pedagogų vidinės darnos ir psichologinės savijautos sąsajų ypatumai / The correlations between educators’ sense of coherence and psychological well-being

In the final paper for master’s degree the peculiarities of correlations between educators’ sense of coherence and well-being are discussed. The pedagogical characterization of educator’s profession and conception of coherence is tendered after thorough analysis of papers and researches of Lithuanian and foreign authors. The course, methods and data of research on educators’ coherence and well-being are discussed in the paper. The sense of coherence of educators is analyzed according to their social–demographic data, way of live and psychological well-being. The statistical analysis was accomplished to estimate the peculiarities of well-being. The typology of educators’ who took part in a survey and results of cluster analysis are presented in the paper. The peculiarities of correlations between educators’ sense of coherence and well-being are discussed in various aspects. After summarizing all the data conclusions and propositions are presented.

The aim of this paper is to reveal peculiarities and to determine the relationship between psychological well being of pupils in upper classes at school and their self-esteem, by comparing those studying in Catholic school with the ones studying in non-Catholic school. In the first and the second (theoretical) chapters the peculiarities of teenagers’ psychological well-being and self-esteem, as well as their importance in the process of personality development have been studied. In the third chapter the aim, the object and the tasks of the survey are indicated. In the fourth chapter the methodology and the sample of the survey are described. In the fifth (practical) chapter the results of the survey are analysed. The conclusions of the research are drawn in the sixth chapter.

Nowadays about 10% of population in European Union about 38 million people are treated as disabled people. In Lithuania there are about 350 thousand disabled people. After independence, disabled people seek more and more integration into society. They seek it through employment, possibility to study and cultural artistic activity. In Lithuania applied dance practise for disabled people is only in experimental tone, but the experience of foreign coutries shows that it can become a profesional as it gets proper attention. The aim of the research is to explore how the applied dance influences feelings and adaptation in the society people with physical disability. Qualitative research method was chosen which helped to know disabled people better and communicate with them personally. In the work such methods were used: observation, diaries, half structure interview, questionnaire, the analysis of document content. Research population - people with inborn motional disability who attend Kaunas disabled youth occupation centre. The made research showed that motional disability contracts possibilities to accommodate in the surrounding. With the help of applied dance practise disabled people have possibility to improve social behaviour participating in social life as full members of society. Jaunesniojo paauglio psichologinė savijauta - neabejotinai aktualus klausimas šiandieną ugdant sveiką visuomenę. Svarbiausias paauglio asmenybės ir psichologinės savijautos aspektas yra sveikatos kontrolės lokusas, kuris parodo, kaip žmogus suvokia savo sveikatą bei priežastis, nuo kurių priklauso jo sveikata, ir savęs vertinimas. Šio magistro darbo tikslas - ištirti 5-12 klasių mokinių savęs vertinimo ir sveikatos kontrolės lokuso ypatumus sąryšyje su sveikata ir mokymosi sėkme. Siekiama nustatyti 5-12 klasių mokinių sveikatos kontrolės lokuso ir savęs vertinimo skalių įverčių vidurkius pagal amžių (11-18m.) ir lytį, taip pat ištirti sveikatos kontrolės lokuso ir savęs vertinimo ryšį su praleistų pamokų skaičiumi dėl ligos bei su pažangumu. Tyrime dalyvavo 240 bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos mokinių (5-12 kl, 11-18 m.). Tyrimui atlikti buvo naudojama daugiadimensinė sveikatos kontrolės lokuso skalė/MHLC - A forma (Wallston K.,1978) ir M. Rosenberg savigarbos skalė (Rosenberg M., 1965). Užduočių rezultatai buvo išreikšti 4 rodikliais: vidinė kontrolė(HLC), atsitiktinumas(CHC), kitų įtaka(PHLC), savęs vertinimas(BRSV). / Nowadays the psychological being of pupils ‘is a very topical issue in trying to raise a healthy community. One of the main factors indicating the psychological health of the individual is the health control locus and self-esteem, showing how a person conceives his health and himself, his abilities, properties, and his status among other people. A teenager‘s psychical and physical health relies strongly on this, as well as learning advance and relationship to other people. The aim of the present work has been to analyze the 5 – 12 class children self-esteem and health control locus singularity in connection with learning advance. In the research, however, the aim has been to analyze 5 – 12 class children‘s indicators of health control locus and self-esteem according to the age (11-18 years old) and sex, quest 5 – 12 class children health control locus and self-esteem in connection with absences from school due to some illness and with learning advance. There were data collected from 240 schoolchildren 5 – 12 class (11-18 years old) in Lithuanian comprehensive schools. In the research there were used Multidimensional health locus of control scale (MHLC) (Wallston K., 1978) and Rosenberg’s self-esteem scale (RSV) (Rosenberg M., 1965). Tyrimo tikslas – nustatyti vienos Elektrėnų vidurinės mokyklos 11 - 15 metų (5 - 8 klasių) mokinių psichologinės savijautos ir savivertės ypatumus bei sąsajas su pažangumu. Šiuo darbu siekiama nustatyti penktų - aštuntų klasių mokinių psichologinės savijautos mokykloje ypatumus, taip pat penktų - aštuntų klasių mokinių savivertės ypatumus. Darbe bus bandoma išmatuoti pažangumo lygį bei mokymosi rezultatus. Taip pat ieškoma mokinių psichologinės savijautos mokykloje ir savivertės sąsajų su pažangumu arba mokymosi rezultatais. Duomenų rinkimui tyrime buvo naudojami dviejų tipų tyrimo metodai. Pirmajame - McClellan D., Katz L., „Vaikų socialinio vystymosi“ vertinimo skalės trečioji klausimų dalis „Socialiniai įgūdžiai ir savijauta mokykloje“ (tiriamųjų psichologinės savijautos mokykloje ypatumams nustatyti) ir Rosenberg savęs vertinimo skalė (tiriamųjų savivertės ypatumams nustatyti). Antrajame – duomenys apie mokinių pažangumą buvo renkami analizuojant dokumentus, t.y., 5 – 8 klasių mokinių žurnalus ir metinę pažangumo suvestinę - ataskaitą. Tyrimas buvo atliekamas 2007-2010 metais. 2007 m. balandžio mėn. tyrime dalyvavo visi vienos Elektrėnų vidurinės mokyklos penktųjų klasių mokiniai, iš viso 137 moksleiviai. 2010 metų kovo mėn. buvo atliekamas pakartotinis tyrimas visose tos pačios Elektrėnų vidurinės mokyklos aštuntose klasėse. This work is aimed to identify the fifth - eighth grade students psychological well-being of school characteristics, as well as the fifth - eighth grade students self-esteem characteristics. The paper will attempt to measure the achievement levels and learning outcomes. It also sought students psychological well-being at school and correlation with self-esteem or achievement of learning outcomes. The research was made by applying two types of tests. Viena aktualiausių šiandienos problemų - moksleivių fizinių ir sveikatos rodiklių blogėjimas. Fizinis aktyvumas vienas iš svarbiausių moksleivių vystymosi ir sveikatos stiprinimo veiksnių. Tačiau fizinis aktyvumas, vis dar nepakankamai vertinamas. Atlikti tyrimai Lietuvoje rodo, kad vaikai nėra pakankamai aktyvūs. Taip pat nustatyta, kūno masės didėjimas, sutrikusios medžiagų apykaitos požymiai,bei, kad anksti įprantama rūkyti, vartoti alkoholį, netinkamai maitintis bei nepakankamai judėti (Zaborskis, 1997). Tyrimo tikslas: Išanalizuoti 12 -17 metų moksleivių psichologinę savijautą, požiūrį į savo sveikatą ir fizinį aktyvumą lyties aspektu. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Palyginti 12 - 17 metų berniukų ir mergaičių psichologinę savijautą; 2. Palyginti 12 - 17 metų berniukų ir mergaičių požiūrį į savo sveikatą; 3. Palyginti 12 – 17 metų berniukų ir mergaičių fizinio aktyvumo lygį. Physical activeness is one of the most important factors in pupil’s development and strengthening of health, but it is still not appreciated enough. Researches in Lithuania show that children are not physically active. Also, it is determined the increase of body mass, the signs of metabolic disorder, that teenagers start drinking alcohol or smoking in early age, they keep to improper diet and move not enough (Zaborskis, 1997). The aim of the research: To analyze low 12 -17 years old school children’s rates their psychological being, their health and physical activity – by gender. The goals of the research: 1. To compere 12 – 17 years boys’ and girl’s psychological being. 2. To compere how 12 -17 years old boys and girls rate their approach to their health. 3. Homoseksualių asmenų savijautos ir savo sveikatos vertinimo sąsajos socialinės aplinkos kontekste / The relationship between well-being and self assessment of health of homosexuals in the context of social environment

Darbo tikslas – įvertinti homoseksualių asmenų psichologinės savijautos, subjektyvaus savo sveikatos vertinimo ir artimiausios jiems socialinės aplinkos sąsajas. Tyrimo metodika. 2013 - 2014 m. atlikta vienmomentinė anketinė 201 homoseksualaus asmens apklausa, kurioje dalyvavo vyrai ir moterys nuo 15 iki 51 metų amžiaus. Apklausos anketa buvo patalpinta į elektroninę erdvę (www.gayline.lt), be to išdalintos 54 anketos Lietuvos gėjų lygos (LGL) organizacijos nariams. Buvo užpildytos ir sugražintos visos 54 anketos, atsako dažnis 100 procentų. Rezultatai. Sveikatos priežiūros kokybę privačiose įstaigose (62 proc.) ir galimybę patekti į pageidaujamą įstaigą (49 proc.) daugiausiai respondentų vertina teigiamai. Nustatyta, kad 24 proc. visai neslepia savo lytinės orientacijos, daugiau negu pusė (51 proc.) respondentų slepia savo lytinę orientaciją nuo mokslo draugų ir bendradarbių, beveik pusė (48 proc.) – nuo tėvų, kas antras (42 proc.) – nuo gydytojų. Dauguma (82 proc.) respondentų, kurie jaučiasi laimingi, savo sveikatą vertina gerai, kurie nesijaučia laimingi blogai – 52 proc. Tiriamieji, kurie savimi pasitiki (80 proc.) savo sveikatą vertina gerai, o savimi nepasitikinčių respondentų (51 proc.) – blogai. Respondentai, kurie dažnai jaučiasi atstumti savo sveikatą vertina blogai (61 proc.), o niekada nesijaučiantys atstumti (68 proc.) – gerai. Išvados. Methods. 2013 - 2014. conducted a cross-sectional questionnaire survey of 201 homosexual person, which included men and women aged 15 to 51 years of age. Questionnaire was posted on the cyberspace (www.gayline.lt), also distributed 54 questionnaires Lithuanian Gay League (LGL) organization. Has been completed and all 54 questionnaires returned, the response rate was 100 percent. Results. Quality of care in private institutions (62 percent) and access to the desired institution (49 percent.) of respondents is positively. It was found that 24 percent the whole secret of their sexual orientation, more than half (51 percent) respondents hide their sexual orientation from friends and scientific collaborators, almost half (48 percent) - from their parents, every second (42 percent) - from doctors. The majority (82 percent) respondents who feel happy to assess their health as well, who does not feel happy they health is bad - 52 percent. Subjects who self-trust (80 percent) their health good, but do not trust myself (51 percent.) - bad. A family is the first educational institution where a child acquires his basic social standards. A family is also the most important institution for human socialization having a great influence on the development of a child‘s personality. Parents form the biggest part of a child‘s environment the development of a child‘s personality greatly depends on them. The aim of this work is to analyse the typical psychological relation between junior schoolchildren and their mothers on the bases of sex and family status. 400 people (200 children aged 9-11 and their 200 mothers) took part in a survey. 5 questionnaires were used for assessing children‘s psychological feelings, inside calmness, self - assessment, worries about school and motivation for learning. For assessing their mothers‘ psychological feelings, inside calmness and self – assessment 3 questionnaires were used. While carrying out a survey there were given 3 hypotheses which turned to be partly approved. A significant relation was defined between girls‘ inside calmness and their mothers‘ psychological feelings as well as between their self – assessment, whereas the same kind of relation between boys and their mothers was not confirmed. There was also defined a significant relation between boys‘ worries about school and their mothers‘ psychological feelings.
