Une recherche qualitative à partir de l’étude d’un cas de groupe retrace le travail clinique tel qu’il est « en train de se faire » dans un dispositif de musicothérapie analytique de groupe, sur le terrain « ordinaire » d’un hôpital de jour accueillant des sujets adultes souffrant de troubles psychiatriques invalidants. Plusieurs voix, psychanalytiques, musicologiques et philosophiques, offrent une trame conceptuelle pour interroger la rencontre et le jeu avec les sons au sein du groupe, et la façon dont le jeu contribue à restaurer les processus de symbolisation primaire particulièrement empêchés pour les sujets que nous accueillons. Dans le cadre-dispositif ouvrant des potentialités de transferts multidirectionnels et d’associativité dans une pluralité de langage, les éléments relevés dans l’observation du cheminement clinique du groupe sont le support d’un modèle d’évaluation, au sens d’extraire de la valeur, du jeu symbolisant. De la matérialité sonore et musicale, appel à la sensori-affectivo-motricité, jusqu’aux sens potentiels de la mise en mots se déploie le cheminement mouvant de mise en forme et en scène du groupe, des sujets dans les liens de groupe. Ce cheminement ouvre sur la construction de la réflexivité psychique au cœur des processus de symbolisation et d’appropriation subjective de l’expérience, expérience restée jusque-là impensable, infigurable, irreprésentable. / A qualitative research from the study of a group case retraces clinical work as it « is being done » in a plan of analytic group music therapy, on the « ordinary » ground of a day-hospital that treats adult subjects suffering from invalidating psychiatric troubles. Several voices, be they psychoanalytical, musicological, or philosophical, offer a conceptual framework with which to interrogate the encounter and the play with sounds within the group, and the way in which this play contributes to the restoration of the primary symbolisation processes that are particularly impaired for the subjects we treat. In the framework that opens a potential for multidirectional transfers and for associativity in a plurality of language, the elements gathered while observing the group’s clinical thought processes are the basis of a model of evaluation, in the sense of value extraction and of symbolisation play. From the materiality of music and sound, which calls to senso-affectivo-motricity, to the potential senses of wording, a moving process of shaping and staging develops within the group and the subjects that form the group. This process opens up on the building of the psychic reflexivity that lies at the heart of symbolisation processes and of processes through which the subjects seize experience, the latter having hitherto remained unthinkable, unfigurable and unrepresentable.

Hoy en día, existe una necesidad latente en la gran mayoría de ciudadanos independientemente de su ocupación o gustos personales, esta es el seguimiento y asesoramiento en el estado de la salud mental, así como tratamiento de patologías psiquiátricas. Ante esto, con el objetivo de cubrir este requerimiento por parte de la gran mayoría de la población, se ha desarrollado un modelo de negocio basado en la creación de un aplicativo que permita realizar una interconexión entre especialistas de la salud mental de los cuales se encuentran psicólogos y psiquiatras, los cuales puedan conectarse con usuarios de manera interactiva y sencilla de agendar. Durante la etapa inicial del desarrollo de Deep Breath, se comenzó validando el modelo de negocio a través de entrevistas, para luego analizar los resultados procediendo a la elaboración de la matriz CANVAS en la que se plasmaría la propuesta de valor. Seguido de ello, se realizo la validación de cada cuadrante del modelo de negocio por medio de otra secuencia de experimentos que confirmen la veracidad del proyecto. El siguiente paso fue realizar los experimentos del “Concierge”, los cuales permitieron al equipo conocer con mayor precisión las intenciones de compra y realizar las respectivas estimaciones de ventas durante el horizonte temporal de los próximos cinco años. Estas proyecciones fueron respaldadas por el análisis financiero lo cual permitió aterrizar la viabilidad del proyecto con respecto a los datos de ganancias y pérdidas a través del tiempo. Nuestra visión como emprendedores es consolidar el modelo de negocio planteado en el mercado peruano y que alcance un alto grado de aceptabilidad generando altos niveles de rentabilidad. / Nowdays, there is a latent need in the vast majority of citizens regardless of their occupation or personal tastes, this is monitoring and advice on the state of mental health, as well as treatment of psychiatric pathologies. Given this, in order to cover this requirement by the vast majority of the population, a business model has been developed based on the creation of an application that allows for an interconnection between mental health specialists of which they are psychologists and psychiatrists, who can connect with users in an interactive and easy-to-schedule way. During the initial stage of Deep Breath development, the business model was validated through interviews, and then the results were analyzed, proceeding to the elaboration of the CANVAS matrix in which the value proposition would be embodied. Following this, the validation of each quadrant of the business model was carried out through another sequence of experiments that confirmed the veracity of the project. The next step was to carry out the “Concierge” experiments, which allowed the team to know more precisely the purchase intentions and to make the respective sales estimates during the time horizon of the next five years. These projections were supported by financial analysis, which allowed the feasibility of the project to be established with respect to profit and loss data over time. Our vision as entrepreneurs is to consolidate the business model proposed in the Peruvian market and that it reaches a high degree of acceptability, generating high levels of profitability. / Trabajo de investigación
