The task of the thesis is to make a study of reconstruction of two railway stations: Bohdíkov and Ruda nad Moravou. The aim of the project is to prepare a plan of reconstruction, which will suit actual state of traffic. The plan must abide the rules of law, especially in the case of the entry of people with physical handicaps.The thesis contains the plan of reconstruction of platforms, a regulation of geometric parameters of tracks, reconstruction of superstructure and also rebuilding of actual drainage.

The aim of this thesis is to present a design of the reconstruction of platforms. The proposed solution fulfills the requirements of the accessibility by people with reduced mobility and low vision. Three new platforms with height of 550 mm (measured from rail level) were designed to meet above requirements. The need of additional modifications, e.g. reconstruction of drainage network, was also taken into consideration. Solution also takes reopening of the railway from Hrušovany u Brna to Židlochovice into account.

The subject of the diploma thesis is to design a redevelopment of railway station Chrudim in order to meet current legislation on access of persons with reduced mobility. Two platforms with the platform edge height of 550 millimetres above the top of the rail have been designed. The amount of four running tracks through the station remains unchanged. Furthermore, the railway superstructure, railway substructure and the new drainage system was also designed.

This thesis focuses on the reconstruction design of Uničov railway station. The aim was to create a solution which would satisfy both traffic and passenger requirements. The design puts an emphasis on a compliance with applicable laws and standards, simplicity and usefulness. New constructions were designed for maximum safety. Railway station accessibility for disabled persons played an important role in the design. In comparison with the original state, the permissible line speed was increased and new platforms and drainage system were designed.
