El presente proyecto arquitectónico del Centro de Rehabilitación para Niños con Discapacidades Físicas y Mentales en Huánuco estará ubicado en el límite de los distritos de Huánuco y Amarilis. Pertenecerá a la tipología de salud, categoría I-3 sin emergencia ni hospitalización con atención ambulatoria. Tomando en cuenta las características principales de las tipologías de salud el proyecto contará con una función bien definida y las circulaciones diferenciadas, la circulación pública y la circulación de servicio o técnica. La función principal del proyecto será brindar una atención especializada y de primera categoría a fin de poder brindar soporte al niño y por ende una mejor calidad de vida. Muchas de las discapacidades son congénitas (desde el embarazo) y se clasifican en distintos niveles, como el leve, moderado y avanzado. De acuerdo con estas clasificaciones y grado de lesión se tratarían las discapacidades. El diseño de los espacios interiores públicos del proyecto, como las salas de esperas, tendrá una vista hacia los jardines terapéuticos exteriores, de esta manera podrá ser más agradable para un niño. Entre lo más destacado del proyecto se encontrarán los jardines terapéuticos situados en el exterior, estos servirán como complemento para la rehabilitación del niño discapacitado ya que tendrá distintos tipos de plantas medicinales, árboles frutales y algunos espejos de agua, esto en conjunto hace que el proyecto sea divertido y adecuado para un niño discapacitado y los ayudará a llevar su tratamiento de una forma más relajada y entretenida. / The present architectonic project is a Rehab Centre for Children with Physical and Mental Disabilities in Huánuco will be located on the border of Huánuco district and Amarilis district. It will belong to the health typology, category I-3 without emergency or hospitalization with outpatient care. Considering the principal characteristics of the typology of health the project will have a defined function and differentiated circulations, the public circulation and the service or technical circulation. The purpose of the project will be to provide specialized and first-class healthcare assistance in order to support the child and therefore a better quality of life. Many of the disabilities are congenital (from pregnancy) and are classified at different levels, such as mild, moderate and advanced. The disabilities will be treated according to these classifications and degree of injury. The design of the public interior spaces, for example the waiting rooms, will have a view of the exterior therapeutic gardens, this way it will be more pleasant for a child. One of the highlights of the project will be the therapeutic gardens located outside, which will help to complement the rehabilitation of the disabled child as it will have different types of medicinal plants, fruit trees and some water mirrors. All this together makes the project fun and suitable for a disabled child and will help them to carry out their treatment in a more relaxed and entertaining way. / Tesis

El proyecto de tesis consiste en diseñar un Centro de Salud especializado en rehabilitación y terapia física, el cual se enfoca en explorar las dinámicas entre la arquitectura y la rehabilitación del ser humano para así estimular su proceso de recuperación. La categoría del Centro corresponde a la II-E, referida a un establecimiento de salud de con atención especializada y cuyo alcance engloba a niños y adolescentes de 0 a 17 años que residan en Lima sur. Es importante para el proyecto el desarrollo de espacios accesibles que permitan al usuario desenvolverse adecuadamente, así como también la integración de la naturaleza, la luz y el color como mediadores de dichos espacios y que permitan el confort de los usuarios. El Centro de Rehabilitación y Terapia Física Pediátrico, busca ser parte de una red de salud conformada por la su cercanía a centros hospitalarios importantes y que pueda ser replicada en otros sectores de la cuidad. / Thesis project that involves the design of a specialized center of rehabilitation and physical therapy which is focused on explore and investigate the dynamics created between the architecture and the rehabilitation of the human being in order to stimulate the patient process of healing. The main focus of this project is to develop accessible spaces that allows the user to the space comfortably with the integration of nature, light and color as mediators. Master thesis „Multifunctional Building“ is composed in the form of project documentation. Designed building is situated close to the Svitava river. The supporting structure in the basement is designed from shutter shaped pieces Best and the other storages from the system Ytong. The armoured concreted slab is designed for the ceilings. The roof is drawn as platform. The whole building will be insulated for recommended values. The facade in the first storage is designed as ventilated Novabrick and in the other storeys the facade will be from plaster Cemix. The building has three storages and partly basement. The building consists of centre for rehabilitation, shop and three flats. The drawings are compiled in CAD program.

The thesis contains a barrier-free apartment building with a rehabilitation center in the administrative area Brno - Židenice. There are two separate buildings. The building block of flats (SO01) has two above, one underground floor and consists of a total of 11 residential units, garages and also has available for residents of social service. The building is constructed of structural system of ceramic blocks (Porotherm), except basement, which has walls and columns of reinforced concrete. The ceilings are from reinforced concrete and the roof is designed as a flat surcharge. The second object (SO02) is a single-storey and is also built from the system ceramic block with reinforced concrete ceilings and flat roof vegetation. The whole complex is insulated contact system. Both buildings are designed as a barrier-free, which is an ideal place to stay for the disabled, who can easily use the services of a rehabilitation center.

This master´s thesis deals with a business plan proposal formation of already a present company for real estate. Subject of this proposal is establishment focusing primarily on rehabilitation of children until 15 year old. The thesis is composed theoretical and analytical parts and actual proposal solution. This part covers the respective business plan.

El Proyecto de Tesis que se presenta a continuación tiene como objetivo el desarrollo de un espacio preventivo para adolescentes en riesgo ante violencia, drogadicción y pandillaje ; así como también para adolescentes que ya hayan cometido algún tipo de infracción menor. Propone ser parte del sistema de prevención que se viene insertando en el país en las últimas décadas. Este modelo enfatiza la misión de integración social de los adolescentes mediante medidas preventivas especializadas, breves, multidisciplinarias y que se ejecutan fuera del sistema penal ; para lo cual se propone este Centro de orientación para la prevención e integración social de adolescentes infractores. Inicialmente se analiza la situación actual de los centros preventivos en Lima y se comparan con proyectos similares en otros países, evaluando la manera en la que estos afrontan la problemática. A partir del análisis realizado y el estudio de diversos proyectos referenciales se explica cómo es que puede ayudar la arquitectura para generar espacios que realmente sirvan como herramienta de rehabilitación social y contribuya en el desarrollo del adolescente en riesgo, haciendo énfasis en los límites del proyecto. Por último se explican diversos aspectos relacionados con el proyecto como la elección del terreno y sus características, el programa, los usuarios, los criterios de diseño y finalmente el desarrollo arquitectónico. / The Thesis Project presented below has the objective of developing a preventive space for adolescents at risk of violence, drug addiction and gangs; as well as for teenagers who have already committed some type of minor infraction. Proposes to be part of the prevention system that has been inserted in the country in recent decades. This model emphasizes the mission of social integration of adolescents through specialized, brief, multidisciplinary preventive measures that are carried out outside the penal system; for which purpose this Orientation Center for the prevention and social integration of adolescent offenders is proposed. Initially, the current situation of the preventive centers in Lima is analyzed and compared with similar projects in other countries, evaluating the way in which they face the problem. Based on the analysis and the study of various reference projects, it is explained how architecture can help to generate spaces that really serve as a tool for social rehabilitation and contribute to the development of the adolescent at risk, emphasizing the limits of the project. Finally, various aspects related to the project are explained, such as the choice of land and its characteristics, the program, the users, the design criteria and finally the architectural development. / Tesis

Este proyecto consiste en el diseño de un Centro de Salud del Primer Nivel de Atención especializado en la rehabilitación integral de niños y adolescentes. Se basa en una arquitectura terapéutica con la que se diseña un establecimiento de salud generando espacios amplios y abiertos hacia jardines terapéuticos, integrando los espacios naturales y recreativos con las áreas de tratamiento. Se busca resolver la problemática de nuestra ciudad en la cual tenemos un déficit de centros de salud especializados en la rehabilitación pediátrica. El proyecto se ubica estratégicamente en el distrito de Los Olivos por la demanda en este sector de la población, y la falta de centros de salud de la zona. La población a servir son menores de 18 años con ciertas limitaciones, para que puedan desarrollarse y reintegrarse en la sociedad de manera adecuada. / The project consists of the design of a Pediatric Rehabilitation Center. It is based on a therapeutic architecture that is used in designing a healthcare building by creating wide and open spaces to the gardens thus contributing to the user’s rehabilitation.  It is intended to integrate the therapeutic gardens and natural areas of the project alongside the treatment areas with the objective to provide care for children and young people from an early age in order for them to develop and reintegrate themselves into society adequately. The project's location is in Los Olivos's district in the northern part of Lima due to the high demand of users and the lack of infrastructure in the area to help them. / Tesis

This research explores whether women offenders who committed property crimes suffer from feminization of poverty, and social deprivations as asserted by the economic marginalization theory. Social deprivations include being a single parent with dependent children at home, being the main financial supporter of a household and being primary caretaker to minor children.

The main target of the thesis is design of a new building of the rehabilitation center in Havlíčkův Brod. The rehabilitation center consists of three part. The main (middle) part has two above-ground floors and a basement with flat roof and the other two parts have only ground floor with green flat roof. The main middle part contains reception, café, laundry room storage, utility room, manager‘s office and outpatients doctor‘s office. In the left part there are hydrotherapy, ergotherapy, magnetotherapy and electrotherapy. In the right part there are fitness center and physiotherapy rooms. Vertical load-bearing structures are Made of Porotherm ceramic blocks (above-ground floors) and the Hollow concrete blocks filled with C20/25 and reinforcement B500B (basement). Horizontal load-bearing structures are made of the prestressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The building site contains also outdoor car park and garden with pond. The project and visualization were carried out in the ArchiCad and Lumion programme. All structures comply with the valid standards and regulations.

The thesis deals with project documentation of a newly constructed multifunctional building in municipality Oslavany. The multifunctional building is independently standing and it is located on the flat terrain on the right bank of Oslava river. The building is of e cuboid shape with flat roof and one recessed floor. It is two-storey building without basement. On the 1st floor there is a rehabilitation center, cafeteria and facilities for flats that are placed on the 2nd floor. The part of the 1st floor is also the manager’s apartment and technology space. On the 2nd floor there are situated 7 apartments with shared outside terrace. Structural system is masonry with bidirectional support system. For construction will be used brick technology. Building has the flat roof. The staircase is straight, two flights of stairs with landing, monolithic. Foundation constructions are designed as areal, strip footings are rectangular made from plain concrete, monolithic.
