In the beginning, web 1.0 was marked by the World Wide Web, a network of static documents linked by the HTML markup language. Then it evolved into web 2.0, where bidirectional communi-cation enabled user interaction by means of social networking services, blogs, and wikis. Currently, the researches are focused on semantic web, or web 3.0, which has the purpose of marking the content of web in such a way that it is understandable by machines. Sensor network and wireless actuator technologies have also evolved to form a network of devices and objects connected to Internet that, in addition to sen-sors, also includes wearable technologies. For the theoretical basis of this work, a bibliographical research was carried out to access the most relevant publications on Internet of Things (IoT), discovery, repository and application discovery. The re-search showed that the Internet of Things paradigm presents some gaps. It was veri-fied that none of the researched approaches presents a proposal of repository to make a catalogue of applications, neither tools to discover applications and services of IoT for reuse. The purpose of this dissertation is to: (i) to propose a model of re-pository to catalogue IoT applications and services, and (ii) to develop a tool for dis-covering IoT applications and services for reuse. The goal is to turn the search and reuse of existing solutions easier in order to avoid rework and to speed up the devel-opment of applications for IoT. A set of relevant descriptions to the specification of the applications and the services, and a non-relational database for storing the infor-mation were used to create the repository model. To implement the discovery tool, Artificial Intelligence techniques were applied, specifically the kNN (Nearest Neigh-bor) classification algorithm, adapted to use the Levenshtein distance. The adapta-tion showed better results in identifying the nearest neighbor, that is, the application or service that complies better with the specifications and needs of the user. / A evolu????o da Internet pode ser sintetizada em tr??s fases. Depois, ela evoluiu para a web 2.0, na qual a comu-nica????o bidirecional permitiu a intera????o do usu??rio com os servi??os de redes soci-ais, blogs e wikis. Na pesquisa, constatou-se que o paradigma de Internet das Coisas apresenta algumas lacunas. Verificou-se que nenhuma das abordagens pesquisadas apresenta uma proposta de reposit??rio para catalogar apli-cativos, nem ferramentas para descoberta de aplicativos e servi??os de IoT para reu-so. A proposta desta disserta????o ??: (i) propor um modelo de reposit??rio para catalo-gar aplicativos e servi??os de IoT e, (ii) desenvolver uma ferramenta para descoberta de aplicativos e servi??os de IoT para reuso. O objetivo ?? facilitar a busca e o reuso de solu????es j?? existentes para evitar o retrabalho e agilizar o desenvolvimento de aplicativos para IoT. Para criar o modelo de reposit??rio, utilizou-se um conjunto de descritores relevantes para a especifica????o dos aplicativos e servi??os, e um banco de dados n??o relacional para o armazenamento das informa????es. Para implementar a ferramenta de descoberta, foram aplicadas t??cnicas de Intelig??ncia Artificial, mais especificamente o algoritmo de classifica????o kNN (Nearest Neighbor), adaptado pa-ra utilizar a dist??ncia de Levenshtein. A adapta????o apresentou melhores resultados para a identifica????o do vizinho mais pr??ximo, ou seja, aquele aplicativo ou servi??o mais aderente ??s especifica????es e necessidades do usu??rio.

A amostra de pesquisa foi composta por participantes diretamente envolvidos com os sistemas, visando uma coleta sistem?tica de dados. Nessa perspectiva, foram analisados os referidos sistemas, por meio da observa??o participante, bem como foram efetivadas entrevistas com os respectivos gestores, e realizado o grupo focal, com alguns sujeitos da pesquisa. A an?lise de conte?do foi utilizada para categorizar e tratar as infer?ncias e gerar os resultados. Dessa forma, a pesquisa demonstrou que, dos diversos tipos de documentos armazenados no Sistema Integrado de Gest?o de Atividades Acad?micas, apenas as disserta??es e teses disp?em de pr?-requisitos que contribuem para a interoperabilidade. Sugere-se com base nisso, a??es e um modelo que objetivam promover essa interoperabilidade. / Interoperability enables communication between open access digital repositories and can facilitate and expedite the production's deposit in repositories. In this context, from observation of duplicity of the scientific production stored in the Institutional Repository and in the integrated management system of academic activities, both at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, and the absence of communication between the systems, the goal is to promote interoperability between these two systems with a view to print visibility to scientific production of members of the institution. With it, it broke the hypothesis that it is possible to make interoperable systems. The methodology used corresponds to action research, which provides joint actions between the researcher and participants. The research sample was composed of participants directly involved with the systems, aiming at a systematic collection of data. In this perspective, such systems were analyzed, through participant observation, as well as interviews with the respective were effective managers, and conducted the focus group, with some subjects of research. The content analysis was used to categorize and treat the inferences and generate the results. In this way, the research demonstrated that, of the various types of documents stored in the integrated management system of academic activities, only the dissertations and theses have prerequisites that contribute to interoperability. It is suggested that basis, actions and a model that aim to promote such interoperability.

These repositories handle intellectual production of a given institution, and are directly connected with higher education institutions. However, their technological environment is fragile, and exposes the formats and supports to obsolescence. Therefore, digital preservation, as a set of processes aimed at ensuring the safety and long-term access to this production, gain fundamental importance. ?Rede Cariniana?, the Brazilian network of preservation services managed by IBICT, is committed to solve this problem. The network uses the model of distributed digital preservation, operationalized through the LOCKSS software. With the goal of supporting a cooperation agreement between the UFRN and IBICT, this study proposes a set of minimum requirements, directed to the UFRN and its institutional repository, to tailor the repository to ?Rede Cariniana?, enabling the preservation and long-term access to the intellectual production of UFRN. The requirements concern mainly the preparation of documents, so that they are deposited properly in the repository and subsequently incorporated into ?Rede Cariniana?. The proposed set of requirements is aimed at supporting the working agreement and treat the digital preservation of UFRN intellectual production in the short term, enabling the institution to build, in a medium and long term, a more ambitious digital preservation plan, or a certification plan for its repository.

存託憑證基本上是由一本國境內之存託機構與外國發行人簽訂存託契約, 發行用以表彰外國發行公司有價證券所有數之憑證。其相關當事人有存託 銀行、保管銀行、外國發行人、證券承銷商、投資人;相關之契約有存託 契約、保管契約與承銷契約。根據發行公司參與發行存託憑證之程序與否 ,可分為「公司參與型」及「非公司參與型」兩種。這項業務之優點,對 投資人而言有可克服時空、語言、文字障礙,方便股務事項之處理;對發 行公司而言有可提高企業之國際知名度、增加原始股票之流動性;對本國 市場而言,可擴展本國證券市場規模、創造就業機會。以臺灣目前之狀況 看來,由於正處於證券市場開放之第二階段,以存託憑證之方式來達到間 接投資外國股票之目的,實乃良策。然推行之初,由於限制頗多,使得推 行成效不彰,外國發行公司至臺灣發行臺灣存託憑證之意願不高,故主管 機關應就現行措施再加以檢討,提高外國發行公司之意願。

Este artigo trata da proposta de uma arquitetura e interface para integra??o dos objetos de um reposit?rio com o AVA Moodle utilizando a especifica??o LTI. / The Learning Objects (LO) are importants modular and reusable resources to Distance Education thatt composes the Learning Management Systems (LMS), building a tool kit that can be used for teachers in their learning project and a course?s activity fluxs.The LOs can ber hosted directly into LMS or stored into Learning Objects Repositories (LOR), that are suitable to host them in centered form, describing their details using metadata and with eficient search engine for find the requested object. The stored objects in the LOR can be accessed and used in severals LMSs that include them, increasing the resource available variety to mount a course whith their evaluative activities. This dissertation aproachs the proposal of architecture for integration of the Distance Education Secretary?s (DES) LOR of Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte with LMS Moodle using tha LTI especification developed by IMS Global Leaning Consortion.

A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio da aplica??o das t?cnicas de Avalia??o Cooperativa, com dez alunos de p?s-gradua??o, e Testes de Usabilidade do sistema do RI/UFRN, com um grupo representativo de usu?rios do sistema: dez bibliotec?rios e dez alunos de gradua??o. Os participantes realizaram tarefas representativas ? ?Busca? e ?Submiss?o? de um artigo cient?fico. Al?m das t?cnicas de avalia??o, os participantes do Teste de Usabilidade responderam ao question?rio s?ciodemogr?fico e ao question?rio de satisfa??o, adaptado de Questionnaire for User Interaction Satisfaction ? QUIS (SHNEIDERMAN, 1998). A partir dos resultados obtidos por meio da Avalia??o Cooperativa com alunos de p?s-gradua??o e dos Testes de Usabilidade com alunos de gradua??o e bibliotec?rios, foram encontrados problemas de usabilidade e arquitetura da informa??o presentes no sistema do Reposit?rio Institucional, tais como: rotulagem; tamanho da fonte; nomenclatura dos bot?es e falta de feedback do sistema. Ap?s a identifica??o dos problemas apontados pelos usu?rios, foram atribu?dos graus de severidade e elaborada uma lista de recomenda??es ergon?micas. Acredita-se que o redesign da interface do Reposit?rio Institucional da UFRN, relativo ?s tarefas apresentadas na pesquisa, que considere que os aspectos de usabilidade e de arquitetura da informa??o, supracitados, contribuir?o para melhoria no acesso e visibilidade das informa??es. / In order to identify the possible problems of usability and information architecture of the institutional repositories, the case study of the Institutional Repository of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte was chosen. Therefore, during the survey, it was questioned if the information architecture and the interface design of the UFRN Institutional Repository provide usability with graduate students, undergraduate students and librarians so as to meet the institutional interest to promote transparency and open access to the information produced by the pieces of research carried out at the university. As research hypothesis, it was established that the information architecture of the UFRN Institutional Repository interface, version 1.8.1, disadvantage usability in performing the tasks by system user groups. Data collection was carried out by applying the techniques of Cooperative Evaluation with ten graduate students and Usability Testing of the UFRN/ IR system, with a representative group of system users: ten librarians and ten undergraduate students. The participants performed representative tasks ? ?Search? and ?Submission? of a scientific article. Besides the evaluation techniques, the Usability Testing participants answered a social and demographic questionnaire as well as the satisfaction?s questionnaire, adapted of Questionnaire for User Interaction Satisfaction ? QUIS (SHNEIDERMAN, 1998). From the results obtained by means of the Cooperative Evaluation with graduate students and the Usability Testing with undergraduate students and librarians, problems of usability and information architecture were found in the Institutional Repository, such as: labeling, font size, nomenclature of the buttons, lack of the system feedback. After identifying the problems pointed out by the users, severity levels were assigned and a list of ergonomic recommendations was outlined. The redesign of the UFRN Institutional Repository interface about the areas related to the tasks presented in the research, that considers the aspects of usability and information architecture, mentioned above, will contribute to an improvement in the access and visibility of information.

The use of the computer as a learning tool promoter is a constant challenge for educators. The creation, classification and maintenance of digital materials with educational content are laborious but essential tasks for the good use of technologies of information and communication in education, in various levels of education. In this context, the work that follows is intended to propose the creation of a reference model for implementation of a Learning Object Repository (LOR) as well as outlining a production process of these objects and choosing a team based on roles and responsibilities modeled in the process. As methodological approach was made a literature review on the subject. Conceptual maps were used to support the planning of the repository model. For choosing the set of metadata used in the model was made a Systematic Review of Literature (SRL) and after these steps the initial software interface has been validated through a survey instrument using the Likert scale for evaluation of non-functional software requirements applied to a group of educators and students of the academic community of IFES Campus Pi?ma. It is expected that the model will serve as a subsidy for the implementation of a repository for use by technical courses of Aquaculture and Fisheries of aforementioned campus, allowing the search and use of digital educational materials for teachers and students, in a simply and efficiently way / O uso de tecnologia na educa??o tem passado por uma s?rie de mudan?as. O uso do computador como ferramenta promotora da aprendizagem ? um desafio constante para os educadores. A cria??o, classifica??o e manuten??o de materiais digitais com conte?do educacional ? uma tarefa trabalhosa mas fundamental para o bom uso das TIC na educa??o, nos mais variados n?veis de ensino. Avalia??o da contribui??o de desenvolvedores para projetos de software usando minera??o de reposit?rios de software e minera??o de processos

The main goal of repository mining is to extract static information from repositories (e.g. code repository or change requisition system) into valuable information providing a way to support the decision making of software projects. On the other hand, another research area called Process Mining (PM) aims to find the characteristics of the underlying process of business organizations, supporting the process improvement and documentation. Recent works have been doing several analyses through MSR and PM techniques: (i) to investigate the evolution of software projects; (ii) to understand the real underlying process of a project; and (iii) create defect prediction models. However, few research works have been focusing on analyzing the contributions of software developers by means of MSR and PM techniques. In this context, this dissertation proposes the development of two empirical studies of assessment of the contribution of software developers to an open-source and a commercial project using those techniques. The contributions of developers are assessed through three different perspectives: (i) buggy commits; (ii) the size of commits; and (iii) the most important bugs. For the opensource project 12.827 commits and 8.410 bugs have been analyzed while 4.663 commits and 1.898 bugs have been analyzed for the commercial project. Our results indicate that, for the open source project, the developers classified as core developers have contributed with more buggy commits (although they have contributed with the majority of commits), more code to the project (commit size) and more important bugs solved while the results could not indicate differences with statistical significance between developer groups for the commercial project / Minera??o de Reposit?rios de Software (MSR) ? uma ?rea que procura analisar reposit?rios de software em busca de informa??es relevantes para a pesquisa e para a pr?tica na engenharia de software. As minera??es buscam transformar informa??es est?ticas de reposit?rios de software (sistemas de ger?ncia de configura??o e mudan?as) em informa??es relevantes que auxiliam a tomada de decis?o dentro do contexto de projetos de software. Por outro lado, a ?rea de Minera??o de Processos (MP) busca descobrir caracter?sticas dos processos que s?o utilizados em organiza??es para auxiliar na melhoria e documenta??o destes processos. Trabalhos recentes t?m buscado utilizar as t?cnicas de MSR e de MP para realizar diversas an?lises na ?rea de Engenharia de Software, tais como: (i) estudar a evolu??o dos projetos de software (ii) entender o processo de software real utilizado em um determinado projeto; e (iii) criar modelos de predi??es de defeitos. Contudo, poucos destes trabalhos buscam utilizar as t?cnicas de MP e MSR com o objetivo de analisar a contribui??o de desenvolvedores na implementa??o de sistemas de software. Esta disserta??o de mestrado prop?e a condu??o de estudos experimentais que buscam avaliar a contribui??o de desenvolvedores de software para projetos, atrav?s da utiliza??o das t?cnicas de MSR e MP. A contribui??o dos desenvolvedores ? avaliada sob tr?s diferentes perspectivas: (i) commits defeituosos; (ii) tamanho dos commits; e (iii) resolu??o de bugs priorit?rios. Dois projetos de software (um open-source e outro privado) foram analisados sob estas tr?s perspectivas.
