Kaimo turizmo paslaugų plėtros galimybės Marijampolės apskrityje / Opportunities of Rural Tourism Development in Marijampole District

Tyrimo objektas: Marijampolės apskrities kaimo turizmo sodybos. Tyrimo tikslas - išanalizavus kaimo turizmo sodybų veiklą Marijampolės apskrityje, numatyti kaimo turizmo paslaugų plėtros priemones ir kryptis. Uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizuoti kaimo turizmo paslaugų sampratą ir esmę teoriniu aspektu; 2. Išanalizuoti kaimo turizmo paslaugų įvairovę ir nustatyti ją lemiančius veiksnius; 3. Išanalizuoti kaimo turizmo paslaugų kokybės ypatumus ir valdymą; 4. Nustatyti kaimo turizmo verslo valdymo procesų ypatumus; 5. Parengti tyrimo metodiką ir atlikti tyrimą; 6. Nustatyti dabartinę kaimo turizmo sektoriaus situaciją Marijampolės apskrityje ir parengti veiklos plėtros priemonių planą. Tyrimo metodai: mokslinės ir statistinės literatūros analizė, sintezė, anketinės apklausa. Copreneurship in Rural Tourism Exploring Women's Experiences

This study investigates copreneurship in rural tourism businesses. It explores the experiences of owners of rural tourism accommodation businesses in New Zealand within the framework of copreneurship. It also examines roles within copreneurial rural tourism businesses and studies women’s experiences of entrepreneurship specifically. Copreneurs are couples who share ownership, commitment and responsibility for a business together (Barnett and Barnett, 1989) and these couples in business together (copreneurs) are one form of family business. To date there has not been any published discussion of the concept of copreneurship and tourism, which is remarkable, given that many tourism businesses are SMEs built around lifestyle and integration of life stakeholders such as family and partners. This dissertation represents the first attempt to study copreneurship within tourism entrepreneurship, and within a rural tourism environment specifically. It uses an interpretive approach as part of the study to give the participants a voice and to stress the methodological importance of reflexivity where the researcher is an insider to the study. Triangulation of data sources and methods, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques enables a rich understanding of copreneurial expectations, roles and responsibilities and of women’s experiences specifically. The method of the research is a postal survey of rural tourism accommodation business owners complemented by in-depth interviews with women in copreneurial business relationships. This thesis concludes that the rural tourism accommodation sector in New Zealand is characterised by lifestylers and copreneurs running their businesses as a ‘hobby’, with the main aim being ‘to meet people’ and that non-economic, lifestyle motivations are important stimuli to business formation. Specific analysis of women’s experiences of tourism production in copreneurial situations has shown that any perception of copreneurship as a tool for enabling women to become freed from traditional gender roles may not equal the reality. Women’s voices were able to come through in both the survey and the interview part of this research, revealing that a gendered ideology persists even through copreneurial relationships in rural tourism. The copreneurs in this study have strong and widely shared preconceptions of their roles as accommodation providers and as task managers in their households; role perceptions which appear to be largely invariant of the situation. Copreneurial couples appear to engage in running the accommodation business using traditional gender-based roles mirroring those found in the private home.

Tyrimo objektas – darnumas kaimo turizme ir ekoturizme. Tyrimo tikslas – išanalizuoti turizmo plėtros galimybes darnaus vystymo kontekste. Magistro darbą sudaro trys pagrindinės dalys. Pirmoje dalyje atskleidžiama darnaus vystymosi teorijos esmė, samprata ir pagrindiniai aspektai, įvertinamas darnaus turizmo daromas poveikis aplinkai, ekonomikai, kultūrai, bei išskiriami kaimo turizmo ir ekoturizmo pagrindiniai bruožai. Para responder a essa pergunta, utilizou-se uma combinação de técnicas de coleta de dado (observações, entrevista com questionários estruturados e semiestruturados, e grupo focal), direcionadas a dois grupos amostrais distintos: parceiros e implementadores, e um grupo formado por 18 cooperados que se dedicam ao turismo rural. O caminho metodológico escolhido levou à construção de um modelo analítico da sustentabilidade, no qual as dimensões consideradas (ambiental, sócio-cultural, econômica, técnica-cognitiva, e política) estão relacionadas aos objetivos da própria modalidade turística. Acrescenta-se que, durante a construção desse modelo, recorreu-se às abordagens da ciência da vida, que fortaleceram as escolhas dessas dimensões e contribuíram com uma das constatações desse estudo: em todas as dimensões deve-se fazer presente o entendimento do funcionamento dos ecossistemas. / Salvador

L’émergence d’une destination de tourisme rural et rôle des résidents étrangers : le cas du pays d’Ouarzazate / The emergence of a rural tourism destination and the role of foreign residents : the case of Ouarzazate region

La thèse ambitionne d'analyser les processus et les mécanismes qui sont à l’origine de l’émergence d’une destination touristique intérieure, puis de l’articulation entre d’une part ce tourisme considéré ici comme un tourisme d’arrière-pays, et d’autre part le littoral et les grands pôles de compétitivité touristiques de proximité. Son deuxième objectif est d’évaluer jusqu’à quel point ce produit et ces territoires tendent à s’autonomiser par rapport aux destinations balnéaires et urbaines. Cette recherche prévoit aussi l’évaluation de la cohérence et les modes de coordination entre les différents acteurs en présence au regard de l’extrême diversité des représentations du patrimoine, des enjeux identitaires et économiques résultant des processus de mise en tourisme et de patrimonialisation, ceci toujours dans les arrière-pays. Parmi les acteurs qui se trouvent derrière ces dynamiques dans ces arrière-pays, les investisseurs étrangers occupent une très bonne place. Notre recherche propose d’aborder les principales questions posées dans la problématique générale à travers ces porteurs de projet, ces acteurs étrangers du territoire, investissent principalement dans des acquisitions ou de nouvelles réalisations de biens immobiliers. A travers les porteurs de projets étrangers, nous proposons le traitement des questions concernant le profil et le rôle de ces acteurs , les motivations de leurs installation et investissement dans cet arrière-pays, les perceptions mutuelles (population autochtone et étrangers) et puis la concrétisation du processus de la patrimonialisation grâce à la perception et l’image étrangère. Le terrain retenu pour les besoins de cette recherche est la zone des oasis du Draa et des vallées du versant sud du Haut Atlas central. / The project aims to analyze the processes and the mechanisms that are responsible of the emergence of an interior destination and also the relationship between tourism, that is considered here as a back-tourism countries, and also the other coastal destination. The principal objective is to evaluate how these territories tend to become autonomous in relation to urban and coastal destinations, The chosen land for the purposes of this research is the Draa oasis area of southern and valleys of the high atlas. This research also includes assessing the coherence and coordination mechanisms between the different actors involved in the light of the extreme diversity of representations of heritage, identity and economic challenges resulting from tourism developing process and patrimonialisation. Among the actors who are behind these dynamics in this land, investors have an important place. Our research proposes to discuss many questions through these investors who are foreign persons installed in the area and primarily invest in acquisitions or restore the old Kasbahs and ksours to use it as a guest house. Through their projects, the foreign investors develop a new activity. Through the holders of foreign projects, we propose addressing issues concerning the profile and role of these actors, the motivations of their installation and investment in the interior destination, mutual perceptions (indigenous and foreign population), and then the realization of tourism process through the foreign image.

<p>Vojvodina sa prirodnim i dru&scaron;tvenim bogatstvom ima sve predispozicije da se nađe na listi regiona sa razvijenim ruralnim turizmom. U Vojvodini postoje sela, sala&scaron;i, etno-kuće, manifestacije koji mogu da pruže upravo jedan autentičan doživljaj. Ipak, ruralni turistički proizvod Vojvodine jo&scaron; uvek nije na odgovarajući način pozicioniran na trži&scaron;tu. Da bi se &scaron;to bolje iskoristile prednosti i &scaron;anse ruralnog turizma Vojvodine, a prevazi&scaron;li nedostaci i ograničenja potrebno je preduzeti niz mera. Ono &scaron;to je ključno, a treba &scaron;to pre uraditi da bi se podigao kvalitet usluga u ruralnom turizmu Vojvodine je: podići nivo kvaliteta sme&scaron;tajnih objekata, edukovati stanovni&scaron;tvo, u cilju kvalitetnijeg pružanja usluga, uraditi kategorizaciju sme&scaron;tajnih kapaciteta u ruralnom turizmu Vojvodine, odrediti i primenjivati kriterijume za standardizaciju i kvalitet usluga u ruralnom turizmu Vojvodine, vr&scaron;iti intenzivniji promotivni nastup na domaćem i međunarodnom trži&scaron;tu. Neosporno je da Vojvodina raspolaže velikim potencijalom u ruralnom turizmu koji čini značajnu komponentu kompleksnog razvoja turizma Srbije. There are villages, farmhouses (salas), ethno houses and events in Vojvodina that could offer authentic experience. However, rural tourism product in Vojvodina has not been holding an appropriate position at the market. Certain measures have to be taken in order to exploit the advantages and potentials and at the same time overcome disadvantages and restrictions of rural tourism in Vojvodina. The essential activities for improving service quality in rural tourism of Vojvodina are: to improve the quality of accommodation facilities, to educate population with the aim of achieving higher service quality, to categorize accommodation capacities in rural tourism in Vojvodina, to establish and apply criteria for standardization and service quality in rural tourism in Vojvodina, to intensify promotion at domestic and international market It is necessary to highlight that the development of rural tourism in Vojvodina, which complies with reasonable possibilities, would approach certain obstacles and face difficulties. <p>Predmet istraživanja u ovoj doktorskoj disertaciji je definisanje mogućih modaliteta finansiranja ruralnog turizma u Republici Srbiji sa aspekta razvoja turističke ponude. Ruralni turizam je počeo da se razvija u Republici Srbiji 70-tih godina XX veka. Njegova dana&scaron;nja razvijenost ne može se meriti sa razvijeno&scaron;ću ovog vida turizma u evropskim državama sa sličnom dužinom razvojnog perioda. Razlog tome su različiti i brojni faktori kako na strani turističke ponude, tako i na strani tražnje. To su, pre svega, politički, ekonomski, socijalni, pravno-regulativni, institucionalni i organizaciono-upravljački faktori.<br />U okviru svih navedenih faktora može se prepoznati zajednička spona a to su finansije, odnosno nepostojanje modela finansiranja, kako na strani ponude, tako i na strani turističke tražnje. U cilju razvoja ruralnog turizma potrebno je definisati modalitete finansiranja ruralne turističke ponude u svim segmentima, a &scaron;to je i tema ove disertacije. Svakako da je u cilju razvoja ruralnog turizma potrebno i definisati modalitete finansiranja ruralne turističke tražnje, ali ova problematika zahteva posebnu i detaljnu analizu i istraživanje.<br />Finansiranje ruralne turističke ponude je kompleksno jer je usko vezano za finansiranje poljoprivrede. Finansiranje poljoprivrede je, stalno prisutan, a nere&scaron;en problem domaće privrede i ekonomske, odnosno agrarne politike. Neophodno je da se paralelno re&scaron;avaju problemi finansiranja ruralnog turizma i poljoprivrede s obzirom na to da su ove delatnosti uzročno-posledično povezane. Nepovoljan ekonomski i finansijski položaj poljoprivrede uzrokuje da ruralno stanovni&scaron;tvo ne može samostalno da razvija turističku delatnost kroz koju bi moglo da realiziju dodatne prihodi i pobolj&scaron;a životni standard. Razvoj ruralnog turizma može da bude zamajac razvoja poljoprivrede, odnosno privrednog razvoja ruralnih područja i pobolj&scaron;anja nepovoljne demografske situacije u njima. Navedeno je posebno značajno za Republike Srbiju, gde je u procesu odumiranja svako četvrto selo. Razvoj ruralnog turizma omogućio bi pozitivne ekonomske efekte na nivou poljoprivrednih gazdinstava, lokalno-ekonomskih zajednica, kao i na nivou države.<br />Finansijski resursi su jedno od najvećih ograničenja razvoja ruralnog turizma u Republici Srbiji, &scaron;to afirmi&scaron;e temu ove disertacije, odnosno potrebu istraživanja u okviru nje. Finasijski resursi predstavljaju razvojno ograničenje posmatrano sa aspekta: nedovoljnosti - u kvantitativnom pogledu i nedostupnosti kvalitetnih finansijskih resursa.<br />Primarni cilj istraživanja je da se predstave dosada&scaron;nji i aktuelni, te defini&scaron;u potencijalni modaliteti finansiranja ruralnog turizma, odnosno ruralne turističke ponude, u Republici Srbiji. Sekundarni cilj istraživanja je da se analiziraju faktori koji mogu da imaju uticaja na mogućnost samofinansiranja pružaoca usluga u ruralnom turizmu u Republici Srbiji.<br />U disertaciji se analiziraju iskustva u razvoju i finansiranju ruralnog turizma u Evropskoj uniji, odnosno u Sloveniji, Hrvatskoj, Mađarskoj, Austriji i Rumuniji. Njihovom sintezom dolazi se do zaključaka - predloga relevantnih za finansiranje, ali i redefinisanje domaće ruralne turističke ponude, &scaron;to bi se posredno odrazilo na pobolj&scaron;anje ekonomskog položaja ruralnog turizma u Republici Srbiji, a time i na potencijal samofinansiranja ove delatnosti.</p> / <p>The topic of the research presented in this doctoral thesis is defining the potential modalities of financing the rural tourism in the Republic of Serbia with respect to the development of the tourism offer. Rural tourism began to develop in the Republic of Serbia during the 70s of the 20th century. Its state-of-the-art development cannot be compared to the one existing in other European countries with the similar length of the developmental period. The reasons for this are numerous various factors, both in favour of the tourism offer and the tourism demand. These are primarily political, economic, social, legal and regulatory, institutional, as well as organizational and management factors.<br />A common link can be identified in all of the above factors such as finances, actually the lack of financing models, both with regards to tourism offer and the tourism demand. In order to develop rural tourism, it is necessary to define the financing modalities of the rural tourism offer in all its paradigms, which is the topic of this thesis. Certainly, it is essential to define the financing modalities of the rural tourism demand if the goal is rural tourism development, however, this topic requires a tailor-made and detailed analysis and research.<br />Financing of the rural tourism offer is complex because it is closely related to financing of agriculture in general. The issue of financing agriculture has been omnipresent and yet an unresolved problem of the local economy and agricultural policy. It is mandatory to simultaneously work on solving the issues of financing both the rural tourism and agriculture, taking into account that they show causal relationship. Discouraging economic and financial position of agriculture causes the inability of the rural population to independently develop the tourist activity aimed at generating additional income and improving the living standards. The development of rural tourism can be a driving force of agricultural development, i.e. of the economic development of the rural areas and improvement of unfavourable demographic situation thereof. This is especially important for the Republic of Serbia, where every fourth village is dying out. Rural tourism development would provide positive economic effects on the level of agricultural holdings, local economic communities, as well as on the level of state.<br />Financial resources persist to be one of the biggest limitations of rural tourism development in the Republic of Serbia, which puts forward and supports the topic of this doctoral thesis and the need for the proposed research. Financial resources remain to be the developmental constraint in terms of insufficiency and the unavailability of solid financial resources.<br />Mr Gordana Đ. Radović Doktorska disertacija<br />&bdquo;Modaliteti finansiranja ruralnog turizma u Republici Srbiji&ldquo;<br />7<br />The primary goal of this research is to present the former and current, as well as to define the potential modalities of financing the rural tourism and rural tourism offer in the Republic of Serbia. Plausible rural tourism funding modalities include: (1) financing of tourism offer (in the narrow sense) in the initial stage of structured development; (2) financing of tourism offer (in the narrow sense) in the developed stage; (3) financing the development of tourist facilities; (4) financing the development of rural infrastructure; (5) financing the development of human resources in rural tourism; (6) investing in the development of the rural tourism product promotion; (7) investing in the development of the rural tourism product sales channels. Secondary goal of this research is to analyze the factors that may have an impact on self-financing of the service providers in rural tourism in the Republic of Serbia.<br />The dissertation analyzes various experiences related to the development and financing of rural tourism in the European Union, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Austria and Romania. Synthesizing all of them leads to relevant conclusions and proposals related to funding, but also to redesigning the domestic rural tourism offer, which could indirectly influence improvement of the economic status of rural tourism in Serbia, and consequently the potential to self-finance this activity.</p>

Εξετάζεται η ζήτηση για αγροτικό τουρισμό με τη χρήση ενός οικονομικού-οικονομετρικού μοντέλου. Αναγνωρίζεται η ιδιαίτερη φύση του αγροτικού τουρισμού σαν ένα ετερογενές προϊόν-υπηρεσία, ενώ παράλληλα δίνεται έμφαση στο ρόλο της πληροφόρησης των καταναλωτών και στην πόιότητα της ταξιδιωτικής εμπειρίας. Επίσης, αναλύεται η σημασία των τοπικών προϊόντων διατροφής, ως μέρος της ταξιδιωτικής εμπειρίας σε μια περιοχή. Με βάση τα αποτελέσματα προτείνονται βασικοί άξονες για την ανάπτυξη του αγροτικού τουρισμού, ως βασικού μοχλού για την τοπική και περιφερειακή ανάπτυξη σε μειονεκτικές περιοχές. / The demand for rural tourism is analysed using a proper economic and econometric model. Rural tourism is conceptualised as a heterogeneous product-service, while at the same time analysis focus on the role of consumers.

Tyrimo objektas – Klaipėdos apskrities kaimo turizmo ir amatų būklė Darbo tikslas – Nustatyti kaimo amatų ir kaimo turizmo sąveiką Klaipėdos apskrityje, bei pateikti pasiūlymus jų panaudojimui kaimo turizmo konkurencingumui didinti Uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizuoti kaimo turizmo ir amatų raidos tendencijas bei jų specifiką. 2. Išnagrinėti gamtinių, kultūrinių ir žmogiškųjų išteklių poveikį kaimo turizmo ir amatų plėtrai. 3. Parengti kaimo turizmo ir amatų būklės bei jų sąveikos galimybių Klaipėdos apskrityje tyrimo metodiką. 4. Įvertinti kaimo turizmo ir tradicinių amatų situaciją Klaipėdos apskrityje ir jų plėtros galimybes. 5. Pateikti kaimo turizmo ir amatų tarpusavyje efektyvesnio plėtojimo kryptis. Tyrimo metodai – mokslinės literatūros, teisinių aktų ir dokumentų ir statistinių dokumentų analizė ir sintezė, anketinė apklausa, duomenų palyginimas ir grafinis vaizdavimas. Tyrimo rezultatai: • Pirmoje darbo dalyje išnagrinėtos kaimo turizmo ir amatų raidos tendencijos, taip pat nagrinėta įvairių autorių nuomonė. Buvo analizuojami keliavimo motyvai, būtent kas lemia poilsiautojų pasirinkimą rinktis vienokią ar kitokią poilsio rūšį. Taip pat buvo išnagrinėti teisiniai aktai ir dokumentai reglamentuojantys kaimo amatus ir turizmą ir nustatyta, jog norint užtikrinti stabilų kaimo turizmo sodybų skaičiaus augimą reikia supaprastinti teisinę įstatyminę bazę. The goal - Set in rural crafts and rural tourism interaction Klaipeda county, and to submit proposals for use to increase the competitiveness of rural tourism. Objectives: 1. To analyze the rural tourism and craft development trends and their specifics. 2. To examine the natural, cultural and human resources impact to rural tourism and craft development. 3. Develop a survey methodology of rural tourism and crafts condition and their interaction in Klaipėda county. 4. Rate of situation and development potential of rural tourism and traditional crafts of Klaipeda county. 5. Provide more effective development policies between rural tourism and crafts. Methods of research - the scientific literature, legal acts and instruments, statistical analysis and synthesis of documents, questionnaire survey, data comparison and graphical representation. Travel motives, namely, what determines the choice for holidaymakers to choose some other type of recreation were analyzed.
