Stabilizácia pracovníkov na registračnom oddelení / Stabilization of employees

Doležajová, Nina January 2008 (has links)
The success of each organisation is derived from its employees. The goal of this thesis is to contribute to eliminating of employees' fluctuation. The theoretical part is dedicated to explanation of the basic activities of the staff department. The practital part is based on research exercised by question forms that were filled by employees. The results of the questionnaire are then analyzed and the recommendations are given based on the needs of the concrete company.

Stabilizace zaměstnanců generace Y / Generation Y employees stabilization

Kazík, Tomáš January 2010 (has links)
In my thesis I dealt with the topic of stabilization Generation Y employees. The aim of this study was to determine which factors are the most important for the target group for stabilizing in the organization. In the target group there were people form Generation Y with university degree in economics. In the theoretical part I have described the staff stabilization process including all the variables that interfere in this process. After that I have introduced and characterized Generation Y people. At the end of the theoretical part I have introduced the studies, from which I drew information for my research. At the beginning of the research I've compiled a set of 20 stabilization factors. These factors came into qualitative research. After the qualitative research 7 factors were excluded and 13 advanced to the on-line questionnaire. The questionnaire has been completed by 737 respondents and the results showed four most important (TOP) stabilizing factors for the target group. These TOP 4 stabilizing factors were "job - interests alignment", "long career opportunities" "organizations respect to its employees" and "compensation".

Doctrinal descriptions of Stabilization : Same challenge- different articulations in Swedish and French doctrines

Skaring, Li January 2012 (has links)
The Swedish armed forces’ doctrinal documents are currently under review, where the Doctrine for Land Forces will together with the doctrines for Navy and Air force be reissued into one common operative doctrine 2013. This essay can be seen as a possible interjection in order to facilitate the work with the new Swedish operative doctrine, by analyzing doctrinal articulated descriptions and know-hows from the French Army in the context of stability operations. Since, what fundamentally differentiates stabilization from the pacification operations of the past is the end state where the local authorities and population retake the ownership of their country. The French doctrines contain a significant higher level of details regarding the tactical methods and principles, such as the Oil spots, Quadrillage, Force and Influence ratio, and the measures for how the actual re-construction and re-building should take place. This compared to the Swedish doctrinal document that mainly involves the initial stages of intervention and laying the foundations for further development. The gap between these phases and the desired end-state of peace is vaguely described, which can be characterized as a mayor difference.

Estabilização de imagens de videolaringoscopia / Image stabilization for videolaringoscopy

Vinicius Ferraz Guimarães 17 March 2008 (has links)
In this work, different computational techiniques were used and evaluated for image stabilization of videolaringoscopy scenes, so that the unwanted movements coming from cameraman and patient\'s moviments can be removed, thus improving their quality. After stabilizing the video, we can get a kymography, an examination which allows us to visualize the vibratory pattern of vocal fold, with a good quality. The techniques used were spatial correlation, phase correlation and Optical Flow.

Factors influencing laboratory vibratory compaction

Troost, Jan J January 1987 (has links)
Includes bibliography. / The thesis consists of a literature review and a limited experimental investigation in a soils laboratory. The objective of the literature review is to determine what standard laboratory test methods based on vibration exist for the control of compaction, to what soil types these tests are applicable and what the factors are which affect laboratory vibratory compaction. The study revealed that extensive research has been carried out in the USA and Europe, where standard laboratory compaction tests exist for the determination of the maximum dry density of cohesionless, free-draining soil. The US methods are based on the use of a vibratory table, while the European practice is based on the use of a vibratory tamper. No standard tests appear to exist for soil exhibiting cohesion, though limited research has been carried out in the USA into the behaviour of such soils under laboratory vibratory compaction. The factors; frequency, amplitude, mould size and shape surcharge intensity and manner of application, soil type, time of vibration, number of layers and moisture content are all reported to have an effect on the maximum dry density achievable. It has been recognised that significant interaction occurs between the factors affecting vibratory compaction, but the extent of the interaction appears to be only partly understood. The objective of the limited experimental program was to determine whether a specific graded crushed stone could be compacted to Modified AASHTO maximum dry density with a laboratory vibratory compaction technique using a vibratory table, and how this could best be achieved. The effects on dry density of changing the frequency, the time of vibration, mould size, surcharge pressure, grading and moisture content were investigated. It is concluded that the graded crushed stone in question can be compacted to Mod. AASHTO maximum dry density but that before reliable reproducible results can be achieved with this type of test further work is necessary. Such research should be aimed at investigating the interaction effect between the amplitude of vibration, the soil type and the type and intensity of the applied surcharge pressure.

The relationship between organisational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention in the Department of rural Development and Land Reform, Limpopo Province

Ramogale, Mainetsa Adolph January 2016 (has links)
Thesis (M.Com.(Human Resource Management)) -- University of Limpopo, 2016 / The purpose of this study is to explain the relationship between organisational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention of employees. A survey research design was employed to test hypotheses about the relationship between job satisfaction, organisational commitment and turnover intentions. Data was collected using three different structured questionnaires. Questionnaires comprised of the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire, the Organisational Commitment Questionnaire and the Intention to Stay Questionnaire. The respondents comprised of employees from five offices of the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform in the Limpopo Province. The findings revealed a positive relationship between organisational commitment and job satisfaction. There is a negative relationship between organisational commitment and turnover intention. Tables and figures were used to present the results of the study. Turnover intention has been seen as a huge problem at different organisations or institutions and has negative influence on organisational performance and this organisation was not different given the findings. Key concepts Organisational commitment, job satisfaction, turnover intention.

Světelné efekty pomocí RGB budiče / Light Effects by LED RGB Driver

Vríčan, Peter January 2013 (has links)
The purpose of this thesis is implementation of RGB LED driver using circuit ON Semiconductor NCV7430. The main objective was to design a circuit solution for temperature compensation of the driver. The thesis aims to describe the driver and its functions and to eliminate thermal effects caused by heating the circuit by surroundings. It discusses the circuit thermal stabilization in the temperature range of -40 to 80 °C to the RGB diode lights to a constant color. The thesis presents various possibilities of the stabilization and method of evaluating the obtained parameters of applications. Next, the thesis solves the design of equipment for implementation of light effects. The equipment presents options and features of the RGB driver.

Motivace v podniku / Motivation in a Company

Pernicová, Kateřina January 2016 (has links)
The task of diploma´s thesis is trying to find answers to questions that will focus mainly on motivation and stabilization of employees one unnamed company. Through certain activities that invent and some of them even realize, I will try to achieve a lower turnover, and also that employees feel motivated to be part of the employer.
