Title: Business plan of establishingt a golf academy Target: The aim of this disertation is to formulate a business plan of establishment of a golf school in Prague-East and compilation of a comprehensive systém of trainings for all age groups and whether it is viable to implement this business plan in practice. Method: There were used the following methods in this thesis: descriptive analysis, Porter's five forces model, PESTEL analysis, competitive analysis, and SWOT analysis. Results: The results of the business plan demonstrate its real use in practice, which is proved and analyzed through the financial analysis of the projected revenues. The location in Říčany is very suitable for this type of business due to the minimal competition in the sector and the constant population growth there. A cultural tour package is essentially a travel package that bundles tourism products and services together with themes based on the destination's culture. Winnipeg's Cultural Tour Package Research project, proposed by Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra (WSO), is a project aiming to structure a tourism package centered at Winnipeg's performing arts and cultural attractions. Through the program, we identify customers' preference for the cultural items as well as the factors related to the preference. We also provide a marketing plan suggesting the direction of starting the program based on SWOT and marketing mix analyses. The research is contributable to both the marketing and the cultural tourism literatures. Also, in practical, the research stands at a macro level to demonstrate the benefits of integrating cultural items in Winnipeg and to suggest ways for WSO to cooperate with other cultural or supporting institutions to offer the program. / October 2015

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the situation in cycling in selected region -- Prague. The thesis highlights the benefits of cycling in the city and its surrounding, assess the current situation and projected development. The theoretical part focuses on access to bicycle transport in Czech Republic with regard to the National Strategy of Developement of cycling transport. The practical part deals with bicycle transport in Prague. Here we find SWOT analysis, planned development of infrastructure, funding sources and methods of promotion. This thesis also provides suggestions for improving the environment for cyclists on the basis of foreign experience.

This Master Thesis deals with creation and the successive implementation of marketing strategy in Tourism. The implementation process will be demonstrated on the travel agency Dovolena.cz. This thesis contains three main explanatory chapters and a case study. The first chapter investigates firstly the motives why people use travel agencies and secondly describes the basic legal terms connected to this topic. The second chapter focuses the attention on marketing strategy creation. Above all it explains situation and SWOT analysis, marketing mix and promotional tools. Furthermore several types of marketing strategies are introduced and demonstrated on examples. The third chapter deals with internet marketing, analyses its usage in the Czech Republic and in the world as well and tries to reveal its role while selling organized tours to customers. The core of the chapter concerns with internet promotional tools. The last chapter of this thesis is dedicated to marketing strategy implementation -- case study Dovolena.cz.

This diploma thesis which is devided into four parts is trying to map the current state of the statuory city Zlín and identify opportunities and barriers of its further development. The first section provides a theoretical basis for understanding the problems of cities and municipal development and also introduces the method of SWOT analysis, which is used in this thesis as well. Second, the most extensive section is devoted to an socioeconomic analysis and constitutes a basis for the next two chapters. The analysis is divided thematically and tries to outline the development and current situation of the city. The third part consists of a SWOT analysis of Zlín, which describes its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the future. Last, the fourth chapter shows the possibilities and barriers to the development of the city, divided into six thematic groups: population; business environment, transport, environment, culture, sport and leisure, tourism and public administration. It also outlines how to exploit opportunities and overcome barriers.

The Russian market represents big opportunities for Czech exporters in the near and distant future. Czech companies have gained a lot of comparative advantages in the past periode: language simillarities, trade connections, cooperation of producing companies, good knowledge of local regional specifities etc. There are large scale of opportunities in traditional and new industry, glass and wooden industry, petrol and gas companies. It is necessary to know specific conditions and risks of the Russian market. To be competitive it requests not only to export but to account with capital participation. Objectives and Hypothesis of the dissertation: Basic goals: Analysis of the business climate in Russia as the result of the transformation process from centrally directed to market system and democracy. Evaluation of changes in the competitive position of Czech exporters and investors on Russian market. There are various measures and tools of the improvement of the competitiveness of Czech exports on the Russian market. As the member of the EU the Czech republic participates on all trade agreements valid in the trade relations between EU and Russia, first of all it is Partnership and Cooperation Agreement inclusive MFN regime (the Most Favoured Nation Clause). Czech exporters have a lot of strong points in the return to Russian market. There are also certain weaknesses, a lot of opportunities but also threatens. The Czech institutions which provide effective and complex credit and insurance support for Czech exporters are: Czech Export Bank and Export Guarantee and Insurance Company.
