Komparace vybraných aspektů koordinované rehabilitace v českých a německých dětských domovech / Comparison of selected aspects in the coordinated rehabilitation in Czech children's homes and in German children's homes

In the provided care for children placed in substitute residential facilities in the Czech Republic are in the context of European Union made demands to change some key aspects of its current structural frame. Aim of this master thesis is to provide in this context, through the analysis of mainly bibliographic sources, a complex overview of the system of substitute residential care in two EU countries, the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany. The thesis contains an insight into the activities of both systems, as well as comparatively processed answers to two initial research questions. The results of the research work on the answer to the question "What are the differences in the existing service network, regarding the work with the children placed in selected Czech and German children's homes?" show, that the established frame of the provided services is similar, but the qualitative and quantitative offer of the services is in practice reflected by different economic situations in both countries. The result of the second comparative research, answering the question "How are in the chosen countries determined the means of children rehabilitation in the selected children's homes?", shows, that the coordinated rehabilitation is in all its parts realized in both countries as consistent with the fulfilment of "the child's best interest" as possible. The most significant difference in reaching the optimal harmony of all segments of coordinated rehabilitation in these countries makes the application of support means to the work with the family, to the care for youth preparing for leaving the institution, to the realization of complex multidisciplinary care, or to fulfilment of an individual approach and planning. It is therefore desirable, that the Czech Republic, as well as the Federal Republic of Germany, orient themselves not only on the quality of provided help and care for the children placed in children's homes, but also on the future of young people, who are in the process of leaving the institution. This can be achieved by legislatively well-set structural system of substitute residential care, in which is through suitable service provided a valuable support in the context of coordinated rehabilitation. This master thesis can for the people interested in this topic expand the view on how the same mission regarding the children in substitute residential care is fulfilled by two advanced European countries, it can also be in this context an impulse to reflect on the form of a good practice in these institutions.

This ratify its advantages in relation to metal wire cable (immunity to electromagnetic interference, ability to transport high volumes of information, abundant material, like cables, price to decline etc.) beyond the appearance of new broadband services. The FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) is a technology that enables access to broadband connections in homes by 100% in optical fibers, providing services that, in general, require high rates of speed, as streaming videos, online transactions, communication of large data files, digital TV, fast Internet access, telephony can reach speeds of 10Mbps up to 1Gbps. This dissertation considered a marketing analysis for the implementation of FTTH technology using the method SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats). We also consider the basic concepts of value, cost and price in order to better understand when it becomes an opportunity or threat. Thus, the analysis was composed by four dimensions: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The strengths and weaknesses are related with internal factors that influence the analysis (human resources, organizational and physical) and opportunities and threats considered external factors (customers, market, environment, competitors, substitutes, suppliers, new entrants in the market and buyers). For each SWOT dimension were defined indicators (quantitative and qualitative) to be complete if the strengths and opportunities are greater than the weaknesses and threats. We could verify that on the internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) companies in general are good, with trained and qualified employees to act their role, they have research centers to provide solutions compatible with the market, cost and quality required and an appropriate organizational structure to absorb new technology. As a concern, even though the infrastructure networks index in optical fiber has grown, we need to expand it to meet the projected future needs for broadband. As to external factors (opportunities and threats), we identified a trend of increasing number of Internet users with access from home, users have the most a family income above 20 minimum income (brazilian metrics of income), provision of the Brazilian government to encourage growth the use of broadband, stable prices of existing products but when compared with other countries, they are high and did not find potential for new entrants in this market. Furthermore, some inhibitors, such as high cost, low quality of services, need for launching applications with new features, current infrastructure requires expansion beyond the need for strong management of suppliers, as are many. Thus it appears that there are good opportunities and forces to FTTH-based services and believe that FTTH technology is very promising for the future of broadband if they are changed some settings to lower product prices and increase the portfolio of services offered to generate greater demand. We also verify that the largest Telephone Operators are launching products based on this technology, such as Telefonica and BrT. / A fibra ?ptica ? um meio de transmiss?o que tem sido utilizado para viabilizar produtos que necessitam de alta largura de banda, como o sistema telef?nico, videoconfer?ncia, redes locais (LANs), downloads de arquivos grandes etc. No Brasil, constatamos um aumento do n?mero de redes em fibra ?ptica. Esta disserta??o realizou uma an?lise mercadol?gica para a implementa??o da tecnologia FTTH atrav?s da aplica??o do m?todo SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Foram considerados os conceitos b?sicos sobre valor, custo e pre?o a fim de se entender quando ele se torna uma oportunidade ou amea?a. Desta forma, a an?lise considerou quatro dimens?es: for?as, fraquezas, oportunidades e amea?as. As for?as e fraquezas foram vistas como fatores internos (recursos humanos, organizacionais e f?sicos) que influenciam a an?lise. As oportunidades e amea?as foram vistas como fatores externos (clientes, mercado, ambiente, concorrentes, produtos substitutos, fornecedores, empresas estrangeiras prestadoras de servi?os rec?m chegada ao mercado e compradores). Para cada dimens?o foram definidos indicadores (quantitativos e qualitativos) a fim de podemos concluir se as for?as e oportunidades s?o maiores que as fraquezas e amea?as. Foi poss?vel constatar que, quanto aos fatores internos (for?as e fraquezas) as empresas de uma forma geral est?o bem: t?m funcion?rios treinados e capacitados a desempenharem o seu papel, centros de pesquisas para prover solu??es compat?veis com o mercado, custo e qualidade necess?rios, al?m de uma estrutura organizacional adequada para absorver a nova tecnologia. Embora o ?ndice de infraestrutura de redes em fibra ?ptica tenha crescido, parece necess?rio expandir para que possamos atender as necessidades futuras projetadas para banda larga. Quanto aos fatores externos (oportunidades e amea?as) identificou-se que a quantidade de usu?rios de internet com acesso a partir das resid?ncias tende a crescer, que os usu?rios possuem na sua maioria uma renda familiar acima de 20 sal?rios m?nimos, que o governo brasileiro se disp?e a incentivar o crescimento do uso da banda larga, que os produtos existentes t?m pre?os est?veis por?m quando comparados aos de outros pa?ses, eles s?o altos e que n?o encontramos potenciais empresas estrangeiras prestadoras de servi?os de Telecomunica??o para este mercado. Os inibidores encontrados (pre?o alto, baixa qualidade dos servi?os, necessidade de lan?amentos de aplicativos com novas funcionalidades, infraestrutura atual com necessidade de expans?o, necessidade de forte gest?o de fornecedores que s?o de grande n?mero) n?o anulam oportunidades e for?as para servi?os baseados em FTTH . Avaliação de indicadores e identificação de estratégias de sucesso de segurança dos alimentos adotadas após à fusão de duas grandes empresas de serviço de alimentação

Na atualidade é cada vez mais comum o consumo de refeições fora de casa. No Brasil, além da opção dos restaurantes comerciais, em escolas, universidades e mesmo em hospitais, é muito comum a presença de serviços de alimentação dentro das empresas onde os funcionários realizam as refeições, durante o seu turno de trabalho. Em paralelo, a incidência de surtos de Doenças Transmitidas por Alimentos (DTA) ainda é uma realidade no Brasil e no mundo. Esses fatos têm intensificado a necessidade de implementação dos sistemas de gestão da segurança dos alimentos (SGSA) e seus controles no ramo de serviços de alimentação. Em meio a esse contexto, o presente estudo avaliou as estratégias de gestão da segurança dos alimentos adotadas após a fusão de duas grandes empresas do ramo de restaurantes industriais no Brasil, cada uma com mais de 30 anos desde a fundação, cuja união deu origem a uma empresa de aproximadamente 39 mil colaboradores e uma receita combinada de R$ 2 bilhões, servindo em média 1,8 milhões de refeições diariamente. Para isso, nesse estudo foram analisados crítica e estatisticamente os indicadores de gestão de segurança dos alimentos (taxa de ocorrências alimentares, auditorias internas e capacitações) dos 1 440 restaurantes distribuídos no Brasil, considerando um total de 4 488 dados ao longo de seis anos (2010 a 2015), contemplando o período anterior e posterior à fusão, e implantação do novo sistema de gestão. A análise qualitativa das práticas de gestão de segurança dos alimentos adotadas foi realizada através da Análise SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats), que possibilitou identificar a base da escolha da nova estratégia de gestão de segurança dos alimentos adotada após a fusão. A análise estatística dos indicadores possibilitou identificar as oportunidades de melhoria, assim como as estratégias de sucesso na implantação do SGSA. Os resultados demonstraram uma correlação linear entre a conformidade dos itens críticos (IC) e técnica operacional (TO) da auditoria interna, com o menor número de ocorrências alimentares em unidades que apresentaram 100% de conformidade em IC. Ainda, restaurantes com um histórico de auditorias internas apresentaram melhores resultados, principalmente quando foram avaliados a cada quatro meses. Também foi observado que as unidades com líderes treinados apresentaram melhores resultados em auditoria interna para IC proporcionalmente à sua maior frequência de participação. Além disso, essas unidades também reportaram mais suspeitas de ocorrências alimentares do que as unidades cujos líderes não haviam recebido treinamento. Da mesma forma, as unidades com equipes operacionais treinadas no mínimo anualmente apresentaram melhores resultados de auditoria interna do que as não treinadas, sendo identificado que a frequência quadrimestral de treinamentos resultou nos melhores resultados de TO e IC. Esses resultados foram avaliados e discutidos, utilizando outros trabalhos de referência bibliográfica no tema, permitindo assim, a elaboração de uma proposta de modelo de SGSA para Serviços de Alimentação. / Currently, eating out is becoming increasingly usual. In Brazil, in addition to the option of commercial restaurants, schools, universities and even hospitals, it is very common the presence of food services within companies where employees eat meals during their work shift. On the other hand, the incidence of outbreaks of Foodborne Diseases (FD) is still a reality in Brazil and in the world. These facts have intensified the need to implement food safety management systems (FSMS) and their controls in the food services sector. Considering this context, the present study evaluated the food safety management strategies adopted after the merger of two large industrial restaurant companies in Brazil, each with more than 30 years since their foundation, whose union gave rise to a company of approximately 39 thousand employees and a combined revenue of R$ 2 billion, serving on average 1.8 million meals daily. Therefore, in this study, the indicators of food safety management (food event rate, internal audits and training) of the 1 440 restaurants distributed in Brazil were analyzed critically and statistically, considering a total data of 4 488 over six years (2010 to 2015), before and after the merger, and implementation of a new management system. The qualitative analysis of food safety management practices was carried out through the SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analysis, which enabled to identify the basis for choosing the new food safety management strategy adopted after the merger. Statistical analysis of the indicators allowed the identification of opportunities for improvement, as well as successful strategies in the implementation of the FSMS. The results showed a linear correlation between the compliance of critical items (CI) and operational technique (OT) of the internal audit, with the lowest number of food occurrences in units that presented 100% compliance with CI. Moreover, restaurants with a history of internal audits performed better, especially when they were evaluated every four months. It was also observed that the units with trained leaders presented better results in internal audit for CI in proportion to their higher frequency of participation. In addition, these units also reported more suspicion of food occurrences than units whose leaders had not received training. Likewise, the units with operational teams trained at least annually presented better internal audit results than the non-trained ones, and the quarterly frequency of training resulted in the best results of OT and CI. These results were evaluated and discussed, through other academic articles in the theme, allowing the elaboration of a proposal of the FSMS model for Food Services.

Annotation: The topic of the diploma work is the communication strategy for a new complex rural tourism product for the Czech Republic "Holidays in the Countryside". Objective: Main objective of my work is to elaborate a suitable marketing communication strategy for Holidays in the Countryside product. The strategy will then be used by the Union for Rural Tourism (Svaz venkovské turistiky), which is the project promoter, as a practical marketing tool. Secondary objective of the work is to evaluate current utilization of brand program Holidays in the Countryside by the rural tourism service providers. Method: Analysis of accessible information, comparative study of foreign tourist destination experiece and professional publications followed by the synthesis of acquired data will be used as a method for elaboration of this work. Based on the analyses a suitable communication strategy will be formulated along with the recommendations for the effective utilization of the brand program by the service providers.
