nÃo hà / A partir da obra de Michel Foucault, e vislumbrando a emergÃncia de uma sociedade de (in)seguranÃa, buscou-se neste trabalho compreender como foi possÃvel o estabelecimento do paradigma da gestÃo empresarial como Ãnico modelo de eficiÃncia possÃvel para as polÃticas pÃblicas de um modo geral e, de modo especÃfico, para o campo da seguranÃa pÃblica brasileira. Na sequÃncia, investigou-se, a partir da anÃlise das ideias e teorias presentes nos novos programas e planos de reduÃÃo de homicÃdios instalados em diversos estados brasileiros, seus efeitos pedagÃgicos sobre o conjunto dos operadores de seguranÃa pÃblica, chamados genericamente de policiais, bem como sobre os indivÃduos da populaÃÃo, alvo das (bio)polÃticas em questÃo.Problematizou-se este empresariamento da seguranÃa pÃblica e os processos de subjetivaÃÃo que desencadeia,os quais se dÃo por meio de dispositivos pedagÃgicos â mecanismos de educaÃÃo nÃo formal que operam de forma contÃnua, ininterrupta e a cÃu aberto â que, fabricando subjetividades policialescas, produzem novos estilos de vida, novas relaÃÃes dos sujeitos consigoe com os demais, bem como novos arranjos entre indivÃduos, Estado e mercado. / From the work of Michel Foucault and facing the emergence of a society of (in) security, this paper sought to understand how it was possible to establish the paradigm of business management as the only possible model of efficiency for public policies in general and, specifically, for the field of Brazilian public security. Them, based on the analysis of the ideas and theories present in the new programs and plans for the reduction of homicides installed in several Brazilian states, its pedagogical effects on public security operators, generically called police officers, as well as on individuals of the population, target of the (bio)policies in question, were investigated. This public security entrepreneurship and processes of subjectivation that it triggers have been problematized, which occurs through pedagogical apparatusâ non-formal education mechanisms that operates in a continuous, uninterrupted and open-air way â that, by producing police subjectivities, produce new lifestyles, new relationships of subjects with themselves and with others, as well as new arrangements between individuals, the State and the market.

Através da metodologia sugerida pela Analise do Discurso busca perceber a construção de subjetividades cidadãs operacionalizadas nesses discursos. / Abstract: This thesis proposes an historical analysis about the educational discourses which emerged from political opening in Brazil, in correlation with application of these discourses in History school books indicated to the last years of Basic Education, in the School Books Guide 2005, and, mainly, the impressions of possible meaning managements in the Municipal Basic Education young students from Itaja Municipal Basic Education young students from Itajaí, Santa Catarina.
