Magistro darbo objektas – elektroninių informacinių technologijų (toliau – informacinių technologijų) integracija. Darbo tikslas – informacinių technologijų integracijos proceso analizė bei tendencijų išskyrimas. Pagrindiniai darbo uždaviniai: aptarti požiūri į informacinių technologijų integraciją, kuriuo vadovaujamasi darbe; nustatyti informacinių technologijų integracijos barjerus; išskirti informacinių technologijų integracijos lygius; atlikti informacinių technologijų integracijos analizę pagal išskirtus informacinių technologijų integracijos lygius. Informacinių technologijų integracija yra ypatingai dinamiška ir sudėtinga sritis, todėl būtina ją nuolat nagrinėti. Būtent dėl šios priežasties tiek mokslinėje, tiek populiariojoje literatūroje vyrauja skirtingi šio proceso nagrinėjimo būdai bei požiūriai į jį. Dažnu atveju apsiribojama vienu ar keliais proceso aspektais arba kalbama ypatingai abstrakčiai, naudojamos skirtingos proceso sampratos ir apibrėžimai, trūksta standartizacijos, vyrauja populiarusis požiūris į integracijos procesą, kuris nėra išsamus ir negali atsakyti į visus iškylančius teorinius klausimus. Pagrindiniai darbo teiginiai, kurie įrodinėjami darbe yra šie: egzistuoja du, vienas nuo kito santykinai izoliuoti, informacinių technologijų integracijos lygiai; egzistuoja skirtingos šių lygių integracijos tendencijos; tarp šių lygių vyksta palaipsninė substitucija; Dėl informacinių technologijų gausos, darbe nagrinėjama tik elektroninių informacinių... Purpose – information technology process analysis and exclusion of trends. Main tasks: discussion of views towards information technology process and the exclusion of the view used in the work; find and examine information technology integration barriers; separate information technology integration levels; examine information technology integration according to the separated integration levels. Information technology integration is extremely dynamic and complex area, there fore it needs to be examined all the time. Due to that existing different views and analysis of the process among different specialists - most of the time process’s analysis is limited to one or few aspects or it is analyzed abstractly. Most of the time in different analysis types different views and terms occur, lack of standardization is obvious, popular view, which can’t answer all theoretical questions that come out to surface, is dominant in the area. Work‘s main propositions, which are proven in the work: two partially separated integration levels exist; different trends can be applied to them; process of substitution is the way of interaction between these two levels. Due to the high amounts of information technology, only electronic ones are analyzed in the work. This work might be useful to technological and physical scientists, management and communication specialists, students and teachers.

Magistro darbe nagrinėjamos testamento sudarymo sąlygos. Pateikiama testamento sąvoka, testamento istorinė raida, pagrindiniai paveldėjimo pagal testamentą bruožai. Aptariamas testamentas kaip vienašalis sandoris, kuriame išreikšta testatoriaus valia. Konstatuojama, kad testamentas turi atitikti sandoriams keliamus reikalavimus dėl: testatoriaus veiksnumo, jo valios tikrumo, turinio teisėtumo, testamento formos. Autorius daugiausia dėmesio skiria testatoriaus veiksnumui ir valiai kaip būtinoms testamento galiojimo sąlygoms aptarti, nagrinėjami testamento formų ir sudarymo tvarkos ypatumai, reikalavimai testamento turiniui. Darbe palyginami testamento sudarymo teisinio reglamentavimo skirtumai ir panašumai su 1964 metų Civiliniu kodeksu. Pateikiama teismų praktika testamento sudarymo, papildymo, pakeitimo, patvirtinimo, nuginčijimo ir kitais su paveldėjimu pagal testamentą susijusiais klausimais. Dėl darbo apimties reikalavimų tik trumpai ir fragmentiškai apžvelgtas užsienio šalių testamento sudarymo teisinis reglamentavimas. / The present MA thesis deals with the conditions of testament conclusion. It presents the concept of a testament, shows its historical development, and expounds on the main features of inheritance by a testament. The paper approaches a testament as a unilateral transaction which expresses the will of a testator. It also states definite requirements for a testament as a transaction, concerning testator’s legal capability, the certainty of his/her will, the legitimacy of the contents, and the format of a testament. The author devotes his major attention to the discussion of testator’s legal capability and his/her will, as the essential conditions for testament validity; he also deals with testament forms and the peculiarities of testament drawing, also touching upon the requirements for testament contents. The submitted MA thesis parallels differences and similarities of current legal regulations for testament drawing with the regulations drafted by the Civil Code of 1964. It introduces judiciary cases and practices on concluding, supplementing, modifying, validating, or withdrawing testaments. Due to the limitations added by the scope of an MA thesis, the paper only briefly dwells upon foreign practices of legal regulations for testament setting.

Die vorliegende Magisterarbeit setzt sich zum Ziel sprachspielerische Verwendung ( Modifikation) von Phraseologismen in der Pressesprache zu untersuchen. Die wichtigste Aufgabe besteht in der Analyse der wichtigsten Modifikationsarten und ihrer Gebrauchshäufigkeit in der Zeitschrift ,,Der Spiegel” (Jahrgang 2007) sowie in der Beschreibung der wichtigsten Funktionen der ermittelten okkasionellen modifizierten Phraseologismen in der journalistischen Sprache. / Magistrinio darbo tikslas - okazinių frazeologizmų vartojimo būdų (modifikacijų) spaudos kalboje tyrimas. Svarbiausias darbo uždavinys – išanalizuoti pagrindines frazeologizmų modifikacijų rūšis ir jų vartojimo dažnumą žurnale „Der Spiegel“ (20007m.) ir aprašyti svarbiausias jų funkcijas žurnalistinėje kalboje. / The MA paper aims at the analysis of the use methods (modifications) of occasional phraseological units in the press language. The objectives of the study are: to explore the main types of modifications of phrasiological units; to examine their use frequency in the magazine Der Spiegel (2007); and to describe the prime function of phrasiological units in the language of journalism.
