El proyecto consiste en el diseño, por un lado, de una Clínica Veterinaria de Animales Menores de jerarquía interdistrital que se complementa con un Albergue de Animales (perros y gatos). El objetivo de este último es poder brindar a los animales rescatados un espacio adecuado a sus necesidades durante el tiempo que pasen en este refugio. Asimismo, la Clínica atiende tanto a usuarios externos como a los usuarios del Albergue. Por otro lado, se tiene una zona de capacitación y difusión dirigida a veterinarios, estudiantes de veterinaria y personas interesadas en temas relacionados al cuidado y tenencia responsable de mascotas. El terreno del proyecto se ubica en el distrito de Santiago de Surco. Para esta elección se tuvo en consideración los siguientes requerimientos: Zona céntrica para los demás albergues existentes; lugar en el que las personas del entorno puedan permitirse pagar tratamientos a sus mascotas y cercanía al “Colegio Médico Veterinario del Perú”. En cuanto al diseño arquitectónico, se optó por separarlo en dos volumetrías, esto debido a que se quiere evitar que los usuarios de las dos grandes áreas de este proyecto se mezclen. Adicionalmente, se busca controlar el ruido hecho por los animales, sin que afecte a las personas que se encuentran en la zona de capacitación. Por último, estos volúmenes están ubicados y diseñados de modo que se genera una relación visual entre ambos. / The project consists of the design, on the one hand, of a Veterinary Clinic of Minor Animals of interdistrict hierarchy that is complemented by an Animal Shelter (dogs and cats). The objective of the latter is to be able to provide the rescued animals with an adequate space for their needs during the time they spend in this refuge. Also, the Clinic serves both external users and users of the Shelter. On the other hand, there is a training and dissemination area for veterinarians, veterinary students and people interested in issues related to the care and responsible tenure of pets. El objetivo de la investigación es proponer un diseño interior innovador, completo y atractivo para un local comercial especializado en alimentos, suministros y servicios integrales para mascotas en el Centro Comercial del Jockey Plaza (Santiago de Surco) para un público objetivo del sector socioeconómico A y B. En concreto, se plantearon como objetivos específicos identificar las características de distribución de espacios de negocios locales e internacionales del rubro, revisar y seleccionar estrategias de visual merchandising del área de retail que se puedan aplicar al sector de mascotas, y diseñar espacios de interacción que resulten funcionales para personas y mascotas. Para eso, se organizó información de los aspectos generales sobre la mascota, el vínculo entre el perro y el propietario, la normativa sobre la protección animal, el adiestramiento y el local comercial. Asimismo, se investiga la industria del cuidado de la mascota y se analizan referentes internacionales (Petco, Petsmart, Fressnapf) y locales (Dicopet). Las estrategias de diseño empleadas se aplican tras el diagnóstico de la ubicación, la intervención del espacio y los aspectos referidos a la iluminación y materialidad. Se presenta la información mediante el programa arquitectónico, el organigrama y la zonificación. Los aspectos identificados sobre negocios locales e internacionales y la normativa local son el punto de partida para la realizar la propuesta de diseño. Por ello, se consideraron estrategias de visual merchandising de un supermercado común y se adaptaron al formato orientado del cuidado de la mascota. Por tanto, se implementaron los ambientes con mobiliario ergonómico y funcional. / The purpose of the research is to propose an innovative, whole and attractive interior design for a commercial establishment specialized in food, supplies and comprehensive services for pets at the Jockey Plaza Shopping Center (Santiago de Surco) for a target audience in the socio-economic sectors A and B. More precisely, the specific objectives were to identify the characteristics of store layout from local and international businesses in the same industry, to review and select visual merchandising strategies that can be applied to the pet field, and design spaces of interaction that are functional for people and pets. For that reason, information was gathered on the general aspects about the pet, the bond between the dog and the owner, the regulations on the protection of animals, pet training and retail spaces. Likewise, there was a research on the pet care industry, and international (Petco, Petsmart, Fressnapf) and local (Dicopet) references were analyzed. The design strategies used translate into the diagnosis of the location, the intervention of the space and the aspects related to lighting and materiality. The information is presented through the architectural program, the organization chart and the zoning. The aspects related to local and international businesses and local regulations are the starting point for the design proposal. Therefore, a common supermarket visual merchandising strategies were taken into consideration and were adapted to a pet care oriented concept. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad explicar el impacto de la Norma Internacional de Contabilidad (NIC) 2 Inventarios en la rentabilidad del sector de comercialización de hidrocarburos líquidos en el distrito de Surco en el año 2017. El trabajo se encuentra dividido en cinco capítulos. En el primer capítulo, se realizará la descripción del sector de comercialización de hidrocarburos líquidos, se detallará los antecedentes, otros aspectos importantes del sector y la presencia que tiene éste en el Perú; por otro lado, se desarrollará la definición de rentabilidad, se explicará sus medidas e indicadores. De igual manera, se definirá conceptos de la Norma Internacional de Contabilidad (NIC) 2 Inventarios, como su objetivo, alcance y algunos aspectos relevantes que apoyan su cumplimiento. En el segundo capítulo, se determinarán los problemas del trabajo de investigación, los objetivos principales y específicos; asimismo, el planteamiento de la hipótesis principal y específica. En el tercer capítulo, se explicará la metodología empleada, el tipo de enfoques cuantitativo y cualitativo utilizados como, por ejemplo, las encuestas y entrevistas a profundidad con el objetivo de validar las hipótesis planteadas. En el cuarto capítulo, se realizará el desarrollo de la investigación, es decir, la explicación de la entrevista a profundidad a los especialistas del sector, de las encuestas y la elaboración del caso práctico. En el quinto capítulo, se realizará el análisis de los resultados obtenidos mediante el caso práctico, las encuestas y entrevistas. Adicionalmente a ello, se detallarán de las conclusiones y recomendaciones finales. / The purpose of this research work is to explain the impact of the International Accounting Standard (IAS) 2 Inventories on the profitability of the liquid hydrocarbons commercialization sector in the district of Surco in the year 2017. The work is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter, the description of the liquid hydrocarbons commercialization sector is made, detailing its antecedents, other aspects and the presence that it has in Peru; also, the definition of profitability is developed, explaining its measures and indicators. Also, concepts of the International Accounting Standard (NIC) 2 Inventories are defined, mentioning their objective, scope and relevant aspects that support their compliance. In the second chapter, the problems of the research work are determined, both the main and the secondary, the main and specific objectives; in the same way, the approach of the main and specific hypotheses. In the third chapter, the methodology used is mentioned; In addition, the quantitative and qualitative approaches through surveys and in-depth interviews with the aim of validating the hypotheses. In the fourth chapter, the development of the research is carried out, that is, the explanation of the in-depth interview with the specialists of the sector, of the surveys and the elaboration of the practical case. El presente trabajo de tesis tiene como principal objetivo caracterizar la oferta y la demanda de los servicios de atención canina en las clínicas veterinarias y consultorios veterinarios del distrito de Santiago de Surco en el año 2018. Se analiza los resultados referentes a las preferencias de la demanda en cuanto a frecuencia y formas de uso de estos servicios, además de la posición de la oferta en el mercado del distrito de Santiago de Surco. Se describe la existencia de carencias burocráticas por parte de la Municipalidad de Santiago de Surco y del Ministerio de Salud que se ven reflejados en la ausencia de normas y debilidades en el otorgamiento de licencias de funcionamiento; además de las conclusiones y recomendaciones. / The main objective of this thesis work is to characterize the supply and demand of canine care services in veterinary clinics and veterinary clinics in the district of Santiago de Surco in 2018. The results referring to the preferences of the demand are analyzed in terms of frequency and forms of use of these services, in addition to the position of the offer in the district market of Santiago de Surco. La actual tesis tiene como objetivo principal analizar el desarrollo de un Estudio de Impacto Vial (EIV) ocasionado por la construcción de un proyecto multifamiliar (BEYOND HIGH) según las recomendaciones del (ITE). El proyecto en estudio se encuentra en Surco, Lima en la intersección de las Av. Manuel Olguín y Av. El Derby. Además tiene como objetivos específicos, describir conceptos relacionados al EIV mediante las recomendaciones del ITE, registrar las condiciones de uso de la vía mediante el aforo de flujos vehiculares para evaluar las condiciones del sistema de tránsito, determinar la capacidad y niveles de servicio del sistema de transporte (LOS), determinar los impactos de la implementación del proyecto urbano en el sistema vial y validar la metodología de un EIV propuesta por el ITE mediante su comparación con el EIV del proyecto. Para esto, se realizará los siguientes capítulos de Marco Teórico, Metodología de Desarrollo, Análisis de Condiciones Existentes, Generación de Viajes, Análisis de Condiciones Futuras y Propuestas de Mitigaciones. / Tesis

El gran incremento de la flota vehicular hace que el tránsito en Lima cada vez sea más caótico, sobre todo en los lugares cerca a los Conos que es donde habita la mayor población. Un ejemplo claro es lo que ocurre en las intersecciones de la vía entre los tramos de las Av. Alfredo Benavides y Av. de los Ingenieros, donde las largas colas son pan de cada día. Por ello, este proyecto de tesina trata de buscar la solución más simple y económica para esta intersección en especial. El objetivo principal es plantear alternativas para mejorar los niveles de servicios y que mitiguen la congestión vehicular. El presente estudio hizo un análisis de campo en el cual se pudo obtener los flujos vehiculares y peatonales, las colas y el tiempo aproximado para cruzar la intersección. Además, se pudo analizar las posibles causas del congestionamiento en la zona de estudio y con ello sus posibles soluciones. Una vez obtenido todos los datos necesarios en campo, se realizó los cálculos con la metodología Highway Capacity Manual 2010 obteniendo los niveles de servicio existentes que es refrendado mediante el modelamiento del sistema en el software Synchro Traffic 8.0. Finalmente, se analiza y propone una solución que esté afín a la realidad y que mejore los niveles de servicio en las intersecciones, con la propuesta de solución se obtendrá nuevos resultados con la metodología Highway Capacity Manual 2010 y respectivamente validadas con el software Synchro Traffic 8.0. / The large increase in the vehicle fleet makes the traffic in Lima increasingly chaotic, especially in the places near the Cones, where the largest population lives. A clear example is what happens at the intersections of the road between the sections of Av. Alfredo Benavides and Av. De los Ingenieros, where the long lines are daily bread. Therefore, this thesis project seeks to find the simplest and most economical solution for this particular intersection. The main objective is to propose alternatives to improve service levels and mitigate traffic congestion. The present study made a field analysis in which it was possible to obtain the vehicular and pedestrian flows, the tails and the approximate time to cross the intersection. In addition, it was possible to analyze the possible causes of congestion in the study area and with it possible solutions. Once all the necessary data were obtained in the field, the calculations were made with the Highway Capacity Manual 2010 methodology, obtaining the existing service levels, which is endorsed by modeling the system in the Synchro Traffic 8.0 software. Finally, a solution that is related to reality and that improves service levels at intersections is analyzed and proposed. With the solution proposal, new results will be obtained with the Highway Capacity Manual 2010 methodology and respectively validated with the Synchro Traffic 8.0 software. / Tesis
