Konnektivität in der Dualen Ausbildung: Ergebnisse einer Pilotstudie bei Auszubildenden sowie deren Ausbildern und LehrkräftenBank, Volker, Glaß, Chistiane 29 November 2017 (has links)
In der beruflichen Bildung stellt sich in besonderer Weise die Frage nach dem Verhältnis der idealtypischen Lernorte Betrieb und Berufsschule. Obwohl dieser Duplizität der Lernorte offenbar eine besondere bildende Kraft innewohnt, reichen die Forderungen, diese Zweiheit zu gestalten von der radikalen Trennung bis hin zur vollständigen Abstimmung der jeweiligen Aktivitäten von Lehren und Lernen. Richtigerweise wurden von Tenberg, Aprea und Pittich (2012) in einem grundlegenden Positionspapier diese instrumentellen Vorschläge als empirisch gehaltlos kritisiert. Zwischenzeitlich gibt es eine nähere Untersuchung der faktischen Verhältnisse. Dafür wurde an der TU Chemnitz im Rahmen der von eben diesen Autoren federführend lancierten europäischen ConVet-Studie zunächst eine Dokumentenanalyse durchgeführt. Dieses wurde um eine Befragung von Auszubildenden/ Schülerinnen und Schülern sowie von deren Ausbildern und Lehrkräften erweitert. Als ein erster wesentlicher Hinweis ist diesen Untersuchungen zu entnehmen, dass die eine Konnektivität höherer Ordnung bzw. eine abgeschwächte Hypothese der Komplementarität Anspruch auf Gültigkeit besitzen könnten. Diploma thesis " The analyse of educational needs of workers in low-threshold clubs for children and adolescents" deals with actual thema of education of skilled workers in social services. Theoretical part of thesis deals with definifion of term low-threshold club for children and adolescents, legal base of this service in the law systém of social services, provided services and with target group. In next chapter is introduced scholastic system of education of social workers, defined profile of graduates at college or university study and legal demands on education of workers of social services. In the last chapter of theoretical part we introduce profile of worker in low-threshold club for children and adolescents, with demands of personal qualities and exigenties on his or her expertness. Practical part of thesis deals with analyse of educational needs of workers in low-threshold clubs in Prague and district of St ední echy. At the beginning we introduce each distrikt and audiodiagnostic method used for analyse. Results of analyse are dealt with proposal of educational courses, which are focused at workers of low-threshold clubs. On the basis of results comparison are designed areas of courses and their content.

Previous issue date: 2006-05-26 / nenhum / This present study aims to look at the importance of the right to education of prisoners in relation to the criminal procedural norms granted by the Brazilian constitution which guarantees universal access to basic education. The objective of this study is to demonstrate that education of prisoners make them less likely to re-offend because it facilitates their re-integration to their community at the end of their prison sentences. As a consequence, the whole society can benefit from the implementation of the right of education of prisoners.
The method of study employed involved the analysis of other research and references addressing the problem of education of prisoners in Brazil, the analysis of the constitutional rules and of criminal proceedings in the past and present time, giving a historical view of the evolution of criminal procedural laws in Brazil. Moreover, this research investigates some models of public administration which put into practice education polices and techniques as a means to integrate prisoners in society. Finally, it highlights the need to support the agents who will be directly dealing with the education of prisoners and offers alternatives / O presente trabalho acadêmico busca estudar a importância do direito à educação dos presos e as conseqüentes perspectivas das normas processuais penais e de execução penal em relação a esse direito constitucionalmente previsto pela Constituição brasileira. Afirma a importância, no atual Estado Democrático de Direito, de obedecer aos ditames da Constituição Federal de fornecer indistintamente a qualquer pessoa o direito à educação fundamental. Desenvolve, por meio de pesquisas bibliográficas, estudos acerca da educação na norma constitucional brasileira atual e suas raízes históricas, bem como sua interligação com o direito processual penal e de execução penal, além de discorrer sobre a própria evolução dos princípios do direito processual penal na Constituição brasileira vigente. Gli studenti del sistema educazione degli adulti in Cile: uno studio nella regione di ValparaisoACUNA COLLADO, VIOLETA ROSA 16 March 2011 (has links)
Il proposito di questa ricerca è di conoscere gli utenti dell’educazione degli adulti in Cile, il motivo per cui hanno abbandonato e poi ripreso gli studi, oltre alla loro attuale percezione del sistema scolastico. Per lo studio si è utilizzata la tecnica dei questionari, con un campione aleatorio di 597 giovani e 61 docenti in 24 scuole della regione di Valparaiso. Gli aspetti analizzati per gli studenti sono stati: abbandono della scuola, reinserimento nel sistema scolastico, didattica dell’insegnante; per gli insegnanti: soddisfazione per lavorare nei centri per adulti, opinioni rispetto agli studenti e percezione della propria didattica.
Tra i risultati risalta il fatto che gli studenti riconoscono di aver abbandonato la scuola per mancanza di motivazione e per motivi didattici e per contro la buona percezione che hanno delle peculiarità della modalità di Educazione degli Adulti e del modo di fare degli insegnanti.
Gli insegnanti si sentono soddisfatti del loro lavoro e considerano che la specializzazione nell’area l’hanno acquisita con l’esperienza. Riguardo agli studenti rilevano carenze nella motivazione, nella costanza allo studio e nella presenza alle lezioni; c’è una buona percezione dell’aiuto reciproco tra studenti anche se si registrano casi di auto-isolamento. / The purpose of this research is to know users of adult education in Chile, because they left their studies and taken up today, as well as current perception of the school system. The survey technique was used in the study and a random sample of 597 youth and 61 teachers from 24 schools in the Region of Valparaíso. The studied topics of students were: return to the school system, teaching used by teachers and drop out of school. The teacher topics were: satisfaction of working in adult schools, students view and perception of their own teaching.
Results indicated that students admit to having left the formal system mostly due to lack of motivation and educational reasons. In addition they have a good perception of the treatment of teachers and characteristics of the adult education system.
On the other hand, teachers believe that specialization in this area have been acquired through experience and feel satisfied in their work. About their students, teachers emphasize their lack of motivation, failure to attend classes and persistence in their studies.

Diante desse fato, Dor?a (2012) prop?e uma abordagem de Sistema Adaptativo e
Inteligente para Educa??o (SAIE), utilizando t?cnicas probabil?sticas e Intelig?ncia
Artificial (IA), capaz de detectar e adaptar, de maneira din?mica e autom?tica, os estilos
de aprendizagem do estudante, considerando o Modelo de Estilo de Aprendizagem
Felder-Silverman?s. Ap?s pesquisa detalhada, foram propostas algumas adapta??es
baseadas na abordagem original, alterando o funcionamento de dois componentes
espec?ficos: o M?dulo Pedag?gico e o Componente de Modelagem do Estudante. Al?m
disso, prop?e-se uma nova estrutura do Modelo Estudante, contemplando o hist?rico
de desempenho do aluno nos processos avaliativos. Por conseguinte, realizaram-se
testes para avaliar os impactos de tais mudan?as por meio uma compara??o estat?stica

and intelligent assistance in distance education based on identification of learning
styles. It is known that learning is something very particular because each student
has their own styles and are subject to change on a variety of situations such as goal,
motivation, personality, etc. Therefore, this study discusses the concept of adaptability
of educational content as a way to provide customization of Learning Management
System (LMS). Through probabilistic techniques and Artificial Intelligence (AI), Dor?a
(2012) proposed a approach Adaptive and Intelligent System for Education (AIES) able
to dynamically and automatically detect, select and adapt learning objects based on
the student?s profile through Felder-Silverman Learning Styles Model (FSLSM). After
detailed study, it has been proposed some adaptations based on this approach, thereby
altering the operation of two specific components: the Pedagogical Module and the
Student Modeling Component. In addition, it is proposed a new structure Model Student,
considering learner performance history in the evaluation processes. Therefore, it
carried out tests to assess the impacts of such changes through a statistical comparison
by T-Paired method. From the results, the ideas in this work provides an average
improvement of 6.07% in the performance evaluation of the student and an average
reduction of 68.27% in the learning problems, demonstrating proposal of efficiency and
effectiveness.
