Isso, a partir da seguinte quest?o norteadora: De que modo se d? o processo de constru??o de uma nova pr?xis pedag?gica de professores que vivenciam uma reforma curricular, do modelo tradicional para o modelo integrado? Tendo como objetivo descrever o processo de constru??o de uma nova pr?xis pedag?gica, com base em uma reforma curricular, do tradicional para o integrado, a partir da trajet?ria de professores do curso t?cnico em enfermagem do Instituto Federal da Bahia, campus Eun?polis. Para tanto, utilizou-se pesquisa de natureza b?sica, do tipo explorat?ria, com abordagem hipot?tico-dedutiva e enfoque qualitativo. No que tange ao procedimento, utilizou-se o estudo de caso, a partir da t?cnica de hist?ria oral, na modalidade tem?tica. Para capta??o das informa??es, foi empregada a entrevista semiestruturada, a partir do registro de depoimentos com recursos de capta??o de ?udio, transcri??o de fontes, e constitui??o do arquivo. Paralelamente, e de modo complementar, utilizou-se uma pesquisa documental em acervo legal acerca do tema, englobando leis, decretos, resolu??es, portarias e documentos escolares pertinentes. Os resultados apontam para um percurso heterog?neo e controverso, em que os bons resultados formativos competem com disputas ideol?gicas e quest?es administrativas, extrapolando o espa?o intraescolar. / Disserta??o (Mestrado) ? Programa de P?s-gradua??o em Ensino em Sa?de, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, [2016]. / It proposes to think, in this research, the difficulties of the implantation of a curricular proposal counterhegemonic, not only for the conceptual order, but from the capacity of the teaching category to act in this scenario, setting up ideological principles overlying and practices and results in regarding of teaching and learning. This, from the following central question: How to gives the process of building of a new pedagogical praxis of teachers who experience a curricular reform, of the traditional model for the integrated model? Aiming to describe the process of construction of a new pedagogical praxis, based on a curricular reform, from traditional to integrated, from the trajectory of teachers of the nursing technical course of the Federal Institute of Bahia, campus Eun?polis. Therefore, we utilized the research from basic nature, the exploratory with hypothetical-deductive approach and qualitative focus. Regarding the procedure, it was used the case study, from the technique of oral history, in the thematic modality. To capture the information, it was employed the semistructured interview, from the registration of testimony with audio capitation resources, transcription sources, and constitution of the file. At the same time, and complement way, we utilized a documental research in the legal collection about the subject, including laws, decree, resolutions, ordinances and relevant school documents. The results point to a heterogeneous course and controversial, that the good formative results competing with ideological disputes and administrative questions, extrapolating the school space.

The applications of mathematics that are perceived by workers and developed practical nurses can contribute to promoting the education of reflective practitioners and critical work on the action. For the professional education faculty to use the results of calculations and reasoning related to mathematics to solve practical problems experienced in the workplace is a powerful feature to contextualize the students in this environment. This research uses a qualitative methodology with naturalistic approach-constructive and historical-hermeneutic focus that aims to reach an understanding of the phenomena and problems which investigates examining them in the very context in which they occur. Participants were given as subjects in the research process and were subject to data collection. Individuals taking actions needed to be directly associated with the profession of nursing or actions on the team that coordinates / runs the courses of professional trainers. Thus, 29 were nursing technicians, two course coordinators and a math teacher who participated in the study. To analyze the data was used Textual Discourse Analysis which can be understood as a self-organizing process of building understanding in which new understandings emerge and is performed through three components: the deconstruction of the texts of the "corpus", the unitarization; the establishment of relations between the unit elements, categorization, capturing the emerging new understanding that is communicated and confirmed thus obtaining valid interpretations. In the data analysis emerged four main categories: knowledge of mathematics used in the practice of nursing staff, the learning of mathematics by the nursing staff, which brings together the main places where this learning takes place, the mathematics of life for nursing staff, What is a category that shows the uses of this science in the experience of these people, and the teaching of Mathematics for nursing staff, which presents the results of interviews with the course coordinators and mathematics teacher. Finally, we present a table containing the main assertions and the evidence conclusive. / O principal objetivo deste estudo foi conhecer os saberes de Matem?tica que s?o utilizados pelos profissionais t?cnicos de enfermagem e como esses conhecimentos s?o aprendidos no processo formativo desses t?cnicos. As aplica??es da Matem?tica que s?o percebidas e desenvolvidas por trabalhadores t?cnicos de enfermagem podem contribuir para a promo??o da educa??o de profissionais reflexivos e cr?ticos sobre a a??o do trabalho. Para o docente da educa??o profissional a utiliza??o de resultados de c?lculos e racioc?nios relacionados ? Matem?tica na resolu??o de problemas pr?ticos vividos no contexto do trabalho ? um recurso potente para a contextualiza??o do estudante nesse ambiente. Essa pesquisa utiliza uma metodologia qualitativa com abordagem natural?stica-construtiva e foco hist?rico-hermen?utico que pretende chegar ? compreens?o dos fen?menos e problem?ticas as quais investiga examinando-as no pr?prio contexto em que ocorrem. Os participantes foram assumidos como sujeitos no processo de investiga??o e seus discursos foram objeto de coleta de dados. Os indiv?duos precisavam estar desenvolvendo a??es associadas diretamente ? profiss?o de t?cnico em enfermagem ou a??es na equipe que coordena/executa os cursos formadores desses profissionais. Desse modo, foram 29 t?cnicos de enfermagem, 2 coordenadores de curso e 1 professor de Matem?tica que participaram do estudo. Para analisar os dados foi utilizada a An?lise Textual Discursiva que pode ser compreendida como um processo auto-organizado de constru??o de compreens?o em que novos entendimentos emergem, ? realizada por meio de tr?s componentes: a desconstru??o dos textos do corpus, a unitariza??o; o estabelecimento de rela??es entre os elementos unit?rios, a categoriza??o; a capta??o do emergente em que a nova compreens?o ? comunicada e confirmada, portanto obtendo validade nas interpreta??es. Na an?lise dos dados emergiram 4 principais categorias: os saberes de matem?tica utilizados na pr?tica de t?cnicos de enfermagem; a aprendizagem da Matem?tica pelos t?cnicos de enfermagem, que re?ne os principais locais onde esse aprendizado acontece; a Matem?tica da vida para os t?cnicos de enfermagem, que ? uma categoria que apresenta os usos dessa ci?ncia na viv?ncia dessas pessoas; e, o ensino de Matem?tica para t?cnicos de enfermagem, que apresenta o resultado das entrevistas com os coordenadores de curso e o professor de Matem?tica. This study offers subsidies for elaboration of Plans of Action that can increase the motivation of the civil and military workers of Nursing in a hospital organization, thus making possible one better exploitation of the Human resources of this sector. In the present work, concepts on motivation had been presented and the specific work of the Nursing. How much the methodology is about an observation and a fieldwork research with application of questionnaires, being composed for three parts, including open and closed questions. The results proved that profile of a military worker and the profile of a civil worker exerting the same function, of Technician of Nursing in a hospital organization. The work makes clear that, although all participants were nursing workers, they have different profiles, once they are under distinct rules and have not the same obligations. In this sense, motivation is also different for each studied group. It was since the civil and military servers present distinct profiles, however present similarity in the form in as each group if it motivates. Thus, it is confirmed that the motivation can be stimulated in one determined group, but cannot be generated, depending therefore on each individual if to motivate and the action of the controlling to promote and to stimulate this motivation. / Esta pesquisa objetivou verificar a motiva??o no trabalho dos t?cnicos de enfermagem civis e militares e identificar o perfil dos trabalhadores e as suas necessidades. Portanto, este estudo oferece subs?dios para elabora??o de Planos de A??o que possam aumentar a motiva??o dos t?cnicos de enfermagem civis e militares em uma organiza??o hospitalar, possibilitando assim um melhor aproveitamento dos Recursos Humanos deste setor. No presente trabalho, foram apresentados conceitos sobre motiva??o e o trabalho espec?fico da Enfermagem. Quanto ? metodologia trata-se de uma pesquisa de campo com observa??o e aplica??o de question?rios, sendo composto por tr?s partes, incluindo quest?es abertas e fechadas. Como resultado evidenciou-se o perfil de um trabalhador militar e o perfil de um trabalhador civil exercendo a mesma fun??o, a de T?cnico de Enfermagem em uma organiza??o hospitalar. O trabalho mostra que apesar de exercerem a mesma fun??o esses trabalhadores possuem perfis diferentes, uma vez que est?o subordinados a regras e obriga??es distintas. Com isto a resposta ? motiva??o tamb?m ? diferente para cada grupo estudado. Foi visto que os servidores civis e militares apresentam perfis distintos, no entanto apresentam similaridade na forma em como cada grupo se motiva. Assim, confirma-se que a motiva??o pode ser estimulada em um determinado grupo, mas n?o pode ser gerada, dependendo portanto de cada indiv?duo se motivar e da a??o dos gerentes de promover e estimular esta motiva??o.

Buscou-se, assim, entender como se d? a organiza??o do trabalho, mais especificamente em rela??o ?s atividades assistenciais. O estudo descritivo proposto foi realizado no setor de cl?nica cir?rgica do Hospital Universit?rio Onofre Lopes em Natal/RN e incluiu 18 enfermeiros e 54 t?cnicos de enfermagem atuantes no referido setor. A partir de uma an?lise inicial dos impressos e protocolos dispon?veis, constatou-se a defici?ncia na sistematiza??o dos procedimentos e a limita??o de instrumentos que possam guiar os t?cnicos na defini??o de uma l?gica ou sequenciamento de suas a??es. Com o uso de instrumentos variados (observa??o, question?rio fechado do tipo survey), foi feita uma an?lise de como se d? a organiza??o do trabalho da enfermagem e constatou-se que, na ?tica dos envolvidos, este se processa de maneira aleat?ria, sem um instrumento formal que ordene as atividades ou indique quem deve orientar o sequenciamento ou prioridade das a??es assistenciais. Os resultados indicaram tamb?m que, de modo geral, tal fragilidade de par?metros propicia certa personaliza??o na assist?ncia, traduzida numa atua??o que expressa os h?bitos adquiridos e a vis?o particular de cada profissional em rela??o ao processo. Conclui-se, ent?o, que, longe de buscar um enrijecimento e controle absoluto do agir, ? necess?rio otimizar a organiza??o do trabalho a partir da escolha e ado??o de procedimentos que informem e padronizem a assist?ncia, evitando, assim, que a indefini??o quanto aos par?metros comprometa o tratamento institu?do, trazendo riscos ? sa?de do paciente. / This study aimed to analyze the work process and the nursing technician's actions in the surgical sectors of the Central building of hospitalization of University Hospital Onofre Lopes, ECI - HUOL. It attempted to thus understand how is the organization of work, specifically in relation to welfare activities. The proposed descriptive study was performed in surgical sector of Onofre Lopes University Hospital in Natal / RN and included 18 nurses and 54 nurse technicians who work in that sector. From an initial analysis of forms and available protocols, it was found that has a deficiency in the systematization of the procedures and the limitation of tools that can guide the technicians in the definition of a logic or sequence of its shares. With the use of various instruments (observation, closed questionnaire type survey), an analysis of how is the organization of nursing work was done. It was found that, in the view of those involved, their activities are performed randomly, without a formal instrument to order the actions or indicate who should guide the sequencing and priority of care actions. The results also indicated that, in general, such fragility parameters provide some personalization in care, translated into a performance that expresses the acquired habits and the particular vision of each professional regarding the process. It was concluded, then, that far get a stiffening and absolute control of the act, it is necessary to optimize the organization of work from the choice and adoption of procedures to report and standardize the assistance, thus avoiding the uncertainty as to the parameters compromise the treatment given, bringing risks to patient health.

Thus, it was sought to identify what activities they carry out, the difficulties encountered, what contributed to their professional performance, and what vision they have about FHS and about themselves in the context. Based on the assumption that the practice of Nursing Technician is not still geared to completeness and that the developed actions by this professional are predominantly individual and curative. We know that FHS proposes the work organization as a team, with territory definition, prioritization of promotion actions, protection and recovery of the individual/family/community health, choosing as a central point the establishment of entails between the professionals and the same ones. However, the team work pass through interdisciplinary, tying and competence, starting making the difference in the way of thinking and doing health. To the accomplishment of this study were interviewed twenty one Nursing Technicians of Family Health Units from Sanit?rio Oeste district in Natal-RN, using semistructured instrument. From the analysis, three empiric categories emerged: starting from the first, The reality of a dream: what FHS is for the Nursing Technician, we obtained two classifications: one inherent to the own conception they have about FHS, nominated The realization of a dream in the possible and another that corresponds to what they think about FHS, while project that doesn't take place fully, denominated of The beauty of a dream that doesn't take place. The second category was The FHS: a dream built in the daily of Nursing Technician treats of the day by day information of that professional; the activities they perform and how those are established. This created three other items, to know: The role of a Nursing Technician: a project that became routine; The pre-determined role of a Nursing Technician: the scale as factor of (non-)autonomy; and, Knowledge about the practice in FHS: challenges that are presented to the role of Nursing Technician. The third category, denominated of Charms and disenchantment in the beginning of a new practice, it is related to the facilities or difficulties in professional's actuation and how he sees himself in the context. From it emerged the "flowers" and the "thorns" found on the construction of a dream, which gave this study the title. The results indicate that, being considered the characteristics of researched professional category, it becomes fundamental the resizing of labor relations in FHS, being imperative that new glances is conducted, so that the way as those Nursing Technicians interacts with the families can become compatible, together with the team, as well as to return the attention for their possibilities and limits in face of the work process in FHS. Besides, it is necessary changes in the professional formation, so that it can guarantee the conceptual bases in the construction of new practices, seeking to answer to the model of current attention. / Trata de estudo do tipo explorat?rio/descritivo, com abordagem qualitativa, cujo foi objetivo analisar a atua??o do T?cnico em Enfermagem na Estrat?gia Sa?de da Fam?lia (ESF), levando em considera??o as atribui??es definidas pelo Minist?rio da Sa?de (MS). Para tanto, buscou-se identificar quais as atividades que desempenha, as dificuldades enfrentadas, o que contribuiu para a atua??o profissional, e qual a vis?o que tem da ESF e de si mesmo no contexto. Parte do pressuposto de que a pr?tica do T?cnico em Enfermagem, ainda n?o est? voltada para a integralidade e que as a??es desenvolvidas por esse profissional s?o predominantemente individuais e curativas. Sabemos que a ESF prop?e a organiza??o do trabalho em equipe, com defini??o de territ?rio, prioriza??o das a??es de promo??o, prote??o e recupera??o da sa?de do indiv?duo/fam?lia/comunidade, elegendo como ponto central o estabelecimento de v?nculos entre os profissionais e os mesmos. Para tanto, o trabalho em equipe, passa pela interdisciplinaridade, vincula??o e compet?ncia, passando a fazer diferen?a, na forma de pensar e fazer sa?de. Para a realiza??o do estudo foram entrevistados vinte e um T?cnicos em Enfermagem, de Unidades de Sa?de da Fam?lia, do Distrito Sanit?rio Oeste de Natal/RN, utilizando-se instrumento semiestruturado. Da an?lise, emergiram tr?s categorias emp?ricas: a partir da primeira, A realidade de um sonho: o que ? a ESF para o T?cnico em Enfermagem, obtivemos duas classifica??es: uma inerente ? pr?pria concep??o que tem da ESF, nominada A realiza??o do sonho no poss?vel e outra que corresponde ao que pensa acerca da ESF, enquanto projeto que n?o se realiza plenamente, denominada de A boniteza de um sonho que n?o se realiza. A segunda categoria foi A ESF: um sonho constru?do no cotidiano do T?cnico em Enfermagem trata das informa??es do dia-a-dia desse profissional; as atividades que realiza e como estas s?o estabelecidas. Esta deu origem a tr?s outros itens, a saber: O fazer do T?cnico em Enfermagem: um projeto que virou rotina; O fazer pr?-determinado do T?cnico em Enfermagem: a escala como fator de (des)autonomia; e, Saberes da pr?tica na ESF: desafios que se apresentam ao fazer do T?cnico em Enfermagem. A terceira categoria, denominada de Encantos e desencantos no desabrochar de uma nova pr?tica, est? relacionada ?s facilidades ou dificuldades na atua??o do profissional e como ele se v? no contexto. Dela emergiu as flores e os espinhos encontrados na constru??o de um sonho, o que deu origem ao t?tulo deste estudo.
