Sendo a enfermagem uma profissão essencialmente voltada ao cuidar , é a este aspecto que a pesquisa se refere, tanto em seu sentido concreto, no contato enfermeiro-paciente, quanto em seu equivalente simbólico. A psicanálise é o principal referencial teórico utilizado, por meio do qual se articula a teoria de alguns de seus expoentes com a efetivação da pesquisa de campo. Desta forma, as formulações teóricas de Freud, Klein, Winnicott, Bowlby e Pagés constituem o corpo teórico da pesquisa. A opção metodológica de coleta e compreensão dos dados obtidos se sustenta em autores como Hermann e Mezan. Quanto à coleta de dados, foram realizadas entrevistas semidiretivas com oito enfermeiros que, em relato sobre suas experiências cotidianas, forneceram dados conscientes de sua atuação, dos quais foram visualizados também os sentidos inconscientes que a fundamentam. Os sentidos do cuidar , então inconscientemente representados por cada profissional, permitiram compor um espectro de como a vida mental pode articular as mais diversas simbologias a partir de uma mesma realidade externa, a de ter como ofício prover cuidados a outrem. Previous issue date: 2003-06-25 / The present work is in the research line Institutional Avaliation . Its purpose is to know taking care conceptions in Nursing, identify used strategies to the teaching of taking care, reflect on the responsibility of the discipline: Fundamental Semiology Notions in the construction of taking care in Nursing as weel to understanding the logical applied to Methodological resorts choice to the process of taking care teaching. The researched people were 15 academic teaching staff and professionals in Nursing at Wenceslau Braz Nursing School. We chose to congratulate the investigation, having as a theorical methodological support the quality approach in which one it was pointed the obtained data in mainly three categories to the elaborating analyses: Taking care conceptions in Nursing, Pedagogical principles of taking care teaching, The objective of the disciplines in professional Education. The results concerning to the teaching staff are divided among technical, humanist and changing views. The ones who defende humanistic conception keep valueing the the technical racionality. We got to the conclusion that we need to rescue in the Nursing School the Care Education centered in the human approach through the reorganization of the Pedagogical work. / Este trabalho est? inserido na Linha de Pesquisa Avalia??o Institucional . Cette thèse de sociologie s'inscrit dans le cadre d'une sociologie de la maladie et de prise en charge des patients du sida, elle vise à approfondir les notions de prise en charge des patients du sida par les associations à Kinshasa en RDC et celles des représentations sociales et culturelles des populations de cette ville sur le sida. Cette étude se veut qualitative dans la mesure où, elle cherche à appréhender les véritables raisons qui soutiennent l'existence des associations des malades du sida malgré les moyens précaires qu'elles disposent. Elle vise en outre, d'étudier les différents itinéraires que les malades empruntent pour se faire soigner. Enfin, cette étude veut placer la sociologie au cœur des analyses scientifiques sur la maladie, et particulièrement le sida. / This study aims at shedding some light on the social realities of HIV/Aids that doctors and patients associations face, and on the patients' representations and beliefs in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. In order to do so; we bring an analysis of the different therapeutic trajectories of these patients confronted with difficulties due the lack of access to health care and proper medical information about their disease.Thus, the absence of a coherent health policy in a country with 70 billions of citizens,among whom 12 billions of them live in Kinshasa itself, constitutes an impediment for implementing different strategies in which social workers (doctors, associations, partners) try to against HIV/Aids.The health care system, supposed to help creating concrete actions in combating this disease, still remains not efficient enough and fails to assist patients.Given the wait see attitude of public authorities towards health, the economical crisis and the demography growth, Kinshasa has become place where the HIV/Aids contamination rate grows exponentially.

Cette recherche traite de la prise en charge de la dyslexie chez les élèves du cycle primaire en France et en Côte d'Ivoire. La dyslexie est un trouble spécifique et durable de l'apprentissage de la lecture. Elle concerne 5% de la population scolaire. Dans cette étude, il est question d'établir le diagnostic de la dyslexie avec des outils d'évaluation spécifiques et de mettre enplace un protocole de prise en charge. L'hypothèse principale de cette étude était que lescauses de la dyslexie seraient d'ordre psycho-Affectif. La pédagogie relationnelle du langageest l'approche thérapeutique adoptée pour la prise en charge des enfants dyslexiques. Il ressort de cette étude que les étiologies de la dyslexie varient selon le cadre d' étude et la langue maternelle. En France, ou le français est la langue maternelle de nos sujets, il a été prouvé que les causes de la dyslexie sont d'ordre psycho-Affectif. En revanche en Côte d'Ivoire, ou le français est une langue seconde, les causes de la dyslexie sont d'ordre socio-Environnemental / This research deals with taking care of primary pupils in Côte d'Ivoire. Students¡¦ life counseling and guidance has always been the center in student affairs, and life education stands out in school education work. The main goals of students¡¦ life counseling and guidance include cultivating students¡¦ adapting abilities in life and healthy characters. Students are expected to have high self-esteem and autonomous attitude, and hence can be law-abiding, responsible, caring for life, and contributing to the society. In the recent years, however, the social environment has been changing rapidly, and so has the school campus which has always been regarded as a relatively stable organization. Many school incidents can be heard constantly and the previously warm, harmonious and peaceful campus is no more what it used to be. Therefore it has become a crucial issue to make a balance between an open, democratic campus and the securing of campus ethics, cultural passing, and campus security. The military training system is currently gradually transforming into a new style based on ¡§guiding service¡¨ idea. This study is aimed to explore the effects of this new style, meanwhile taking care of campus democracy, openness, ethics, and security, on students¡¦ life counseling and guidance and how students perceive it.
The participants in this study are students from three private technological colleges: Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology (CUMT), Diwan University (DU), and Shu Zen College of Medicine and Management (SZMM). After research into related literature and deep investigation in the current military training system in life counseling and guidance, a questionnaire is made to understand how students perceive the military science officers conducting behavioral guidance, maintaining campus security, dealing with contingency, and taking care of sick or injured students. Besides, students¡¦ perceptions are also analyzed in quantitative data to see the differences and relations in terms of their different backgrounds. The following are the findings of this study:
1. Students in general expressed high approval in the four aspects: conducting behavioral guidance, maintaining campus security, dealing with contingency, and taking care of sick or injured students.
2. Students in CUMT showed higher approval in the aspect of conducting behavioral guidance and maintaining campus security than those in DU. Students in SZMM showed higher approval in maintaining campus security than those in DU.
3. Students in the third and fourth year showed higher approval in maintaining campus security, dealing with contingency, and taking care of sick or injured students than those in the first or second year. Those with higher family income also showed higher approval than those with lower family income
According to the research findings, this study also provides practical suggestions as reference for related education authorities, military science officers and future researchers.
1. Students¡¦ life counseling and guidance in private technological colleges should focus on ¡§maintaining campus security.¡¨
a. Strengthen security management in selected areas in open campus.
b. Crack down on those violating the rule: ¡§riding with a helmet¡¨ out of campus and highlight its importance on campus.
c. Keep improving the serving quality in the four aspects: conducting behavioral guidance, maintaining campus security, dealing with contingency, and taking care of sick or injured students.
2. ¡§Good deeds can offset the wrongdoing¡¨ concept should be incorporated into ¡§moral teaching program.¡¨
3. General education or military science should be incorporated into ¡§contingency management¡¨ instruction and practices.
4. School should set up a joint unit to serve the sick or injured students.

priests and the priestesses, who were interviewed, started to follow this religion, as well as,
this work aims to study the pedagogic process applied in the new followers' preparation.
Another subject studied was how the different backyards establish a relationship with each
other and with the federations. Based on a qualitative methodology, I approached the
knowledge and symbols that compose the universe of umbanda. The temples which were
studied are located in the periphery of João Pessoa city and their spiritual leaders raised,
through the religion, a social status at their community that, they would not probably have, in
the case of not having the support of the religion. The saint's fathers and saint's mothers who
were interviewed were not born umbandistas, but they moved from a certain religious credo to
the universe of umbanda. It is important to point out that this religious traffic occurred
because of pain, in other words, the entrance of the new cult in their lives occurred by reasons
of disease. From the interviewees' speech, it can be observed that it is a religion that is built in
the daily contact with the guides and masters. The knowledge and the new experiences are not
looked for in the books, but in the constant practice of the charity. In relation to new
followers' preparation, the use of the oral tradition is observed, by means of which the
beginner will learn how to decode the symbolic universe when dialoguing with the oldest.
Regarding the interactions among the backyards, a great disunion is observed, what represents
a difficulty to the political organization of umbanda in relation to a flag and the own religion.
This divergence also appears because of the different federations that have appeared along the
time. Differently from Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, two of the first Brazilian centers of
umbanda, the first federation of Paraíba just appeared during the 1960 s under the protection
of the law of liberation of the Afro-Brazilian cults in the state. / Esta dissertação buscou analisar a umbanda dando ênfase a forma como os (as) sacerdotes e
sacerdotisas entrevistados adentraram a esta religião, bem como visou estudar o processo
pedagógico, empregado na preparação de novos (as) adeptos (as). Um ponto também
estudado foi como os diferentes terreiros relacionam-se entre si e também com as federações.
Tendo-se por base uma metodologia qualitativa nos aproximamos dos saberes e símbolos que
compõem o universo umbandista. Os templos estudados localizam-se na periferia da cidade
de João Pessoa e seus líderes espirituais alçaram, por meio da religião, um status social, junto
a sua comunidade que, provavelmente não teriam, caso não tivessem o suporte da religião. Os
pais e mães de santo entrevistados (as) não nasceram umbandistas, mas se deslocaram de um
determinado credo religioso para o universo umbandista. É importante salientarmos que este
trânsito religioso deu-se pela dor, ou seja, a entrada do novo culto em suas vidas deu-se por
motivo de doença. Da fala dos (as) entrevistados observa-se uma religião que se constrói no
contado diários com os guias e mestres. O conhecimento e as novas experiências não são
buscados nos livros, mas na constante prática da caridade. No que tange a preparação dos (as)
novos (as) adeptos (as) observa-se a utilização da tradição oral, por meio da qual o (a)
iniciado (a) irá aprender a decodificar o universo simbólico ao dialogar com os (as) mais
velhos (as). No que se refere às interações entre os terreiros observa-se uma grande desunião,
o que dificulta a organização política umbandista ao redor de uma bandeira e da própria
religião. Esta divergência aflora, também, por meio das diferentes federações que foram
surgindo ao longo do tempo. Diferentemente do Rio de Janeiro e São Paulo, dois dos
primeiros centros umbandistas do Brasil, a primeira federação paraibana surge apenas nos
anos de 1960 sob a proteção da lei de liberação dos cultos afro-brasileiros no estado.

My diploma thesis "The changes of a current Czech family from the mothers´ point of view" deals with turning points in today´s families and mother´s opinions on a current changing family. The theoretical part deals with the history and current state of Czech families. In this part I drew from the publications reflecting the evolution of Czech family, sociological conceptions delimiting the basic changes of family and sociological studies dealing with current trends in a family life. The empirical part of the diploma thesis is based on a qualitative sociological research which tries to show the current mothers´ attitude to the changes of current Czech family. The main topics of the interviews are cohabitation, the phenomenon singles and childless couples, single mothers, and fathers taking care of their children.

This diploma thesis deals about the points at issue of the psycho-social strain with people taking care of the person dependant on the care of other physical person in the home background. The problems of family home helps in the natural millieu of an individual dependant on the care are getting more and more actual. The aim of this diploma thesis lies in defining the decisive factors of the psycho-social strain on the persons caring of persons dependant on the assistence of other physical person in the home background. The partial aim is to find out in which areas the persons taking care of persons dependant on the asistence of other physical person in the home background feel the increased strain. Another partial aim is to find out whether the persons taking care of persons dependant on the assistence of other physical person in the home background know and apply the principles of mental hygiene. Following the aims of the diploma thesis, there are postulated two research questions. The research question 1: Which kind of stress do the caring persons consider the most relevant in their job? The research question 2: Which possible symptoms of burnt-out effect do the caring persons observe on themselves? The practical part of the diploma thesis is worked out in the form of qualitative research. The method of inquiry and the technique of semi-structuralized interview were used for the purposes of the research. Furthermore, the technique of observation was applied. The research was implemented with the Inventory of symptoms of burnt-out effect adapted for the purpose of this research. The selected file is formed of eight persons taking care of persons dependant on the assistence of other physical person in the home background who complied with the pre-set criteria; the method of so-called "snowball" was chosen. The gained data were evaluated by the method of open coding. The research pointed out the facts and risks that the realization of the care of a person dependant on the care of other physical person in the home background is carrying out. The research pointed out the areas in which these persons feel the increased strain. The area of physical exertion in caring, the consciousness of responsibility in connection with caring, the area of communication and understanding a person dependant on the care and facing up to the fate and watching helplessness are demanding the most for the caring persons. It was found out from the evidences that caring persons consider this activity stressful; they feel both acute and chronical stress during the execution of the care, they feel it in connection with the lack of time and with the responsibility, in connection with the fears of future, but also in connection with not coping with the past. Family and friends, that provide both psychical support and assistence in the realization of the care, help most the persons caring of persons dependant on the care to deal with the demands of this care. As well as solitude and rest, sport activities and culture help them. In connection with caring the engaged persons have the feeling of doing a good thing, but also the feelings of sorrow, doubts and despairs. Those caring persons who perceive the risky factor of burnt-out effect can observe its symptoms on the emotional, rational, physical and social level on themselves. This thesis can contribute to understanding the importance of work of caring persons in the home background. It will deliver the information about the relevant factors of psycho-social strain on the persons taking care of persons dependant on the assistence of other physical person in the home background. Moreover, it can contribute to the eventual development of services corresponding to the needs of the persons taking care of persons dependant on the assistence of other physical person in the home background.

The diploma thesis is dedicated to the way of using and way of functioning of the coordinated rehabilitation and the multi-disciplinary team in the organization Focus in Pelhřimov which works with the people with mental disorders. The thesis is divided in the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the history and function of the coordinated rehabilitation, mental health care history, psychiatric reform and multi-disciplinary cooperation functioning. There is used the strategy of quality analysis in the research part. It was done by the questionnaire and the technique of half-structured interview. The results coming out of the interview were focused on the functioning of multi-disciplinary team in the institution and the cooperating subjects in the first part. The second part was dedicated to the basic parts of the coordinated rehabilitation provided in the organization in view of the fact that there were other participating professionals and non-formal participants during the care of the person with mental disorder. The aim of the research was to map the sectors of the coordinated rehabilitation used by the individuals with mental disorders in the organization Focus in Pelhřimov. The research team was created with the help of the method of the snow ball and basic criteria was employment of an "communication partner" in the particular organization. Their ability to evaluate their job and take part in the lead interview depended on their experience in Focus. In connection with the thesis aim there was also set the main research question: What parts of the coordinated rehabilitation are used in the organization Focus in Pelhřimov? Partial questions were devolved from that which were connected to the particular parts of the coordinated rehabilitation and the function of the multi-disciplinary team. The first contact and the next cooperation is developed by the seriousness, necessity and wishes of the client. The work with the client with mental disorder is based on the philosophy of recuperation, not recovery. In the relationship and the concentration, the work is done in all sectors of the coordinated rehabilitation. The client has the closest relationship to the key worker who provides the care in the multi-disciplinary team and other professionals in the organization. There is the conclusion from the results that there was an agreement that the coordinated rehabilitation is used in this institution and no other from the basic sectors can be omitted. The results of the diploma thesis can be used as feedback for the organization Focus in the practice where it can be useful for mapping of the sectors of coordinated rehabilitation and making clear the needs of the individuals with mental disorder. Taking into consideration the recommendation to use the feedback of the respondents about information sharing, to prefer common space of the whole team and bigger promotion.
