Levou-se em consideração os relatos dos policiais e os aspectos subjetivos suscitados pela situação de trabalho. Considerou-se, ainda, os aspectos históricos e organizacionais que permeiam a instituição militar e que afetam o sujeito nas suas relações intersubjetivas. A pesquisa fundamentou-se no referencial teórico da Psicodinâmica do Trabalho, enfatizando teóricos como Freud, Dejours, Birman e Pellegrino. Em termos metodológicos, os dados coletados por meio de entrevistas semidirigidas, com os policiais que participaram do Programa de Acompanhamento e Apoio ao Policial Militar junto ao Centro de Assistência Social e Jurídica da Polícia Militar - CASJ, na cidade de São Paulo. Os resultados apontaram a presença do sofrimento patogênico devido à falta de reconhecimento, bem como o desenvolvimento de mecanismos defensivos, entre eles, a repressão pulsional. / Abstract: The objective of this research consists of investigating the psychic suffering due to the situation of work of the Military Policemen considering in view the specialty of their function. It was taken into consideration the policemenþs reports and the subjective aspects raised by the work situation. It was also considered the historical and organizational aspects that permeate the military institution and that affect the subject in his intersubjective relationships. The research was based in the theoretical reference of the Work Psychodynamic emphasizing authors like Freud, Dejours, Birman and Pellegrino. Methodologically the data collected the Program of Accompaniment and Support to the Military Policeman at the Center of Social and Juridical Attendance of de Military Police - CASJ in the city of São Paulo. Trata-se de um fenômeno complexo, cada vez mais multifacetado e heterogêneo. A análise das relações de trabalho no jogo de poker - os modos de vida desenvolvidos nele e por ele -, como também de seus respectivos mal-estares, tornou-se promissora quando vislumbrados à lente analítica das políticas de gestão das organizações estratégicas, uma vez que estas se revelam como fenômenos sociais com processos de subjetivação característicos que permitem uma leitura das feições psíquicas, políticas e éticas que compõem nossa sociedade. O objetivo geral da pesquisa foi, portanto, compreender as relações de trabalho dos jogadores profissionais de poker, no momento do reconhecimento da carreira, à luz da Psicossociologia, a partir de um paralelo com as políticas de gestão desenvolvidas nas organizações estratégicas. A coleta de dados foi composta por entrevistas individuais e análise das obras de três jogadores profissionais de poker, visando elucidar os pontos que compreenderam a análise proposta pelos objetivos da pesquisa. Todavia, o exercício que podemos denominar "irresponsável" do jogo... / Abstract: Analyzing labor in the end of the twentieth century and early twenty-first century is thinking of multiplicity, multi causality, transversality. It is a complex phenomenon, increasingly multifaceted and heterogeneous. The analysis of labor relations in the poker game - the ways of life developed in it and through it - as well as their respective ailments have become promising when glimpsed by the analytical lens of the organizations strategic management policies, since both reveal themselves as social phenomena with characteristic subjective processes that allow a reading of the psychic, political and ethics features that make up our society. The overall objective of the research was, therefore, to understand the working relationship of professional poker players at the time of career recognition in the light of Psychosociology from a parallel with the management policies developed in strategic organizations. Data collection consisted of individual interviews and analysis of the works of three professional poker players to elucidate the points that comprised the analysis proposed by the research objectives. Orientador: Francisco Hashimoto / Banca: Maria Therezinha Loddi Liboni / Banca: Leandro Anselmo Todesqui Tavares / Banca: Ana Maria Rodrigues de Carvalho / Banca: Marcos Mariani Casadore / Resumo: Nessa pesquisa visou-se refletir sobre a utilização da proposta das Clínicas do Trabalho, composta por teorias heterogêneas, para a compreensão do trabalho como um todo, pensando ainda o papel e a postura clínica de um interventor em campo. Assim, definiu-se como objetivo geral: analisar os principais conceitos teóricos e metodológicos da Psicossociologia e Psicodinâmica do Trabalho e verificar como essas abordagens definem suas formas de intervenção; a partir desses resultados, foi articulada essa discussão com a experiência prática vivenciada e anteriormente desenvolvida pelo pesquisador. Para execução desse trabalho qualitativo utilizou-se o método das reminiscências do próprio pesquisador, que consistiu em analisar, a posteriori, uma intervenção realizada pelo pesquisador-clínico em determinada empresa, denominada aqui de empresa X. Já o material utilizado foi obtido por meio de reuniões com um grupo específico de trabalhadores nomeado de equipe T. O período total da experiência profissional na respectiva empresa foi de 20 meses, período em que foi desenvolvido o trabalho utilizado nessa pesquisa. Por fim, foram estabelecidos diálogos entre duas teorias (Psicossociologia e Psicodinâmica do Trabalho), a fim de analisar a experiência em campo, com o intuito de contribuir no maior entendimento sobre o conceito de trabalho e sobre as Clínicas do Trabalho / Abstract: This research aim was to think about the use of Work Clinics proposal, comprised by heterogeneous theories for the understanding of work as a whole, thinking still about the role and clinical posture of an auditor in field. Hence, it was defined as a general objective: to analyze the main theoretical and methodological concepts of Psychosociology and Work Psychodynamics, and verify how these approaches define their ways of intervening. From these results, it was articulated this discussion with the undergone practical experience, which was beforehand developed by the researcher. For the performance of this qualitative work, it was used the researcher's own reminiscences method, which consisted of analyzing a posteriori, an intervention carried out by the clinic researcher in an enterprise, here known as enterprise X. As for the used material, it was attained through meetings with a specific group of workers named as group T. The total period of professional experience at the specific enterprise was 20 months, where the work used in this research was developed. Para análise dos dados seguiu-se o procedimento proposto por Bardin (1999), que se organiza em três fases: préanálise, exploração do material e tratamento dos resultados (inferência e interpretação), em função dos objetivos propostos inicialmente obtiveram-se alguns dos seguintes resultados relativamente às categorias definidoras do significado do trabalho para os professores: o propósito social é construído mais sobre a base ocupacional e menos sobre a cultural e por isso, não difere entre os professores angolanos e brasileiros, que sofrem muito mais com a indisciplina e desrespeito dos alunos devido à diminuição da sua autoridade como conseqüência da introdução do estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente; apesar das oportunidades de aprendizagem fazerem parte da realidade dos professores dos dois países, elas cumprem funções diferentes, afetadas pelos respectivos contextos sociais recentes; a autonomia do professor angolano é minada por um arranjo cultural que mistura comunitarismo e assistencialismo; a centralidade do trabalho para os professores é mais determinada pelo valor e qualidade do tempo gasto com o trabalho, do que pelo seu volume e finalmente, a diminuição da autoridade docente está relacionada com um intervencionismo maior do estado nas questões da escola. No decurso da análise que se pretendeu fazer sobre os principais resultados conseguidos com o estudo, foram produzidas as seguintes conclusões: para que o trabalho docente tenha sentido, ele precisa de: permitir que o professor ofereça a sua contribuição social; ser um trabalho no qual ele possa seguir... / With this work, we want to study the meaning of work for teachers, comparing their perception in two public schools of two different countries (I Cycle, School nº 152 from Angola located in Gambos and College Ernani Rodrigues, from Brazil located in Assis/SP). To analyze the data we use Bardin’s (1999) procedure that has been organized in three fases: pre-analyses, material exploration and data treatment (inference and interpretation). Fowling the goals proposed we get some of this results to the categories that define the meaning of work more on the occupational base and less on cultural, because of this, it’s not different in both countries, but Brazilians suffer more with student’s indiscipline and disrespect, caused by a decrease of authority after the children and teenager status; even if the opportunities of learning are part of Angolan and teacher’s work, they have different functions for them, affected by a especial cultural arrangement that mixed comunitarism and assitencialism in Angola. The centrality of work is determinate by the value and quality of the working time, more than its volume, finally, the decrease of the teacher’s authority in Brazil; it’s related with a government more interventional in school issue. During the analyses of the main results of the study, we produce the fowling conclusions: teachers work can be meaningful if let them make a contribution, be a work were he can teach an practice moral qualities with students, if offers him different opportunities of tasks, if he can work freely, have contact with partners, students, parent’s students and it happen in a good environment, honest and cooperative; don’t use the space of family, friends and pleasure, were he is recognized by his contribution for long time, let’s him work with pleasure and uses his experience

Sendo a enfermagem uma profissão essencialmente voltada ao cuidar , é a este aspecto que a pesquisa se refere, tanto em seu sentido concreto, no contato enfermeiro-paciente, quanto em seu equivalente simbólico. A psicanálise é o principal referencial teórico utilizado, por meio do qual se articula a teoria de alguns de seus expoentes com a efetivação da pesquisa de campo. Desta forma, as formulações teóricas de Freud, Klein, Winnicott, Bowlby e Pagés constituem o corpo teórico da pesquisa. A opção metodológica de coleta e compreensão dos dados obtidos se sustenta em autores como Hermann e Mezan. Quanto à coleta de dados, foram realizadas entrevistas semidiretivas com oito enfermeiros que, em relato sobre suas experiências cotidianas, forneceram dados conscientes de sua atuação, dos quais foram visualizados também os sentidos inconscientes que a fundamentam. Os sentidos do cuidar , então inconscientemente representados por cada profissional, permitiram compor um espectro de como a vida mental pode articular as mais diversas simbologias a partir de uma mesma realidade externa, a de ter como ofício prover cuidados a outrem. Como resultados da pesquisa, pôde-se observar que a atuação dos enfermeiros entrevistados se caracteriza pela tentativa de conciliar um cuidado de ordem física e emocional, o que se assemelha simbolicamente com uma função materna, uma vez que é parte das teorias do desenvolvimento emocional infantil que a mãe... / Starting from a parallel between the life of an individual relationships and the mental representations that it contains, this research appears, that, to seek to understand which are the symbolic senses that unconsciously are experienced by the nurse in his relationship with the patient. Being the nursing essentially a profession aimed to taking care , it is to this aspect that the research refers to, as in its concret sense; of the nursepatient contact, as for is symbolic equivalence. The psycoanalysis was the mainly used as a theoretical reference, through which dealt the theory of some of theirs exponents with the effective of the field research. This way, Freud s teoretical formulations, Klein, Winnicott, Bowlby, and Pagés constituted the theoretical body of the research. The methodological option of gathering and understanding of the collected data sustains itself in authors like, Hermann and Mezan. As far the ghatering od datas, were a complished semi-directing interwiews whith eight nurses that, in report to their daily experiences, they supplied conscious datas of their performance, of wich were also visualized the unconscious senses that based them. The senses of taking care then unconciously represented it by each professional that allowed to compose a espectrum of as the mental life, can articulate the most several symbologies starting from a same external reality expresses, reality that concerns in having it as an occupation, to provide cares to somebody else. As results of the research, it can be observed that the interviewed nurse s preformance characterizes itself for the attempt of reconciling a care of physical and emotional order. Orientador: Maria Alice Ornellas Pereira / Banca: Eliana Mara Braga / Banca: Renata Curi Labate / Resumo: Tendo em vista que o processo de cuidado desempenhado pela enfermagem propicia a vivência de emoções de muitas ordens podendo gerar sofrimento psíquico, esta pesquisa teve como objetivo compreender a percepção de sofrimento psíquico no trabalho, elaborada pelos profissionais da enfermagem. Trata-se de pesquisa de natureza qualitativa. Empregou-se a técnica de entrevista semiestruturada e foram ouvidos doze auxiliares de enfermagem que desempenham atividades na unidade de um Hospital de Clínicas. Os dados obtidos foram analisados a partir da análise temática tendo como referencial teórico de Christophe Dejours. Da análise das narrativas produzidas emergiram três temas: Gratificação, Angústia e Impotência. A discussão dos temas evidenciou que os sujeitos têm sentimento de gratificação no desempenho de suas funções, sentem-se úteis e se reconhecem no processo do cuidado. Por outro lado, alguns sujeitos ouvidos relataram o sofrimento em função do mal-estar e tensão causados pelo conflito entre o desejo de realização do trabalho com qualidade, empenho e comprometimento, e a frustração por não conseguirem, devido a questões pessoais, sociais, administrativas e técnicas. O sentimento de impotência surgiu diante da falta de autonomia, falta de participação na tomada de decisões que envolvem responsabilidade no trabalho. Assim como foi evidenciado as dificuldades vividas a partir da escassez de recursos humanos e materiais, também foi apontado o conflito na equipe como fator gerador de dificuldades no campo laboral. A investigação aponta que o distanciamento do profissional às questões pertinentes ao seu próprio mundo mental, dos aspectos intrínsecos que lhes dizem respeito à ausência de percepção e elaboração dos seus sentimentos, pode dificultar o fluir dos... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: Considering that the process of care developed by nursery makes possible the experience of emotions of many orders being able to generate psycho suffering, this research had as target to comprehend the perception of psycho suffering at work, built by nursery professionals. It's a research of qualitative nature. It was applied the technique of semi-structured interview and twelve nursery professionals that develop activities in a Unit of a Clinic Hospital were listened. The data resulted were analyzed considering the thematic analysis having as theoretical reference Christophe Dejours. From the analysis of the narrations emerged three themes: Gratification, Anguish and Impotence. The discussion of the themes put in evidence that the indivuduals have feeling of gratitude on the development of his functions, feel useful and recognize themselves on the care process. On the other hand, some of the interwied related the suffering in reason of a bad feeling and tension caused by the conflict between the desire of the work done with quality, effort and commitment, and the frustration for not getting it, because of personal, social, administrative and technical questions. The feeling of impotence came in reason of the absence of autonomy, lack of participation at making decisions that involve responsibility at work. As much as it has become clear the difficulties lived in face of a lack of human and material resources, it has also been pointed a conflict in the team as a factor generator of difficulties in the labor field. The investigation shows that the distance of the professional to the questions pertinent to their mental world, from the intrinsic aspects that say about themselves to the absence of perception and elaboration of their feelings can make difficult the flow of the subjective processes of development. Mais que isso, as organizações são o lugar de aprisionamento psíquico, recalcamento, sofrimento, criando uma eterna luta do Individual X Coletivo, Sujeito X Organização, Lei X Desejo. Assim sendo, este estudo apreende e analisa o enfrentamento do sujeito com a situação de trabalho, e a constituição subjetiva advinda após este encontro, a que chamamos de sujeito organizacional. Utilizando, em especial, os estudos de Enriquez e Dejours, e a partir de relatos e entrevistas sobre a trajetória profissional de trabalhadores vinculados a uma instituição universitária do estado de São Paulo, foi possível vislumbrar a utilização de mecanismos de defesa individuais e coletivos como forma de aliviar o sofrimento surgido da experiência de trabalho, bem como a construção de representações psíquicas acerca de sujeito, subjetividade, trabalho e sujeito trabalhador, e ainda a constituição/alteração de vivências materiais, sociais e históricas. Tendo como questão que o sentido construído pelo trabalhador em seu projeto de trabalho e projeto de vida faz ressonância com experiências passadas, presentes e expectativas futuras, mesmo que no ato analisador estes elos não se mostrem claramente, é de fundamental importância à clareza de que a arquitetura das análises, assim como o próprio objeto a ser analisado, é marcado pela singularidade e pelo subjetivo, permitindo diferentes exames e abordagens. / Abstract: The exaltation affixed to the act of working in the western world grants the working person a social identity, that is to say, people are whatever they do, and they do so for another (Social Law) who can recognize them as desiring subjects, consequently creates ties of libidinal investment between the party offering his/her services (worker) and the other party desiring to hire him/her. . Through labor relationship, an organization will show its other side, which will take up a function of law, a paternal function, which the subject will be connected to in search of recognition, identification and fulfillment of his/her Desires. Furthermore, organizations are a place of psychic imprisonment, repression, and suffer feeding the eternal clash between the Individual and the Social; the Subject and The Organization; the Law and the Desire. Thus, this study aims at analyzing the clashes of workers within their job situation and the subjective constitution originating as a consequence of these clashes, which we call organizational subject. By making use of previous studies, especially those by Enriquez and Dejours, and by interviewing a diverse range of individuals, it was possible to gain an overview of individual and collective self-defense mechanisms as a means of relieving the pain brought about by the experience of work, and the construction of psychic representations on the subject, subjectivity, work, working subject, and yet the construction/alteration of material, social and historical experiences. Bearing in mind that the meanings a working person sets on his/her work and life project echoes both present and past experiences as well as expectations - even when these can not be seen clearly at the time of analysis. Therefore it is essential to understand that the architecture of analysis as well as the subject to be analyzed is highly marked by the singularity and subjectivity, allowing different examinations and approaches. / Mestre

Sendo a enfermagem uma profissão essencialmente voltada ao “cuidar”, é a este aspecto que a pesquisa se refere, tanto em seu sentido concreto, no contato enfermeiro-paciente, quanto em seu equivalente simbólico. A psicanálise é o principal referencial teórico utilizado, por meio do qual se articula a teoria de alguns de seus expoentes com a efetivação da pesquisa de campo. Desta forma, as formulações teóricas de Freud, Klein, Winnicott, Bowlby e Pagés constituem o corpo teórico da pesquisa. A opção metodológica de coleta e compreensão dos dados obtidos se sustenta em autores como Hermann e Mezan. Quanto à coleta de dados, foram realizadas entrevistas semidiretivas com oito enfermeiros que, em relato sobre suas experiências cotidianas, “forneceram” dados conscientes de sua atuação, dos quais foram “visualizados” também os sentidos inconscientes que a fundamentam. “Os sentidos do cuidar”, então inconscientemente representados por cada profissional, permitiram compor um espectro de como a vida mental pode articular as mais diversas simbologias a partir de uma mesma realidade externa, a de ter como ofício prover cuidados a outrem. Como resultados da pesquisa, pôde-se observar que a atuação dos enfermeiros entrevistados se caracteriza pela tentativa de conciliar um cuidado de ordem física e emocional, o que se assemelha simbolicamente com uma função materna, uma vez que é parte das teorias do desenvolvimento emocional infantil que a mãe... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: Starting from a parallel between the life of an individual relationships and the mental representations that it contains, this research appears, that, to seek to understand which are the symbolic senses that unconsciously are experienced by the nurse in his relationship with the patient. Being the nursing essentially a profession aimed to “taking care”, it is to this aspect that the research refers to, as in its concret sense; of the nursepatient contact, as for is symbolic equivalence. The psycoanalysis was the mainly used as a theoretical reference, through which dealt the theory of some of theirs exponents with the effective of the field research. This way, Freud’s teoretical formulations, Klein, Winnicott, Bowlby, and Pagés constituted the theoretical body of the research. The methodological option of gathering and understanding of the collected data sustains itself in authors like, Hermann and Mezan. As far the ghatering od datas, were a complished semi-directing interwiews whith eight nurses that, in report to their daily experiences, they “supplied”conscious datas of their performance, of wich were also “visualized” the unconscious senses that based them. “The senses of taking care” then unconciously represented it by each professional that allowed to compose a espectrum of as the mental life, can articulate the most several symbologies starting from a same external reality expresses, reality that concerns in having it as an occupation, to provide cares to somebody else. As results of the research, it can be observed that the interviewed nurse’s preformance characterizes itself for the attempt of reconciling a care of physical and emotional order. Nessa perspectiva, o trabalho confere a possibilidade de construção de identidade profissional e pessoal. Entretanto, há algumas situações em que o trabalhador adoece. O presente estudo tem por objetivo principal compreender a relação existente entre a constituição do mundo psíquico do indivíduo, ou seja, a formação inicial da mente humana, que é subjetiva e inconsciente, e a ocorrência da doença relacionada ao trabalho; que é a doença decorrente do exercício profissional. Para a coleta de dados foram utilizadas entrevistas psicológicas semidirigidas e individuais com quatro participantes que receberam diagnóstico de doença relacionada ao trabalho. A psicanálise e a psicossomática psicanalítica constituem as principais referências teóricas desta dissertação. Como resultado deste estudo, pôde-se observar que as experiências infantis e as relações que se estabelecem no seio familiar são determinantes para a constituição do psiquismo humano e interferem na vivência profissional destes trabalhadores. Entretanto, fatores relacionados ao ambiente de trabalho também contribuem decisivamente para o adoecimento do indivíduo no trabalho. Os entrevistados apresentavam algum componente psíquico que facilitava a ocorrência da doença relacionada ao trabalho, mas todos queixavam-se da sobrecarga de trabalho, falta de humanização nos ambientes de trabalho e atribuíam o agravamento de seu quadro de saúde às más condições a à insalubridade ... / Abstract: The exercise of a professional activity provides the human beings the possibility of making part of the life in society, as members of a culture. In this perspective, the work confers the possibility of the construction of the professional and personal identity. However, there are some situations in which the worker gets sick. The present study has as principal objective to comprehend the existent relation between the individual's psychic world constitution, that is to say the initial formation of the human mind, which is subjective and unconscious, and the occurrence of the disease related to the work; the disease derived of the professional exercise. To the data collection, semi-directed psychological and individual interviews with four participants, who received diagnosis of disease related to the work, were utilized. The psychoanalysis and the psychoanalytic psychosomatic constitute the main theoretical references of this dissertation. As results of this study, it was possible to observe that the childish experiences and the relations established in the familiar heart are determinant to the constitution of the human psychism and interfere in these workers' professional living. However, factors related to the work environment also contribute decisively to the individual to get sick in the work. The interviewees presented some psychic component that facilitated the occurrence of the disease related to the work, but all of them complained about the work overload, lack of humanization in the work environment and they attributed the aggravation of their picture of health to the bad conditions and the insalubrity of the environment where the professional activities are developed.
