Bambas, Martin January 2013 (has links)
Title of thesis: Comparison of results of testing and game performance diagnosis of basketball players from team U15 Slavoj BK Litoměřice. Aim of thesis: To find out if the results of motion performance tests achieved by players during the training process will affect in-game performances of individual players during the season of junior U15 league. Methods of thesis: Analysis of literary sources and use of own experiences of children and youth coaching. While evaluating the motion performance tests done by players of team Slavoj BK Litoměřice, I used the assessment technique. I selected a numerical scale type of this technique. The examination of individual in-game performance was based on a direct field observation with a selected index, when the individual in-game performance of the chosen players is evaluated by the technical record of the game. I made a rating of a player's in-game performance from the data gathered from the game record, which characterizes his overall usefulness for his team in the particular match. Results: Thesis points out the issues of diagnostics of players match performance in sport games of children and youth. Theoretical assumptions correspond with practical experiences from working with children in lower age categories. In my work, I was comparing the motor tests...

Taktika výslechu / Interrogation tactics

Nováková, Jitka January 2013 (has links)
The subject-matter of my thesis is interrogation tactics, i.e. a process when an interrogator choses a specific method which should help him to reach the goal of the interrogation - true and full testimony. The whole thesis is divided into five chapters that are again divided into sections. The introduction chapter describes the basic terms which are crucial for understanding and appreciation of the thesis. Second chapter gives reader an overview on Czech current effective regulation in Criminal Code compared with German current effective regulation and with regulation which was effective on Czech territory in 1873. In the third chapter I dealt with preparing of an interrogation, i.e. analytical a synthesis part, their mutual cohesion and also with different opinions of authors' regarding the problematic whether to divide the preparing of interrogation into phases or not. There are described particular phases of interrogation, in the fourth part that is an introduction, a monologue and a dialog. Each part is described in particular section. In section called dialog I have tried to describe each interrogation tactic, e.g. psychological influence on somebody who is lying. In the end of this chapter I also describe documentation about the process and about results of an interrogation. The least, fifth,...

Zaorálek, Ondřej January 2012 (has links)
-1- Abstract Counsel in the Criminal Proceedings: The objective of our Diploma Thesis is to analyze the currently valid law governing the counsel's position in the criminal proceedings, to evaluate its sufficiency or insufficiency and to provide views and proposals in the sense of 'de lege lata' and 'de lege ferenda', focusing more in detail upon some partial aspects which are closely related to the counsel's position during the criminal proceedings. Good quality law system relating to the counsel's position in the criminal proceedings, his/her process rights and obligations is an assumption for meeting the criminal proceedings purpose and is reflected in the possibility to provide to the accused efficient legal counselling and thus meet the accused person's right of defence and fair trial (process) which is guaranteed by the Constitution. The counsel as an actor operating in the criminal proceedings plays a significant role in enforcing the rights and justified interests of the accused. The counsellor masters the legal argumentation, strategy and tactics of the defence, is able to better formulate ideas, to draw ideas from the experience gained in former law suits, whilst for the accused person his/her position is entirely new and unknown, many time it is the first experience in life. The competent counsel...

Britská pěchota a proměny evropského válečnictví na přelomu 18. a 19. století / British Infantry and Transformations of European Warfare at the Turn of the 18th and 19th Century

Prouza, Petr January 2015 (has links)
(in English): The author's main focus was on development and causes of military art changes which British infantry has undergone, especially in the years 1775 - 1815. In author's work, given the magnitude and the topic specificity, the only focus was primarily on the study of official documents, which were used for British infantry training and to form a tactical doctrine. Work is divided into five chapters, which consist of an introductory part to the topic issue and analyse warfare factors in the 16th and 17th century that survived throughout the 18th and early 19th century. The second chapter was devoted into two main streams, including tactical ways of thinking related to the 18th century, which Great Britain army faced and socialised with. The second part of the chapter deals with causes and ways of how the first infantry introduces its training with a prescription of all-army presence. The third chapter, as the most comprehensive part of my thesis, analyses the main training document that the British infantry used since 1792. This was meant to be a turning point to the introductory of similar legislation in the Great Britain. The fourth chapter deals with firearms, which the British line infantry used to use throughout the periods of process analysis. The last fifth chapter analyses the...

Subočienė, Irena 23 December 2014 (has links)
[toliau žr. visą tekstą] / State Accusation in a First Instance Court. Taktika výslechu / Interrogation tactics

Kotek, Tomáš January 2018 (has links)
76 Abstract: Interrogation tactics This thesis is focused on the interrogation management tactic, ie, in brief, how interrogator should conduct an interrogation to be both legal and successful. My aim in this work was to address the basic complexity of interrogation management and describe the basic procedures and techniques by which interrogator can obtain true testimony from the majority of interrogated groups. Due to the limited scope of this work, I could not incorporate specific areas of interrogation situations (questioning of juvenile, sick, etc.), so I focused mainly on interviews with the three main groups of people interrogated, which are interviews of people who can testify and want to, who want to, but can not and who do not want to testify, though they can, especially in situations where these persons are witnesses or subjects accused. In the first chapter of this thesis I deal with questioning from a general point of view of law, psychology and criminology, wherein most of the views and theories mentioned can be related to almost all specific interrogation situations. In this chapter I provided the psychological aspect of the interrogation a little more space than I originally intended, but I think it is substantiated. The psychological side of the interrogation situation is very complicated...
