O presente trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar o efeito de doses e fontes de manganês na cultura da cana-de-açúcar em cana planta e seu efeito residual em cana soca. O experimento foi conduzido no sítio Fujimoto, com coordenadas 20°32’ S e 50°58’ O, e altitude de 361 metros, área administrada pela Destilaria Vale do Paraná S/A Álcool e Açúcar, no município de Suzanápolis - SP. O delineamento experimental utilizado foi o de blocos ao acaso no esquema fatorial 3x5, sendo 3 fontes (Quelato, FTE e Sulfato de manganês) e 5 doses de manganês (0; 2,5; 5,0; 7,5 e 10,0 kg ha-1) aplicadas no sulco de plantio, em 4 repetições. As parcelas foram constituídas por 4 linhas de 5 m de comprimento, espaçadas por 1,5 m. A variedade de cana-de-açúcar utilizada foi a RB 86-7515, avaliando em cana planta e primeira soca. As fontes e doses de Mn aumentaram os teores foliares de macro e micronutrientes e o acúmulo de nutrientes nos colmos e na palhada. As fontes de Mn proporcionaram semelhantes produtividades de colmos, tanto para cana planta como para primeira cana soca, sendo que o quelato de Mn proporcionou maior número de colmos por metro em cana soca. As doses de Mn não influenciaram a produtividade de colmos da cana planta e da cana soca, porém aumentaram o número de internódios e o diâmetro médio de colmos na cana planta até as doses de 6,9 e 6,6 kg ha-1 de Mn, respectivamente. A aplicação das doses de manganês resultou em aumento dos valores de açúcar total recuperável por ha e tonelada de pol por ha em cana planta / Currently, sugar cane is one of the most important crops grown in Brazil, it is the main source of raw material for sugar industry, besides adding a lot of manpower to production. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of doses and sources of manganese in the sugar cane crop. The experiment was conducted at Fujimoto farm with coordinates 20 ° 32 'S, 50 ° 58'W, and altitude of 361 meters, area administered by the Vale do Paraná SA Alcohol and Sugar Distillery in Suzanápolis county - SP. (Lepidoptera: Crambidae) is one of the most important pests of sugarcane in Brazil. The damages are occasioned by caterpillars that open galleries inside the stems causing death of a large number of tillers in young sugarcane plantations, and a sharp reduction of productivity in more developed sugarcane plantations. Another very common issue is the entrance of fungus that cause the “red rot”, which reduces the sugar level in the stems because of the saccharose inversion stored in the plant. The borer’s association with microorganisms in the field results in the borer rot complex, a disease, responsible for significant agro industrial losses. So, the goal of this thesis was to evaluate the effects of the intensity of infestation of Diatraea saccharalis in the technological quality of varieties of sugarcane in the State of Goias. The experiment was conducted in the town of Goianesia, GO at the plantation field of Jalles Machado Plant during the period of April 2011 to May 2012, where was applied irrigation system with 50% of hydric necessity of culture. The experimental delimitation used was randomized blocks with the treatment being formed by sixteen variety: CTC2, CTC4, CTC9, CTC11, CTC15, CTC18, IAC87-3396, IAC91 -1099, IACSP94-3046, IACSP94- 2094, IACSP94-2101, IACSP95-5000, RB857515, RB92579, RB966928 e SP86-0042. There were two experiments conducted to measure the intensity of infestation of Diatraea saccharalis. The experiment one was randomly conducted in each portion, while the experiment two consisted of sugarcane grouped as plants with borer attacks, and those without signs of borer attacks. Thereafter, there were separatly technological analyses for both kinds of experiments. According to the results, the types highlighted the most were CTC9, CTC15, CTC11 e IAC91 -1099, showing high levels of technological quality and productivity. For interaction type versus borer there was not significant difference through the test F, which means the borer effects is independent of the type analysed. For the types studied 10,7% of samples with borer internodes resulted in the lowering of technological quality of sugarcane, due to reduction of brix broth, brix sugarcane, pol broth, pol sugarcane and recoverable total sugar. For every 1% of borer internodes, a loss of 0,26% of sugars and 0,25% in ATR occurs. For the chemical control using the product ALTACOR® (Chlorantraniliprole 35%), the control level of sugar cane borer is 3,29% of intensity of infestation, against 1% if using the Cotesia flavipes. / A broca da cana Diatraea saccharalis Fabr. (Lepidoptera: Crambidae) é uma das mais importantes pragas da cana-de-açúcar no Brasil. Os danos são ocasionados pelas lagartas que abrem galerias no interior dos colmos, provocando morte de grande número de perfilhos em canaviais jovens, e acentuada redução de produtividade em canaviais mais desenvolvidos, também é comum a entrada de fungos, que causam a “podridão vermelha”, com redução do teor de açúcar nos colmos devido à inversão da sacarose armazenada na planta. A associação da broca com micro-organismos presentes no campo resulta no complexo broca-podridão, responsável por significativas perdas agroindustriais. Assim, objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar os efeitos da intensidade de infestação de Diatraea saccharalis sobre a qualidade tecnológica de variedades de cana-de-açúcar em Goiás. O experimento foi conduzido no município de Goianésia, GO em área de plantio da Usina Jalles Machado, no período de abril de 2011 a maio de 2012, onde foram aplicadas lâminas de irrigação correspondente à 50% da necessidade hídrica da cultura. O delineamento experimental utilizado foi o de blocos ao acaso, sendo os tratamentos constituídos por 16 variedades: CTC2, CTC4, CTC9, CTC11, CTC15, CTC18, IAC87-3396, IAC91 -1099, IACSP94-3046, IACSP94-2094, IACSP94-2101, IACSP95-5000, RB857515, RB92579, RB966928 e SP86-0042. Foram realizadas dois tipos de amostragens para se medir a intensidade de infestação por Diatraea saccharalis. A amostragem 1 foi realizada aleatoriamente em cada parcela e, já amostragem 2, foram escolhidas canas com ataque por broca e canas sem sinais de ataques por broca. Consequentemente, foram realizadas análises tecnológicas separadamente para ambos os tipos de amostragens. De acordo com os resultados, as variedades que mais se destacaram foram CTC9, CTC15, CTC11 e IAC91 -1099, apresentando altos índices de qualidade tecnológica e de produtividade. Para interação variedade x broca, não houve diferença significativa pelo teste F, ou seja, o efeito da broca independe da variedade avaliada. Para as variedades estudadas, o índice de 10,7% de entrenós brocados resulta em diminuição na qualidade tecnológica da cana, devido à redução nos teores de brix caldo, brix cana, pol caldo, pol cana e açúcares totais recuperáveis. Para cada 1% de entrenós brocados, ocorrem perdas de 0,26% de açúcares e 0,25% em ATR. Para o controle químico utilizando o produto Altacor (Clorantraniliprole 35%), o nível de controle da broca-da-cana é de 3,29% de intensidade de infestação e de 1% quando se faz o uso de Cotesia flavipes.

L'Ibéromaurusien, culture du Paléolithique supérieur tardif : approche technologique des productions lithiques taillées de Tamar Hat, Rassel et Columnata (Algérie) / Iberomaurusian, late upper paleolithic culture : technological approach of knapped lithic assemblages of Tamar Hat, Rassel and Columnata (Algeria)

Cette étude expose les résultats d’une analyse technologique menée pour la première fois sur trois séries lithiques (Tamar Hat, Rassel, Columnata) attribuées à l’Ibéromaurusien de l’Algérie couvrant une phase ancienne attestée à Tamar Hat (20 600 ± 500 BP) et une phase récente à Columnata (10 800 ± 425 BP). L’analyse technologique a mis en évidence une variabilité, qui semble davantage s’affirmer vers la phase récente, au niveau des comportements techniques adoptés par les populations de chacun des sites. La prise en compte des stratégies d’approvisionnement des matières premières, des méthodes et techniques appliquées dans le débitage, ainsi que la transformation des supports en outillage et leur abandon a permis de cerner la variabilité observée en terme de comportements techniques inhérents aux populations de chacun des gisements étudiés. Ainsi, la variabilité diachronique, déjà observée dans les études typologiques précédentes, est interprétée par des conceptions différentes dans la réalisation des schémas opératoires de production lithique et à des activités cynégétiques et domestiques divergentes liées à des contraintes imposées par des contextes topographiques et paléoenvironnementaux variant de la phase ancienne à la phase récente. / This study exposes the results of a technological analysis led for the first time on three lithic assemblages (Tamar Hat, Rassel, Columnata) attributed to Iberomaurusien of Algeria covering the old phase attested at Tamar Hat (20 600 ± 500 BP) and a recent phase at Columnata (10 800 ± 425 BP). The technological analysis brought to light a variability which more seems to assert itself towards the recent phase related to the technical behaviors adopted by the populations of each of the sites. The consideration of the raw material procurement strategies, methods and techniques applied in the debitage as well as the finishing of the tools and there discard allowed to define the observed variability in term of technical behaviors inherent to the populations of each of the studied sites. So, the diachronic variability, already observed in the previous typological studies, is interpreted by different conceptions in the realization of the “chaine opératoire” of lithic production and in divergent hunting and domestic activities linked to imperative topographic and paleoenvironnemental constraints varying from the old to the recent phase.

Qualidade tecnológica e teores de nutrientes da cana-de-açúcar sob efeito de maturadores

SP83-2847. O experimento foi conduzido na Fazenda São Francisco do Itaquerê, da Usina Santa Fé, Nova Europa, SP, Brasil de maio a julho de 2008. O delineamento experimental foi em blocos casualizados com parcelas subdivididas e quatro repetições. Os 14 tratamentos principais foram testemunha; glifosato; Moddus; Curavial; fosfito de potássio; sugar plus e sugar super plus, em suas doses e misturas aplicados no dia 21/05/2008. As subparcelas constituíram-se em seis épocas de amostragens para análises tecnológicas (-1; 14, 28, 42, 56 e 70 dias após a aplicação – d.a.a.) e duas épocas para avaliação do teor de nutrientes nas lâminas foliares (LF) obtidas das folhas +1 e caldo de cana (28 e 56 d.a.a.). O uso de glifosato como maturador e em mistura com Moddus, fosfito de potássio e sugar pus apresentaram os melhores resultados tecnológicos, o mesmo observado com o uso do Curavial. Em função da maturação a quantidade de nutrientes na segunda época de avaliação foi significativamente menor principalmente no caldo. O uso do fosfito de potássio e do sugar super plus, nas dosagens de 2,0 L ha-1 e 2,5 L ha-1, respectivamente, não incrementaram a qualidade. No geral, os maturadores utilizados não alteraram a composição nutricional da cultivar SP83-2847, exceto para Mn e Fe nas lâminas foliares e de Fe e Cu no caldo / This study aimed evaluate the use of chemical ripeners at different doses and blends in technological quality as well to quantify the sugarcane SP83-2847 leaves and juice mineral levels. The experiment was installed during the 2008/2009 season (May – July 2008) and carried out at “Fazenda São Francisco do Itaquerê” (farm), “Usina Santa Fé” (Sugar Mill), Nova Europa, SP, Brazil under a split-plot. The experiment design was the randomized blocks, in split-plot, with four replications. The 14 main treatments were control (only water); glyphosate; Moddus; Curavial; potassium phosphite; sugar plus, and sugar super plus. Their doses and mixtures were applied at 21st May 2008. The subplots were the sampling dates: -1; 14, 28, 42, 56 and 70 days after application (d.a.a.) and two samples to quantify mineral levels in the leaves and juice (28 and 56 days). The use of glyphosate as ripper and its blends with Moddus, potassium phosphite and sugar plus resulted in raw material technological quality improvement. The same effect was observed using Curavial. According to the ripening the nutrients amount at the second sampling date was significantly lower mainly in the juice. The potassium phosphite and sugar super plus use at 2.0 L ha-1 and 2.5 L ha-1, respectively, did not improve the technological quality. In general, the ripeners did not change the SP83-2847 sugarcane nutrition levels, except for Mn and Fe in the leaves and Fe and Cu in the juice

L’industrie osseuse des Iroquoiens du site Mailhot-Curran (BgFn-2) : une étude des déchets de fabrication

Bien que l’os soit une matière première ayant joué un rôle essentiel au sein des activités quotidiennes des Iroquoiens du Saint-Laurent, il existe à ce jour très peu d’analyses systématiques de l’outillage en os et des débris de fabrication retrouvés en Iroquoianie. Afin de pallier ces lacunes, ce mémoire de maitrise porte sur l’analyse des vestiges en os ouvragés récupérés sur le site villageois Mailhot-Curran (BgFn-2), occupé durant le Sylvicole supérieur tardif par une communauté iroquoienne du Saint-Laurent. Plus précisément, l’étude consiste à analyser l’industrie osseuse en portant une attention particulière aux déchets de fabrication. Cet examen attentif a pour principal objectif de documenter les modes de gestion et de sélection de la matière première ainsi que d’améliorer la compréhension des techniques préhistoriques employées pour la fabrication des objets en os. Au moyen d’analyses technologiques, zooarchéologiques et tracéologiques, il sera possible de classifier les déchets de fabrication, de documenter leur origine technologique et, ultimement, de reconstituer un certain nombre de chaines opératoires. Une étude détaillée de la distribution spatiale des artéfacts permettra également de mieux comprendre l’organisation des activités dans l’espace villageois. Ce mémoire a aussi pour objectif de fournir des balises méthodologiques et empiriques relatives à l’étude des déchets de fabrications en os, afin de démontrer la pertinence de considérer ces derniers dans la compréhension des systèmes socioéconomiques et culturels. / The St. Lawrence Iroquoians were very talented producers of bone tools of all kinds but little is known about the ancient technologies involved in the manufacture of these objects. The relevance of this study arises from the fact that there are significant methodological and theoretical gaps in the analysis of the bone objects produced by St. Lawrence Iroquoians. The aim of this thesis is to provide some answers to those specific gaps of information. This research involves various analyses which are characteristic of technological approaches, and zooarchaeological and use-wear methods. These particular methods will allow me to examine and understand more accurately the past technologies associated with St. Lawrence Iroquoians bone tool industries. Through the analysis and classification of the by-products, debris, blanks, rough-outs and finished objects, I hope to provide a method for understanding the sequence underlying the production of bone tools (procurement, selection, treatment, debitage, shaping, finishing, etc.) and to evaluate the investment made in the procurement and selection of the raw materials. A spatial distribution analysis is carried out to better understand the context for the planning and manufacture of bone tools within the village space. The main purposes of this study are to present methodological guidelines regarding the classification of bone refuse and by-products; to reveal morphological and technological characteristics of these archeological remains through macrosopic and microscopic obsevations, and to provide an empirical model adapted to the analysis of the chaines opératoires leading to distinct categories of bone refuse.

Cluster analysis or clustering was used to classify hierarchically in categories of clusters and measure the degree of competitiveness of cooperatives under study. To be able to measure the degree of competitiveness of cooperatives, it became necessary to determine variables, which together produced a magnitude that, similarly, set the proximity or remoteness of established standards. To measure greatness, it was examined, firstly, a set of 15 variables of economic and financial competitive, later, 16 variables of technological competitive production and another 5 variables of markets, some of the quantitative type and others qualitative/ dichotomous which aimed to characterize the competitive performance of each of the agro-industrial cooperatives in western Parana State. The guiding hypothesis said that cooperatives are not competitive compared to when acting business standards established in this study, which was found from the results. Therefore, considering that the lowest average Euclidean distance achieved in relation to established standards, was 3.969 by C.VALE cooperative, demonstrating a significant distance to the established standards. The results achieved by the cooperatives, in the aspects of hierarchical classification through dendogram graph (tree) demonstrated that cooperatives, in relationships with others, show significant disparities, that is, allow to allude that the actions of cooperation between them, shortly happen. The aspects of competitiveness measures, pointed to the COPACOL cooperative as the most competitive in the economic and financial profile; for the profile production technology, presented C.VALE cooperative and in the profile markets environment, the most competitive is the COOPAVEL cooperative. Finally, it considers the ability to compete in the market the necessary condition to which such cooperatives in the future. / Este estudo, cujo objetivo geral foi o de analisar comparativamente a competitividade das cooperativas agroindustriais, do Oeste do Paraná, apresentou um novo procedimento metodológico de análise de competitividade de cooperativas: a análise de cluster ou agrupamento. A análise de cluster ou de agrupamento serviu para classificar hierarquicamente em categorias de agrupamentos e medir o grau de competitividade das cooperativas em estudo. Para ser possível medir o grau de competitividade das cooperativas, fez-se necessário determinar variáveis, que no seu conjunto, produziram uma grandeza que, analogamente, definiu a proximidade ou afastamento de padrões pré-estabelecidos. Para mensuração da grandeza, examinou-se, primeiramente, um conjunto de 15 variáveis econômico-financeiras, posteriormente, 16 variáveis de tecnologias de produção e mais 5 variáveis de mercados, umas do tipo quantitativas e outras do tipo qualitativo-dicotômicas que teve como finalidade caracterizar o desempenho competitivo de cada uma das cooperativas agroindustriais do Oeste do Paraná. A hipótese norteadora, afirmou que as cooperativas não são competitivas ao atuarem comparativamente com as empresas padrões estabelecidas neste estudo, o que se verificou, a partir dos resultados. Pois, considerando-se que a menor distância média euclidiana alcançada, em relação aos padrões estabelecidos, foi de 3,969 conseguida pela cooperativa C.VALE, o que demonstra uma distância muito significativa para os padrões estabelecidos. Os resultados alcançados pelas cooperativas, nos aspectos de classificação hierárquica, através do gráfico dendograma (árvore), demonstraram que as cooperativas, nos relacionamentos com as demais, apresentam significativas disparidades, ou seja, permitem aludir que as ações de cooperação entre elas, pouco acontecem. Nos aspectos de medidas de competitividade, apontaram para a cooperativa COPACOL como a mais competitiva, no perfil econômico-financeiro; para o perfil tecnologia de produção, apresentou-se a cooperativa C.VALE e, no perfil de mercados, a mais competitiva é a cooperativa COOPAVEL. Por fim, considera-se a capacidade de competir no mercado a condição necessária à permanência dessas cooperativas no futuro.

This thesis focuses on the theme of preparation and management of construction work contract in its theoretical and empirical level. Theoretical part deals with the description of contractor’s preparation for construction in the form of supply, pre-production and production preparation. It also deals with the issues of planning in the form of structuring of a building project and its duration, including the description of schedule planning methods. Theoretical part ends with a passage about automated preparation and construction implementation, together with a definition of basic terms concerning private and public procurement. Practical part answers the question of description, analysis and organization of particular construction contract and together with contractor’s administrative treatment of construction preparation meets the appointed target. Closing part consists of a suggestion of methodology for processing contractor’s preparation using Contec software.

The diploma thesis is focused on the elaboration of a construction technology project for the construction of a new hospital pavilion in Český Krumlov. The thesis processes the preparation of construction and proposal of the organization of individual activities on the construction site in time sequence. The thesis contains technological regulations for the foundation of construction and realization of the monolithic frame on the 1st floor, which also includes drawings of the formwork of the ceiling slab and a scheme of formwork of columns and walls. Further contents are technological report, technological study of realization, transport relations, time and financial plans, complete construction site equipment for the whole construction phase, design of construction mechanisms and assessment of their suitability for use, resource balance, technological analysis, itemized budget, and occupational health protection for selected processes and noise studies dealing with the impact of building construction on the surrounding development.
