A Study of Strategy Technology Construction on Taiwan For Wire & Cable Industry

The Wire and Cable industry is the medium of consuming industry to offer for electricity, communication, electronics, information, electrical home appliances and national defense, etc. Such categories include heavy industry, light industry and consuming industry. It is also the connection of national infrastructure and of folk construction. The impact of external environments, such as global depression, unemployment rate increasing, deflation and the changes of the inherent environment on the vibration of political and economical situation make the demand slowed down, and profit fell. Because various in style and wide use range, the Wire and Cable industry should set about from the analysis of the industrial structure, strategies, the wire & cable market of Taiwan at present. At the same time, The Wire & Cable industry is a skill-intensive industry too, containing machinery, organization, electronics, electrical machinery, chemical industry, physics as well as the knowledge of optics, photo-electricity, so it needs systematic integration to construct the skill that the industry can compete continuously. It is a competitive environment of chasing meager profit. Technology has become the key resources of enterprises, and it has already become the important issue how to create and utilize new knowledge for managing modern companies. At the beginning when manage enterprises, how to make the positioning, build the necessity and urgency of resources management, produce the systematic operation model and construct the core competencies from external management to internal activities. Owning to the lack of profundity and reference of the core flow about the Wire and Cable industry, especially technical construction, the research used literature review and case study to discover the technical construction model concerning enterprise's strategies, views of knowledge management and technological resource management with interview and questionnaire, This research plans to achieve the following items: 1.offer to understand the platform of management strategies for the Wire and Cable industry. 2.offer the workflow model of technology construction for the Wire and Cable industry.

CoordenaÃÃo de AperfeÃoamento de Pessoal de NÃvel Superior / O presente trabalho versa sobre a tecnologia como ferramenta para superaÃÃo das deficiÃncias da base e otimizaÃÃo da aprendizagem em matemÃtica. Para tanto, partiu-se de uma investigaÃÃo teÃrica fundamentada na leitura de vÃrios autores e documentos oficiais como os ParÃmetros Curriculares Nacionais â PCNs, seguida de um Estudo Experimental aplicado a um grupo de alunos dos 1Âs anos da Escola de Ensino MÃdio Vivina Monteiro em IcÃ-Ce. Na primeira parte, buscou-se refletir o processo de ensino e aprendizagem da matemÃtica, bem como, a importÃncia dessa disciplina e sua funÃÃo no contexto de educaÃÃo bÃsica. AlÃm disso, procurou-se identificar as orientaÃÃes e recomendaÃÃes dos especialistas da Ãrea acerca dos principais recursos que podem contribuir para melhorar o desempenho dos estudantes de matemÃtica nessa fase de escolaridade, em especial, os recursos tecnolÃgicos. Os enfoques da discussÃo seguem uma lÃgica que contemplam desde aspectos pedagÃgicos mais holÃsticos, relacionada à finalidade do ensino da matemÃtica no ensino mÃdio, passando pela anÃlise das possibilidades, limitaÃÃes e potencialidades dos recursos tecnolÃgicos na sociedade atual, e culmina com o estudo mais especÃfico das caracterÃsticas dos NÃmeros Racionais, componente curricular selecionado para aplicaÃÃo do estudo de caso. O objetivo central da pesquisa circunscreve com a proposta deste trabalho que à oferecer aos alunos ingressos no ensino mÃdio uma alternativa para superarem as deficiÃncias da aprendizagem em matemÃtica, em especial aquelas resultantes da etapa anterior: Ensino Fundamental. Para isso, recorreu-se a utilizaÃÃo de recursos tecnolÃgicos como videoaulas, jogos da internet e aplicativos do Linux Educacional. Pretende-se, ainda, criar uma cultura de estudo dessa ciÃncia utilizando esses recursos de modo a produzir resultados favorÃveis. A segunda parte, o estudo aplicado aos alunos participantes, tem por finalidade averiguar a confirmaÃÃo de duas hipÃtese, a saber: à possÃvel superar as deficiÃncia da base utilizando os recursos tecnolÃgicos e a superaÃÃo dessas deficiÃncias otimizam a aprendizagem da matemÃtica no ensino mÃdio. Para confirmar essas hipÃteses, foi aplicados instrumentais no inÃcio e no final do estudo, como testes contemplando uma lista de competÃncias/habilidades. Os resultados demonstraram os efeitos das aplicaÃÃes, evidenciado as potencialidades desses recursos como ferramenta eficiente de apoio ao processo de ensino-aprendizagem desta ciÃncia tÃo imprescindÃvel: a matemÃtica. / The present work deals with the technology as a tool to overcome the deficiencies of the base and optimization of learning in mathematics. For both, it was a theoretical research based on reading of several authors and official documents such as the National Curriculum Parameters - PCNs, followed by an Experimental Study applied to a group of students from 1 years of Middle School Vivina Monteiro. In the first part, we tried to reflect the teaching-learning process of mathematics, as well as, the importance of this discipline and its function in the context of Basic Education. In addition, we sought to identify the guidelines and recommendations of experts in the area of the main resources that can contribute to improving the performance of students of mathematics in this phase of schooling, in particular, the technological resources. The approaches for reflexion follow a logic that contemplate since pedagogical aspects more holistic, related to the purpose of the teaching of mathematics in high school, through analysis of the possibilities, limitations and potential of technological resources in the current society, and culminates with the study more specific characteristics of Rational Numbers, curricular component selected for application of the case study. The central objective of the research is limited with the proposal of this work which is to offer students admitted in middle school an alternative to overcome the deficiencies of learning in mathematics, in particular those resulting from the previous step: Elementary Education. For this reason, it has been the use of technological resources such as video-lectures, internet gaming and applications of Educational Linux. It also aims to create a culture of study of science using these resources to produce favorable results. The second part, i.e. , the study applied to participating students, is to enable the Commission to determine the confirmation of two hypothesis, namely: It is possible to overcome the deficiency of the base using the technological resources and overcoming these deficiencies optimize the learning of mathematics in High School. To confirm these hypotheses, was drawn up and applied instrumental at the beginning and at the end of the study, as tests contemplating a list of competencies/skills previously defined, tabulated compared. The results demonstrated the effects of applications used, highlighted the potential of these resources as efficient tool to support the teaching-learning process of mathematics.

Information and communication technologies provide opportunities to develop new ways of interaction, teaching and learning, requiring a greater integration of instructional technological resources in educational practice of schools. This dissertation analyzes the reality of the Federal Institute of the North of Minas Gerais - Campus Montes Claros, in relation to the use of information and communication technologies in its teaching practice. The research was not the sole purpose of analyzing the use of ICTs in that Campus, but also provide reflections for future actions of its faculty, regarding the use of these technologies in teaching practice, as these technologies can promote the institutionalization an education that prepares students for the demands of the contemporary society. The methodology includes interviews, questionnaires and document analysis guided by four indicators: availability of ICT; school organization for the use of ICT; Training of teachers to use ICT and presence of ICT in teaching practice. The result shows that the IFNMG / Campus Montes Claros is located in a "between place", that is , it shows how an educational institution occupant of a 'between' the contemporary and the strength of tradition, that is, at a stage transition, which seeks the new, but still identifies the coexistence of traditional.

Le travail documentaire des professeurs à l'épreuve des ressources technologiques : le cas de l'enseignement du nombre à l'école maternelle / Teacher's documentation work and technological resources : teaching numbers at kindergarten

Notre travail porte sur les ressources et les connaissances professionnelles des professeurs. Nous nous intéressons en particulier à l'enseignement du nombre à l'école maternelle et considérons le cas des ressources technologiques. Concevoir et mettre en oeuvre un enseignement ayant recours à ces ressources d'une manière qui favorise les apprentissages est complexe et implique sans doute des évolutions dans les ressources, les pratiques et les connaissances professionnelles des professeurs. Notre thèse s'intéresse précisément à saisir ces évolutions et les moteurs de ces évolutions. Nous mobilisons l'approche documentaire du didactique qui nous permet d'envisager l'intégration des ressources technologiques dans le système de ressources des enseignants. Nous articulons à cette approche la notion d'orchestration et analysons les délicates gestions didactiques des ressources technologiques et de ressources tangibles dans les classes de maternelle. Notre travail s'inscrit dans un projet de conception de ressources (projet Mallette, groupe MARENE). Nous suivons sur une durée longue le travail documentaire de deux professeures impliquées dans ce projet.Nous proposons une « plongée » au coeur de la documentation de ces deux professeures. Nous mettons en évidence les articulations entre un système de ressources général et un système de ressources local, lié à l'enseignement du nombre. Nous développons les notions de ressources indispensables et pivots pour penser ces liens. Nous proposons d'y articuler la notion de blocs de ressources situées. Notre étude permet également d'identifier de nouvelles orchestrations spécifiques de l'école maternelle. Elles sont liées à des connaissances professionnelles et des ressources partagées par les professeurs exerçant dans ce contexte (importance de la manipulation en mathématiques, ressources tangibles). Cette étude met en relief des genèses documentaires différentes chez les deux professeures suivies. Nous montrons l'existence de genèses dynamiques dans lesquelles s'entrelacent des processus d'instrumentalisation et d'instrumentation portant sur la conception et la mise en oeuvre d'un enseignement impliquant les ressources technologiques, mais aussi plus largement portant sur l'enseignement du nombre. L'observation des élèves et le collectif sont des moteurs essentiels dans le déploiement de ces genèses. / Our research focuses on kindergarten teachers' resources and professional knowledge. We examine how numbers are taught, particularly with technological resources. Designing and implementing teaching units with these resources, in a fruitful way, is complex, and probably implies that these resources, along with teachers' practices and professional knowledge, evolve. We notably attempt to grasp these evolutions and their impetus. Our theoretical framework mainly refers to the documentational approach of didactics, that allows us to observe how technological resources are integrated in teachers' resource systems. We link up with this approach the notion of orchestration, and analyse the fine didactic management of technological and tangible resources in kindergarten classes. Our study lies within the framework of the research group MARENE, a project on the designing of resources and of the follow-up of their use. Thus, we follow the long-term documentation work of two teachers involved in this project.We propose an « immersion » at the core of these two teachers' documentation activity. We highlight how a general resource system is articulated with a local resource system on the teaching of numbers. We develop the notions of essential ressources and of pivotal resources in order to examine this articulation. We propose to join another notion to these, the notion of set of situated resources. Our research also makes us identify new specific orchestrations at kindergarten school. These are deeply linked to professional knowledge and to resources shared by teachers working in this context (importance, in mathematics, of manipulation, of tangible resources) . We bring out differentdocumentational geneses among the two teachers we follow. We show the dynamic geneses in which the instrumentalisation and instrumentation processes overlap, when it comes to the designing and implementation of lessons including technological ressources, but also, in a broader perspective, as regards the teaching of numbers. The observation of pupils and the collective are essential incentive for the unfolding of these geneses.
