L'adoption d'une innovation technopédagogique par une communauté enseignante universitaire

Résumé: L'adoption d'une innovation technopédagogique par une communauté enseignante universitaire La thèse traite de l'adoption d'une innovation technopédagogique par une communauté enseignante universitaire. Cette étude longitudinale, réalisée dans le cadre d'une recherche-action, vise à comprendre la dynamique globale du processus d'adoption d'une innovation. Le cadre de réflexion théorique de l'étude provient de la recherche en management, en systèmes d'information et en éducation. Il tient à la fois compte des motivations et des besoins des individus (dimension individuelle), de la compatibilité des technologies de l'information selon les théories usuelles de l'apprentissage (dimension pédagogique) et du type de soutien à offrir aux utilisatrices-utilisateurs (dimension organisationnelle). Le modèle d'accompagnement émergeant de cette recherche se compose de cycles itératifs au cours desquels un groupe définit et résout un problème, puis réfléchit successivement aux enjeux émergents d'un cycle à l'autre. Le modèle tient explicitement compte des trois éléments clés suivants: l'individu, la pédagogie et l'organisation qui forment une dynamique systémique indissociable et en interaction les unes les autres pendant toute la durée du processus d'adoption de l'innovation. Il met aussi en lumière la nécessité de stimuler une réflexion critique grâce au concours de ressources externes crédibles pour déterminer la compatibilité des technologies à partir d'expériences concrètes. Une telle démarche participative systématique permet d'accroître la cohésion des idées du groupe par le dialogue et les débats d'opinions_ Par ailleurs, la proximité avec notre milieu de recherche sur une période de deux ans offre la possibilité de saisir plusieurs facettes de la dynamique organisationnelle. Lorsque l'on réalise une étude longitudinale qui met en évidence l'incidence d'événements concomitants, on constate la fragilité du processus et la réversibilité de la décision d'adoption. L'intention d'adoption évolue constamment au gré des expériences des individus et du contexte qui évolue lui-même. L'établissement de relations partenariales avec les groupes intéressés représente une activité essentielle pour pallier ou neutraliser les effets indésirables d'événements concomitants.||Abstract: This thesis deals with a university teaching community adopting a technological/pedagogical innovation. This longitudinal study--part of an action-research study--aims at gaining understanding of the overall dynamics involved in adopting an innovation. The study's conceptual framework derives from management, information-systems, and teaching research. It takes into account the motivations and needs of individuals (individual dimension), the compatibility of information technologies according to current learning theories (pedagogical dimension), and the type of support to be offered to users (organizational dimension). The companion model issuing from this research work comprises iterative cycles during which a group defines and solves a problem and then successively reflects on the issues emerging from one cycle to the next. The model takes explicit account of three key elements: the individual, pedagogical approach, and organization form an indissociable system dynamic in which all dimensions interact during the entire process of adopting innovation. It also sheds light on the need to stimulate critical reflection about the combination of credible external resources so that tangible experiences can be used to determine technology compatibility. This kind of systematic participative process yields greater cohesiveness of group ideas through dialogue and discussion. Moreover, the proximity to our research setting over two years provides the opportunity to seize the many facets of organizational dynamics. During the course of a longitudinal study that highlights the incidence of concomitant events, the fragility of the process and reversibility of the adoption decision become apparent. The adoption intention constantly fluctuates through the experiences of individuals and the context, which also changes. Establishing partnership relations with interested groups stands out as an essential activity in attenuating or counteracting the undesirable effects produced by concomitant events.

Tyrimo objektas – apskaitos tvarkymo kompiuteriais technologijos. Tyrimo tikslas – išanalizavus teorinius ir praktinius apskaitos informacijos tvarkymo kompiuteriais technologijos aspektus bei nustačius svarbiausiuosius šios technologijos vertinimo kriterijus ir rodiklius ištirti ir įvertinti apskaitos informacijos tvarkymo technologijų, naudojančių tris skirtingas apskaitos informacines sistemas, kokybę. Tyrimo metodai: monografinis, palyginimo, loginės analizės ir apibendrinimo, grafinio vaizdavimo, anketinės ir interviu apklausos, statistinio duomenų apdorojimo, duomenų analizės ir sisteminimo, porinio palyginimo, daugiaaspekčio vertinimo bei kiti mokslinio tyrimo metodai. Naudojant monografinį, palyginimo, loginės analizės ir apibendrinimo mokslinio tyrimo metodus buvo išanalizuoti apskaitos kompiuterizavimo tikslingumą atskleidžiantys veiksniai ir svarbiausieji apskaitos informacijos tvarkymo technologijos aspektai bei suformuluoti pagrindiniai reikalavimai, keliami apskaitos informacijos tvarkymo kompiuteriais technologijai, o taip pat parinkta apskaitos informacijos tvarkymo technologijos kokybės tyrimo metodika, sudaryta šios technologijos kokybės vertinimo kriterijų ir rodiklių sistema bei sudarytos apskaitos informacijos tvarkymo technologijos kokybės rodiklių metrikos. Research aim: after analyzing theoretical and practical aspects of computerized accounting technology and after determining the main criteria and indexes of this type of technology, to investigate and evaluate the quality of computerized accounting technologies, which use three different information systems of accounting. Research methods: monographic, comparison, logical analysis and generalization, graphical representation, questioning and interviewing, statistical management of data, data analysis and systematizing, pair comparison, multi – aspect evaluation and other scientific research methods. The expedient factors of computerized accounting and the most important aspects of computerized accounting technology were analyzed using monographic, comparison, logical analysis and generalization methods. Fundamental requirements for the computerized accounting technology were also formulated. Moreover, the methology, analysing the quality of computerized accounting technologies, and the system of criteria‘s and indexes‘ quality evaluation were selected and created. "Just Check-out my friendster": The Impact of Information Communication Technologies on the Transnational Social Fields of Filipino Immigrants in Canada

Contemporary international migrations take place during an “information age”, and information and communications technologies (ICT) have revolutionized transnational immigrant social networks. Immigrants can now maintain transnational connections with their source communities with less cost but more frequency than ever before. E-mail, web cameras, instant messenger services and social networking websites can be used to send very detailed reports about living and working in destination countries to contacts in social networks that span the globe. Drawing upon findings from 54 semi-structured interviews with immigrants in Toronto and other locations in Southern Ontario, this study examines the impact ICTs have had on the transnational social networks of Filipino immigrants in Canada. In this work I employ Pierre Bourdieu’s theories of social fields and forms of capital as a theoretical framework to develop the concept of “digital” capital, a valuable resource that can be converted into multiple forms of capital within transnational social networks. I illustrate how immigrants use digital technologies, and in particular social networking websites, to increase the size and diversity of their social networks, and to disseminate information about life in Canada. I also highlight how processes of social distinction and reproduction influence the accuracy of transnational information flows. This PhD project fills important gaps in the geographic literature, a discipline where ICT have been a relatively understudied research topic to date. It also contributes to the migration studies and transnationalism literature. Many studies that investigate immigrant ICT use have overlooked the importance of geography, and do not consider how uneven power relations between migrant source and destination countries shape immigrants’ on-line transnational activities. This research also makes important theoretical contributions to labour market theory. Classical ideas related to labour shortage and recruitment, hierarchies in the labour market, and the mechanisms of segmentation in labour markets have traditionally been grounded in processes that take place almost entirely in the destination country. This work demonstrates why a global or transnational perspective must be adopted when considering the labour market experiences of immigrants. The findings from this study demonstrate how the economic integration of newcomers in destination countries clearly has transnational dimensions.

Castells (2003, p.7) afirma que “as novas tecnologias da informação não são apenas ferramentas para se aplicar, mas processos para se desenvolver”. Nesse sentido as escolas exercem papel fundamental, pois a educação quando se volta à inclusão digital deveria ter por objetivo capacitar o indivíduo para assimilar conteúdos e assim reelaborar o conhecimento. Dessa forma, a pretensão da presente pesquisa é verificar se nas escolas em que se utilizam as TIC há integração no percurso de ensino contemplando seu uso nos projetos pedagógicos dos cursos, e ainda, se os professores responsáveis pela orientação dos alunos estão preparados para essa função, pois compreende-se que os equipamentos por si só não geram conhecimento. Utilizando a metodologia “A integração das TIC na escola”, criada pela OEI – Organização dos Estados Ibero Americanos foram pesquisadas escolas públicas de ensino fundamental, na cidade de Cuiabá, Mato Grosso, Brasil. Através de questionário estruturado dirigido a gestores e professores, buscou-se descobrir se as escolas estão preparadas para enfrentar os desafios da introdução dessas novas tecnologias. Mais do que simples ferramentas elas são processos que devem ser desenvolvidos para a criação e geração de conhecimento, considerando que os avanços tecnológicos impõem uma reorganização constante. Using the methodology "Integration of ICT in school," created by OEI - Organization of Ibero American public elementary schools were surveyed in the city of Cuiabá, Mato Grosso, Brazil. Through structured questionnaire for managers and teachers, we sought to find out whether schools are prepared to meet the challenges of introducing these new technologies. More than simple tools they are processes that must be developed for the creation and generation of knowledge, considering that technological advances impose a constant reorganization. Diante da amplitude do tema, analisar-se-á a produção do zoneamento agrícola de riscos climáticos a partir de bases técnico-científicas modernas, que permitem o desenvolvimento de um instrumento racionalizador para os usos possíveis e permitidos de cada área zoneada. O objetivo principal do zoneamento é reduzir as perdas agrícolas decorrentes de práticas inadequadas, obtendo resultados que vão além desse campo, como as modificações que ocorreram no sistema normativo e no mercado financeiro agrícola. A especialização produtiva do território foi alcançada a partir da definição de produtos, culturas e datas específicas para cada cultura e região, aprofundando cada vez mais a seleção dos lugares conforme suas aptidões agrícolas. Esta situação pode ser analisada mais diretamente por meio da evolução da soja no Brasil, principalmente a partir da década de 1970/ 80. A soja conquistou grandes áreas no Centro-Oeste e foi alvo de intensas pesquisas, que hoje concentra grande parte dos seus resultados nas portarias do zoneamento agrícola de riscos climáticos. O zoneamento agrícola de riscos climáticos trouxe segurança razoável a um. ambiente marcado por incertezas e exposto às intempéries climáticas. Por isso, todo o conjunto de agentes e ações envolvidos teve que se reestruturar para não perder a competitividade ou para apenas se manter neste ramo. Enfim, este tipo de zoneamento agrícola tem se mostrado bastante condizente às demandas do mercado e a situação tecnológica deste período. Tanto os agentes modernos quanto os recalcitrantes têm a sua disposição um modelo de planejamento que rompeu com o paradigma produtivo que vigorava até então. Embora o zoneamento foi desenvolvido para salvar a pequena produção, as alianças entre este novo sistema de produção e os recursos financeiros agrícolas aprofundou ainda mais algumas desigualdades, conforme pode-se ver comparando os crescentes custos de produção / Abstract: This work approaches the use of the technologies of the information in the formularization of a knowledge deepened on the Brazilian territory. Ahead of the amplitude of the subject, it will be analyzed production of the agricultural zoning of climatic risks from modern technician-scientific bases, that allow the development of a pointer instrument for the possible and allowed uses of each studied area. The main objective of the zoning is to reduce practical the decurrent agricultural losses of inadequate, getting resulted that they go beyond this field, as the modifications that had occurred in the normative system and agricultural the financial market. The productive specialization of the territory was reached from the definition of products, specific cultures and dates for each culture and region, going deep each time more the election of the places in agreement its agricultural aptitudes. This situation can more directly be analyzed by means of the evolution of the soy in Brazil, mainly from the decade of 1970/80. The soy conquered great areas in the Center-West and was white of intense research, that today great part of its results concentrates in would carry them of the agricultural zoning of climatic risks. The agricultural zoning of climatic risks brought reasonable security to an environment marked for climatic uncertainties and displayed to climatics oscillations. Therefore, ali the set of agents and involved actions had that to reorganize itself not to lose the competitiveness or for only remaining itself in this branch. At last, this type of agricultural zoning if has shown sufficiently adjusted to the demands of the market and the technological situation of this period. As much the modern agents how much the recalcitrant people have its disposal a planning model that breached with the productive paradigm that invigorated until then. The creative response in economic development. The case of information processing technologies in US manufacturing, 1870-1930.

This paper presents a theoretical framework along "Classical" lines in which Schumpeter's concept of "Creative Response" is linked to a theory of induced innovation and the concept of technological regimes. We devote particular attention to the role of indivisibilities between factors of production. On the basis of this framework, we study the adoption of early information technologies, such as typewriters, calculators or Hollerith machines in US manufacturing in the period between 1870 and 1930. We show how the presence of a distinct bias in technical change in US manufacturing led to the opening of a window of opportunity for early information technologies, and how the presence of this bias influenced the technological search and adoption process of firms and how this found its final reflection in the rules and heuristics of the new regime. In more specific level, it is intended: to point out the TIC s in the ballast of the control society, being verified as the technological speech directs it practical the educative pertaining to school; to argue the education of deaf people, pointing the methodologies used in the construction of the knowledge in special/inclusive rooms; to mediate practical daily of the pupils in the lessons being used the technology as methodology tool, to propitiate the construction of the knowledge and the access to the information. Although the resources facilitate to the process and the production of the knowledge of the pupil, salient that they discipline and control the behavior of the pupils - deaf or not -, when using itself of deriving tactics of the control society. / Esta pesquisa objetiva analisar a utilização das Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação TIC s como recursos mediadores e/ou facilitadores na educação do aluno surdo e, concomitantemente, na construção do processo de conhecimento, partindo da apreensão da prática cotidiana de uma sala especial. Em nível mais específico, pretende-se: situar as TIC s no lastro da sociedade de controle, verificando como o discurso tecnológico direciona-se às práticas educativas escolares; discutir a educação de surdos, apontando as metodologias utilizadas na construção do conhecimento em salas especiais; mapear a prática cotidiana dos alunos nas aulas utilizando a tecnologia como ferramenta metodológica, para propiciar a construção do conhecimento e o acesso às informações. Trabalha-se com a hipótese que as TIC s utilizam-se de diferentes recursos multimídia mediadores/facilitadores que propiciam a educação do aluno surdo e, conseqüentemente, a construção do conhecimento. Embora os recursos facilitem o processo e a produção do conhecimento do aluno, salienta-se que eles disciplinam e controlam o comportamento dos educandos surdos ou não , ao utilizar-se de táticas oriundas da sociedade de controle.

The target of the research is the proposal of an integrated model of evaluation of services of digital information in web educational sites. The universe of the research was constituted by eighteen Brazilian Universities that offer after-graduation courses, in the levels of mestrado and doutorado in the area of Engineering of Production. The adopted methodology was a descriptive and exploratory research, using the technique of systematic comment and focus group, for the collection of the data, using itself changeable independent dependents and, through the application of two instruments of research. The analysis protocol was the instrument adopted for evaluation and attainment of qualitative results. E the analysis grating was applied for evaluation and attainment of the quantitative results. The qualitative results had identified to the lack of standardization of web sites, under the attributes of content, hierarchy of information, design of the colors and letters. It of accessibility for carriers of auditory and visual special necessities was observed inexistence, as well as the lack of convergence of medias and assistivas technologies. The language of the sites also was evaluated and all present Portuguese only language. The general result demonstrated in grafico and tables with classification of the Universities, predominating the Good note As for the quantitative results, analysis method ed was estatistico, in order to get the descriptive and inferencial result between the dependent and independent variaveis. How much a category of analysis of the services of the evaluated sites, was found it props up and the index generality weighed. These results had served of base for ranking of existence or inexistence the Universities, how much of the information of services in its web sites. In analysis inferencial the result of the test of correlation or association of the independent variaveis (level, concept of the CAPES and period of existence of the program) with the caracteristicas, called was gotten categories of services. For this analysis the estatisticos methods had been used: coefficient of Spearman and the Test of Fisher. But the category you discipline of the Program of Mestrado presented significance with variavel independent and concept of the CAPES. Main conclusion of this study it was ausencia of satandardization o how much to the subjective aspects, design, hierarchy of information navigability and content precision and the accessibility inexistence and convergence. How much to the quantitative aspects, the information services offered by web sites of the evaluated Universities, still they do not present a satisfactory and including quality. Absence of strategies, adoption of tools web, techniques of institucional marketing and services that become them more interactive, navigable is perceived and with aggregate value / Esta disserta??o de Mestrado investigou a performance e qualidade de web sites. O escopo da pesquisa ? a proposi??o de um modelo integrado de avalia??o de servi?os de informa??o digital em web sites educacionais. O universo da pesquisa foi constitu?do por dezoito Universidades brasileiras, que ofertam cursos de p?s-gradua??o, nos n?veis de mestrado e doutorado na ?rea de Engenharia de Produ??o. A metodologia adotada foi uma pesquisa descritiva e explorat?ria, utilizando a t?cnica de observa??o sistem?tica e o focus group, para a coleta dos dados, utilizando-se vari?veis dependentes e independentes, atrav?s da aplica??o de dois instrumentos de pesquisa. O protocolo de an?lise foi o instrumento adotado para avalia??o e obten??o de resultados qualitativos. E a grade de an?lise foi aplicada para avalia??o e obten??o dos resultados quantitativos. Os resultados qualitativos identificaram a falta de padroniza??o dos web sites, sob os atributos de conte?do, hierarquia de informa??es, design das cores e letras. Observou-se a inexist?ncia de acessibilidade para portadores de necessidades especiais auditivas e visuais, bem como a falta de converg?ncia de m?dias e tecnologias assistivas. O idioma dos sites, tamb?m foi avaliado e todos apresentam o portugu?s como ?nico idioma. O resultado geral ? demonstrado em gr?fico e tabelas com a classifica??o das Universidades, predominando a nota Bom. No que se refere aos resultados quantitativos, o m?todo de an?lise adotado foi estat?stico, a fim de obter o resultado descritivo e inferencial entre as vari?veis dependentes e independentes. Quanto ? categoria de an?lise dos servi?os dos sites avaliados, foi encontrado o Escore M?dio Ponderado (EGP) e o ?ndice Geral Ponderado (IGP). Esses resultados serviram de base para o ranking das Universidades, quanto ? exist?ncia ou inexist?ncia dos servi?os de informa??o nos seus web sites. Na an?lise inferencial foi obtido o resultado do teste de correla??o e associa??o das vari?veis independentes (n?vel, conceito da CAPES e per?odo de exist?ncia do programa) com as caracter?sticas, denominadas categorias de servi?os. Para esta an?lise foram usados os m?todos estat?sticos: coeficiente de Spearman e o Teste de Fisher. Apenas a categoria Disciplinas do Programa de Mestrado apresentou signific?ncia com a vari?vel independente conceito da CAPES. A principal conclus?o deste estudo ? a aus?ncia de padroniza??o quanto aos aspectos subjetivos, design, hierarquia da informa??o, navegabilidade e precis?o de conte?do e a inexist?ncia de acessibilidade e converg?ncia. Quanto aos aspectos quantitativos, os servi?os de informa??o ofertados pelos web sites das Universidades avaliadas, ainda n?o apresentam uma qualidade satisfat?ria e abrangente. Percebe-se aus?ncia de estrat?gias, de ado??o de ferramentas web, de t?cnicas de marketing institucional e servi?os que os tornem mais interativos, naveg?veis e com valor agregado

The master's thesis deals with the design of a universal web portal, which will allow any information system of a selected company to be interconnected with any information system of suppliers and customers. The web portal will contain information about availability, product pricing, and offers modules such as managing business partners accounts, creating special offers and ordering pre-selected products. Implementation is performed in PHP with MySQL database support. The partial aim of this master's thesis is to deploy the designed portal in the chosen company and for its business partners.
