Que teve como objetivo de Propor marcadores pedagógicos que subsidiem a elaboração de um Projeto Político Pedagógico (PPP) para um curso de graduação em enfermagem no Município de Santa Rosa. Os dados foram coletados utilizando a técnica de Grupo Focal, que teve como dispositivo para sua composição o Quadrilátero da Formação para área da saúde, com participantes da área do ensino, da gestão, da atenção e do controle social, com total de oito participantes que representaram as quatro faces do quadrilátero. Foram realizadas três sessões resultaram com a indicação de quatro marcadores pedagógicos afetos a formação do enfermeiro que foram: Compromisso com o SUS, Integralidade da atenção à saúde, Responsabilização nos processos de cuidado em saúde e Gerenciamento e Liderança. Apresentamos uma proposta de matriz curricular que servirá de sugestão para a implementação de um Curso de Enfermagem na perspectiva de reforçar o compromisso social e político e atender as exigências de novos modelos de formação no ensino superior. Para que seja possível um novo modo de formação de enfermeiros, a proposta da matriz em tela tem essa intenção, é premente a orientação desse processo formativo através das necessidades de saúde da população, com integração do ensino com serviço efetiva e bidirecional, construindo um alicerce sólido para transformação das práticas de atenção e do processo de trabalho e entendendo de que de fato a integralidade será uma realidade na atenção quando compreendermos o usuário e seus problemas como centro da atenção à saúde / The objective of this qualitative study is to propose pedagogical markers that support the development of a pedagogical political project (PPP) for a degree course in nursing in the municipality of Santa Rosa. The data were collected using the focus group technique, which in turn utilized the square formation device for health, including participants from the areas of education, management, and social control; a total of eight participants represented the four sides of the square. Three sessions were held, the audio was recorded and subsequently transcribed, and the content analysis technique was used to analyze the data. Four pedagogical markers that affect the training of nurses emerged: Commitment to the SUS [Brazilian Unified Health Care System], Completeness of attention to health, Accountability in health care processes, and Management and leadership. Here we present a proposal for a base curriculum that will serve as a suggestion for implementing a nursing course from the perspective of reinforcing political and social commitment and meeting the requirements of new training models for higher education. In order for the proposed base curriculum to allow a new training mode for nurses, it is fundamental that this training process be guided by the health needs of the population, be integrated into the training with effective and two-way service, constructing a solid foundation to transform care practices and the work process, while understanding that complete care will truly be a reality once we understand the users and their problems as the center of health care.

This Scholar Paper fulfils the requirements of completion of a Postgraduate Course and presents the research carried out at the Professional Master's Program in Health Education (MEPS) of the Medical School of the Federal University of Alagoas, during the period from 2013 to 2015. This research work had the purpose of reconstitute the process of curricularising at the Brazilian Nursing Schools. The methodological approach selected was a documentary analysis of the data as qualitative research. The documents analyzed and interpreted by the technique of content analysis were: the National Curriculum Guidelines (DCN’s), the Course Curriculum Guidelines for Undergraduate in Nursing and Nursing Specific Legislation, as well as documents of entities as Regional Nursing Council, Federal Nursing Council and Brazilian Nursing Association (COREN/COFEN/ABEN). The categories that emerged in the results were: Training in Brazilian Nursing and Nursing Curriculum Documentary Bases in Brazil. It was observed that the curricularising process is evident through all the analysis of the thematic categories, although in a very unobtrusive way, but when associated within a general context it turns out on what it is called a curricularising process. In addition to the preparation of this article, it was decided that the product of this research could also generate a book on the subject, which is in the process of elaboration. The goal of this product is to offer a textual material (book) that can be made available and catalogued at the Central Library of the Federal University of Alagoas, expanding this way the access of the theme to scholars and teachers of undergraduate courses in Nursing, so it will be also available at Libraries of the Nursing Courses of other Colleges existing the State of Alagoas. / Este Trabalho Acadêmico de Conclusão de Curso apresenta a pesquisa realizada no Programa de Mestrado Profissional Ensino na Saúde (MPES) da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade Federal de Alagoas, durante o período de 2013 a 2015. Esta pesquisa propôs reconstituir o processo de curricularização da enfermagem brasileira. A opção metodológica foi a pesquisa documental como modalidade da pesquisa qualitativa. Os documentos analisados e interpretados pela técnica da análise de conteúdo foram as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais (DCN’s), Diretrizes Curriculares do Curso de Graduação em Enfermagem, e legislação específica de enfermagem, bem como documentos das entidades COREN/COFEN/ABEN. As categorias que emergiram nos resultados foram Formação na enfermagem brasileira e Bases documentais do currículo de enfermagem no Brasil. Observa-se que o processo de curricularização evidencia-se durante esta análise de categorias temáticas de forma muito discreta, porém quando associadas num contexto geral tem-se o que chamamos de processo de curricularização. Além da elaboração do artigo, como produto optou-se pela produção de um livro sobre a temática que encontra-se em fase de elaboração. O objetivo deste produto é produzir material textual (livro) que possa ser disponibilizado e catalogado na biblioteca central da UFAL expandindo o acesso a acadêmicos e docentes dos cursos de graduação em enfermagem, assim também disponibilizado às bibliotecas dos cursos de enfermagem das outras faculdades do estado de Alagoas.

Patient outcome data are an important factor in healthcare. Reports by the Institute of Medicine between 1999 and 2001, as well as recent research by Linda Aiken and her colleagues have added more emphasis to measures that can be taken to improve patient outcomes. Because of the role they play in healthcare facilities, nurse leaders are in a position to take the lead in improving patient outcomes. There is evidence to suggest that nurse leaders' transformational leadership behaviors are associated with positive patient outcomes. The purpose of this project was to identify the effect of transformational leadership skill-building training on nurse leaders' behavior in the acute care setting. The project included assessments of nine nurse leaders by those nurses which are supervised by the nurse leaders. The results indicated the nurse leaders' behavior score of 3.1 was in the transformational range (3.0-3.75.) Transformational leadership skill-building training followed the assessment process. A post training evaluation by the previous assessors followed the training. The distribution of the transformational leadership behavior scores did not change following the training.
