Pirmąjį sudaro krepšys- rankinė, dirţas- mini sijonas ir kepuraitė- kaklo papuošalas, antrąjį- krepšys- rankinė, dirţas- apykaklė, kepurė- beretė. Tai savarankiški aksesuarų komplektai, kurių pagalba galima sukurti skirtingus įvaizdţius. Jų išvaizda ir funkcija keičiama uţtrauktukų pagalba, kurie paslepia ar atidengia papildomus plotus, taip suteikdami gaminiams naują išvaizdą ar funkciją. Buvo pasirinkta turkio ir marmuruotos 3-ų spalvų derinio odos kombinacija. Also is a plenty goods from third countries, which are unsuccessfull interpretations of professional designers and have bad quality. Analising, how deigners of Europe and USA connects mutual styles, to be proper for buisy man for various life cases, were created two sets of accesories. First composition is made of bag-purse, belt-mini skirt and cap necklace, another one - bag-purse, belt-collar and cap-barret. It‘s independant accessories complects, which helps to create different styles. Those complects view and function can be changed by using zippers. It can hide or show additional areas of leather and that way it creates new look or function. It was decided to use turqoise and variet leather (which was coloried with 3 different colours) combination. After analysis of our days designers creation, conclusion is that universal accessories idea is not new, but still not enough explotated too. Šio magistro darbo tikslas yra pateikti pilną jungtinės universalumo teoremos Dirichlė L funkcijoms įrodymą. Darbas sudarytas iš keturių dalių. Pirmojoje, įvadinėje dalyje, yra aprašomi turimi duomenys ir suformuluojamas pagrindinis darbo rezultatas – teorema, kurią šiame darbe reikia įrodyti. Antrojoje dalyje suformuluojama ir įrodoma jungtinė ribinė teorema: P_T, kai T→∞, silpnai konverguoja į P_L_. Trečiojoje darbo dalyje pateikiama ribinio mato P_L_ atramos išraiška. Ketvirtojoje dalyje, remiantis jau gautais rezultatais bei pasitelkiant dar pora pagalbinių lemų, įrodomas pagrindinis magistro darbo rezultatas, kuris yra toks tvirtinimas: χ_1,...,χ_r yra poromis neekvivalentūs Dirichlė charakteriai. Su visais 1≤j≤r , tegul K_j⊂D yra kompaktinis poaibis, turintis jungųjį papildinį, o funkcija f_j (s) yra tolydi, nevirsta nuliu aibėje K_j ir yra analizinė aibės K_j viduje. Tuomet su kiekvienu ε>0 yra teisinga nelygybė, kuri reiškia, kad Dirichlė L funkcijų postūmių, aproksimuojančių duotą analizinių funkcijų rinkinį, aibė yra gana turtinga, ji turi teigiamą apatinį tankį. / The master‘s graduating work has been written by analyzing and presenting the joint universality theorem of Dirichlet L-functions. The work comprise 4 parts. A description of the available data has been made and the main purpose to prove the theorem has been formulated in the first part. The joint limit theorem (P_T converges weakly to P_L_ as T→∞) have been described and proved in the second part. The support of the limit measures P_L_ has been analyzed in the third part. Finally, by using some of the obtained results and a couple of auxiliary lemmas, the main result of this master’s graduating work has been proved, which is the assertion: suppose that χ_1,..., χ_r are pairwise non-equivalent Dirichlet characters. For all j=1,…,r, let K_j ⊂D be a compact subset with connected complement, and f_j (s) be a continuous non-vanishing functions on K_j which is analytic in the interior of K_j. Then, for every ε>0,we have an inequality which means, that the shifts of Dirichlet L-functions approximating the collection of given analytic function, the set is quite rich and it has a positive lover density.

Elipsinių kreivių L funkcijų išvestinės universalumo teoremos įrodymas remiasi ribinėmis teoremomis analizinių funkcijų erdvėje, tikimybinio mato silpno konvergavimo prasme. / The proof of the universality of the derivatives of L-functions of elliptic curves is based on a limit theorem in the sense of weak convergence of probability measures in the space of analytic functions.

Rusų matematikas S. M. Voroninas įrodė, kad vienos funkcijos pagalba galima aproksimuoti norimu tikslumu tam tikros srities kompleksinėse aibėse bet kurią analizinę funkciją. Tačiau neįrodė 1 teoremos analogo Dirichlė L funkcijoms. Darbo tikslas pateikti šios teoremos pilną įrodymą. / Russian mathematician S.M. Voronin proved, that any function can be approximated to the desired accuracy by one function in a specific sets in complex plane. But failed to theorem 1 analogue Dirichlet L-functions. The aim of this to provide a complete proof of the theorem.

Magistro darbas yra skirtas įrodyti šią hipotezę: suvokiant bei toleruojant skirtingą žmogaus teisių turinio interpretaciją skirtingose valstybėse ar regionuose, galima kovoti su terorizmo kaip socialinio reiškinio suaktyvėjimo priežastimis. Darbe yra analizuojamas dabartinis žmogaus teisių statusas ir reikšmė pasaulyje. Yra pripažįstama, jog žmogaus teisės pastaruoju metu yra naudojamas kaip matas, atskiriantis kas yra gerai, o kas yra ne. Žmogaus teisių idėja yra pripažįstama žmogaus kaip individo teisių sistema, kurios kontekste asmuo gali realizuoti savo galimybes bei tikslus. Žmogaus teisių idėjos universalumo problema yra ta, jog keliamas klausimas: kaip gali egzistuoti universali žmogaus teisių idėja pasaulyje, kuriame egzistuoja tiek daug skirtingų kultūrų, kas lemia skirtingą pagrindą jų suvokimui. Analizuojamas kultūrinio reliatyvizmo įtaka žmogaus teisių turinio interpretacijai. Darbe yra pripažįstama, jog egzistuoja žmogaus teisių idėjos universalumas, kuris savo forma – t.y. – globalumu (kaip žmogaus teisės yra įtvirtintos) – yra beveik vienodas, tačiau jo turinys yra reliatyvus, priklausomai nuo valstybės kultūros, istorijos, religijos ir pan. Bet turinio vertinimo kriterijai kilę labiau iš Vakarų civilizacijos. Darbe taip pat nagrinėjamas terorizmas. Yra teigiama, jog terorizmas yra objektyviai egzistuojantis socialinis reiškinys ir šiuo metu yra jo suaktyvėjimo etapas. Taip pat šiuo metu terorizmas yra maišomas su jo pasireiškimo forma – tai yra teroristines... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / SUMMARY THE UNIVERSALITY OF IDEA OF HUMAN RIGHTS: PROBLEMS AND A MEASURE TO FIGHT TERRORISM AS A SOCIAL PHENOMENON The aim of this master thesis is to prove hypothesis, that it is possible to fight terrorism as a social phenomenon by tolerating different interpretation of the idea of human right in different countries and regions. In this paper the current status of human rights are analyzed. It is concluded that human rights currently are used as sort of evaluation standard to decided what is positive and what is negative. It is summarized that the idea of human rights means a system of individual rights, as a context where human being can materialize his possibilities and aims. The universality of human rights faces the main problem: how can someone state, that in this culturally diverse world one same interpretation of human rights can exist. Cultural relativism is being analyzed as a mean to fight idea of universality. It is concluded that the idea of human rights universality exist, but the content of human rights is culturally relative, and their evaluation standards evolved more from Western than from Eastern society. Terrorism is analyzed as a social phenomenon which exists objectively. It is stated the nowadays problem is that there is no distinction made between terrorists and terrorism.
