В магистерской диссертации представлены результаты исследования регионального компонента в ономастическом пространстве города Екатеринбурга. Существование регионального компонента в ономастическом пространстве рассматривается как следствие вербального проявления коллективного регионального самосознания, региональной идентичности. Ономастическое пространство Екатеринбурга, содержащее региональную лингвокультурную информацию, представлено в виде трехуровневой модели маркеров региональной идентичности. В диссертации используется метод социопсихолингвистического опроса горожан для выведения в «светлое поле сознания» элементов осознанного отношения к своей региональной идентичности. / The master's thesis presents the results of a study of the regional component in the onomastic space of the city of Yekaterinburg. The existence of a regional component in the onomastic space is considered as a consequence of the verbal manifestation of the collective regional self-consciousness, regional identity. The onomastic space of Yekaterinburg, containing regional linguocultural information, is presented as a three-level model of regional identity markers. The dissertation uses the method of sociopsycholinguistic survey of citizens to bring into the «bright field of consciousness» elements of a conscious attitude to their regional identity.

The objective of the study is to develop a web application for automating the processes of settling and living students in university dormitories. The research methods include: analysis of specialized literature; as is and to be models in describing systems; - modeling methods according to BPMN 2.0 notations; a computational experiment on model data for distributing input data according to specified parameters. This paper studies the existing system of settling and living students in UrFU dormitories. During the analysis, AS IS and TO BE models were built to display the difference after the implementation of the automated system. After that, the stages of designing the web application "Accommodation at UrFU" are described, which include: designing the system architecture, designing the database architecture, user interface layouts, work logic (backend) and integration with systems. / Цель исследования – разработка веб-приложения для автоматизации процессов поселения и проживания студентов в общежитиях университетов. Методы исследования включают в себя: - анализ специальной литературы; модели as is и to be при описании систем; методы моделирования по нотациям BPMN 2.0; - вычислительный эксперимент на модельных данных по распределению входных данных согласно заданным параметрам. В данной работе проведено исследование существующей системы поселения и проживания студентов в общежитиях УрФУ. В ходе анализа построены модели AS IS и TO BE для отображения разницы после внедрения автоматизированной системы. После чего описаны этапы проектирования веб-приложения «Проживание УрФУ», в которые входит: проектирование архитектуры системы, проектирование архитектуры базы данных, макеты пользовательского интерфейса, логика работы (бэкенд) и интеграции с системами.

Some linguists in the nineteenth century argued for the existence of a "Turanian" family of languages in Eastern Europe and Northern Asia, claiming the common descent of a vast range of languages like Hungarian, Finnish, Turkish, Mongol, Manchu, and their relatives and dialects. Of such linguists, Friedrich Max Müller (1823-1900) was an important developer and popularizer of a version of the Turanian theory across Europe, given his influence as a German-born Oxford professor in Victorian England from the 1850s onwards. Although this theory lost ground in academic linguistics from the mid twentieth century, a pan-nationalist movement pushing for the political unity of all Turanians emerged in Hungary and the Ottoman Empire from the Fin-de-siècle era. This thesis focuses on the history of this linguistic theory in the nineteenth century, examining Müller's methodology and assumptions behind his Turanian concept. It argues that, in the comparative-historical trend in linguistics in an age of European imperialism, Müller followed evolutionary narratives of languages based on word morphologies in which his contemporaries rationalized the superiority of "inflectional" Indo-European languages over "agglutinating" Turanian languages. Building on the "Altaic" theory of the earlier Finnish linguist and explorer Matthias Castrén, Müller factored in the more primitive nomadic lifestyle of many peoples speaking agglutinating languages to genealogically group them into the Turanian family. Müller's universalist Christian values gave him a touch of sympathy for all human languages and religions, but he reinforced the hierarchical view of cultures in his other comparative sciences of mythology and religion as well. This picture was challenged in the cultural pessimism of the Fin de siècle with the Pan-Turanists turning East to their nomadic heritage for inspiration.

The aim of this master's thesis is to find out the possibility of building a passive house in the Ural region. To achieve this goal it was necessary to solve the following problems, the results are presented in the thesis: 1) to define the concept of "passive house"; 2) to identify the technologies used under the construction of energy efficient buildings; 3) to consider the alternative mounting options of low-rise buildings; 4) to establish the geographic and climatic conditions of the selected area; 5) to describe the socio-economic situation in the region; 6) to reveal the specifics of the Passive House in the Ural Federal District. It was found out that construction of a Passive House in compliance with all the relevant technologies and global standards of Passive Houses in the climatic conditions of the Ural region at this stage is difficult. The main reasons of that are the following: 1) The climatic conditions of the region require for increasing the insulation layer, development and application of new types of insulating materials with higher resistance to heat transfer. 2) The economic conditions of the region determine the choice in favor of budget accommodation rather than innovation. 3) The complexity of the design, the lack of professionals and practical experience in the construction of passive houses. Для реализации поставленной цели необходимо было решить следующие задачи, результаты изложены в диссертации: 1) определить понятие "Пассивный дом"; 2) обозначить технологии, применяемые при строительстве энергоэффективных зданий; 3) рассмотреть альтернативные возможности монтажа малоэтажных строений; 4) установить географо-климатических условия выбранной территории; 5) описать социально-экономическую ситуацию заданного региона; 6) выявить специфику пассивного дома для Уральского федерального округа. Установлено, что постройка пассивного дома с соблюдением всех технологий и соответствующего общемировым стандартам пассивного дома на данном этапе в климатических условиях Уральского региона затруднительна. Основными причинами этого являются: 1) Климатические условия региона, требующие увеличения слоя изоляции, разработки и применения новых видов изолирующих материалов с большим сопротивлением теплопередаче. 2) Экономические условия региона, определяющие выбор в пользу бюджетного жилья, нежели инновационного. 3) Сложность конструкции, отсутствие специалистов и практического опыта строительства пассивных домов. Цель исследования: выявить и проанализировать существующие стратегии продвижения города Сухой Лог и оценить их перспективность. Для её достижения были поставлены задачи: провести анализ и определение понятий продвижения территории, рассмотреть существующие направления стратегии продвижения города, провести поиск и анализ перспективных направлений стратегического развития города Сухой Лог, а также ресурсный анализ и анализ информационного пространства города. Далее, предстояла разработка критериев перспективности стратегии продвижения города, а, на основе данной оценки, разработка примерной стратегии продвижения города Сухой Лог. / The purpose of the study: to identify and analyze existing strategies for promoting the city of Sukhoi Log and evaluate their prospects. To achieve it, the tasks were set: to analyze and define the concepts of promoting the territory, to consider the existing directions of the city’s promotion strategy, to search and analyze the perspective directions of the strategic development of the city of Sukhoi Log, as well as the resource analysis and analysis of the city’s information space. Further, the development of promising criteria for the strategy of promoting the city was to be developed, and, based on this assessment, the development of an approximate strategy for promoting the city of Sukhoi Log.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена исследованию поэтики трансгрессии в произведениях современной уральской литературы разных родо-жанровых форм. Материалом исследования стали произведения уральских авторов, являющихся знаковыми фигурами не только для региональной, но и общероссийской литературы: роман Алексея Сальникова «Отдел», пьесы Рината Ташимова и книги стихов Александра Вавилова. В работе исследуются способы репрезентации трансгрессивных феноменов в произведениях современной уральской литературы, выявляется роль и специфика форм трансгрессии в индивидуально-авторских концепциях миромоделирования, определяются сходства и различия приемов изображение трансгрессии в произведениях разных родо-жанровых форм. / The master's thesis is devoted to the study of the poetics of transgression in the works of modern Ural literature of various genre forms. The material of the study was the works of Ural authors who are iconic figures not only for regional, but also for all-Russian literature: Alexey Salnikov's novel «Department», Rinat Tashimov's plays and Alexander Vavilov's poetry books. The paper examines the ways of representing transgressive phenomena in the works of modern Ural literature, reveals the role and specificity of the forms of transgression in the individual author's concepts of world modeling, identifies similarities and differences in the methods of depicting transgression in the works of different genre forms.

This thesis is concerned with the ways in which Muslims in Russia’s Povolzhye region define, and strive towards, spiritual and material well-being. It explores how pious subjectivities are cultivated in a secular and often politically hostile environment. In addition, it deals with Povolzhye Muslims’s pursuit of worldly success in the context of social change brought about by Russia’s transition to a market economy. Povolzhye is a prosperous, multi-ethnic and multi-confessional historical region, home to Russia’s second largest ethnic group, the Volga Tatars. Although the Tatars have been Sunni Muslims for centuries, the post-Soviet emergence of cosmopolitan, scripturalist piety trends – which I collectively refer to as Povolzhye’s ‘halal movement’ – has raised unprecedented concerns and disputes about the meaning of Muslimness and the place of Muslims in Russian society. Scripturalist virtue-ethics projects have been underrepresented within the expanding body of anthropological literature concerning Islam in the former USSR, and particularly in the Russian Federation. With its explicit ethnographic focus on Povolzhye’s halal movement, this work aims at filling this gap. The halal movement is characterised by its hypermodern transnational imagery as well as significant discursive overlapping with the realms of business and economy. The pursuit of a virtuous existence is particularly appealing to those ascending sectors of society that most successfully engage with Russia’s post-socialist free-market environment, while the idiom of piety both communicates and dissimulates novel forms of stratification and exclusion. This project brings together anthropological theories of ethical self-cultivation with approaches that focus on power, social change, and political economy. In order to explore the political life of the halal movement vis-à-vis both state institutions and the market, I employ Giorgio Agamben’s notions of ‘form-of-life’ and ‘rule/law’, which shed light on the relationship between power and virtue in original ways. In addition, particular attention is given to the social distribution of virtue and the role it plays in reproducing distinction, status, and a ‘capitalist spirit’.
