CoordenaÃÃo de AperfeiÃoamento de Pessoal de NÃvel Superior / Com o presente estudo, intenta-se registrar e analisar, em uma perspectiva psicolingÃÃstica, o processo de apropriaÃÃo da escrita por adultos, no inÃcio da alfabetizaÃÃo escolar. O objetivo desse trabalho consiste da identificaÃÃo das estratÃgias e hipÃteses elaboradas por adultos que estÃo em processo de alfabetizaÃÃo para apontar possÃveis diferenÃas entre o modo como as crianÃas e os adultos concebem a escrita. A partir das contribuiÃÃes de Piaget e de Vigotski,na psicologia; de Kato e Scliar-Cabral, na psicolingÃÃstica, alÃm das investigaÃÃes de Ferreiro e Teberosky sobre a concepÃÃo da escrita, procurou-se destacar os aspectos que caracterizam esse processo vivenciado pelos adultos. Os dados analisados revelaram que os adultos se diferenciam da crianÃa, durante esse processo de apropriaÃÃo da escrita, por jà reconhecerem a funÃÃo da escrita, perceberam a relaÃÃo existente entre a fala e a escrita e utilizam seus conhecimentos sobre esse sistema para comeÃar a produzi-la. / This present study sought to register and to analyze, in a psycholinguistics perspective, the process of writing appropriation for adults, in the beginning of the pertaining to school literacy. The objective of this work consists of the identification of the strategies and hypotheses elaborated for adults who are in literacy process to point possible differences between the way as the children and the adults conceive the writing. From the contributions of Piaget and Vigotski, in psychology; Kato and Scliar-Cabral, in the psycholinguistics, beyond the inquiries from Ferreiro and Teberosky on the conception of the writing, was looked to detach the aspects that the adults and children present lived deeply for strategies, during this process of appropriation of the writing, because these adults for already recognizing the function of the writing, the existing relation between specks and the writing and to use its knowledge on this system to start the produce it.
