Nagrinėjant pasirinktą temą norima išsiaiškinti kokie veiksniai daro įtaką vaikų ir jaunimo klubų veiklai ir kokios veiklos gerinimo galimybės leistų tikėtis dinamiškų ir veiksmingų pokyčių. / The aim of the paper is to explore the optimum possibilities of the movement in the children and youth clubs. The methods used to reach the aim are these: the analysis of the science literature, which studies the informal education; the research with questioners.

This thesis is based on two years of participant observation in a municipal youth club in a Swedish city suburb. In focus is a group of 14-19 year old boys and their relations to peers and to the staff of the club. Rock music playing, the activity they engage in, is studied as a part of the youth club practice, and seen as a communicative process in which relations are lived out. Two approaches are identified; "to go for it" and "to have fun" both of which become important in the boys´ musical awareness, as well as their attitude to life. The youth club is seen as a place where a particular kind of democratic dilemma is grappled with. The club has the pedagogical aim of creating meaningful leisure time on the visitors tenns, but also of disciplining them and functioning as an instrument of guidance into adult life values. Questions of power-relations and institutionalization are discussed through notions of the dialectic of control (Giddens); of authority (Sennett), and of Goffman's analysis of life within public institutions. In this setting, the complexity of power and of growing up in modem society are studied. Both groups; the staff and the visitors, are seen as jointly shaping and recreating a communicative practice through interaction, with music playing as the medium through which relations are transformedand hierarchies seemingly overturned at the same time as social control is cemented and protest limited.

På grund av ett intresse för de olika metoder som använts för att kunna arbeta på ett effektivt sätt med barn och ungdomar, valde jag en specifik ungdomsverksamhet. Verksamheten är, på grund av sina avskiljande metoder, unik jämfört med andra ungdomsverksamheter. Stränga och klara regler samt direkta åtgärder är några av de avskiljande metoderna. Då syftet med undersökningen var att undersöka Rapatac’s syn på hälsofostran, och tillämpningen av demokratisk värdegrund i praktiken, gjordes studien i form av en kvalitativ undersökning inspirerad av narrativ teori. Studiens resultat baserades på fyra intervjuer, vilka genomfördes med fyra anställda som var i direkt kontakt med barn och ungdomar inom verksamheten. Studien visade att verksamheten hade delade åsikter om pedagogiska åtgärder i jämförelse med de forskningar som togs upp i studien. Personalen inom verksamheten Rapatac hade genomtänkta pedagogiska metoder i sitt sätt att fostra barn och ungdomar. Demokratisk värdegrund tillämpades både i praktiken och i teorin. Trots att man inte kopplade en bra självbild och sociala relationer direkt till hälsa, var man medveten om dess effekter på individens framgång i samhället. Studiens resultat delades upp i olika teman; berättelse om demokratisk värdegrund, berättelse om ungdomars hälsofostran, berättelse om personalens påverkan på ungdomars socialfostran, berättelse om att skapa förtroende och trygghet, berättelse om personalens arbetsglädje och utvecklingsidéer samt berättelse om samverkan med omgivande samhälle. Det som tidigare forskning har visat, bekräftas genom denna studie. The aim of this work is presented view to field multicultural education in context out of school environment, specifically in youth club using the treshold principles. Main research method is semi-structure interviews with coordinators of youth club using the treshold priciples in Plzeňský and Karlovarský region, next method is document analysis.

This theoretical and empirical thesis with title Influence of experiential education to clients youth club, it is dealing with the topic of the experiential education and the topic of youth club in the theoretical part. The practical part then connects these areas to the practical example. Using qualitative interviews with participants, we answer to the question: What is the significance for their development are aware of the trip participants with experiential education components, organized NZDM Dixie? The introduced diploma thesis deals with the application of ethics in social work in Open door youth club Cross in Strakonice, where the Roma are the target group of clients. The diploma thesis is divided into three parts. The first chapter deals with the everyday problems of Romany people, from the history to social situation of Romany ethnic group of nowadays. The question of education of the Roma in Czech school system is also included there. The aim of the second chapter is to introduce the Open door youth club Cross, to present the role of this organisation, its principles, aims and its target group of clients who are very often considered to be in unfavourable life and social situations. The third chapter is the fundamental part of the diploma thesis. The main focus is on moral acting of social workers and on the sense, necessity and application of ethic rules in social work, especially while working with Roma clients in Open door youth club Cross.

This work focus to social and educational work with gypsy adolescents in youth club,consistents of worthiness and human rights. This theoretical work describes Gypsies in the territory of Czech republic mainly in present. It defines and describes period of adolescence, it represents differences between of Gypsies adolescence and youth of majority world. This work decribes youth club as one of the recent social services in Czech republic, focus to explanation of principle low-treshold, definition of purposes, target group, offered services and individual planning. This planning is very important for work with these clients in youth club. There is else definition of human worthiness, human rights and theirs setting to national and international legal documents. The ethical dilemmas are described, which the workers in youth club confronted in praxis in the end. The way of possible approach to maintain and support the human worthiness and client´s rights. The aim of this thesis is to show that workers youth club approach based on respect for the dignity and rights of every human being leads the clients to positively influence their personality and morality, to shape their values.

Магистерская диссертация «Профилактика экстремизма в молодежной среде в клубах по месту жительства (на примере ГО Верхняя Пышма)» состоит из 2 глав, введения, заключения, библиографического списка и приложений. Целью диссертационной работы являлась разработка и внедрение программы по профилактике экстремизма в молодёжной среде в клубах по месту жительства и проведение социологического исследования среди молодёжи клубов по месту жительства. Объектом диссертационного исследования является процесс профилактики экстремизма в подростково-молодежной среде в клубах по месту жительства. Предметом диссертационного исследования - организация работы клубов по месту жительства ГО Верхняя Пышма Свердловской области по профилактике экстремизма в молодежной среде. Объем работы составил 75 страниц. В работе содержатся 2 приложения, 2 таблицы. The purpose of the dissertation work was to develop and implement a program for the prevention of extremism among the youth in clubs at the place of residence and conduct a sociological study among the youth of clubs at the place of residence. The object of the dissertation research is the process of preventing extremism among adolescents and youth in clubs at the place of residence. The subject of the dissertation research is the organization of the work of clubs at the place of residence of the municipality Verkhnyaya Pyshma of the Sverdlovsk region for the prevention of extremism among the youth. The volume of work was 75 pages. The work contains 2 applications, 2 tables. The bibliographic list contains 56 sources.
