The diploma thesis is focused on international student mobility. Thesis defines the basic concepts of mobility, programs supporting the international mobility of students and the activities of the European Union in the field of tertiary education at international and national level. Based on the results of own research conducted through questionnaire and in-depth interviews the relationship between the graduation of international mobility and the employment of students is examined. Recommendations related to the support of development of mobility and cooperation between countries based on conducted qualitative and quantitative research are suggested.

The diploma thesis deals with recruitment process in organizations and its perception by graduate candidates. The aim of the diploma thesis is to identify factors in recruitment process that graduate candidates perceive as relevant for making judgments about the organization. Firstly, the thesis introduces a framework of knowledge in the area of recruitment process, its strategy and methods complemented by ethical standards and employer branding conception. Characteristics of the target group of candidates are also introduced with emphasis on Generation Y specification, as graduate candidates are part of this group. Significant part of the work is represented by current findings on the topic of candidates' perception of the recruitment process and factors that are positively or negatively influencing their perception of the organization. Empirical research with mixed research design is also a part of this thesis, and its aim is to investigate the recruitment process in relation to both candidates and HR professionals, to get a holistic view on the topic. Education is an important component of social and economic development and an essential factor that affects the classification of each individual in society. This diploma is focused on a connection of educational system and labour market. The theoretical part deals with educational system and the vision of educational policy which should reflect the social demands in the long term. The educational system is directly connected with the labour market. Graduates who come on the market to find their place are specific group. The supply is mainly based on achieved level of education and a field of study. Demand for their skills is not often in accordance with the offer and endangers their chances of success. The objective of the diploma is to analyse regional labour market of graduates in the district of Nymburk. The survey between students and pupils of high schools in the region was an unnecessary part of its work. This survey should have shown motives of choice of studied subject and approach of future graduates in terms of searching for a very first and further jobs in their career.

The thesis analyses factors affecting employability of tertiary education graduates. The theoretical part of the thesis is concerned with characteristics of tertiary education, labour market and especially with the list of main factors affecting the transition of graduates from education to the labour market. The factors are divided into external and internal. The quantitative research attending in particular to the internal factors, which graduates can influence. Primary data are obtained from graduates through an electronics questioning and processed in the statistical program. Based on these data are identified factors affecting employability in individual markets and are further evaluate in discussion.

This thesis researches the factors influencing university graduates of economic fields of studies in Southern Moravia, Zlin a Moravian-Silesian region. These factors are analysed by means of quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey where respondents are the surveyed university graduates. The research is intended financial demands of studies and identify factors that have an impact on employment of graduates in the labor market. These factors are compared based on their significance. The theoretical part is focused on the issues of the graduates and their position in the labor market, unemployment and presenting the issues concerning the factors and human resources.

This work talks about the level of information knowledge of University students. It investigates what kind of knowledge of informatics the entering students have or should have. The students should understands the basics of informatics and be able to operate elementary software. The entry requirements determine RVP and ŠVP. The knowledge of informatics is tested in the ITT subject in an Information Technology test, which is necessary for registration of further subjects at the Department of Informatics. The exit requirements for the University students are set by the creation of their thesis (Bachelors and Masters). The author of the thesis analysis ŠVP and RVP of Informatics for high school education and the information contained in Cermat catalogues. The thesis also analysis the requirements of particular departments. The IT tests will be changed according to the newly discovered requirements. The author will also create a semi automated machine for evaluation of IT tests. The software will enable the students to upload their files and compare them with the correct solution. The software will also show the percentage of success of the results.

The diploma thesis is focused on the situation of university graduates in Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries. The main objective of the thesis is to analyse opinions, attitudes and expectations of today's university graduates in the CEE region, with focus on the Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia, and then, based on this analysis, to define recommendations for companies. This analytical part is preceded by a general definition of relationship between university graduates and companies, concentrating particularly on their recruitment, as well as description of labour market and system of tertiary education in CEE countries. Furthermore, education policy of European Union and its influence on development of tertiary education systems in the region is also mentioned.

The thesis also contains the view of teachers. As I am a former graduate and present teacher on this commercial Academy my main goal was to catch the both points of view. The thesis also shortly describes the implementation of state final exams and the system of high school's financing.

This thesis deals with the application of university graduates in the labor market. The main aim of this thesis is to find out how graduates apply for the job market, and propose any recommendations to enhance their employability. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on the knowledge from literature and defines the basic concepts and theoretical basis related to the labor market and graduates of university. The practical part contains an analysis of a questionnaire survey conducted among university graduates. The final part summarizes the results of the survey and includes recommendations, which should help to improve their employability in the labor market.
