Over the past two decades, technology has developed tremendously, at an almost exponential rate. While this development has served the nation in numerous different positive ways, negatives have also emerged. One such negative is that of computer crime. This criminality has even grown so fast as to leave current digital forensic tools lagging behind in terms of development, and capabilities to manage such increasing and sophisticated types of crime. In essence the time taken to analyse a case is huge and increasing, and cases are not fully or properly investigated. This results in an ever-increasing number of pending and unsolved cases pertaining to computer crime. Digital forensics has become an essential tool in the fight against computer crime, providing both procedures and tools for the acquisition, examination and analysis of digital evidence. However, the use of technology is expanding at an ever-increasing rate, with the number of devices a single user might engage with increasing from a single device to 3 or more, the data capacity of those devices reaching far into the Terabytes, and the nature of the underlying technology evolving (for example, the use of cloud services). This results in an incredible challenge for forensic examiners to process and analyse cases in an efficient and effective manner. This thesis focuses upon the examination and analysis phases of the investigative process and considers whether automation of the process is possible. The investigation begins with researching the current state of the art, and illustrates a wide range of challenges that are facing the digital forensics investigators when analysing a case. Supported by a survey of forensic researchers and practitioners, key challenges were identified and prioritised. It was found that 95% of participants believed that the number of forensic investigations would increase in the coming times, with 75% of participants believing that the time consumed in such cases would increase. With regards to the digital forensic sophistication, 95% of the participants expected a rise in the complexity level and sophistication of digital forensics. To this end, an automated intelligent system that could be used to reduce the investigator’s time and cognitive load was found to be a promising solution. A series of experiments are devised around the use of Self-Organising Maps (SOMs) – a technique well known for unsupervised clustering of objects. The analysis is performed on a range of file system and application-level objects (e.g. email, internet activity) across four forensic cases. Experiment evaluations revealed SOMs are able to successfully cluster forensic artefacts from the remaining files. Having established SOMs are capable of clustering wanted artefacts from the case, a novel algorithm referred to as the Automated Evidence Profiler (AEP), is proposed to encapsulate the process and provide further refinement of the artefact identification process. The algorithm led to achieving identification rates in examined cases of 100% in two cases and 94% in a third. A novel architecture is proposed to support the algorithm in an operational capacity – considering standard forensic techniques such as hashing for known files, file signature analysis, application-level analysis. This provides a mechanism that is capable of utilising the A E P with several other components that are able to filter, prioritise and visualise artefacts of interest to investigator. The approach, known as Automated Forensic Examiner (AFE), is capable of identifying potential evidence in a more efficient and effective manner. The approach was evaluated by a number of experts in the field, and it was unanimously agreed that the chosen research problem was one with great validity. Further to this, the experts all showed support for the Automated Forensic Examiner based on the results of cases analysed.

Comparative Study of Reliability of Ferroelectric and Anti-Ferroelectric MemoriesPešić, Milan, Schroeder, Uwe, Slesazeck, Stefan, Mikolajick, Thomas 23 November 2021 (has links)
With the discovery of the ferroelectric (FE) properties within HfO₂, the scaling gap between state-of-the-art technology nodes and non-volatile memories based on FE materials can be bridged. In addition to non-volatility, new memory concepts should guarantee sufficient endurance and operation stability. However, in contrast to optimized perovskite based FEs, binary oxide based FE memories still show changes in the memory window (MW) followed by either hard breakdown or closure of the MW. Recently, we have shown that anti-FE (AFE) materials exhibit very stable and significantly higher endurance with respect to the FE counterparts. Inspired by the robustness and remarkable cycling performance of the AFE materials, we analyze the remaining reliability aspects of these devices. By characterizing the pure film properties of capacitor stacks and switching performance when integrated into devices, we compare and investigate temperature stability, imprint, retention, and variability of both FE and AFE memories. We investigate if the lower energetic barrier to be overcome together with partial switching and lower switching induced stress are responsible for the higher endurance of the AFE with respect to the FE based memories. By utilizing charge trapping and charge pumping tests together with leakage current spectroscopy in combination with comprehensive modeling we check that assumption. Moreover, we identify the interfacial buffer layer as the weakest link of these devices.

Design and Assessment of a Grid Connected Industrial Full-SiC Converter for 690 V GridsFuentes Castro, Carlos Daniel 20 May 2022 (has links)
Die Bedeutung von Leistungshalbleitern mit großem Bandabstand (Wide Band Gap, WBG) nahm in den letzten drei Jahrzehnten kontinuierlich zu. Diese Bauelemente haben das Potenzial, Silizium (Si) - Bauelemente in bestimmten Anwendungen sowie Leistungs- und Frequenzbereichen zu ersetzen. Siliziumkarbid (SiC)-Leistungshalbleiter sind die gegenwärtig am Weitesten entwickelten WBG-Leistungshalbleiter. Dank besonderer Materialeigenschaften zeichnen sich SiC-Leistungshalbleiter im Vergleich zu Si-Bauelementen durch einen geringeren spezifischen Widerstand, eine höhere Schaltgeschwindigkeit, geringere schaltverluste sowie eine höhere maximale Sperrschichttemperatur aus.
Die deutlich erhöhten Herstellungskosten limitieren den Einsatz von SiC-Leistungshalbleitern auf Anwendungen, in denen die Vorteile dieser Bauelemente die höheren Kosten überkompensieren und Systemvorteile ermöglichen. Heute werden SiC-Leistungshalbleiter z.B. in Solarwechselrichtern oder in Elektrofahrzeugen verwendet. Für Stromrichter industrieller elektrischer Antriebe ist die Kosten-Nutzen-Bilanz des Einsatzes von SiC-Leistungshalbleitern gegenwärtig nicht bekannt. Diese Fragestellung motiviert diese Arbeit. Die Auslegung sowie die daraus resultierenden Vor- und Nachteile eines Stromrichters mit SiC-Leistungshalbleitern für elektrische Industrieantriebe ist der Untersuchungsgegenstand dieser Arbeit.
Zu diesem Zweck wurde unter Einhaltung industrieller Auslegungskriterien ein 240 kVA SiC-basierter Stromrichterdemonstrator als aktiver Gleichrichter am dreiphasigen 690 V Niederspannungsnetz untersucht. Auf der Basis einer Stromrichterauslegung für SiC- und Si-Leistungshalbleiter wurde ein theoretischer Vergleich von Kosten, Effizienz, Größe und Gewicht durchgeführt. Die Arbeit stellt zunächst den Stand der Technik für SiC-Leistungshalbleiter dar. Anschließend wird ein geeignetes SiC-MOSFET Module für den industriellen Stromrichter ausgewählt und bezüglich des Schaltverhaltens sowie der Parallelschaltung charakterisiert. Der Auslegung des Stromrichterleistungsteils liegen industrielle Anforderungen zu Grunde. Ein realisierter Demonstrator für einen netzseitigen Stromrichter (Active Front End) ist durch eine symmetrische Parallelschaltung von zwei SiC-Modulen, geeignete Ansteuerschaltungen (Gate Drive Units), eine niedrige Streuinduktivität im Kommutierungskreis sowie ein LCL-Filter mit Standard-Kernmaterialien gekennzeichnet. Der Stromrichtervergleich zeigt, dass der betrachtete Stromrichter mit SiC-Leistungshalbleitern im gesamten Betriebsbereich geringere Verluste verursacht als ein vergleichbarer Stromrichter mit Si-Leistungshalbleitern. Der SiC - basierte Stromichter ermöglicht auch eine deutliche Gewichtsreduktion bei ca. 89% der Systemkosten. Somit stellen SiC-Leistungshalbleiter eine attraktive technische Lösung für die untersuchte Anwendung eines aktiven Gleichrichters für industrielle elektrische Antriebe dar. / Wide bandgap (WBG) power semiconductors have drawn steadily increasing interest in power electronics in the last three decades. These devices have shown the potential of replacing silicon as the default semiconductor solution for several applications in determined power and frequency ranges. Among them the most mature WBG semiconductor material is silicon carbide (SiC), which presents several characteristics at the crystal level that translate in the potential of presenting lower resistivity, be able to switch faster with lower switching loss, and present both higher characteristics to tolerate and dissipate heat when com pared with silicon. However, the same characteristics that make it great also present a different set of drawbacks to be considered, which aligned with its increased cost make it challenging to assess if its advantages are justified for a particular application. Applications that highly value efficiency and/or power density are the most benefited, and converter solutions featuring the technology have already breached into these application markets. However in other applica tions, the line from which silicon carbide starts making sense in the cost/benefits/drawbacks balance is not clear. This is typically the case of industrial applications, which were the main focus and motivation of this work.
Hence, in this work the main goal has been to determine the basic characteristics, advantages and limitations that SiC technology designs for industrial low voltage high power grid connected converters present. To that end, a 690 V,
240 kVA SiC-based grid-tied converter demonstrator following industrial design criteria has been developed. Then, based on this design procedure a theoretical comparison between a 690 V, 190 kVA SiC-based converter against a silicon-based converter designed for the same power output has been performed to compare them regarding cost, efficiency, size and weight. This work also comprises a thorough revision of the state of art of SiC devices, which led to the selection of the switching device. Additionally, a characterization of both single and parallel-connected operation of the semiconductor modules was performed, to determine the module characteristics and its suitability to build the SiC converter demonstrator.
Results show that the converter demonstrator operates as designed, proving that is possible with the corresponding precautions to achieve: a low inductive power loop, balanced parallel connection of SiC modules, adequate driving circuits for the parallel-connected modules and an adequate filtering solution in compliance with grid-codes based on standard core materials for the selected switching frequency. Finally, the theoretical comparison between the two designed power converters shows that, attained to the conditions of the comparison, the SiC converter solution presents efficiency gains over the whole operating range, while presenting substantial weight savings at 89% of the costs of the Si-IGBT design, presenting itself as the cost-effective solution for the presented application requirements under the given design constraints.

Previous issue date: 2015-08-24 / O objeto do estudo foi elaborar uma modelo estrutural completo dos fatores que influenciam o sucesso da atuação do PMO e que benefícios essa atuação positiva traria para a gestão de projetos no Sistema Eletrobras e a partir disso, realizar um aperfeiçoamento do modelo estrutural por meio de métodos estatísticos. Para isso foi realizado uma pesquisa de campo (survey) no intuito de levantar dados junto aos profissionais envolvidos em Gestão de Projetos dentro do Sistema Eletrobras, a partir do modelo proposto e foram evidenciados os fatores de sucesso na atuação do PMO (Project Management Office) que possibilitam o escritório de gerenciamento de projetos tornar-se um vetor de gestão por excelência na empresa. Para alcançar o objetivo idealizado, realizou-se (a) Levantamento bibliográfico para conceituar gerenciamento de projetos e PMOs, (b) identificou-se os fatores que influenciam o sucesso de atuação do PMO, (c) identificou-se as abordagens teóricas dos fatores diretos que mais contribuem para que o PMO da Eletrobras possa atuar como um vetor de gestão por excelência, otimizando o aumento da eficiência da sua atuação e o sucesso na gestão de projetos. Averiguou-se quais abordagens teóricas, a partir do sucesso de atuação do PMO, traziam benefícios para a gestão de Projetos no Sistema Eletrobras. Assim, para realizar os trabalhos estatísticos para a avaliação de adequação do modelo, foi utilizado o software SPSS Statistics, para a execução da AFE (Análise Fatorial Exploratória), em busca de testar o modelo baseado na teoria previamente apresentada. Foram obtidas 116 respostas válidas preenchidas por colaboradores com envolvimento em gerenciamento de projetos no sistema Eletrobras. No início o modelo teórico era composto por vinte abordagens teóricas e três fatores independentes. Após as etapas do SEM, obteve-se dezessete abordagens e dois fatores independentes, diferentes do modelo proposto. Com isso, a hipóteses H1 e H2 não foram rejeitadas, pois apresentaram fator significante com (P < 0,05). A hipótese H3 teve que ser excluída, pois na AFE suas abordagens teóricas compuseram um único conjunto com a hipótese H2, visto que a Matriz da Variância Total Explicada demonstrou ser o modelo mais ajustado com somente dois fatores. Todas as análises foram validadas pelo alpha de cronbach. / The object of study was preparing a full structural model of the factors that influence the success of the PMO acting and that this positive performance would bring benefits for project management in the Eletrobras System and from this, carry out an improvement of the structural model through methods Statistical. For it was conducted a field survey (survey) in order to collect data with professionals involved in Project Management within the Eletrobras System, from the proposed model and were shown the success factors in the performance of the PMO (Project Management Office) which enable the project management office become a vector of management excellence by the company. To achieve the idealized goal, there was (a) Bibliographic survey to conceptualize project management and PMOs, (b) identified the factors that influence the PMO acting success, (c) identify the theoretical approaches of the factors direct that contribute most to the PMO Eletrobras can act as a vector management par excellence, optimizing the increased efficiency of its operations and success in project management. It was found that theoretical approaches, from the PMO acting success, bringing benefits to the Project management in the Eletrobras System. Thus, to perform statistical work for the evaluation of the adequacy of the model, SPSS Statistics software was used, for the implementation of EFA (Exploratory Factor Analysis), seeking to test the model based on the theory presented previously. 116 valid responses were obtained filled by employees with involvement in project management in the Eletrobras System. Earlier the theoretical model was composed of twenty theoretical approaches and three independent factors. After the stages of SEM, seventeen approaches was obtained and two independent factors, other than this model. With this, the H1 and H2 hypotheses were not rejected because they presented with significant factor (P <0.05). The hypothesis H3 had to be excluded, as their theoretical approaches the AFE comprised a single set with the hypothesis H2, whereas Matrix Total Variance Explained proved to be the most adjusted model with only two factors. All analyzes were validated by Cronbach's alpha.

[pt] Este trabalho apresenta o crescimento de pressão no anular causado pela
fluência do sal e relaciona com o cálculo deste fenômeno quanto ao efeito
térmico, que é normalmente conhecido por APB (annular pressure build-up). Este
fenômeno não é modelado em softwares comerciais e deve ser considerado em
poços de pré-sal. O cálculo de APB considera três mecanismos geradores de
pressão no anular: expansão térmica do fluido do anular, expansão do tubing e
influxo e efluxo do fluido confinado no anular. Mudanças no volume do anular,
causados pela fluência do sal, podem ser tratadas como um quarto mecanismo,
equivalente ao influxo de fluido no cálculo do APB. O cálculo deste fenômeno
pode ser incorporado a um modelo de cálculo acoplado ( multistring casing
design ) através da programação do APB causado pelo efeito de expansão térmica
dos fluidos confinados e o APB causado pela fluência do sal. Para isso é
necessário adotar um modelo constitutivo para descrever o comportamento de
fluência desta rocha em função do estado de tensão, perfil de temperatura, tipo de
sal, tempo decorrido, energia de ativação e outros fatores. Os efeitos de APB
devido à fluência do sal podem ser mais pronunciados quando a sapata do
revestimento é assentada em um intervalo de sal com elevado gradiente de
sobrecarga e elevado gradiente geotérmico. Não considerar o efeito da fluência do
sal no crescimento de pressão do anular (APB) pode causar um dimensionamento
inadequado de revestimento ou packoff e levar a perda da integridade do poço. / [en] This paper presents the annular pressure build-up caused by salt creep and
link to current calculation of this phenomenon due to thermal effect, which is
commonly known as APB. This phenomenon is not currently modeled on
commercial software and should be considered in subsalt wells. The calculation of
APB considers three generator mechanisms: thermal expansion of annular fluid,
influx or efflux and tubing buckling. Changes in the annular volume, caused by
salt creep, may be treated as a fourth mechanism, equivalent to the influx in
current calculation of APB. The calculation of this phenomenon can be
incorporated into a multistring casing design model by programming the thermal
expansion effect and the APB caused by salt creep. This requires adopting a
constitutive model to describe the creep behavior of rock for differential stress,
temperature profile, salt type, salt thermal activation and other factors. When the
casing shoe is seated in deep salt sections with high overburden gradient and high
temperature from the produced hydrocarbons, effects of APB due to salt creep and
thermal effects may be more pronounced. Not considering the salt creep effect in
the annular pressure build-up (APB) can lead to inadequate casing design and
possible loss of well integrity.

Mapeamento das áreas de vulnerabilidades socioambientais aos riscos hidrológicos : inundações em Bragança Paulista – SP /Guerra, Franciele Caroline. January 2020 (has links)
Orientador: Andréa Aparecida Zacharias / Resumo: Na atualidade, uma série de desastres inter-relacionados ganharam notoriedade no Brasil e no mundo, reunindo episódios que marcaram crescentes perdas, humanas e econômicas, associadas aos riscos e suas consequências. O processo de urbanização, juntamente com a impermeabilização do solo, retificação e assentamento em cursos d’água e encostas, contribuíram para o aumento do impacto de inundações, enchentes e vários outros processos advindos da ação antrópica que levam ao risco socioambiental. Somam-se nas últimas cinco décadas mais de dez mil mortes em desastres naturais no Brasil, a maioria destes relacionadas a inundações e queda de encostas. A magnitude de um desastre está vinculada com os fenômenos sociais, econômicos e demográficos, entre outros, e contribuem para aumentar a vulnerabilidade e exposição da população. O recorte espacial aqui analisado compreende a Região Administrativa do Lavapés, macrozona que envolve a área urbana do município de Bragança Paulista/SP. Bragança Paulista sofre, historicamente, uma série de problemas socioeconômicos e ambientais. Destaca-se o aumento na magnitude e frequência das enchentes devido à extensa cobertura impermeabilizada, pois grande parte da água que antes era infiltrada no solo, passa então a compor o volume que escoa superficialmente. The urbanization process, along with degree of saturation, soil imperviousness, rectification and improper settlement on hillslopes and near to the rivers, have contributed to an increasing impact of floods and several human-induced processes that lead to socio-environmental risk. In the last five decades, there have been more than ten thousand deaths caused by natural disasters, most of them related to floods and landslide. The magnitude of a disaster is related to social, economic and demographic phenomena, among others, and contributes to increasing the population's vulnerability and exposure. We analyzed the Lavapés Administrative Region, a macrozone encompassing the urban area of Bragança Paulista/SP municipality. The city of Bragança Paulista have suffered, historically, a plenty of socioeconomic and environmental issues. The increasing intensity and frequency of the floods are noteworthy due to extensive impervious cover, since large water volumes that were previously infiltrating, now become part of the surface runoff. The main objective here relies on the spatial distribution of socio-environmental vulnerability related to hydrological risks, particularly floods, considering the triggering factors in urban areas. Posicionamiento:
Ontológico, el investigador conoce la realidad de lo que pretende investigar, sobre una muestra de 17 IES públicos (provincia València), cuya reflexión sobre la E-A de la Tecnología, y los constructos que conforman la identidad STEM.
Epistemológico, el investigador participa con conocimiento del hecho a investigar.
Metodológico, el contraste de hipótesis y el refinamiento hermenéutico de los análisis CUAL y CUAN.
La Teoría Fundamentada es la base del planteamiento CUAL, a través de entrevistas en profundidad y codificación abierta, axial y selectiva, de los temas a investigar: 1. Organización escolar y curricular; 2. Metodología PBL y sinergias STEM; 3. Multidisciplinariedad e interdisciplinariedad STEM; 4. Taxonomía de proyectos. Los datos cualitativos y sus resultados son tratados con Atlas.ti.
La Teoría de Aprendizaje Cognitivo Social (SCT), y Teoría Cognitivo Social de Desarrollo de la Carrera (SCCT), son el planteamiento CUAN. El registro de datos CUAN, es a través del diseño de un cuestionario. El grupo "Juicio de expertos" validó estructura y contenido. Los datos y resultados CUAN, son tratados por estadística descriptiva e inferencial. La modelización de los aprendizajes, son tratados por ecuaciones estructurales (SEM).
Objetivos:
1. Valorar la metodología por proyectos en un contexto de constantes cambios del currículo y de aprendizaje virtual.
2. Contrastar si el aprendizaje por competencias mejora la adquisición de conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes en un contexto de aprendizaje interdisciplinar.
3. Modelizar los aprendizajes SCT, SCCT, Multidisciplinar, Interdisciplinar y por Proyectos, mediante SEM.
Obtención de datos:
CUAL (grupos focales profesorado oct. 2019 - feb. 2020; expertos oct. 2019 - abril 2022). Participación 133 docentes (74H, 59M). Todas las sesiones fueron grabadas (audio 70 h). La transcripción audio-texto con AmberScript.
CUAN (cuestionarios feb. 2020 - dic. 2020). Participación 1417 alumnos (537 chicas, 831 chicos, 49 errores). El diseño del cuestionario online con Question-Pro.
La COVID'19 paralizó el proceso de obtención de datos desde marzo a nov. 2020.

Conclusiones:
1. Currículo denso, rígido y fragmentado no favorece la adquisición de competencias.
2. Formación docente ágil, continua y arraigada a las necesidades.
3. Transición entre niveles educativos, predice la adquisición de competencias del alumnado y la satisfacción docente.
4. Continuidad de estudios no depende del género. No existen diferencias entre chicas y chicos por lo que aprenden, sino por la preferencia de estudios, metodologías aplicadas, expectativas de resultado, y distancia del IES a la metrópoli.
5. Sinergias son posibles, pero la organización de la jornada escolar dificulta compartir experiencias, innovar y divulgar conocimiento.
6. Aprendizaje por proyectos es eficiente y motivador, se aprende haciendo, experimentando soluciones a problemas reales.
7. Aprender buenas prácticas educativas, facilita la multidisciplinar.
8. Uso extensivo del aprendizaje virtual, entretiene más que crear contenido, y se pierde el saber hacer manual.
9. Satisfacción de los aprendizajes disminuye si no se sabe aplicarlos.

Ontològic, l'investigador coneix la realitat del que pretén investigar, sobre una mostra de 17 IES públics (província València), la reflexió dels quals sobre l'E-A de la Tecnologia, i els constructes que conformen la identitat STEM.
Epistemològic, l'investigador participa amb coneixement del fet a investigar.
Metodològic, el contrast d'hipòtesis i el refinament hermenèutic de les anàlisis QUAL i QUAN.
La Teoria Fonamentada és la base del plantejament QUAL, mitjançant entrevistes en profunditat i codificació oberta, axial i selectiva, dels temes a investigar: 1. Organització escolar i curricular; 2. Metodologia PBL i sinergies STEM; 3. Multidisciplinarietat i interdisciplinarietat STEM; 4. Taxonomia de projectes. Les dades qualitatives i els seus resultats són tractats amb Atlas.ti.
La Teoria d'Aprenentatge Cognitiu Social (SCT) i Teoria Cognitiu Social de Desenvolupament de la Carrera (SCCT) són el plantejament CUAN. El registre de dades CUAN és a través del disseny d'un qüestionari. El grup Judici d'experts va validar estructura i contingut. Les dades i resultats CUAN són tractats per estadística descriptiva i inferencial. La modelització dels aprenentatges són tractats per equacions estructurals (SEM).
Objectius:
1. Valorar la metodologia per projectes en un context de canvis constants del currículum i d'aprenentatge virtual.
2. Contrastar si laprenentatge per competències millora ladquisició de coneixements, habilitats i actituds en un context daprenentatge interdisciplinari.
3. Modelitzar els aprenentatges SCT, SCCT, Multidisciplinar, Interdisciplinar i per Projectes, mitjançant SEM.
Obtenció de dades:
QUAL (grups focals professorat oct. 2019 - feb. 2020; experts oct. 2019 - abril 2022). Participació 133 docents (74H, 59M). Totes les sessions van ser gravades (àudio 70 h). La transcripció àudio-text amb AmberScript.
QUAN (qüestionaris feb. 2020 - des. 2020). Participació 1417 alumnes (537 xiques, 831 xics, 49 errors). El disseny del qüestionari en línia amb Question-Pro.
La COVID'19 va paralitzar el procés d'obtenció de dades des del març al nov. 2020.

Conclusions:
1. Currículum dens, rígid i fragmentat no afavoreix l'adquisició de competències.
2. Formació docent àgil, contínua i arrelada a les necessitats.
3. Transició entre nivells educatius, prediu l'adquisició de competències de l'alumnat i la satisfacció docent.
4. Continuïtat dels estudis no depèn del gènere. No hi ha diferències entre noies i nois pel que aprenen, sinó per la preferència d'estudis, metodologies aplicades, expectatives de resultat i distància de l'IES a la metròpoli.
5. Les sinèrgies són possibles, però l'organització de la jornada escolar dificulta compartir experiències, innovar i divulgar coneixement.
6. Aprenentatge per projectes és eficient i motivador, s'aprèn fent experimentant solucions a problemes reals.
7. Aprendre bones pràctiques educatives facilita la multidisciplinar.
8. Ús extensiu de l'aprenentatge virtual, entreté més que crear contingut, i es perd saber fer manual.
9. Satisfacció dels aprenentatges disminueix si no se sap aplicar-los.
10. Dificultats de la interdisciplinarietat STEM, se superen després d"un procés multidisciplinarietat i no al revés. / [EN] Paradigm:
Between post-positivism, whose findings are quantitative probabilities extracted from the opinions of the students, and constructivism, qualitative reality is built by social interaction, according to in-depth interviews with teachers.
Mixed research:
According to the QUAL and QUAN data analyses, their results and conclusions.
Positioning:
Ontological, the researcher knows the reality of what he intends to investigate, on a sample of 17 public IES (Valencia province), whose reflection on the E-A of Technology, and the constructs that make up the STEM identity.

The Grounded Theory is the basis of the QUAL approach, through in-depth interviews and open, axial and selective coding, of the topics to be investigated: 1. School and curricular organization; 2. PBL methodology and STEM synergies; 3. STEM multidisciplinarity and interdisciplinarity; 4. Taxonomy of projects. The qualitative data and its results are processed with Atlas.ti.
Social Cognitive Learning Theory (SCT), and Social Cognitive Theory of Career Development (SCCT), are the QUAN approach. The CUAN data record is through the design of a questionnaire. The "Expert Judgment" group validated structure and content. The QUAN data and results are treated by descriptive and inferential statistics. The modeling of learning is treated by structural equations (SEM).

1. Evaluate the methodology by projects in a context of constant changes in the curriculum and virtual learning.
2. Test whether competency-based learning improves the acquisition of knowledge, skills and attitudes in an interdisciplinary learning context.
3. Model SCT, SCCT, Multidisciplinary, Interdisciplinary and Project learning, through SEM.

Conclusions:
1. Dense, rigid and fragmented curriculum does not favor the acquisition of skills.
2. Agile, continuous teacher training rooted in needs.
3. Transition between educational levels, predicts the acquisition of student skills and teacher satisfaction.
4. Continuity of studies does not depend on gender. There are no differences between girls and boys because of what they learn, but because of the preference of studies, applied methodologies, expectations of results, and distance from the IES to the metropolis.
5. Synergies are possible, but the organization of the school day makes it difficult to share experiences, innovate and disseminate knowledge.
6. Project-based learning is efficient and motivating, you learn by doing, experimenting with solutions to real problems.
7. Learning good educational practices facilitates multidisciplinary.
8. Extensive use of virtual learning, it entertains more than creating content, and manual know-how is lost.
9. Satisfaction of the learning decreases if one does not know how to apply it.
