Stein¡¦ thought background establish in the theory framework of the historical observation, dialectical philosophy, spirit-material dualism and organism ontology philosophy mutually. This paper integrate namely human being, society and state three concepts into Social-Theory and State-Theory which has eternal essence, under the fore-mentioned to research how to construct Harmonious Society.
Human being and society has separately conditions or agencies that make state become an organism which has mechanisms to overtake interests of personals and social groups.
However, any sort of social-theory practice sides must get concrete practice ways and procedures by value theory(methodology) and real society¡¦ condition, harmonious society's construction way concerns with all real society has variation Because of time and space, hence it¡¦s an analysis of ¡utheory/ practice¡vrelation.
But due to limited contexts and the length limits, this text only discuss how to construct Harmonious Society by approach to between¡umaterial/social structure¡vand¡uspirit/agency¡v, and it drew multi-dimensional conclusions of harmonious society's construction way.

The Effect on Local Promotion by Preliminary Administrative Agency¡ÐA Case Study on ¡§2009 Green Bamboo Shoots Festival in Haifeng¡¨ by Pingtung City OfficeChang, Shu-Chen 31 January 2012 (has links)
This study is a case study on promotion of ¡§2009 Green Bamboo Shoots Festival in Haifeng¡¨ hosted by Pingtung City Office. The main emphasis is to explore what resources, marketing strategies, limitations & difficulties as well as the effect that Pingtung City Office, a preliminary administrative agency, experienced when it promoted local products.
By means of documentary analysis, questionnaires, and interviews, this study analyzed data and makes suggestion as well as conclusion as follows:
Conclusion:
(1) This festival was hosted by administrative agency. It was a bureaucratic top -bottom decision-making model which is conducted by governmental budget arrangement and the official authority involvement. Furthermore, related manufacturers, civil representatives, Lee chiefs, bamboo farmers all participated in this event. As a result, the resources were integrated leading to powerful mobility and promotion which was beneficial to activities and product promotion.
(2) Five indicators include reputation (exposure to medium), civil participation and satisfaction, sale volume, sale channel and cultural creativity event. According to the survey, the level of civil participation and satisfaction is fairly high, and the level of exposure to medium, sale volume, and sale channel is increasing, yet no indication of cultural creativity events concerning locals.
(3) Pingtung City Office, the host for ¡§Green Bamboo Shoots Festival in Haifeng¡¨, shall invite more community development associations, local institutes & organizations so that a sense of union can foster with a view to more participation of locals for local affairs.
Findings¡G
(1)Most people knew this event through traditional flyers and banners¡Fthe next medium were TV and paper. Therefore, flyers and banners led to the best advertisement which effectively attracted senior locals.
(2)Nearly 90% of participants indicate their satisfaction, but the majority of participants are the senior homemakers in the neighborhood. The tourism benefit and promotion effect are limited.
(3)Produce promotion classes fail to integrate farmers, green bamboo shoot production & promotion as well planting and skill management due to cause of personnel and benefit. Consequently, it influences popularity of improving produce technique and future promotion.
Suggestions:
(1) Civil participation is essential for any official promotion events. According to this case study, it is important to strengthen active civil participation in order to lift promotion effect.
(2) Produce promotion classes is one of factors affecting produce promotion. For this case, the integration of farmers, green bamboo shoot production & promotion as well planting and skill management fail to function well as a result of conflict between personnel and benefit. Such situation affects produce promotion and the preliminary administrative agency is obligated to help them.
(3) Based on the questionnaire results, the most effective medium are flyers and banners followed by TV and paper which are related to senior locals. It is suggested that future promotion shall focus on national medium and attract more outsiders to visit Pingtung and Haifeng.

With the transformation of the industrial structure environment and the coming knowledge economy era, the demand of enterprise for professional human resource is steadily on the increase, which makes the enterprise have diversified needs on manpower dispatch. In regard to the application of manpower dispatching, it has been transformed from the early labor force of blue-collar employees or the administrative personnel of white-collar staff in the basic level to the roles of skilled professionals or professional managers.
There are two objectives in this research. The first objective is to probe into the current situation of professional dispatching, and the second is to probe into the management mechanism of professional dispatching in Taiwan, which are probed in the case study method on the basis of its research subject, interviewing the third dispatched party, and the interview details will be concluded and analyzed.
It is discovered in this research that the dispatch triplicities think that the professional dispatch will become the development direction of manpower dispatch in the future. It is thought that dispatching agency should pick up the speed of recruitment and improve the professional degree in the practice of manpower dispatch. The ready-dispatch enterprise plays the role of reducing the otherness of professional dispatched personnel, the service charge of reasonably assessing the manpower dispatch, and the payment of professional dispatched personnel. And the dispatched personnel hope to strengthen the basis of mutual trust and improve the sense of job achievements. First, the study explains the definition and form of strategic management and strategic planning, and the experience about how strategic management was implemented into a public sector. Second, through research of police agency¡¦ s strategic plan in USA and UK, it perceives the frame and meaning of them on practical police agency. The study, takes Penghu County Police Bureau (PHPB) as a case study, views from the local administer¡¦ s position to proceed an analysis on environmental factors which is relevant to policing strategies. Basing on the study purpose and study frame by using In-depth Interviewing, it conducts a sampling interview on the administers of PHPB in order to compare the secondary data through case study method and confirm its internal strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and threats from the external environment. Then, it sets a series of management concepts involving mission statement, vision, value, goal and objectives constructing a 5-year general development strategy which meets the local characteristics and needs, and thus advance a proposal on strategic implementation and controlling for future references of organization development and management of PHPB, and inspire other local police organizations to put into practice.

Research on New Development of Labor Dispatching in TaiwanWu, Po-Hua 26 July 2005 (has links)
Under the tendency of globalization and internationalization, enterprises adopt flexible employment strategy to pursue the best economical benefits and cope with quick changing business environment to maintain market competition ability, which also facilitate the change of structure in labor market. Facing the keen competition and quick changes in the internal and external environment, the introduction and usage of labor dispatching has gradually become an important HR strategy to improve competition ability in Taiwan enterprises. Under the interactions of various internal and external environmental factors, what is the influence among dispatched agency, user enterprise and dispatched worker? What is the future trend of labor dispatching?
Therefore, this research made in-depth interviews with 4 dispatched agencies to realize the profile of the labor dispatching mode, and then issued 51 questionnaires to dispatched agencies that really engaged in the business; in which 35 were returned with a return rate of 68.63%. Then the relationship between each variable was discussed through descriptive statistic, cross-tables, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Finally was to conclude results of interview and questionnaire to get present profile of labor dispatching in Taiwan, then analyzed and compared the changing mode of labor dispatching in these 5 years.
Findings of this research are as follows:
1. Providing user enterprises with repeat dispatched workers, dispatched workers turn into full-time employees of the user enterprise, providing user enterprise on site service, and establishing dispatched agency in the business group have gradually become the new tendency of HR dispatching mode in Taiwan.
2. The turnover rate of dispatched worker is related to the classification of ¡§registered temp¡¨ or ¡§constant hire¡¨.
3. Providing user enterprises with repeat dispatched workers has positive correlation with the business performance variation of the dispatched agency, i.e., the more repeating workers were provided, dispatched agency got the better business amount.
4. Foreign-ownership company has significant influence on the change of business amount of the dispatched agency in the past year.
5. There are significant differences of dispatched agency¡¦s business variation between financial industry and insurance industry, and non-financial industry and insurance industry.
6. Whether the dispatched agency is established by the business group has significant influence on the dispatched agency¡¦s business amount variation in the past year.
7. The execution of new labor retirement law and the pass of labor dispatching law in the future have positive influence on the labor dispatching business amount variation.
8. The labor dispatching mode of these five years in Taiwan has significant difference no matter in HR management practices, such as dispatched worker¡¦s background, recruit channel, salary, welfare, performance assessment, or the reason for user enterprise to use dispatched worker, compliant from user enterprise, and difficulty encountered while executing dispatched business by the dispatched agency.

The Customer Relationship Management Process in Service Industry : Its Measurement and Impact on Performance.Han, Pei-shan 18 July 2006 (has links)
Service industry in Taiwan has a great advance during these decades, but one characteristic of the service industry is that service is easily and immediately copied by competitors. In order to cultivate more loyal customers, it is important to create excellent customer relationship management process and to expend every marketing budget wisely.
Based on previous study, Reinartz, Krafft & Hoyer (2004) argued two outcomes. One is that CRM process measure outlines three key stages: initiation, maintenance, and termination; the other one is that the implementation of CRM process has a moderately positive association with both perceptual and objective company performance. This research is a case study aims to verify the result by interviewing the managers of nine travel agencies in Taiwan.
This research concludes the following results from the interviews of nine travel agencies; especially focuses on the fulfillment of CRM process and the tourism classifications. First, the more a travel agency puts emphasis on service quality, the higher implementation of CRM process they perform. Secondly, it is difficult to evaluate the effects of the CRM process by judging the sales revenue between tourism wholesalers and retailers in 2005, because there are different in their business components. With respect to the classifications of travel agencies, the connections between CRM process and performances are as follows: (1) for the tourism wholesalers, the more cooperative retailers a wholesaler has, the better financial performance it shows. (2) The retail agencies that have enterprises as customers have better financial performances than that only have mass customers.(3) In the tourist industry, if the companies concentrate more on CRM, they would have better non-financial performances. (4) For tourism wholesalers, the more they concentrate on CRM, the better non-financial performances they represent. Finally, it is not significant that the organizational differences have impacts on CRM process and company performance.
