Český trh digitálních agentur: Případová studie Nydrle Digital / Digital Advertising Agencies in the Czech Republic: Case Study of Nydrle Digital

The master thesis focuses on description of the market of digital advertising agencies that create digital, online and mobile campaigns for their clients. The first part of the thesis addresses the advertising market and its role in the marketing mix. The author gives the summary of the evolution of digital marketing and its tools in the digital and creative procedure of preparing advertising concept. One of the chapters presents changes in media spends towards online and changes of marketing budgets of advertisers. The empirical part describes the Czech digital advertising market, exclusion of digital agencies from the field of classical full service agencies. The empirical part also focuses on global trends in digital agencies and digital marketing and emphasizes how those trends affected the Czech advertising market. The author also gives a description of the workflow in digital agency and covers tools and solutions that are usually used in digital campaign. The empirical part shows examples of business strategy of Nydrle Digital that led the agency to the top of the market. The part is based on internal documents from the company and on interviews with the management of the agency. The author also shows the important case studies that affected the business development of Nydrle Digital.

The main aim of my work is based on learned theoretical knowledge, gained personal experience and collaboration with recruitment agencies to analyze the situation of human resources in the Czech Republic and especially introduce professional selection procedure and obtain the most suitable candidate since recruitment agencies are professionals in their field. The biggest contribution of this thesis is in a comprehensive summary of theoretical and practical knowledge of such an important area as the selection of resources or those employees who are able to develop and form flourishing company. Firms do stand on people, what should be more important than correct selection of its employees. The work will also outline proposals and recommendations to improve services of recruitment agencies.

The theme of this Diploma thesis is an analysis of project management in advertising. The purpose of the thesis is to break down each department of the agency and to suggest adopting measures that could improve that existent system of project management and labour organisation. The first part of the Diploma thesis is focused on project management in theory. The key terms are defined using literature and official web sources. In the introduction to the practical part of the thesis the agency being analysed is introduced and subsequently the system of project management is presented. Measures that could lead to improving the existing conditions are recommended on the basis of ascertained data.

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of potential of consulting services in outgoing tourism. Based on several key research revealed that in the Czech Republic there is no specialized travel agency focused on consulting services. Demand for these services is quite high, people miss the personal approach and the opportunity to consult their holidays with a travel consultant. The solution could be to create a new travel agency ČambiTour with focuse on consulting services. Providing of these services, however, must be free of charge - Czechs have not been prepared to pay for these services yet. The main part of this thesis is focused on the establishment and development of new travel agency ČambiTour. Specifically, there is a business plan, marketing strategy and possible business risks analysis. There is also research of client satisfaction, SWOT analysis and possible options for future development of the company.

The thesis is created with the goal design a communication strategy of a selected recruitment agency. Literary research defines the basic issues from a theoretical aspect. The practical part is based on an expert´s theory and analyses the environment of recruitment agencies in the Czech Republic. The external and internal environment of the specific recruitment agency has been investigated. The result of the analysis is to compile a SWOT analysis and to propose a new element of the communication strategy in order to make it more effective. The presented proposals are based on a questionnaire survey, which respondents are students of secondary schools and universities in the Czech Republic.

The topic of this thesis is regulation of temporary agency work in the Czech Republic and the Republic of Poland. The stress is put mainly on the comparison of individual areas of regulation in both countries and describing the substantial differences. The goal of the paper is to contribute to better understanding of this special issue of the labour law and to introduce foreign incentives to the discussion about the pros and cons of the practice related to using temporary agency work in the Czech Republic. Finally this paper may also serve as a source of reflections de lege ferenda. In the first part this thesis focuses on the description of the basic characteristic of temporary agency work. The different points of view of this issue are introduced gradually, especially in the context of the other labour market services, next a brief description of the sources of international law in this area follows, and finally short historic excursus into the development of the regulation in Poland and the Czech Republic is presented. The second part is devoted to the public law regulation of temporary agency work, especially to acquiring the license for running a work agency and the obligations arising from the public law. The objective of this thesis is to describe and analyze the current media image of football that was developed in the first decade of the 21st century by the Czech News Agency (CTK). Using particular samples I am aiming to find the changes in volume, differences in topics and the presentation of the CTK's football agency news in years 2000-2010. The background of this work is mainly the analysis of agency created news, issued in a specifically chosen period of time and then archived in the CTK databank. The thesis only focuses on the text sections of the news. Pictures, audiovisuals and info-graphics were avoided as their possible inclusion would significantly exceed the requested scope of the project. Information can be also found on the internal point of view (based on an in-depth interview with a CTK sports editor specializing in football) and also external point of view (using the outcomes from the questionnaire survey between the employees from certain print, audiovisual and Internet media houses, who are some of the main users of sports agency services, especially those specializing in football).
