Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu zákona č. 159/1999 Sb. a jeho novely a zkoumá důvody přijetí zákona. Práce zmiňuje také historii cestovních kanceláří v České republice, jejich vývoj a dělení. Podrobně se věnuje povinnému smluvnímu pojištění, popisuje jednotlivé kroky směřující k uzavření pojištění a postup při pojistné události. Pro názornost je uveden podnikatelský záměr založení fiktivní cestovní kanceláře a nabídka pojišťovny Uniqa na pojištění proti úpadku. Na závěr jsou zmíněny některé současné problémy v oblasti cestovního ruchu spojené se zákonem č. 159/1999 Sb.

Popisuje organizaci svatby v praxi za asistence svatební agentury PragueWeddings. Věnuje se svatbám českých občanů v zahraničí. Okrajově zmiňuje nabídku svatebních cest a cest k výročí svatby. Na závěr jsou shrnuty získané poznatky a vyhodnoceny možnosti rozvoje svatební turistiky v budoucnu.

The main goal of diploma paper is to design marketing plan of established student agency, which will insure that will bring agency to potential customer's notice and during its existence will be competitive. Marketing plan is design to get maximum effect with minimum financial costs. To fulfill this aim I will draft a marketing strategy, where I specify individual marketing instruments of marketing mix, with accent on optimalization of communication mix. Paper has two parts. Theoretical part defines specifics of services and strategic management especially planning and marketing plan. In practical part, I present the company and its product. On basis of results of situational analysis of surroundings of the business, I define segment and with regard to marketing goals and positioning of company I draft individual instruments of marketing mix.

This paper addresses the issue of the implementation of CRM in the personnel agency flowr s.r.o. The aim is to analyze the state of the use of CRM in the company, to identify possible areas for improvement, design and implement measures that will optimize the use of CRM and evaluate the impact of this work on the use of CRM in the company. Objectives of the paper are fulfilled by the analysis of the company and its needs, identifying key issues and the establishment and implementation of the plan, which aims to eliminate these problems. The paper looks at user requirements from two perspectives, namely in terms of structure (analytical, operational and collaborative CRM) and from the perspective of the user relationship to the use of IS/ICT (user experience). The realized optimization plan is evaluated by questionnaire survey among company employees. The results show that even the fulfillment of all the requirements for CRM regarding covered system functionality is not sufficient for users acceptance. The main obstacles leading to a negative attitude are identified, originating from combination of previous unreliability and complexity of the solution and the errors occurring in the course of implementation.

The actual business plan is to be found in the practical part. The whole structure follows the frame and information researched in the theoretical chapter of the thesis. The main chapters of the plan include the description of market opportunity, marketing strategy, financial plan and analyses of the market, competition and risks.

Part of the plan i salso establishing of marketing and financial plan. In conclusion I evaluate the whole idea from viability and realisation point of view.

Thesis is clarifying the terms and conditions for the tourism business start up in Ukraine as well as in the Czech Republic. The goal of the thesis is to chart business making terms and conditions in the tourism branch in Ukraine and in the Czech Republic, identify the main differences in tourism branch in those two countries. And last, but not least, to choose the most suitable background to start the travel agency specialized in the destination Ukraine. The reset of the thesis is a business plan for the travel agency start up, oriented to Ukraine. The business plan helps to identify the main possible risks, and eventually, how to prevent or eliminace them.

The master thesis is focus on issue of travel agency, which acts as a mediator in the sale of tours to travel agencies. The thesis is structured into three main chapters. The first one is called Theoretical Basis of Work, which explains the basic concepts associated with the problem. Subsequently, another chapter called Problem Analysis and Current Situation is created. This chapter is processed through relevant analyzes. Finally, there is a chapter that contains suggestions for improving the current situation, which contribute to more effective promotion of propagation.
