Private Employment Agencies and Agency Employment Abstract The main topic of this thesis is the effect of private employment agencies on the Czech labor market and legal regulation of their activities, especially of the agency employment. This thesis also focuses on the problems associated with the agency employment. The labour law is variable depending on social and economical changes not only in our country but also worldwide. It is related to the employment which should reflect the actual situation mostly on the labor market. In this situation there are a lot of people who can not find work and who must search for some alternative options. One of opportunities which are offered is the agency employment. This is the point of accent on quality legislation to minimize the risk of abuse and discrimination of the agency employees. The author analyzes the present legislation and outlines possible solutions of problems. This thesis is divided into eight main chapters. The Chapter One consists of the main concepts definitions which are used in this thesis. The subject of the Chapter Two is the agency employment development, namely in the Czech republic, in the European Union and in the international community. Title: Analysis of employment agencies Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to explore employment agencies on Czech labour market and find out its functionality and credibility from the side of job seeker. One of the constitutive aim was also using the marketing method Mystery client. The term functionality of employmenet agencies was evaluated as attitude and ability of employment agency to mediate good job for job seekers. Methods: To obtain data, that allows to final evaluation, was used special technique of market research called Mystery client. This method represents hidden observation during job interview. The research was completed with question survey of selected staff consultants. Results: The results of the research indicated that employment agencies are mainly focused on outsourcing and are usually mediating short-term job for young and less educated people. The research also indicated that employment agencies are not able to mediate appropriate job in reached level of education. In spite of these problems, there were recommended three employment agencies that are properly able to communicate and react for job supply and demand. This Master Thesis deals with creation and the successive implementation of marketing strategy in Tourism. The implementation process will be demonstrated on the travel agency Dovolena.cz. This thesis contains three main explanatory chapters and a case study. The first chapter investigates firstly the motives why people use travel agencies and secondly describes the basic legal terms connected to this topic. The second chapter focuses the attention on marketing strategy creation. Above all it explains situation and SWOT analysis, marketing mix and promotional tools. Furthermore several types of marketing strategies are introduced and demonstrated on examples. The third chapter deals with internet marketing, analyses its usage in the Czech Republic and in the world as well and tries to reveal its role while selling organized tours to customers. The core of the chapter concerns with internet promotional tools. The last chapter of this thesis is dedicated to marketing strategy implementation -- case study Dovolena.cz.

The aim of the diploma thesis "Promotion of internet travel agency" is to analyze the communication mix of travel agency Invia.cz and to formulate proposals for its improvement. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter defines internet as a medium and the possibilities of online communication. The second chapter describes the specific characteristics of tourism marketing and the expanded marketing mix. The third chapter analyzes survey results about consumer behavior in selecting and purchasing holiday. The fourth chapter introduces the company Invia.cz and focuses on its online and offline promotion. Based on the analysis and on the survey results, proposals for communication mix improvement are submitted.

The main purpose of this thesis is to introduce the concept of temporary agency work and assess the implementation of theoretical and practical knowledge. The main part is focused on analyzing the issues of legal regulation of temporary agency work. Then the triangular relationship between the private employment agency, user firms and agency workers is described and elaborated on. The analysis followed the implementation of recruitment agency workers, including financial analysis of costs and revenue that are spent on the project in Idea Agency Ltd. The final chapter outlines the advantages and disadvantages of temporary agency work for all parties involved, i.e. agency workers, users firms and private employment agencies. The conclusion summarizes the findings and proposed recommendations for improving the use of forms of agency work.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to offer a complete overview of the institute of temporary agency work. Temporary agency work is an institute that brings to the user undertakings the possibility to quickly adapt to the increase or decrease in demand for their products by changing the number of employees. The first part of the diploma thesis presents a brief excursion into the history of temporary agency work with focus on the most important historic moments and includes the explanation of its impacts. This chapter emphasises Czech history of temporary agency work, but it takes a quick glance at the history of temporary agency work in other states. The institute of temporary agency work was introduced to the Czech legal system as late as 2004. This point is very important to understand the uneasy position of agency employment on our labour market. The main part of this diploma thesis concerns current legal status of temporary agency work. It analyses obligations of the Czech Republic arising from the C181 and directive 2008/104/ES. The thesis continues to the Czech legal system and it analyses the positions of a private employment agency, user undertaking and an agency employee. This diploma thesis deals with the sustainability and stability of anarchy in the long run. Theories of Robert Nozick, Tyler Cowen and Randall G. Holcombe, which point to inevitable emergence of the state from the state of nature, are evaluated and compared with empirical observations of stateless societies. Proposals for the potential avoidance of state emergence despite the possible tendency of anarchy toward monopolization in the form of vertically integrated proprietary communities, remedial state and ideology are also introduced and analyzed. As result, the diploma thesis challenges the theories describing the inevitable emergence of the state and the first two proposals, which were designed to solve this problem. The role of ideology is highlighted in the conclusion as a crucial factor in achieving and maintaining anarchy in the long run.

The aim of this thesis is to create a system of registration of state funding for allowance organization Centrum investic, rozvoje a inovací and problem solving in determining the actual financial capabilities of each contract. The theoretical part characterizes allowance organizations, describes its economic and financial relations between these organizations and their founder and deals with the control of allowance organizations. The practical part contains analysis of management and funding specific allowance organization. The first proposal for solving the problem using XLS database proved insufficient. In the final draft is created and described a system of monitoring financial resources in this organization using the balance for each contract, including the draft of directives for accounting procedures.

The diploma thesis on Insurance against insolvency tour operators is engaged in the insurance of guarantee in the tour operators market. Those organizations are obliged to be insured according to the Civil Code Law n. 159/1999 Sb. o některých podmínkách podnikání v oblasti cestovního ruchu. The thesis is focused on the tour operators that follow this obligation required by government and insurance companies provide the insurance of insolvency. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part is definition of tourism and organizations which operate in tourism market. There is the definition of insurance expected especially related to tourism. The end of theoretical part explained insurance against insolvency tour operators and related models for predicting financial distress. The practical part is focused on analysis of tour operators insurance and creating recommendations for individual organizations. The first part is targeted to build questionnaire, which focuses on evaluation of tour operator s relation to obligatory insurance against insolvency. Another part is focused on financial analysis of the already bankrupt tour operator with the intention to use bankruptcy and credibility models as a tool for prediction of companies financial distress. The last part of the thesis contains controlled interview with an insurance company employee that provides insolvency insurance. At the end of the thesis is the comparison of results prepared recommendations for organizations that combines insurance against insolvency of tour operators.
