Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a very frequent disorder. There are about 150 thousand people living with AD in the Czech Republic. The diagnostic criteria require not only the evaluation of cognitive abilities (e.g. memory), but also the activities of daily living (ADL). The aim of this thesis is to describe the concept of ADL and to provide the information about its assessment in the patients with AD. It also describes the scales for ADL assessment available in the Czech Republic and abroad. The assessment of ADL is useful for the diagnosis of AD and its prodromal stages, for the evaluation of treatment effects or disease progression, for its staging, to estimate the caregiver burden, and for other purposes. The best way to assess ADL in the clinical setting is the administration of structured questionnaires to the caregiver of the patient. The thesis provides a list of 14 ADL questionnaires and a brief information about each of them. Together with my tutor, we have translated three ADL scales (FAQ-CZ, DAD-CZ and BADLS-CZ) into Czech language during my student scientific activity. These scales were given to 47 caregivers of the patients with clinical probable AD according to NINCDS-ADRDA criteria. This thesis is focused on the verification of an intervation programme which was applied by mentally handicap children within the time of five months. In theoretical part of this thesis I paid attention to the problems which disabled children have. I sketched the basis of the personality integration, on which condition it gives benefits. I mentioned educational systems focused on the physical education and the importace of physical activity connected with it. The purpose of the applied programm was to discover whether there would be an improvement at motoric and social ratios. To prove the positive effect of doing these exercises, I tested the group again after a year. The results are statistically relevant and the course had a positive effect on individuals.\\

This diploma thesis deals with the problems of the children{\crq}s aerobics at the first grade of the primary school. The aim of the research was to find out the level of motoric skills and knowledge of the chidlren according to the observational method. Moreover, I examined the reactions of the children during the verbal and nonverbal communication made by hands and body on the basis of my own methodical plan. I was also interested in their knowledge or ignorance of English terminology used in the lessons of children{\crq}s aerobics. Three exemplary lessons, which can be hepful for teachers or instructors who want to deal with this activity, are part of my thesis.

Main target of graduation theses was find out the knowing rate of the children about psychosocial facilities in České Budějovice. For this purpose was used question-method, for collecting was used questionform, which was destined for students of second degree primary school. 170 students of primary school in České Budějovice was used for this examination. With this examination was find out , that more than one half of children does not know about availability psychosocial facilities at all. All targets of this research was fullfiled and both hypotheses was confirmed.

The thesis is concerned with free-time activities of elementary school pupils with a special emphasis on its influence on discipline at school. The aim of the thesis was to gather experiences of elementary school teachers with disciplinary probloms in pupils, to survey how pupils spend their free-time and to assess whether free-time activities can significantly influence behaviour of pupils at school. Theoretical part is focused on the terms "free-time" and "discipline" and is based on scientific literature. It shows functions of discipline, sense of its norms, causes of disciplinary problems and their displays. It also outlines ways of disciplinary problems prevention, characterizes education outside school and free-time facilities. In practical part are results from a questionnaire-survey and interviews about disciplinary problems of elementary school pupils and about ways in which they spend their free-time. These findings have been analyzed form both - pupils and teacher - aspects.

My diploma thesis aims at the question of the handicapped people and their engagement in the support motor programme in one-week regime for a period of five months. The research was done at Základní škola speciální v Českém Krumlově (Primary Specialized School in Český Krumlov). A competent worker of the school institution provided me with the anamnesis data. I tested the gymnasts by means of standardized motor tests. Two hypotheses adverting to the field of motor and social competence were set up. The applied programme was created in order to support the development of the mentally handicapped pupils' motor abilities and capabilities. It covered easy motor exercises, yoga and its relaxation elements, and psychomotor plays. The influence of the programme was retrieved by double measuring (input and output); all the gained data were processed and evaluated statistically.\\

In work we're appraised influence interventional kinetic programme on development health and integration persons with mental infliction of. Experimental inquiry proceeds in fifteen establishment of South Bohemia, whose clients are people with mental infliction of (primary school special, special classes at basic schools or special classes at institutions welfare for mentally disabled youth). Interventional programme faced the development kinetic abilities and skills pupils with mental infliction of and to development their sociability. Programme included simple game, psychomotor and yoga exercising inclusive basic musically rhythmical activities. Experimental inquiry take part in quite 244 persons with mental infliction of, kinetic programme pass 149 individuals from monitored specimen for a period of five months (half school year). Given hypotheses direct to the areas following roadsings kinetic and social competence. Numeric data was statistically processed and teamed with.

Thesis deals with possibilities of rural tourism in the Highlands region. This part of the Czech Republic is, with its rural character, sufficient number of farmsteads and cottages and cultural and historical potential, very suitable for rural tourism. People go still more and more back to stays in the nature with opportunities for active holiday. Rural tourism is in the Czech Republic in the beginning and although the number of providers of this kind of tourism as well as interest of tourists has been increased during last years, it is not the main source of income yet. The aim of the work is to find out and evaluate the offer and extent of servises concerning rural tourism in the Highlands. As a tool for collecting information was used the questionnaire, which was distributed between providers. On the base of evaluated information, new possibilities of rural tourism development in the region were sketched and ideas to owners of rural tourism buildings were suggested.

My diploma thesis is focused on the system of human resources management, in particular area of employee education at The Regional Council of the South-West Cohesion Region. The practical part preliminary describes the profile of the Council. There is presented analysis and description of the system of employee education of the Council. At the end of the thesis, there is the evaluation of this system and proposal for improvement.
