Pravicový extremismus a jeho důsledky v rovině právní za nacismu a dnes. / Right-wing extremism and its legal consequences under Nazism and today

Šimonek, Patrik January 2021 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the influence of right-wing extremism on the legal order and compares the consequences that activities of right-wing extremists had and have on the law. The basic principles of right-wing extremism, as well as the basic theses on which right-wing extremist ideologies are based, are described in the diploma thesis. The diploma thesis "Right- wing extremism and its legal consequences under Nazism and today" is divided into ten chapters and a conclusion and discusses the manifestations of tribal nationalism in the legal order of Nazi Germany and describes the implementation of Nazi legislation in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. The attention is also paid to the development of national particularism, its ideas and to the idea of national exceptionality. However, the idea of national exceptionality puts the unexceptional "others" on the opposite pole of the same axis and subsequently leads to their discrimination and persecution. The law then becomes the perfect tool to discriminate against and persecute these "others". Main attention is thus paid to racial legislation of the Nazi Germany, which were based on conclusions of eugenics "scientists" of the time. The diploma thesis therefore in detail discusses the Nuremberg Laws, as well as other subsequent by-laws,...

Protižidovská propaganda za druhé československé republiky ve vybraném periodickém tisku / Anti-Jewish Propaganda and the Second Czechoslovak Republic in Selected Periodicals

Marečková, Adéla January 2015 (has links)
This master thesis "Anti-Jewish propaganda during the Second Czechoslovak Republic in selected periodicals" analyses four journals for evidence of anti-Semitic manifestations. Jewish question in the second half of the Thirties of the 20th century resonated throughout whole Europe, including Czechoslovakia. On the territory of the Second Republic was the situation for the Jewish population, unlike other European countries, relatively bearable. However, it is possible to observe the practices of anti-Jewish propaganda, for example labeling of Jewish shops, or anti-Semitic texts published in papers. Periodicals based in Czechoslovakia in the period from October 1938 to March 1939 can be divided into three groups according to the classification of Petr Bednarik. In the first group there are newspapers with anti-Semitic articles, among them the National Policy. The second selected journal Czech Word belongs to the group of periodicals, which was trying not to publish articles about this topic, and the third group, which rejected anti-Semitic attacks, include the periodicals the People's Right and the National Labour. The aim is to map these periodicals and confirm their inclusion in the relevant categories and describe the development of anti-Semitic propaganda during the Second Czechoslovak Republic....

Antisionismus a antisemitismus v poválečném Československu, 1945-1953 / Anti-Zionism and Anti-Semitism in Postwar Czechoslovakia, 1945-1953

Beranová, Monika January 2016 (has links)
This work deals with the evolution of the topics of Anti-Semitism and Anti-Zionism in Czechoslovakia between the years 1945-1953. It is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the definition of the concepts of Zionism, Anti-Zionism and Anti-Semitism, thus comprising the theoretical framework of the thesis. The second part analyzes the political historical developments in the era of 1945-1953, during which the Communist Party seizes power. Described here is also the importance of the establishment of the State of Israel in the context of the development of Soviet-Israeli relations and Czechoslovak-Israeli relations. These relations later developed the attitudes towards the Jewish communities. In the third part, the work deals with the stance of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia towards Jews. It views the stance as an overlapping combination of Anti-Semite and Anti-Zionist positions, which culminates in the political trials of the 1950s. It also shows an interesting contrast whereas during that same time, the Communists allowed the grand re-opening of the Pinkas Synagogue Memorial, honoring the victims of the Holocaust. The interplay between the Communists and Jews was neither wholly positive, nor entirely negative; both sides of the stance can be demonstrated. They are influenced by...
