Klasės auklėtojo veiklos tobulinimas, ugdant bendravimo kompetenciją / The class master's work development training the competence of communication

In the General Rules of Lithuanian Secondary School there is named a person who is responsible for coordination of training of general students’ abilities. That person is a class master. A role of the class master is becoming stronger in today’s secondary school as he has to ensure social safety of the child; it means that he has to regulate different relations, co-operations, to schedule conditions for alternation of child’s education because it is an everyday necessity and actual problem in the class master work. / In the General Rules of Lithuanian Secondary School there is named a person who is responsible for coordination of training of general students’ abilities. Vaikų globos institucijų auklėtojo pedagoginės funkcijos / Pedagogical functions of educators in childcare institutions

According to statistical date, 16 thousand children of Lithuania live in childcare homes, Every year nearly 3 thousand children are taken from their original families for various reasons and half of them settled in childcare institutions of different types. In these institutions they brought up by educators. Due to recent developments in the content of educational process in childcare, trying to implement family – based model of care as far as possible in order to consider children‘s rights and increase quality of care, functions of educators are also changing. There are not enough researches in scientific literature, devoted to this topic. Actuality of this problem induced this research, aimed at investigation of the pedagogical model of the functions of educators in childcare institutions in Lithuania. Objectives defined: - Create a theorethical model of pedagogical functions of educators, based on scientific literature. - Analyse the results of estimation of different pedagogical functions, done by educators themselves. - Assess the importace of different pedagogical functions in educational process, based on this analysis. - Disclose strengths and weaknesses in the educational work in childcare institutions. Klasės vadovo veiklos optimizavimas gimnazijoje / The Class manager‘s activities optimization in the Gymnasium

Šiandienos mokykloje svarbus vaidmuo tenka pedagogui – auklėtojui. Jam keliama daugybė reikalavimų. Auklėtojas yra ugdymo veikėjas, kurio pagrindinė funkcija – ugdyti klasės bendruomenę. Pagal Lietuvos bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų bendrąsias programas, mokytojas vaikui jau savaime yra sektinas pavyzdys. Todėl labai svarbi yra auklėtojo asmenybė, jo pavyzdys, svarbu ne tai, ką jis sako, bet tai, kas jis yra. Magistro darbe analizuojama klasės vadovo veikla gimnazijoje. Tyrimo tikslas - teoriškai ir empiriškai pagrįsti klasės vadovo veiklos optimizavimo galimybes gimnazijoje. Siekiant atskleisti klasės vadovo veiklos optimizavimo galimybes gimnazijoje, buvo atliekamas kiekybinis ir kokybinis tyrimas. Kiekybinio tyrimo metodas – anketinė apklausa raštu, skirta mokiniams. Kokybinio tyrimo metodas – interviu, skirtas apklausti gimnazijų klasių vadovus. Tyrime dalyvavo 216 gimnazijų mokinių ir 15 gimnazijų klasių vadovų. Tyrimas buvo atliekamas Panevėžio apskrityje: Panevėžio, Pasvalio ir Biržų miestų gimnazijose. Išanalizavus tyrimo duomenis paaiškėjo, kad dauguma I ir II gimnazijų klasių mokinių yra patenkinti santykiais su savo klasių vadovais, klasių vadovų darbą vertina gerai, klasių vadovų atliekamos funkcijos, pareigos atitinka mokinių lūkesčius. Tyrimo metu gauti duomenys rodo, jog dauguma tyrime dalyvavusių gimnazijų klasių vadovų yra patenkinti savo darbu, atliekamomis funkcijomis, pareigomis, santykiais su auklėtiniais. ... Education is the master actor, whose main function - to foster class community. Under the Lithuanian general education schools in the program, the teacher-child in itself is an example. It is therefore of great importance for the educator personality, his example, it is not what he says but what it is. Master's work examines the Head of the class action Gymnasium. The aim of the study - theoretically and empirically based head of the class action optimizations Gymnasium. In order to disclose the activities of the Head of the Class optimizations Gymnasium, was a qualitative and quantitative study. The quantitative research method - a written survey questionnaire for the students. Qualitative research methods - interviews, interviewed for the gymnasium class leaders. Study included 216 students and 15 Gymnasium Gymnasium classes of managers. The study was conducted in Panevėžys County: Panevėžys, Pasvalys and Biržai gymnasiums.
